My avid little mouser cat caught herself a little prize just a few days before a month-prior planned trip my husband and i were unavoidably about to go to. My 12 year old Yorkie suddenly starting losing the contents of her bladder during the night. The vet suggested checking for a UTI. I bought this first time for Pnut (Peanut). It made him nutty and neurotic. It did something horrendous to him. He did great with "calming" chews that have suntheanine (an amino acid) I saved it away in a drawer… this stuff lasts for years because it is a tincture with glycerine. Pnut died. Destroyed me and then I got two more cats. On stressful opp I pulled it out and wow.. it was miraculous. My third cat will eat food with it on it, but he neither gets neurotic nor zens out. I have used Bach rescue remedy for many years now. I have saved birds lives, calmed feral cats and it works wonders on nervous dogs. Use just a few drops during thunderstorms or fireworks for dogs. Great for high strung animals. If a bird flies into a window of your house, and is only suffering shock, a few drops will revive the bird. Amazing product! I always keep one bottle in my purse. Natural and safe. Works on people as well. Those with panic attacks might want to give this a try. Easy 5 star product BUT Walmarts shipping was terrible. This hot spot spray works really well for my dogs. The lidocaine stops the itchiness quickly and the bitterness keeps them from licking and chewing. Fortunately, I do not need to use it often, but after a good rain we can be overrun with mosquitoes and all four dogs get bitten. A little bit goes a long way and I found that for different fur types/areas, it is best to spray onto a cotton swab or cotton ball and then apply directly to the affected area.geochic77
My baby girl has been suffering from a hotspot on her front leg for the past couple of months. She's never gotten them before, but I account that to moving from NY to FL and being subjected to the different climate and nature of bugs down here. Anyway, I've taken her to the vet, been given different topical treatments, she's worn the wretched Cone of Shame, and even had her leg wrapped. Nothing has worked …except for this product! It has kept her from licking her paw, the hair immediately started growing back on her bald patch, and the hot spot has diminished from 2 inches in length to about the size of a pea in a matter of days. I'm quite surprised with the reviews that say this product doesn't work. For my dog, it truly was a LIFE SAVER! I've been battling with my dogs hotspots (and dry, flaky skin) off and on ever since we moved back to the Midwest, at least a year of her issues. I've tried shampoos, conditioners, a handful of trips to the vet to trial different foods, and hundereds of dollars later I honestly just gave up. I started putting alternative topical agents on her that simply gave a temporary resolution. While traveling out of town, she (Mini Schnauzer) had a really bad case, to the point where she was starting to bleed. Tea oil, hot spot spray and the above HomeoPet drops were what I returned with, after another visit to the pet store. After the first day her redness had diminshed greatly and she wasn't itching nearly as much. By two, she wasn't itching AT ALL. I decided to remove the Tea oil and spray since I'd used them in the past without long-term results. It's been a week and my schnauzer has had 3-5 drops a day, oral dose of this product and she is doing exceptional! Seriously! No redness, no scratching. Today I hadn't given her any since yesterday afternoon and she started scratching again. I gave her 3 drops and about a couple hours later, again, her scratching is gone. This product worked exceptionally on my dog. On the other hand, I don't think her issues were due to food allergies, vs environmental surroundings, my guess. I have a cat that has a tendency to lick patches of fur off her front legs when the weather turns either warm or cold in the summer and winter. The vet told me it's likely due to seasonal allergies. Well, after a couple of years of having to take the cat to the vet twice a year and spending upwards of $200 each time, I looked for an alternative and came across Hot Spots. The next time my cat licked her normal patch of fur, I squeezed a few drops onto her wet food a few times a day. Within a few weeks the patch began to heal and the fur grew back. Amazing! We used this product on our grand dog. He was a scaly, crusty mess and had lost most of his hair. We took him to the vet and put him a regimen of medicated shampoo, oral antibiotics and an immunomodulator. We used the Skin Soother immediately after his daily bath. We also have him the salmon treats daily. I believe this product helped him regain his health. His color came back and all the scales and itching were gone. So I bought another. Even though the regimen is over, we are still bathing him regularly and applying the Skin Soother. That was over a month ago and he continues to look better than ever! My pug had a dark bald spot on his neck from scratching and I was looking for something that would hopefully heal the area and let his hair grow back. I discovered the skin soother and decided to give it a try and this worked like magic! I ordered the 2 oz stick version and loved it. The application was great. It was very easy and clean to apply overall. I applied it to the area twice a day for two weeks before I was able to start seeing results. The hair started growing back and the dark skin was lightening up and becoming less dry and flaky. At the same time, my dog was scratching at it less so that was a plus. Only thing is this stick was practically gone by my second week. It would not have come close to lasting the month. That being said, I had to order another to see continued results but I ordered the larger tin instead. My only issue with this product is the tin is a lot harder to apply. The texture itself is not as soft and smooth as the stick. I also had to use my own hands to spread it on which I did not like at all. It also gets messy in the tin as my pug sheds so there is now hair stuck in the product. My recommendation to the company would be to have the stick in a larger option and I would gladly purchase that. My strong chewer who can get through a rawhide in a day loved this! I wanted something I could give her when we were away from the house that would keep her busy, but that I wouldn't worry about her choking on. This is definitely it. It is hard enough that it will keep her busy for a couple hours, but she loves the taste enough to keep working at it. However it does leave behind little tiny bits on the carpet, which I'm not thrilled about. Though it's not smelly, nor does it stain the carpet like a pigs ear would, so there's another plus. She will eventually go back and eat up the little bits, but it's definitely messier than a regular rawhide. I think it's a good alternative for those times where you can't monitor their chewing and are concerned about choking hazards, and I will continue to give this during the times we're away. I bought this chew from a pet store once and my pup loved it, so I ordered more from Pet Circle. I've ordered twice thinking maybe I'd just gotten one bad product. However, every yak chew (there were three) that was delivered came mouldy due to perforations in the vacuum seal around the chew. They also smelt strongly of mould upon arrival so I'm unsure as to how these made it to the packing stage before delivery. I wouldn't recommend ordering these chews as you can't guarantee they won't arrive mouldy when delivered.M

I bought the P.H. travel set to see if this would help my highly allergic, health challenged Scottish Terrier.
