Hello, My story is a little out of the ordinary for my reason for purchasing this product. A few months back now a beautiful stray kitty came into my life. As I was busy trying to find his/her's companion and feedings, the unfortunate daily ritual from this love one was vomit somewhere around my home. S/he made their way to make their home in my garage where freedom is there, but also shelter, warmth and food and water. I agree that my dog, a lab hates the flavor and was seeking out the pill and spitting it out until I tried baby food turkey and chicken in the little jars. I use a baby spoon and bury the pill in the meat. She gobbles it up and does even notice even the pill. We do it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. My 12 year old Shiba Inu had 850 liver enzymes. That's so bad and I was so stressed. She has been on this stuff for over 1 year and now her enzymes are about 420. Cocker has “dry eyes and prescribed steroids and cyclosporine twice daily each eye. Suspect his extremely elevated liver enzymes may be due to long term steroid use or could just be his age. Haven’t tested for Cushing’s but sonograms reveal no tumors on liver or pituitary glands. He was lethargic and never feeling well until his doctor advised trying the Denamarin. His Opthalmologist concurred it was a great idea. Haven’t yet tested his liver enzymes again to see if the numbers have improved (hasn’t been on them quite a full month) but I’ve reordered and will receive the pills monthly. Bottom line: he’s a lot more energetic, playing with his toys again, not sleeping all the time, just overall feeling so much better. He’s acting normal again—normal for an 11-plus year-old Cocker. Did a lot of research before giving him the Denamarin and felt they were safe, and most people had positive results using it. Only drawback would be that the pills for large dogs are really big. You’re supposed to administer 1 hr before or 2 hrs after a meal, which I do with a little piece of boiled chicken breast to hide it and help it go down, and it goes down without a problem. Can’t imagine any dog of any size being able to swallow a pill that size without an owner hiding it in a little chunk of something, cheese, pill pocket, treat. Anything to help it go down easier. And helps if they drink a little water. Can’t wait to have his liver enzymes tested again. I’m confident they will have improved. Side note: when one’s liver is not working properly, urine can have an odd and strong odor, which his did. Standing several feet away, I knew something wasn’t right. That too has resolved which makes me believe his liver is on the mend.Yvonne

My Tibetan Spaniel/Chihuahua has a sensitive digestion system. An ER vet doc prescribed Proviable-DC as part of her regimen and she's done well with it since. Bouts of diarhea are very rare now. I used to give these to my dog who had IBD & was very picky. He refused to eat the Fortiflora, as it was flavored. I could sprinkle these right on dry food & he ate it mo problem. This worked great on my dog's irritated ear. It was a weekend AND a holiday, and my poor little guy was so uncomfortable. I couldn't find an open vet anywhere and the ER was packed. After a little research, I decided on the Zymox and found it at my local Petco, which was not only open, but open all day even though it was a holiday. I was so grateful — after the initial shock of me dumping oily stuff in his ear, my dog was more comfortable within an hour and much better within 12 hours. Great product. An old doggo with a history of ear "dirt" that required weekly cleaning, applied these drops for a week and the results were impressive. Using a cotton ball to remove the residue (and icky stuff), and she clearly hears better. As others have commented, the product is oily, just don't over-do with the application, be sure to rub the ears well, and clean off the residue. Recommended.Owl at home

My poor dog has floppy ears and has been shaking his head for weeks. He seemed to have some sort of infection and i tried my best to help him to no avail. The product works great, however read this carefully to determine the quantity to order, the website is misleading. The manufacturer sells the product in 1 gram (small dog), 2 gram (medium dog), and 4 gram (large dog) sizes. Each package contains 3 packets to be given over 3 days. In order to get the correct amount for your dog's weight, you may need to order more than one package. According to the manufacturers instructions, you need to administer one gram of product (daily) for every ten pounds of animal weight. So, up to: 10 lbs = 1 gram; 20 lbs = 2 grams; 30 lbs = 3 grams; 40 lbs = 4 grams; 50 lbs = 5 grams; 60 lbs = 6 grams, etc. So, if your dog weighs 11 to 20 lbs, you need to order a 2 gram (medium dog) size and give him 1 packet per day for 3 days. But if your dog weighs 21-30 lbs, you need to order a 1 gram (small dog) AND a 2 gram (medium dog) package, and give your dog a packet from each size for 3 days. The product is a powder; many dogs will not eat it on dry food, so if you usually feed your dog dry food, mix it in with some wet dogfood and most dogs will chow it down. A puppy was pretty much dropped in my lap several days ago, her belly was SO bloated as she hadn't had any vet care prior. Before even getting her home I pondered the wormers at our local Petco, selected this one. On day 3 the worms came out, though her poor bloated belly was reduced after the first day. Will use this again if worming can't wait for the vet. Due to her weight we did have to weigh out the medicine (half a gram ='s 1/4 teaspoon), and you must have an accurate weight on the dog and an accurate measuring device for it to be as effective as it can be without giving too much. I went with the Safeguard brand because I've been using the livestock version for other animals with success. She ate it fine with cooked chicken/broth mixed into her kibble.Mandy R

during the late fall to the end of winter I give these to my dogs to prevent worms. Then early spring I switch over to Heartguard. You get three packs. I use two packs per dog per month. Each pack 40 pounds. Total 80 pound dog. Sprinkle in with a quarter cup of warm broth, stir well. pour over their dry food and blend in. They won't notice and eat their food. Sneaky but, it works. Saves me tons of money. I have two large dogs and Heart-guard can be very expensive every month so I subsitute during the cool to cold months. You save and your dogs stay healthy from worms. I read tons of reviews on multiple sites and decided to try these on my dogs. These legit work!!! My dogs(we have 5) had a bad can of stress diarrhea for a week from moving to a new home. My Cavalier King Charles has been in and out of vet visits, testing, and urgent care nearly nonstop for about 3 weeks now. I ordered this for my picky eater hoping to find something healthy that she would eat since she was starting to refuse the boiled chicken and still wouldn’t eat canned or dry dog food . This arrived today and was so simple to prepare and my extremely picky eater acted like a hungry hippo . She ate almost the entire serving then went to my other dogs plate and started eating his canned dog food. I couldn’t tell you the last time she ate that . I'm completely blown away by this product. I stopped giving apoquel to my dog, not only because of the expense (costing more than $200 a month), but also because of all the reviews I have read about the danger to a dog's immune system with prolonged use. But my large German shepherd continued to scratch and scratch and scratch. After the first application of Skin Tonic Spray for Pets & People, his itching subsided greatly. We took our Newfie/Lab to the vet to get vaccinated for a training class. Shortly after his shots, he developed a skin allergy with two hot spots on each hip. Purchased this product with not much confidence made a huge difference in my GSD allergies. Sprayed on the area he was chewing when he would begin chewing. It gave him instant relief, he now comes to get the area sprayed when he chews. I am going to use the same product which is an ointment to see how well it does. Rosebud was biting at her nether parts due to itching. This applied liberally relieved her jitters. I got this because we had two other dogs several years ago who were both affected by itching in different doggy-parts (stomach, behind, etc) and I used a similar product for them which also worked well. Did my research and this seemed to be best way to go. Off I went, and after 2 days, she is fine. She wasnt having often but it was definitely diarrhea and when it was time she was off and running all over the yard. and it seemed she kept thinking she had to go but it was done. Well and Good Anti-Diarrhea Liquid did work. Both of my dogs had diarrhea so I started them on boiled chicken, rice and pumpkin with 1/3 cup a water the first three days. After three days their poop was firmer but still soft so I purchased this at Petco. They would not take this straight they did not like it so I mixed one teaspoon per dog bowl added two tablespoons of pumpkin then 1/3 cup of warm water stirred it up and they both licked the bowls clean. The first dose was given to them at 4 PM and their poop was a lot firmer by 11 Pm that evening. The next morning at 6 am I gave them the second dose and by 12 noon everything was back to normal in the one dog. I will give the third dose tonight at 6 P. I will say for me it really worked! Mixing with water and pumpkin allows the dogs to get more water in their system. After three days they still will not drink out of the water bowls but they get plenty of water with ice at night and during the day 1/3 cup water with the 2 tbs of pumpkin three times.Kannacker

HIGHLY recommend! These past few days have been a nightmare with my 12-year old Maltese having severe diarrhea. It's never been this bad before. It started randomly 2 days ago. That morning she had normal poops but randomly in the afternoon she started having diarrhea. I didn't think much of it until she started pooping liquid and mucus (small amounts but painful nonetheless) every 1-2 hours. We went from painful diarrhea every 1-2 hours to being accident-free almost immediately? How is that possible? My family and I live in a small Northern California town, and we were just hit with a devastating fire that's decimated over 100,000 acres, and is still burning. We we're lucky and still have our home. But the night the fire started I noticed a sudden change in our beloved cat. She became extremely lethargic. My baby Jingle is 16 and was starting to throw up nearly every day. I def know what ingredients she cannot handle in her moist food so I knew something was wrong. After reading the reviews here, I gave her these drops either directly in mouth or on her moist food for two weeks as well as the probiotic chews. She can go weeks now without throwing up! When she does, it IS a mass hairball. I think what was happening was her stomach was so inflamed any hair would make her sick. I bought this oil for a new addition, a senior dog who is blind, deaf & itchy, with some loss of coat. It helps with her itching, BUT the product turned to a very thick, gloppy mess that resisted being pumped in very short order after opening. That the product has to be shaken well before every use needs to be more prominent, & shaking it causes the oil to escape the pump & fly everywhere. My avid little mouser cat caught herself a little prize just a few days before a month-prior planned trip my husband and i were unavoidably about to go to. Apparently that mouse had bitten her back in the process, right on her tender little lip cleft! We did cut our weekend trip short by a day out of concern for her, but when we came back she was doing significantly better in that the swelling was down, but was reddened again. Back to the spray treatment, make sure she got dropper-watered, and by that evening she was gingerly back to parking in her 'askance' spot hoping for bits of our chicken dinner! I fully believe that had we not gotten Vetericyn and treated her with it in the few days prior to leaving that we wouldn't still have her today. Using this for hot spots on my canine, this stuff does work but it sometimes can take up to 2 8oz. Bottles to heal the area's treated. Not sure if it's the strength of medicine or just those stubborn spots. I caught the spots early on and started treating them immediately and have been treating them for a month now and they are getting better but slowly, these things are stubborn. I can say that absolutely nothing else I tried worked. Believe it or not, I read online the other day that rubbing Pepto Bismol on hot spots actually works, you heard right, Pepto Bismol. I haven't had the nerve to try it as I thought it could just be some nut trying to infect your pet even worse. You just cannot trust anyone anymore, especially after what happened in 2020, if you know what I mean.bandit74

One of our dogs starting having a lot of accidents after she turned 10. We started implementing this into her diet and definitely have seen an improvement. The accidents didn’t stop completely but they went from a couple a day to once every couple of weeks. We give it to our other dog as well just for support, it’s got great ingredients to help keep them healthy. We do a combo of the bladder support, probiotics and the joint support. Started this supplement after my vet friend recommended it. I don’t give it daily but when I notice my pup licking more down there I’ll throw it in for a few days and it seems to do the trick! Had a urinalysis done and he is infection free 🙂Madimz

The product looks like it was exposed to air. There is a build up dried material on the dropper neck.This is the 3rd bottle from different vendor's, it is not the sellers fault. I believe this is a manufacturing error. Unfortunately, they are the only makers of this product.P

My 12 year old chihuahuas liver blood work came back very very high so her vet put her on Denamarin. When we did her follow up blood work 4 months later her numbers tripled. I started looking else where and found these. After 3 months of being on hepato support 1/2 capsule in the morning and the other half in the evening her levels were right back down to a decent level and she is back to her lovable happy self.
