Thanks to all the reviews I thought I’d give this a go. My dog Einstein had another vascular tumor removed (2nd time, same place) on his inner front left upper leg. I love this thing! My 115lb pitbull hates mud and tries to avoid muddy spots in general but my yard gets minimal sun so the mud is everywhere. If he walks gingerly, it's not usually a problem, but if something catches his eye and he runs, mud is caked in his paws and nails. This previous method was to have a towel by the door, have him lie down, dig the chunks out of his paws them throw him in the bathtub. He didn't love that method so it took a lot of time. Now, with this, I fill it about 3/4 with warm water and go out tothe deck when he's ready to come in. I ask for each of his paws, he obliges, I rinse and turn for a few seconds each, and then hand him walk across a towel to come in the house to take off the excess water. I received this as a sample product. The tube seems like a good size, and the lotion has a thick enough consistency to not drip while you're applying it. We've been applying it most evenings to keep our Dane puppy used to having his paws handled and work on gradually getting his adult sister more tolerant of handling. The lotion does seem to soften the pups' pads a little, though we haven't had any actual irritated spots that needed it yet. They both say it tastes incredible, though!Michelle T
I was excited to try this paw cream on my Great Pyrenees. Her paw pads are really rough, but unfortunately she's not a fan of the application process (or having her feet touched at all). I managed to get this on one paw before she ran away, so I can say it did have some good moisturizing effects and it also felt good on my hands afterward. I'll definitely work on my approach to see if I can help with her rough pads, and if she ever develops any other rough patches, I would feel good about using this product in other ways.Deianeira
This does soften a dogs paw pads. Its a nice thick ointment and smooths on nicely. My dog isn't a big fan of it. She is a big girl (80 pounds) and isn't big on getting pampered, lol. She is super outdoorsy and I noticed her paws feel pretty rough. I have applied it a few times. I'm hoping she will get used to it eventually. I clean my cocker's ears every 7 to 10 days with ear wash and use the non-alcohol canine ear wipes a couple of times a week for maintenance but every few months she'll get stinky, yeasty ears. My vet has prescribed several different treatments but none have worked as well as the Surolan drops. On day 3 she stopped scratching and rubbing them and by day 4 the smell was completely gone. After the 7 day treatment was completed I cleaned them out really good and to my surprise there was very little discharge. Note – Please use 2x/day for 7-full days…don't stop the treatment when there's improvement.
My dog had a really bad ear infection and was shaking her head non stop for hours until we got her to the vet. This medication started working in 3 Days She seemed completely healed but still used for the rest of the directed time of usage. I even used the remaining for a second ear infection(she swims a lot) even though I know I’m not supposed to do that and I got great results again! Hooray!Smoochies

Helped my pup with her ear infection. But it came back two months later. So instead I googled and found that if I got Monistat and Hydrocortisone (equal parts) and applied it to the outer ear affected then thinned it out with some water and dropped it into her ear, it was just as good.
