I have used Happy Jack 40+ years but after moving off the farm 15 years ago forgot all about it and began using holistic medications, etc. Well, I do rescue and got a little jack russell with 70% of her body scarlet, oozie red, infected red ears, thick red, hairless legs, tail, chest and face. She had been ill for so long her skin was very thick and discolored. I spent hundred of dollars for 4 months without results then ran across Happy Jack again in the Tractor Supply. I bought mange medicine instead of the dip I had used before and, within 32 (I counted them) hours, her itching has stopped, her skin is now pink not red and her little swollen paws and now a normal size. I will continue to use according to the directions to make sure this is gone but might switch to the dip to treat her in 30 day cycles. My dog was scratching constantly causing hot spots an scratches that bled a little not to mention she had this smell that's was offensive. I tried other products and then I heard of this one from a friend, bought it and brought home and put it in a spray bottle to evenly spray her entire body (except in her ears, eyes, mouth or sanitary areas) and to my surprise I Seen instant relief for her and she was able to sleep peacefully and so was I. Would I recommend this product ? Yes, yes I would.. FYI.. You might want to buy a few bottles because you'll have to make sure your pet is wet and massage it into their skin (use gloves) might want to cover areas where your offer lays until your pet is dry. Leave on your pet for 3 days… You'll notice flakes (scabs) that's normal, wash your pet.. Let them dry completely and repeat the happy Jack mange medication. You'll start to notice the hair growing back. You'll be happy and your pet will be happy an you will have saved alot of $ then you would had you went to a vet. I bought all mange treatments from happy jack… I have a white pit with enlarged paw found out it was NOT yeast like the lying vet said it was…..another vet told me it was cancer? only after years of bull! money sucking vet visits! to find out it was mange attacking the animals for YEARS ! The only reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected for these to kick in. My dog has terrible anxiety and when it storms, she shakes and pants heavily and just paces everywhere. Purchased this product with not much confidence made a huge difference in my GSD allergies. Sprayed on the area he was chewing when he would begin chewing. I've tried the Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Antiseptic and Anti fungal Spray for Dogs and Cats on a few of our outside cats. They've been deflead but one still kept scratching and losing fur just above her tail. I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to the fleas or if it's the result of a thyroid problem. But we tried this spray and the itching stopped immediately. It's been almost 3 weeks and she still isn't scratching it. I also wanted to try this on some ringworm that a few of the outside cats have. I've been spraying this on for almost 3 weeks now but haven't really seen any improvement with the ringworm spots that I'm treating. Ringworm can respond slow to treatments anyway so I'm not sure if this is going to help with that or not. The spray is a pump and it has a light citrus smell, kind of like oranges. It will not harm your pet if they lick it. It didn't list a minimum age that you can use it on. It contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Keratin, and Aloe Vera. It's listed as an antifungal, antimicrobial, and antibacterial. To use this you just spray the area tell really wet, twice daily for a week, then once daily for another week. I read the reviews for this product but was still a bit skeptical for it to actually work. One of my cats (2 yr old orange tabby) literally scratched the size of a 50 cent bare spot (literally overnight) in center of his back below shoulder blade. By the end of the day the circle was warm red inflamed and gross. Being on a tight budget I did my research for home remedies. First I began applying a year old vet prescribed Dermalone antibiotic that was prescribed for one of my other cats for 3 days but area got worse. Then began applying Neosporin for 2 days lightly on and around scab now and ( luckily the spot was where he could not reach to lick off) and it did nothing as well. A week later purchased this product, followed the directions and a week later the area was completed healed. Scab dried and fell off and new skin looks perfect and normal. Unfortunately I dont know what this was for did not take him to a vet. Infected area did resemble pictures of ringworm online. My Great Pyrenees has been suffering from chronic reoccuring staph infection due to food allergies for almost 2 yrs. I took in a stray and the vet diagnosed her with sarcoptic mange after a scrape test. Sarcoptic mange is very contagious between dogs (and even humans can get it) so we immediately put her on nexguard to take care of the infestation. Still, nexguard takes some time to work and in the meantime she would not stop scratching and biting. This product didn't work for my dog at all. It just changed the colour of her diarrhea. I think one of the problems is that the directions say to give to your dog every four hours. However, it's cherry flavoured, which my dog didn't find appetizing. The only way I could give it to her was by mixing it up in her food, but I can't be feeding her every four hours otherwise she'd be overweight.Jerome

So I bought this today , mostly out of because my nerves are gone from a dog I have that barks at EVERYTHING. I have other dogs and if they even move to change their laying position or I get up to go into other room, she barks non stop. I have a dog who had a very bad and dangerous habit of chasing cars. I tried everything to fix this including: high frequency sounds, treats and positive reinforcement, training, vibrations, physically restraining and even an e collar. My lab had hot spots recently. I bought this product and applied it to the affected area in addition to the antibiotic cream given by the vet. I got this several weeks ago after my precious dog, my beagle, Ben, had emergency surgery to remove his spleen, which had a bleeding mass. It was a shocking nightmare. Miraculously, he did not have hemangiosarcoma, which is the cancer usually connected to a mass on the spleen, but he did have a low grade sarcoma. I am praying to Dear God that the cancer cells will not return, and I am giving Ben this Extract along with Immunity. He is peppy, full of life, and wants to play like a puppy. He clearly feels well. I have given this Extract 4 stars today, rather than 5 stars, because the true test will be in September, when Ben has an ultrasound to see if cancer cells returned. My almost 9yr old labradoodle was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. The cancer was in her upper jawbone towards the back of her mouth. She could not eat and was in a lot of pain. I adopted an older girl from our local shelter. From what we could tell, she had been on the streets for a long time, but seemed healthy. Unfortunately, within several weeks, she stopped eating and seemed in pain. One morning before I could take her outside she passed quite a load of bladder stones on the floor. A rush trip to the vet ensued and she was put on meds, including some Chinese herbs. I was told that she would most likely fight bladder issues, throughout her life. Purchased this when my dog started wetting the bed at night. Noticed she wouldn't wake up to be put out but in the morning her bed would be wet. I adopted a dog 2 years ago and she is great. I noticed right off the bat though that my dog's bladder would leak when she got excited which I know can be common so I didn't think too much of it at first. Then I noticed it would take her several tries when she would go out to empty her bladder so I expected that the inability to empty her bladder was symptomatic of a UTI. When looking for something to help before another trip to the vet I saw that these bladder bites had high ratings and gave them a try and they worked great, all of her issues even the exited leaking stopped. I adopted two very rambunctious puppies and bought many bottles of Grannick's Bitter Apple to deter them from chewing on things like furniture, shoes, etc. I tried other deterrents as well as puppy chew toys. In my opinion, Grannick's works the best. I gave this product four stars because the pump strayer was defective on a several bottles and did not spray. The liquid just dribbled out. I had to buy a spray bottle to properly apply it. Note: The product may stain. I used it anyway because I did not want the puppies to destroy my sofa. Also, I had to reapply it until my puppies learned that my sofa tastes bad and puppy chew toys taste good. Prior to the puppies, I used Grannick's Bitter Apple on my older dog. You have to do more than just ONE spraying I have two 9 month old Staffordshire Bull Terriers that will eat chew thru anything! Of Couse love my slippers. I took my slippers and spayed heavy where they would pick them up. Then the next day spayed again. Worked! When you spray this stuff it does not leave water marks or anything. I even sprayed my fav pair of suede leather Merrils to protect them. Now I am having to spray blankets on the bed, yep they chew thru these. After spending a LOT more money (over $60.) than I should have, I was upset to discover that they are filled with solid styrofoam! I thought they would be filled with spongy foam rubber, but such is not the case. However, the zippered cover is a redeeming quality. Sturdy cotton on the sides, with fleece on the tops of the steps. But the styrofoam ruins the quality of the steps. I would have returned the steps but didn't want the hassle; it's big and bulky. Also, I didn't want to pay the shipping cost to return them. If you want an overpriced piece of junk, by all means go ahead and buy these pet steps.
This is actually my second time purchasing these stairs. My first set lasted close to 8 years! I have a 9 pound 8 1/2 year old Chihuahua that is unable to jump up onto our bed due to the height. Way back when, I struggled trying to find stairs that would actually reach the level of our bed until I found these. They are prefect for anyone that has a high bed and is concerned about their small dog (or cat) jumping on and off. They are super lightweight but durable. The cover can be easily removed and washed. The only issue I have ever run into with my dog and these stairs is that while he will use them to get up onto the bed, he will not use them to come down off of the bed. I am not sure if it is because they are a tad on the steep side (because of the height) or if he just has some strange quirk (one never knows with a Chihuahua). Recieved a 3oz bottle of Vetericyn Plus Hotspot Antimicrobial Hydrogel for free in exchange for an honest review. I have to say, this stuff is amazing! My lab/beagle mix suffers from skin allergies, and the poor thing will scratch and chew herself until she bleeds, so I was very eager to try this product. My poor pupper got irritated paws from horrible ginko berries smashed all over the fall ground and then made them worse by licking. They were so red and I felt so bad. This product is on the shelf next to a dozen others that claim to do the same thing, but I didn't get to it until three others didn't get the job done. This showed visible improvement within a day. Bonus that he didn't lick it off – before I tried this I would combo an antimicrobial with one of those "bitter taste dogs hate" sprays, but my dog is weird and loved those things and would lick them like crazy. I stopped giving apoquel to my dog, not only because of the expense (costing more than $200 a month), but also because of all the reviews I have read about the danger to a dog's immune system with prolonged use. I have intentionally waited to write a review because I wanted to give enough time to see if the Fidoplex was going to make a difference. I bought this supplement a year ago because my cavalier king charles spaniel had recently experienced two bad episodes with ivdd and she’s only 4 years old. We took our Newfie/Lab to the vet to get vaccinated for a training class. Shortly after his shots, he developed a skin allergy with two hot spots on each hip. The vets thought it was a staph infection and put him on antibiotics & steroids. The issue reappeared after he finished the meds. My little dog loves this toy! There are fang puncture holes along the edge she likes to grab, and we play tug of war with the floppy disc, and I play fetch with her too. She loves it! It’s one of her favourite toys to play with. This floppy disc toy is also very durable, and it takes a long time to wear out. I can pick up my 15 lbs dog from her teeth with this toy, that’s how strong it is. The one I currently have, I’ve had for 3 years, and I’m just now needing a new one. My dog is the type to completely ruin toys too, and I can’t give her fluffy toys, or within a day it’s stuffing is all over the house. I have had several of these over the years with our family dogs! Each one lasts for years and they get used daily in the summer. I highly recommend this toy as a staple for every dog or puppy! They are easy to throw and the dog does not destroy it as the edges are padded?this assists the sog in the lpick up.Sandi
I have been using the Tail Spin Frisbee since 2008 and have probably purchased close to 40 of them. Now have a third generation of dogs. I bought two new ones for about the same price that I always have. The soft silicone rubber ring is no more and is now hard tygon like PVC and the new cloth is very thin and tears easily and immediately. At this point I will not buy them again and will look for an alternative.AndyW
