I've tried the Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Antiseptic and Anti fungal Spray for Dogs and Cats on a few of our outside cats. They've been deflead but one still kept scratching and losing fur just above her tail. I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to the fleas or if it's the result of a thyroid problem. But we tried this spray and the itching stopped immediately. It's been almost 3 weeks and she still isn't scratching it. I also wanted to try this on some ringworm that a few of the outside cats have. I've been spraying this on for almost 3 weeks now but haven't really seen any improvement with the ringworm spots that I'm treating. Ringworm can respond slow to treatments anyway so I'm not sure if this is going to help with that or not. The spray is a pump and it has a light citrus smell, kind of like oranges. It will not harm your pet if they lick it. It didn't list a minimum age that you can use it on. It contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Keratin, and Aloe Vera. It's listed as an antifungal, antimicrobial, and antibacterial. To use this you just spray the area tell really wet, twice daily for a week, then once daily for another week. I read the reviews for this product but was still a bit skeptical for it to actually work. One of my cats (2 yr old orange tabby) literally scratched the size of a 50 cent bare spot (literally overnight) in center of his back below shoulder blade. By the end of the day the circle was warm red inflamed and gross. Being on a tight budget I did my research for home remedies. First I began applying a year old vet prescribed Dermalone antibiotic that was prescribed for one of my other cats for 3 days but area got worse. Then began applying Neosporin for 2 days lightly on and around scab now and ( luckily the spot was where he could not reach to lick off) and it did nothing as well. A week later purchased this product, followed the directions and a week later the area was completed healed. Scab dried and fell off and new skin looks perfect and normal. Unfortunately I dont know what this was for did not take him to a vet. Infected area did resemble pictures of ringworm online. I am a vet assistant, and I see all kinds of animals coming in with different skin conditions or allergies and always felt so bad for them and their owners….. then I got a dog with allergies and then I found out what it's really like…. it is devastating watching your dog itch and scratch to the point of pulling their hair out, then when the hair is gone… then there goes their skin…. they will make themselves bleed and still won't stop. He hasn't had any issues for over a year now and although sometimes he scratches its more of a normal itch. This medication literally saved him and my sanity. This product works great for my dog. She’s coonhound and beagle mix. When I first brought her home she shed something awful! HAIR WAS EVERYWHERE! The con: Can be a bit pricey, as You have to buy 2 or more bottles before you see results. And your pet may not like it! I suggest holding on to the receipt, as I bought one for a friend and their pet didn’t care for it. The instructions say to double the dose for the first 30 days depending on the weight of your pet. Cookie weighs about 25lbs. For the first 30days I had to give her 4 tablespoons a day sprinkled and mixed in her food. 2tblsp in the a.m and 2tblsp in the p.m. from the 16oz bottle so I ran out of the fish oil in less than a week. My dog is 18 years old he has been on Glucosamine for many years now. Not only did it have the Glucosamine and the MSM he needs, it also had Turmeric and Hemp Oil to help with inflammation in his back and legs. This supplement has everything I want him to have in one chewy. The best part is the soft chew is not huge like some other supplements. My dog will not eat any soft chew so I do have to pop it down his throat every day, but the small size makes this very manageable. If your dog's legs are stiff or he doesn't have a spring in his step anymore I recommend you trying this supplement. I will not say he is acting like a puppy, but he doesn't groan as much getting up or lying down anymore and he seems to be able to jump up on the furniture easier now. These Hemp Mobility treats are great! My pomeranian-poodle Chewy was originally taking the Advanced Hip & Joint supplement, which was fantastic for him. He's slightly more hesitant about the smell and taste of this one, but he definitely enjoys it. It seems to be effectively improving his mobility, as he is running up the stairs more often now. First off, this product was shipped to me with every precaution against seepage, spillage or the bottle leaking (see photos). I order a lot online and was very impressed at how the product was packed for shipment. The bottle was encased in a bubble, sealed pack that I had to cut open with scissors to access the 32 ounce bottle. This product contains 1600mg of Glucosamine Hcl, 1200 MG Chondroitin Sulfate and undisclosed amount of HA (Hyaluronic Acid). My avid little mouser cat caught herself a little prize just a few days before a month-prior planned trip my husband and i were unavoidably about to go to. Apparently that mouse had bitten her back in the process, right on her tender little lip cleft! Using this for hot spots on my canine, this stuff does work but it sometimes can take up to 2 8oz. Bottles to heal the area's treated. Not sure if it's the strength of medicine or just those stubborn spots. I caught the spots early on and started treating them immediately and have been treating them for a month now and they are getting better but slowly, these things are stubborn. I can say that absolutely nothing else I tried worked. Believe it or not, I read online the other day that rubbing Pepto Bismol on hot spots actually works, you heard right, Pepto Bismol. I have personally used Phycox with all my furkids, from mixed to pure bred rescue pups. Currently my White Lab has OCD (osteochondritis) of her left shoulder. She is high energy, obviously, and was limping quite a bit. She is only a year and half and I was worried that surgery was going to be our only option. I have an older lab with a residual orthopedic injury in a front leg and new onset arthritis in his hind legs and an older min pin with only 3 legs and old orthopedic injuries. I ordered 3 jars of the Allergy Immunity chews and 1 jar of the Allergy Skin Health. dog would not eat the chews. They smell awful and they must have tasted exactly like they smelled because he spit them out every time I gave him a chew. I even tried masking the taste with peanut butter, but he licked the peanut butter off and left the chew. The only way I could get him to eat the chew is if I wrapped it in chicken, and sometimes he would eat the chicken and still spit out the chew. It was so frustrating. I emailed the company and told them the situation. They told me to send back the 2 unopened jars and to donate the open jars or throw them away. After sending back the unopened jars they said that they are only replacing 2 jars even though I purchased 4.

I purchased some peanut butter aller-immune bites to try to help our French Bulldog from licking/biting her paws. She was not a fan of the peanut butter ones at all. I tried smearing peanut butter on it and everything, but she would not eat them. So, I emailed Zesty Paws and they emailed me back very quickly. They offered a refund or a different flavor. I was hesitant to try these for my dog Coco but she suffered from itchy skin and intermittent rashes due to seasonal changes. We normally have to do cytopoint injections at the vet but decided to give these a try. In short, they work great! You just need to be patient and give them the appropriate amount per day. It took a month to notice a difference in Cocos skin. It is possible that it won’t work for every dog but i would advise trying it a month or even two before passing judgement. The only thing is my dog does not “enjoy” eating them. I am not sure if there is a way to make them smell and taste better (I assume they don’t taste good because Coco will not eat one unless I appease her with a tasty treat afterward). So the “treat factor” should be improved if that’s a possibility. I am a vet assistant, and I see all kinds of animals coming in with different skin conditions or allergies and always felt so bad for them and their owners….. then I got a dog with allergies and then I found out what it's really like…. it is devastating watching your dog itch and scratch to the point of pulling their hair out, then when the hair is gone… then there goes their skin…. they will make themselves bleed and still won't stop. Inappropriate language, comments or content by a guy in his 40 I think. I ask him a question about probiotics, he immediately start talking to me rude and then when I try to explain him what’s goin on what the issue I have I that time he was like I don’t understand what you saying like my man in what part of world that he lives that he didn’t understand a simple question and start talking rude, well after that he was looking for someone that speak Spanish because I’m what he understood he didn’t understand what I was trying to asking him. I probably don’t know perfect English but come one you don’t need to be a scientist to understand simple questions, from the first time to the end even when I was paying at the counter he was acting rude, which I don’t get it cuz it was my first time visiting that store, also another think I heard him saying when he was talking with the girl that he get to help me in Spanish cuz in his mind he said he don’t understand me he was talking to her and then she ask him what did he needs then he said I don’t now asking and then I ask her which food is better for my franch bulldog and then she ask him and he told her I don’t know depends on what he got on his packet like trying to saying I can’t afford a 60 dollar of bag which I end spending 114. Well the lady was very patient with me and nice she helps me a lot but like I said that god was judging me because at that moment I couldn’t maybe explain what I really want, I think those type of people that treat other people like that shouldn’t be working in such a nice place, because if he didn’t feel comfortable where he work at just get another job.Rare world
I read tons of reviews on multiple sites and decided to try these on my dogs. These legit work!!! My dogs(we have 5) had a bad can of stress diarrhea for a week from moving to a new home. It was awful!!! After taking these chews for 2 days there has been a major improvement. They are almost 100% back to normal. My senior Labrador who had it the worst made the biggest turnaround.
