My avid little mouser cat caught herself a little prize just a few days before a month-prior planned trip my husband and i were unavoidably about to go to. Apparently that mouse had bitten her back in the process, right on her tender little lip cleft! Before we knew it, that bite had gotten infected so bad she became lethargic, her face swollen an angry shade of red, she could not eat or even drink on her own and she could not even close her mouth and was drooling on herself. Because of the covid situation and proximity of timing to our trip to see family, there was no way to get her to a vet in time before we had to leave in 3-4 days. So we did the best we could with a dropper to feed and water her and rushed out to get Vetericyn to help stave off the infection which reduced the angry redness to a healthier pinkish. For the very few days we had before we had to go, I was keeping her hydrated and was spraying her face with the Vetericyn regularly (as directed) even as we headed out the door with one last treatment. We did cut our weekend trip short by a day out of concern for her, but when we came back she was doing significantly better in that the swelling was down, but was reddened again. Back to the spray treatment, make sure she got dropper-watered, and by that evening she was gingerly back to parking in her 'askance' spot hoping for bits of our chicken dinner! Using this for hot spots on my canine, this stuff does work but it sometimes can take up to 2 8oz. Bottles to heal the area's treated. Not sure if it's the strength of medicine or just those stubborn spots. I caught the spots early on and started treating them immediately and have been treating them for a month now and they are getting better but slowly, these things are stubborn. I can say that absolutely nothing else I tried worked. Believe it or not, I read online the other day that rubbing Pepto Bismol on hot spots actually works, you heard right, Pepto Bismol. I haven't had the nerve to try it as I thought it could just be some nut trying to infect your pet even worse. Even after I recovered from a bite to my index finger, I still was looking for the best way to get my British Shorthair's teeth brushed. This breed is prone to gingivitis and although he is not quite 2 years old, he had to have his teeth cleaned by our vet. So I was determined… This is still a work in progress….but he loves the poultry toothpaste and comes running (would you believe) when I tell him it's time to brush his teeth. So I put the paste on the brush and he licks it, sometimes even taking the brush into his mouth where he is gnawing on it a bit. I'm working on my being able to move the brush in his mouth to get the sides of his teeth, but it's still a work in progress….and I want to keep all my fingers! But he is really loving it so far. My sweet 10 year old dog friend Hershey, coming up on 11 years old who's always been a chewer seems to enjoy them so much he'll go to the drawer they're stored in asking for another. He's actually developed a sensitive stomach as of this year and is now eating Hills I.D Prescription Diet dry dog food that I mix with boiled or pan seared chicken with carrots and rice and has no problem with digestion. I check every stool of his since this year being he's a senior who's system can't digest foods as well and resulted in taking Cerenia before I learned what was causing his issues..my Hershey likes knawing more vs chewing I'd say. He did gag and start choking on a piece that he chewed off and didn't break down enough before swallowing and started a cough gag reaction and after hotting his chest a couple times I threw that pieace in the trash and watch him with the onikie when it start to unravel or break down and now I won't leave him unattended with one, this can happen with anything though and now I think he's learned to really twke the time to chew those pieces that come loose better..supervision is a must at some point I'd sayDenise

I received this free in exchange for an honest review of the product. When they first arrived both dogs (Jack Russell Terrier–3yrs and a Australian Shepherd–6yrs) were all sniffs and interest. When i offered the treat to my girls, they both willing took them, but walked off and put them down and turned away from them. The cat, on the other hand, walked over and started licking the treat. I took it away from her since it is not a cat treat. After roughly 5 hours, both the dogs finally showed interest again and carried them around but did not chew. An hour later, the Aussie started chewing and seemed to love the chewy treat. She easily demolished about 1.5" before i took it away for bed time. Next morning, i gave the treats back and both dogs proceeded to finish the treats. Once they got started chewing, they loved them. The bones didn't seem to have any small chunk issues to make me worry about choking. The bones took the dogs about 45 minutes to chew completely up and swallow. Not too long but not like a dry dog bone. The chews did not leave any residue on the carpets (one carpet is cream colored) and neither dog made any gagging noises to indicate choking. Overall, i would recommend these chew bones. But as with all chew bones, i would not leave the dog alone to chew them up. Monitor them for taking off chunks that could cause them to choke. Initially, I was pleased to find a rawhide free treat for my dogs. They both have a pig skin oinkie before bed to help them settle for the night. This has become a habitual routine. However, I have to reconsider when my dear Pyrenees cross wakes me at 5am, throwing up PLASTIC that was clearly Baked Into the twist. This is extremely disturbing, and I immediately checked for a quality and concern number to call on the bag, but found none. Perhaps a dog with a less sensitive constitution would have merely passed this through and no one would have been the wiser. . . but I am personally frightened and upset, because I cannot trust these treats anymore and I just purchased another bag last night.

Purchased this product with not much confidence made a huge difference in my GSD allergies. Sprayed on the area he was chewing when he would begin chewing. It gave him instant relief, he now comes to get the area sprayed when he chews. I am going to use the same product which is an ointment to see how well it does. Rosebud was biting at her nether parts due to itching. This applied liberally relieved her jitters. I got this because we had two other dogs several years ago who were both affected by itching in different doggy-parts (stomach, behind, etc) and I used a similar product for them which also worked well. My cat has had repeated uti's involving emergency vet visits and a lot of stress. When the antibiotic wears off, the infection returns. I was at Petco on Sunday and saw this product and decided to buy it in case there was another infection. My cat had a crisis 2 days later with very extreme symptoms. I gave her 5 drops and noticed no change. So I did it again in 15 minutes and she began to calm down. Then she sat quietly for awhile and then went upstairs to sleep under my bed for the rest of the day. The next day she acted like nothing had happened. I was amazed! Time will tell if she will have more problems, but this is way better than dragging her crying to the vet, if I can even find a vet who will see her the same day. While I am not really one to normally write a review, I research other reviews diligently and thought it was time I started- especially to brag on this product and hopefully help someone else. Case: Mittens is a 3 year old female never with any previous UTI issues, Food: ate frisky crunchies and was happy, Fast forward to 2 months ago- she started with always being wet on her bottom. It kind of threw me off because I thought it could be a problem with her rear and not bladder, it progressed to constant going in litter box and barely having anything come out. Through this time 700. was spent at vet, ultrasounds, urinalysis' , lab testing, all showing nothing but antibiotics were administered as it was obvious something was wrong. The vet was insistent about stress thought I was skeptical as absolutely zero had changed in our household and buying the 50. food just was not an expense I was ready to do at that moment. The antibiotics has slight improvement but never fixed the issue. Mittens also has to be put under aneasthesia every time we go as she is very sweet, but not a good patient. During this time I was also an my witts end not wanting to put her thru another battery of testing and my house issue. In that I mean everywhere she went she would leave wet spots and a terrible smell which simply could not go on. So I went to do what you have done if you are here, online research and came across this product. I ordered it and went to bed as it was late and would be ready for pick up the next morning. I was hopeful and excited that this could be 'it'- a cure. So we picked it up and went to work. I followed dosing as directed for an acute condition as that is what we had. I had to administer via wet food because a syringe simply does not work with her. We did 10 drops every 15 minutes for the first hour and went on as directions said the whole time via food, 2nd day three times a day 10 drops each meal, and 3rd day back to initial dosing of 10 drops every 15 minutes for the first hour and 2 more times that day. I was not seeing the 'immediate result' some people had at that point. I will also say I was feeding her uti proplan wet food only during this time. We started Sunday morning and I did not notice relief until Tuesday evening- We were getting a stream of urine. I was so happy I could cry! Now we are at Thursday and we seem to be almost normal. Absoulutely AMAZING, have patience this stuff works! I am going to continue dosing twice a day and maybe even once a day for prevention going forward. I am also going to find some uti dry food, most likely Purina One uti to keep with prevention as that is my motivation going forward. Cannot be happier with the $6 price tag and the miracle inside. I got this after I noticed my kitty using her litter box repeatedly and licking herself constantly. I added it to her water yesterday and today and have been giving her the drops directly in her mouth. It’s easiest for me to hold the bottle in front of her until she starts biting on the nozzle… every few bites it gets deep enough to squeeze and spray… and viola! She almost seems to like it. I have a lab/pit mix who is insanely high energy and cannot be away from his humans when we’re home. Any toy I bought that was plush, ropes or hard plastic “indestructible” were ruined within the seconds-days. I bought this on a whim when he was getting groomed because his hard plastic “indestructible” toys were ruining my furniture. When I tell you I didn’t hear from my dog for HOURS I am not kidding. He absolutely loves this thing, he’ll even sleep with it. The downside is that the biscuits inside only last 48 hours tops, but they’re fairly cheap and the rubber is really durable for our hard chewer. The everlasting treat in this thing seems to live up to the name. It's been several weeks since we got it and my puppy plays with it every day. We sometimes fill it with the interactive treats (which took him a while to get used to) that are designed for this ball, but the treat that came with the ball keeps him interested for longer than almost anything else he has. The texture of the rubber is great for a puppy, and durable enough that he hasn't put a mark in it after nearly a month of use. I could see a tougher dog tearing it to pieces though.Lock Jaw

Three are perfect for training treats! They’re small and soft. Works well for large and small dogs. 🐶They also stay together if you use a treat bag or pouch while training. They’re also small enough to carrying a good amount in your hand while on the go training or during an event. 🐶These are less that 3 calories per treat and easy on their stomachs. They are also free of corn, wheat, soy and poultry. I use these for my husky malamute and my papillon. 🐶I buy treats in bulk so I love that the expiration date is printed extra large on the bottom of the bag. 🐶 I would recommend these for any training purposes!janine.w

These are one of my dogs favorites, she loves them enough to listen when we work on training. They have quite the strong smell but it makes it perfect for interactive feeders and/or snuffle mats. The only downside of these treats are the inconsistent batch consistencies. The bag I purchased before was very soft and chewy but the second 1 pound bag I purchased, the treats were harder which wasn't my favorite for my dog. Either way she loves them but prefers when they are softer. It's a bit pricey but don't mind because they make her happy, I do cut them in half since my dog swallows the treats more than she chews. Bullet, a.k.a Grey Baby, has a favorite treat this is it. He goes nuts for the flavor the softer texture is easy for him to chew. Excellent for training as they are small and easy to pocket. The bag lasts much longer than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. My babies absolutely LOVE these treats! They’re the perfect size for every size of dog and at approximately only 4 calories per treat, I don’t feel bad using these between meals. I loved this lipstick so much it was my perfect nude. They are creamy and beautiful but the entire line was relaunched the colors were different. They were not the same shades that correlated with the name. My favorite shade, cava got much deeper and the tone shifted from rose to a more neutral shade that made me look washed out. This toy is not for heavy duty, super chewers. This is a foraging toy for dogs who enjoy working on removal of treats. It is also great for light tug play, fetch, and as a stick for my dogs to carry while they walk. The hollow ends are big enough to hold some bigger treats (we use freshpet dog joy sausages) and our two Aussies can spend hours clearing out the bolt. For reference, we have two Australian Shepherd puppies, one of whom is toy-destructive and one that is very gentle. They both use the bolt without any breakage or signs of wear and tear. My dogs are CHEWERS! they have even put dents in the black kong. This toy is awesome! They chew it forever but don’t ruin it. I put stuff in and they like that but they don’t need to have it. They just love this texture in their teeth. It is a little expensive and shows puncture marks from their teeth but they have not ruined it or broken pieces off. I am thinking of buying the pink one too just so we have 2. They are both big dogs pit mixes and they share this toy, they are odd. They each chew and end. I know they are cable or ruining everything I have seen it but this toy holds its own in our house. Based on this product's description as the "ultimate chew toy," I bought it for my 2 toy-loving Labs. Alas, within 5 minutes of my having given it to them, one end was completely chewed off and purple plastics shards were strewn about the floor. I had to take it away from them and throw it away immediately, as a belly full of plastic pieces is not good for anyone. This toy seems like a good idea, but is just not sturdy enough for your average dog.Erica G.

Fairly good product though I would recommend for the larger dogs. I have a Jack Russell and an imperial Shih tzu and both have small mouths. Neither like me sticking a finger in their mouths to brush their teeth though thankfully haven’t disliked it so much they’ve nippednichol-louise.a

They are really good but do seem to have a little trouble with the brush being way to soft. He tends to bite my fingers hard. It is however great for all those hard to reach areas. Something to help remove that yellow tartar would work wonders in this areawendy.s

We have used Nylabone toothpaste and finger brush for our dogs for a few years now. We brush their teeth every couple of weeks when they get a bath. Obviously I haven’t tried to toothpaste for myself and my dogs hate having their teeth brushed, but the vet always says their teeth look healthy so I’m assuming it works!dakota.m

I had high hopes for this collar as my older dog has a chronic condition and we are all very tired of his cone bumping into all of us and the whole house, and so is he. But, despite measuring and it appearing to fit exactly as described in the instructions, he had NO TROUBLE getting to the growth on his underside. Complete waste of time and money. He may as well be wearing a sock. We tightened everything to the point of it being uncomfortable for the dog and still he just reaches around like its nothing. I don't understand what this collar is supposed to do for a regular 60 pound mixed breed dog, about the size and shape of a medium lab.mg77

I love these collars as they do not freak my dogs out and they still can drink or eat while wearing it. Definitely better than a traditional E- collar. This was used on a front leg with a cut on a Rhodesian Ridgeback. I've also used it for spays and neuters.Tami P.

The Bite Not collar slowed my pup down from licking his neutering surgery, but didn’t entirely stop it. He is very flexible, so could wrap himself around to lick. The collars are very well made. I had to use one size larger to control his movements better than the right sized one. We bought two, one for our larger dog. Use the cone of shame in his cage for the night.
