I love these dog beds! First of all, I have a 15+ year old border collie/blue heeler. She was an avid frisbee dog and has a host of aches and pains. I bought 2 of these beds! The small and the larger. Let me first say this: Zero things are indestructible. If your pet is chewing things up, you’re not doing right by him/her. Its called training and plenty of it. Don’t write a bad review about a great product because you didn’t do your part. I’ve had two male littermates since 8 weeks old and persistence in training is key!! If you want to keep your pups from harm and save all the things you’ve spent your hard earned money on, put in the work! They are not going to train themselves. Now for my review: This bed is hands-down one of the best I have ever encountered. The construction is tough and very well put together. It’s a decent canvas with double stitching. You can unzip the bottom and take out the contents which are in a lined fiber tube full of poly fill. And plenty of it! The bed cleans up nicely in the washer/dryer and is very simple to re-assemble. The quality of this product, hands down, is some of the best out there. The bed has excellent loft for a heavy duty travel bed, wipes clean, and quickly rolls up into a manageable size. The rubberized bottom holds the mat securely in place. The size is perfect for our cattle dog and our border collie, but I can certainly see folks wanting to buy a larger size mat for larger dogs. We always bring travel mats if the girls visit friends' homes with us. That said, there are a couple improvements I would like to see: 1. It would be nice if there was such a thing as a mostly waterproof brushed surface. This particular bed is too slippery for use in the car and every time my husband drives around a corner, the dogs have to dig their claws in (we put travel beds on top of the Kurgo hammocks so each girl knows her space..). 2. The buckles / loops for the Velcro, while effective, create a bump under the cushion. A reinforced Cordura sort of loop might work better.Boomer
This bed is extremely well made, GREAT cool red color. It is easy to fold into a small roll and has a great carrying handle. I love the slip-proof material on the underside. At first our dog was hesitant about laying on the fabric- he only knows fleece or shearling- but then he got used to it and now loves to lay on it by the front door and watch the neighborhood. Our weather has not permitted outdoor use yet. My only complaint is that it only come in a size medium, which is way too small for our 64 lb Lab puppy. It would not be functional for us. I purchased the medium loft wander bed several years ago, and this bed has never let me down. I use it mainly for overnight trips and dog training, giving my pups designated rest zone in busy areas. The picture angles are a little funny, making it look a bit too small for my pups. However, my 75 pound lab can fit his body and elbows making it a perfect size travel bed. I did have to make one tiny repair to the seam between the liner and the main top, but with how much I use/wash it any other bed would be toast by now. This bed is worth the money!Frierborn49

This dog bed is amazing all wicker and a cushion in the bed. My dog tried it two times but everytime she gets in it makes noise and squeaks so she don't seem to like it. We got our dog bed 6 ish years ago and it's a favorite with our fur family. The sun and washing has lightened it but the stitching and zipper have held up amazing. We did add a piece of memory foam to the middle for our 14 year old dog when he was spending longer days on it (fit no worries). We're getting another but the first one has lots of life left in it. Completely recommend getting this for your fuzzy companion.S
We ordered this dog bed because our 7 month lab puppy has a tendency to chew anything he can fit his mouth around. After burning through two dog beds in 2 months, and pulling countless cotton balls out of my puppy's mouth, we decided to invest in a bed that would last. This dog bed has done just what we needed it to. It's large and very pillow-like. We've had this bed for about 9 months now and our pup is obsessed! She has a bed (not Yeti) in each room of the house, but it never fails … she always chooses her Yeti dog bed. In the last couple months we've switched her from sleeping in a crate at night to her Yeti bed, and we've noticed that in the mornings, she never wants to get out of bed, whereas with the crate she'd be up and waiting for us in the mornings. We're not outdoorsy people, so I cannot talk about how it holds up in that sense, but it's taken a couple potty accidents like a champ. Super easy to remove the cover and wash too. Let’s get right to the big question: I was nervous about spending this much money for a dog bed and I am sure many others are as well. It’s totally worth it! The bed looks and performs like all of Yeti’s products. It has attractive, sleek lines and is 100% functional for your best friend. The material is durable and stands up to claws and teeth yet comfortable and padded for your puppy to enjoy rest time or a good nights sleep. The cover comes off easily with several sets of zippers and can be washed in the wash machine. I’ve already done this once and it is a quick disassemble and reassemble after washing. The mattress that sits inside the “home base” super structure can be removed and taken with you for camping or travel. Bottom line, super happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others as well as purchase one again.
I bought this a few weeks ago. My dog is medium-large (40lbs) and can (kinda) stretch out. I do think the price is high but the quality seems pretty good so far (still wouldn’t say the price is justifiable). You are definitely paying for the brand not the product. If your dog is any larger than 50lbs this bed would be too small. It definitely should have a variety of sizes.Blemily

Got this bed for an older 50 lb. dog needing a soft place to lay, also got another 4-5 inch thicker orthopedic bed for her.As soon as we opened and laid this bed out she got on it and didn't get off of it except to go out to the bathroom, then came right back to the bed. It gives a little from her lying on it but I just shake it out to fluff it up. Its not real thick about 2 inches but soft and she seems to like it better than the sheepskin rug she use to sleep on.She rotates from this to the thicker bed, but I think this one gets a little more use.All in all a good bed that is easy to throw in the washing machine, soft and good neutral color. These beds are very unstable and my 3 dogs will not get on them at all. They just lie down next to them. I have tried everything to coax them onto these beds without success. Each one got on the beds once the day they arrived, the beds moved and wobbled, the dogs leaped off, and none has been willing to try again since. Now I have two folding beds that are essentially useless. Good concept, but the design definitely needs work. Perhaps if the folding mechanism had a lock of some sort to prevent it from folding up when a dog jumps on it would be more stable? I cannot recommend these.drlynn58
Bought two of these – one stays on the upstairs deck, one stays on the downstairs porch. Dog loves it, gives her somewhere comfortable to lie and keeps her cool too. Well built, very sturdy, weather resistant, unfolds and folds up easily and comes with a great carrying bag. Great for camping too… easy to pack and keeps our dog off the ground. This portable bed folds out quick and flat in a second. It appears to be built very light and strong and does not sag onto the crossmember with my 65 lb Lab as one person complained. The feet are/must be a type off plastic and will slide on slick surfaces as one person complained and gave bad reviews…..duh, then get a small throw rug…..big deal. I got this for camping so my dog does not lay in an ant hill or ant path or when laying around a campfire with ashes all over the place….my dog likes being right next to me but I don't like black ash back in my van.
