I have used Happy Jack 40+ years but after moving off the farm 15 years ago forgot all about it and began using holistic medications, etc. Well, I do rescue and got a little jack russell with 70% of her body scarlet, oozie red, infected red ears, thick red, hairless legs, tail, chest and face. My dog was scratching constantly causing hot spots an scratches that bled a little not to mention she had this smell that's was offensive. We were on vacation when our 13 year old dog suddenly developed upset stomach, bad diarrhea and vometing. Still not sure if it was just from nerves or if he picked up a bug as this rarely happens to our dog. Being away from home, I didn't have probiotics or anything else with me except for this remedy. I was sceptical as this was going to be the first time using it and the upset stomach was so very bad, but it really worked. I used for 2 days and could see that he was getting better after the first doze. I also kept him on a mild diet of boiled all -natural chicken and cooked sweet potato. This is an excellent product with the best ingredients to heal (not just treat) intestinal lining problems. My girl has a bad case of IBS and was constantly crying and in horrible pain even after I put her on an organic home made diet. I bought the power version and for 3 weeks I mixed it in with her wet food as directed and did NOT do anything. Her 24×7 pain was excruciating for her and for me so I did not give up. After doing a lot of research, I realized that similar 'human' products for the same problems suppose to be given 30 minutes before meals. So, I diluted it in water and added a bit of sweat potato (for taste) and gave it to her, 30 minutes before her food, and IT WORKED! Like a miracle her pain was gone. For the first time after 3 months she was able to sleep peacefully. She is 11 lb so I give her 1/8 tsp of the powder and ¼ tsp of sweat potato (for taste) diluted in 1-2 tablespoons of water, 20 minutes before her meals, 3 times per day. I also give her probiotics, digestive enzymes, DGL(Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice), and Seacure (contains L-glutamine which repairs the mucosal lining) all mix with her food and I am happy to said she is no longer in any pain and on her way to full recovery! My Bichon has inflammatory bowel disease which has caused loose stools sometimes with blood. I tried changing her food, but she still had bouts of it. Love this product. My poor sheltie gets these tribble rashes on her belly and the vet gave her a skin antibiotic plus a steroid shot to see if it was maybe a bacteria infection but the rash remained so i just assumed the rash was from some skin allergy she must have from God knows what. I have used Happy Jack 40+ years but after moving off the farm 15 years ago forgot all about it and began using holistic medications, etc. Well, I do rescue and got a little jack russell with 70% of her body scarlet, oozie red, infected red ears, thick red, hairless legs, tail, chest and face. She had been ill for so long her skin was very thick and discolored. I spent hundred of dollars for 4 months without results then ran across Happy Jack again in the Tractor Supply. I bought mange medicine instead of the dip I had used before and, within 32 (I counted them) hours, her itching has stopped, her skin is now pink not red and her little swollen paws and now a normal size. I will continue to use according to the directions to make sure this is gone but might switch to the dip to treat her in 30 day cycles. If you love your dog and mange is a problem, save your money, and buy this product it saved Lulu's life, she was so severe and in distress that I had considered putting down.Russellwrangler
My dog was scratching constantly causing hot spots an scratches that bled a little not to mention she had this smell that's was offensive. I tried other products and then I heard of this one from a friend, bought it and brought home and put it in a spray bottle to evenly spray her entire body (except in her ears, eyes, mouth or sanitary areas) and to my surprise I Seen instant relief for her and she was able to sleep peacefully and so was I. Would I recommend this product ? Yes, yes I would.. FYI.. You might want to buy a few bottles because you'll have to make sure your pet is wet and massage it into their skin (use gloves) might want to cover areas where your offer lays until your pet is dry. Leave on your pet for 3 days… You'll notice flakes (scabs) that's normal, wash your pet.. Let them dry completely and repeat the happy Jack mange medication. You'll start to notice the hair growing back. You'll be happy and your pet will be happy an you will have saved alot of $ then you would had you went to a vet. If this product doesn't do as noted about for your pet than it could be something else going on. Hope this help.Momma T
I bought all mange treatments from happy jack… I have a white pit with enlarged paw found out it was NOT yeast like the lying vet said it was…..another vet told me it was cancer? only after years of bull! money sucking vet visits! to find out it was mange attacking the animals for YEARS ! I am now treating the mange with some visible results Ill write another review in a few weeks as this is the protocol on the packets on line it says as mange is killed the mange will not be happy causing your pet to sleep a lot and making the mange lay eggs and burro trying to escape the most important part is to vacuum and bathe! the animals i'm giving it the happy jack EXPENSIVE remedy I'm not convinced yet though….. like the other reviews!Gail multi pet owner

I took my time in writing this review as I wanted to give the product a chance to work. It has been 2 weeks since I started using this product and have kept a daily diary on any changes, however big or small. Having done a hair test on my 5yr old rescuedMalteagle, I discovered he had an adrenal issue, amongst other mineral and vitamin deficiencies,, for which he is receiving supplementation. I began supplementing with Dr. Mercola Whole Body Glandular Support and within a week, he was more relaxed, sleeping better and having fewer nightmares. His overall demeanor is much calmer, yet still playful and up for as many walks as he can get. I gave each supplement (vitamins and minerals and whole body support) a 14-day clear trial before starting another so I could be sure of any symptoms or changes using a process of elimination. My dog ate this willingly only twice. I've even dipped it meat juice & he will not eat it. If I crush it in his food he rejects the whole bowl. He is not picky at all. so these must taste pretty bad. They are very dry. no idea if they work or not, can't see results if he won't eat them. I can assume the ingredients are medicinal. I can't speak to quality, put if your pet won't eat it- there's the answer the quality doesn't matter. They would be easy to use if your pet likes them.iHerb Customer

We actually have the senior advanced bites but j didn’t see them available to review. Our pooch seems to love them. We have used the one in the envelope a few times and that led us to purchase the bigger tub size. although we can’t physically see a difference I have no doubt they seem to be working and apparently are tasty. They seem to be pricey for 90 count but if you give one a day that is about $12 or so a month which is extremely reasonable to me! They are a little powdery but they seem to be very soft for her to chew.kayla.j

My Doberman, Zara, suffers from food allergies. Her coat was dull and flaky. She broke out in these pimple-like bumps all over her back. My male cockapoo had started scratching and biting at his skin about a few months ago , it got so bad to the point where he wouldn’t stop until his skin was completely raw and bleeding and we had to keep a cone on him at all times. I read tons of reviews on multiple sites and decided to try these on my dogs. These legit work!!! My dogs(we have 5) had a bad can of stress diarrhea for a week from moving to a new home.
