Sorry not a review but a question. Sounds like this works well but I have a horrible time keeping my Shepard from licking his wounds. I've been using it since the 90's – long before Tea Tree oil was main stream in the US. It works so well and I happen to like the smell. So I have a beabull, mostly English bulldog. He’s a 7/8 mix. Out of nowhere his cute little black nose started getting crusty and cracked. I waited a while and it didn’t let up. A friend said there was nothing you could do but I found this online. I didn’t think it would work but we are on day four and his nose is DRASTICALLY improved. He hates when I put it on (he does that with everything ever though) so I have to put some peanut butter on a spoon and have him lick it after I apply it to his nose or he’ll just lick it right off his nose. But once he’s done with his PB, the snout soother has seeped in enough he can lick it and it doesn’t really matter. Thank you guys for this! I will be buying more and trying more of your products. I bought this for my dog’s (14 year old Shar Pei) keratin buildup on his nose and paws. It dissolved the stuff great and I was able to wipe off the stuff on his paws after one application. That was really impressive. My dog has fairly mild Hyperkeratosis but his nose gets a fairly thick layer of buildup, and this product allows you to remove it fairly easily after a few applications over a couple days and a cooperative pooch. I was really impressed with how well it worked. I use it now preventatively which prevents bad buildup on his nose and paws, so all in all I’m certainly a big fan. I recommend at least the 2oz can if you think you’ll use it on the paws. The 2 oz can generally lasts me a couple months even with multiple applications per day. I love this shampoo, it's a miracle bottle. My Chihuahua mix, half miniature poodle has itchy skin and allergies and he white dog, I have learned white dogs tend to have skin problems, delicate skin and coat. He has stop itching and I had even got him a expensive shot to stop itching but now he doesn't need it with this product and coconut oil is perfect combination. I will buy for life. Has a lite scent sensitive scent. Big bottle I feel for the price. Just love this company. His coat is white, a bit wiry and some wavy, long coat. Our Yorkie is 8 years old, she has been bothered by allergies for most of her life. We have tried every shampoo on the market. She is on Apoquel and limited ingredient food. I ordered the lavender ointment it helped a lot so when I saw the shampoo I thought it was worth a try. Oh my, I have bathed her twice using this shampoo. It is amazing.
