My 12-year-old German Shepherd developed leaking problems about a year ago, and we have used this great product ever since. According to the manufacturer's directions, you need to skip dosage every 3 months for 48 hours, and the last time we did that, her leaking increased dramatically, till I got her back on. I did some research and found that not only would that be expensive and require a course of antibiotics, many people found that the dog's UTI would come right back after they were done. Since she wasn't in pain when urinating and there was no sign of blood, I thought I would try apple cider vinegar first which evidently works very well. It didn't help so next I tried Tinkle Tonic which did help, but not completely. I called the company which makes it and they suggested using the Tinkle Tonic concurrently with the Leaks No More. Voila, no more leaking! When the TT was finished, I just kept using the Leaks No More and it worked fine by itself. Two caveats, you have to keep giving it every day and by itself. I tried another of their homeopathic remedies for itching and gave it concurrently and when she leaked again, found out from the company its effectiveness is reduced when given with another remedy.the-old-den-closet

No its like everything else I have tried does not work I can't even get my cats to get it down. When I first got it I let my cat smell it and he literally gagged (should have stopped there)?then I put it in a syringe and gave it to him and he threw up right after I gave it to him. You know I just wish there were more products for cats that they would actually eat, drink, or like. There is certainly enough out there for dogs. My cat has had repeated uti's involving emergency vet visits and a lot of stress. When the antibiotic wears off, the infection returns. I was at Petco on Sunday and saw this product and decided to buy it in case there was another infection. My cat had a crisis 2 days later with very extreme symptoms. I gave her 5 drops and noticed no change. So I did it again in 15 minutes and she began to calm down. Then she sat quietly for awhile and then went upstairs to sleep under my bed for the rest of the day. The next day she acted like nothing had happened. I was amazed! While I am not really one to normally write a review, I research other reviews diligently and thought it was time I started- especially to brag on this product and hopefully help someone else. Case: Mittens is a 3 year old female never with any previous UTI issues, Food: ate frisky crunchies and was happy, Fast forward to 2 months ago- she started with always being wet on her bottom. It kind of threw me off because I thought it could be a problem with her rear and not bladder, it progressed to constant going in litter box and barely having anything come out. Through this time 700. was spent at vet, ultrasounds, urinalysis' , lab testing, all showing nothing but antibiotics were administered as it was obvious something was wrong. The vet was insistent about stress thought I was skeptical as absolutely zero had changed in our household and buying the 50. food just was not an expense I was ready to do at that moment. The antibiotics has slight improvement but never fixed the issue. Mittens also has to be put under aneasthesia every time we go as she is very sweet, but not a good patient. During this time I was also an my witts end not wanting to put her thru another battery of testing and my house issue. In that I mean everywhere she went she would leave wet spots and a terrible smell which simply could not go on. So I went to do what you have done if you are here, online research and came across this product. I ordered it and went to bed as it was late and would be ready for pick up the next morning. I was hopeful and excited that this could be 'it'- a cure. So we picked it up and went to work. I followed dosing as directed for an acute condition as that is what we had. I had to administer via wet food because a syringe simply does not work with her. We did 10 drops every 15 minutes for the first hour and went on as directions said the whole time via food, 2nd day three times a day 10 drops each meal, and 3rd day back to initial dosing of 10 drops every 15 minutes for the first hour and 2 more times that day. I was not seeing the 'immediate result' some people had at that point. I will also say I was feeding her uti proplan wet food only during this time. We started Sunday morning and I did not notice relief until Tuesday evening- We were getting a stream of urine. I was so happy I could cry! Now we are at Thursday and we seem to be almost normal. Absoulutely AMAZING, have patience this stuff works! I am going to continue dosing twice a day and maybe even once a day for prevention going forward. I am also going to find some uti dry food, most likely Purina One uti to keep with prevention as that is my motivation going forward. Cannot be happier with the $6 price tag and the miracle inside. My cat is almost 7yrs of age and never before had any health issues until one day, I saw him spotting in the litter box. He would continuously go in and out, squirt a little urine without covering it, then lick his private area when he was done. This went on throughout the entire day for about two full days. Luckily I scoop his litter every morning so I was able to catch the issue right away. After day 2 of seeing him do this, in which he now had a funny walk and refused to eat or drink anything, I knew it was time to go to a vet. This is more convenient than sprinkling his food with some powder! Plus he views them as a treat! Same basic ingredients as similar kitty supplements for urinary issues…but I give him 1/2 at a time. We were using another version of natures miracle but the odor was just too strong for me to tolerate. And it would last for days. That wasn’t an issue much in the past as our last chihuahuas were well house trained and only had issues with kidney stones, or aging. But now we adopted a chi mix who has to be tranquilizer to be inside his cage AND at 3 is not house trained AND he’s petrified to go outside. We finding this was a real blessing. IF you follow the directions you will never have a stain. As with all enzymatic type urine removers, the odor is sometimes worse than the urine odor. This does have an odor BUT it’s SO much more tolerable, as I have trouble with odors. Of course because you must get all the way down to the floor, we saturate our carpeting as instructed, and find the odor will linger for 2-4 days. I bought this stuff to break it down into 3 , 32-ounce spray bottles. it worked out perfectly. and the dogs wont return to the same spot after I spray or pour this onto the area. I left the chemical on there to dry. its been about 10 days and the dogs still have not gone on that area. and due to the excellent quality of this product, I was able to remove the large puppy pad out of our living room FINALLY ! they were using the same area for over a year. now we only have the 3 pads in the dining room. I first bought this a year ago because my other brand (N.M.) just wasnt working and this one was only $5 so, why not. I was beyond shocked! It is GREAT at removing pet odors. Spent hours researching enzymatic cleaners and went with this one. Used this in a floor cleaning machine and in a spot cleaner. Have not yet had the smell resurface and it does seem to have prevented remarking on upholstery. My 4 month old puppy has remarked on a rug since the first cleaning, but I will see how it does over time since the formula is diluted in the floor cleaning machine. The smell is not overpowering at all, and is almost pleasant while it’s drying. Once dried, there is a very light fresh scent, but hardly any smell at all. I am not sure of the capabilities of this product’s stain removal, since visible stains are not something I battle with. While I didn't love the smell of this, it fulfilled it's purpose. My significant other I adopted a puppy last summer, and her previous owner clearly made no effort to train her. We had to start potty training from scratch, and nothing was working until we got this spray. Anytime she had to go she would just drop to pee wherever she was. Got this from Petco and was shocked at how bad it smelled. I read the other reviews and thought maybe it would fade but not only didn't it, the smell was on my hands bec the bottle leaks. The smell of this stuff is absolutely oppressive. Before we even opened the package we could smell it. It's like… stale horse urine that's been roasting in the sun. HOWEVER…. IT REALLY WORKS. We had a house sitter accidentally shut one of our cats in a carpeted room over night. The cat had urinated in a few spots in the room. I used our carpet cleaner, vinegar, baking soda, and air drying. No matter what the smell was still there. I used the Urine Destroyer as directed and it worked! The product has a nice scent, but it was very strong for a couple days. I left the windows open and kept some fans on to help it evaporate and destroy the urine. This can size is good for a couple of full bladder cat accidents, maybe 6×6". If it was just a spray or a minor accident you could get more. The spray nozzle is powerful and really penetrates into the carpet. I can't comment on stain cleaning as I didn't have any visible markings and had to use a black light to find the spots. One of my three dogs, Danna (a beagle) has suffered for chronic UTIs for a couple of years. The vet has prescribed her antibiotics but the results have not been so positive – and I actually prefer not to use antibiotics on her. I have used this forever it's great!!! I would recommend to anyone. I can not stress enough not to use regular household cleaners. If you do it will make your house smell. If you use regular cleaner and use this on top of it. It will have an off smell for awhile. But keep using it. It will let up after while. Alot of people think household cleaners will work. After trying another dog urine cleaner and being disappointed, I thought I'd order a gallon of urineoff online because it's not available in store. After applying urineoff per instructions, I waited a day to see if I could still smell dog pee in a condo I'd rented to a young couple with two Dachshunds. It seemed the product worked…..somewhat. My hopes were high, because our rescue dog had re-homing issues, defiant peeing on carpets being one. 47 lbs, no small pees either. The stain it left behind I had to get my carpet cleaner out to remove. Works better than expected! I have a rescue with some unfortunate emotional problems. She woke one day and refused to pee. We thought perhaps something was wrong, but wanted to try this spray. At 7:30 at night I sprayed this spray on the grass and she instantly peed on it. I've used it a few times since then and it just helps her go faster and stay focused. We take our 9 week old puppy outside after she wakes up and after she eats, but she still has accidents throughout the house. We rolled up all of the area rugs and carpets in the house to further deter her, but she still pees in the hallway in front of the bedroom doors a few times a day on our hardwood floors. First I will assume this affects all dogs differently, I'm hoping that's the case anyway. My experience with this product was disappointing, rewarding and slightly comical. The rescue dog is 7 years old,, he's had a rough life. He suffered a broken leg with an exposed bone over 5 yrs ago, the owner never brought the dog to the vet. The owner passed away over 3 yrs ago and the dog has been alone since. At some point he removed his own leg at the break. I was alerted about this dog and given his back story and had him transport 100s of miles so I could help. He is in pain, shows signs of aggression and seems very depressed. Im having some difficulties getting him to come out of his shell and drop his guard. He can't maneuver my steps so I dont even let him try. I bought puppy pads and this spray thinking this should work. So I covered a 5×5 ft area with puppy pads and sprayed two spots that he previously used before I got the pads and spray. This is where it gets funny. He sniffed and dropped to the floor and rubbed and rolled on the spots I sprayed. He was playing, and really enjoying himself for the first time in a very long time. He stood on the pads and shredded the sprayed spots with his teeth. Like a cat does with catnip. I truly appreciated this poor soul losing himself in that moment and enjoying something, anything. He really enjoyed rubbing himself on the spray and tearing the puppy pads into pieces everywhere. 🥰 But thats not exactly what I bought this spray for. So with that being said it simply doesn't do what it claims. You should rename this DogNip Spray and give me 10% of the royalties. This was my first time ever using this product. I like that this is a stain and odor remover that can be used on almost anything. Also this being non-toxic and cruelty free is important to me because I want to keep my children and pets safe from any harmful household products. This has no scent, which I don't like. I'd prefer to have scented products to help clean messes. I used this on several stains that were on some clothes. This helped remove most of the stains, except on the tough ones like set in blood and mustard stain. I will be recommending this product to family and friends. As a father of 3 kids also having 2 big dogs and 6 cats, stains and odors have become a part of everyday life and a constant battle until I tried this product. My sister has a dog that visits my home. He consistently marks one spot in my kitchen. I have tried multiple products. I was excited to this this product on the shelf. I have used it in the past and had forgotten about it. I used it today and the wall smells so much better. Thankfully it's a wood wall so I didn't worry about fabric checking. I can't smell the urine so we will find out if it works. The product works well. Unfortunately I have to keep it around because I have 2 large dogs that get into fights. The spray does most of the breaking up of the fight but it takes the whole can. If the can is not completely full as I've come to learn it isn't enough to help me break up the fight. I wish the can held a few more ounces. The product is expensive but each time I need to re-stock I research to find the best price and Valley Vet always seems to have the lowest even factoring in the shipping fee. I have a big German shepherd/malamute mix, a very sweet dog but with problems around other large breeds. We adopted him 1 1/2 years ago and didn't know his temperament entirely, but noticed his aggression. I've been through at year of training with him, but still there's an occasional problem. SpraySheild has effectively diverted the dogs' attention to allow me and other owners/handlers to intervene safely to prevent a real dog fight. I have also used it to intervene with other dogs fighting, all in dog parks. Again, it was hugely effective. The other owners mostly thanked me, after finding that it is safe to the dog, and so effective. Some owners have been upset, but this is mostly calmed when they realize that they may have saved from huge vet bills to the dogs that might have occurred in the fight, or hospital bills for dog bites if they had been bitten trying to intervene.John S.

Every once in awhile my Mother’s miniature poodles get into a scuffle and they really don’t want to stop. Yelling, and pulling them apart hasn’t been the best solution. And the spray shield worked! With the weather being so hot lately, we have been having more playdates inside. But sometimes that may lead to accidents from other furiends, which can be a problem when we have mostly carpet inside our home. With our most recent playdate, one dog friend had an accident. I foster dogs for a rescue, as well as dogsit. With new dogs, there's always a small period of teaching them the house rules, and also establishing a normal potty routine. Also, some dogs are more prone to marking than others. Needless to say, accidents have happened at my place from time to time. What's frustrating is despite using an enzyme cleaner, you still get that one dog that can still smell something, so they decide to pee on that spot. This product has been helpful in deterring. This is an absolute must have product if you have carpet or rugs and pets!! I’ve tried many products and I’ve house trained several puppies, but you will always have accidents. This stuff is amazing! It truly works! It works on everything too; wood, carpet, upholstery, even concrete! I have more recently put wood floors throughout my house and rarely use this, but I keep some on hand just in case of an accident on any rugs. After having carpet cleaned due to soiling from older dog we had a very strong smell of ammonia in the house. After trying multiple products that failed we were ready to tear out the carpet and pad. This is great for removing urine odor and stains. It's made for pets urine issues, but I tested it in the bathroom around the outside of the toilet. If you have men or boys in your house, give it a try. It got rid of the lingering odor from lousy aiming skills. It also works great on carpet removing the stain and odor from puppy accidents.Nancy

I was skeptical, but needed to get something that would work. I took the chance on this product. To my surprise it worked 100%. I will not use anything else. I wish I could give this product 10 stars. It is an absolute miracle worker. This is the dog formula, and it comes in a variety of scents, but the scent doesn't matter. This will take a giant dog urine stain out of white fabric right in front of your eyes. If you get a black light and find the spots around your house, you can use this and see that it takes everything away. There is also a different formula for cats since their urine is different. Now she pees in the house 1-3 times per week, where I've sprayed. So, at the very least, the spray doesn't work. Now that I've read reviews on other NM products, I wonder if she wants to pee because of the spray. Save yourself the frustration and just don't buy it.Jess J88
