I like it enough to buy it again. It's inexpensive and the spray has good force to cover a large area. I have an 8 week old puppy, and he's had a few pee accidents, nothing major, and it's just a little… but you need something meant for pet stains like this, because otherwise the odor stays in the fibers and the dog will keep on urinating in the same area. I went to Petco last night to find ANYTHING with a hefty price tag on it that looked like it would work (without having to rent a carpet cleaner again) and bought this for $15.99 along with a lavender-scented Arm and Hammer odor-eliminating candle (which I haven't tested yet). I really like this a lot. I have 1 Rabbit and 2 Cats and while they are all litter box trained, my rabbit will occasionally go number 1 outside his litter box because he stands on the edge and he thinks he's going in the box but actually just missed it. I use it once immediately on the accident and then blot it up without waiting the 15 mins. This gets rid of the smell and generally cleans the area. after a few hours when it is dried, the spot usually dries dark and obvious, this is when I soak the area and leave it to sit for 15 mins. I like the fact that I can pour it on the spot rather than having to spray and spray to cover the soiled area. It worked like magic getting all the blood out of our carpet. The stain lifted on the first try and took minimal effort with dabbing. I only had to apply the product one time to get the spot completely out of the carpet. The spots have not attracted dirt, and the carpet has not changed in texture where I used the product. It has a wonderful fresh smell. I really like the fact that it is plant based, but just as effective. I imagine this would work great on getting stains out of clothes as well too. I’ve heard of this brand before but have never used it until now and wow, I’m impressed. It does an amazing job at removing stains and neutralizes odors. If you have kids & pets, you definitely need this. I have a Beagle who does have accidents from time to time especially when no one lets him out and he’s left by himself. I just blot up the mess (paper towels work best because I can just throw them away) then I squirt a decent amount on the stain and blot that up. The smell is gone and stays gone. I used this on my area rug and it didn’t stain or bleach it at all. It has a fresh lemon lime scent and it smells clean. So I was curious when it said this can be used for stains. On a different area rug in my living room, my son decided to use marker to color on my rug (I posted before & after pictures to show). I am buying a gallon of this today after having bought a spray bottle size of it from Pet Supermarket on the advice of one of their clerks when looking for something to deal with really pungent odor left by roof rat that found it's way into the basement. Yeesh. I sprayed the the concrete floor and wall really well where the smell was coming from and the smell was gone just as soon as the product dried. The clerk suggested this because it was to be used on concrete and I didn't want to have to go back in and scrub or rinse or brush or vacuum. It did the trick.I've also had many geriatric cats over the years and used various products for their messes and marking issues. All of the products I'd used worked pretty well but this has worked best of any of them.At present I have a 25 year old cat who is no longer able to use the litter box regularly so besides limiting his access to most of the house, I am using pee pads and this product to clear up urine and feces that don't make it to the box.I use it on ceramic tile floor and hardwood flooring sealed with an unknown sealer. The wood floor finish is no worse for the use (but I don't let the product sit on the wood for longer than it takes to spray and wipe up) and the tile takes it like a champ. First, if you are reading this review, please know that I am sorry you find yourself, like me, comparison shopping for cat urine remedy products, and I hope things get better. This is not on my list of "fun ways to spend Friday night," but here we are…at the mercy of an orange tabby cat….he knows who he is…. I’m never going back to natures miracle. This stuff really really works. I have been fostering for 12 years and it’s been a challenge to find something that completely gets rid of the smell of cat urine from soft surfaces. The smell is gone almost instantaneously. The best part about it is that there is no perfume that covers up the smell, so you can tell whether or not it is actually working. I’ve had as many as 14 in my house at a time and you cannot smell cat *at all*. I keep my house clean and this helped clean it to the next level. I have purchased both the gallon and the spray bottle. If you purchase the spray bottle, I’d advise you to put the liquid into another bottle as the skouts honor bottle is pretty terribly constructed to where the lid constantly falls off and it leaks. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on anything else like I did. I was literally at the point of tears after buying a used sectional and realizing there was cat pee on a large section and it STUNK, like gag a maggot. I used vinegar, baking soda, then shampooed it with RugDoctor pet stain remover. When I brought two new ferrets in to join my other 4 I noticed how bad their waste smelled like ammonia. Within 3-4 days it went away once they drank the water I always use this product in. I am going to buy the gallon now, as it is $20. cheaper than the 32oz.x 4= gal. The young couple I got them from only had them 2 mths. I am sure this is one of the reasons they got rid of them. I am now up to having used 3 of the 32oz bottles in the last year of having my ferrets. The bottled last a long time and we ocassionally squirt it on the food but mainly use it in the water bottles. This is a must for new dogs and puppies. Any accidents will happen. Our puppy threw up all over the couch and his bed which sucked. Luckily we had this on hand and it immensely helped the cleaning situation. I separately purchased the large refill for the bottle just to keep on hand. The smell of the cleaner can be strong but it’s much better than the smell of whatever you may clean up. We first tested this with spilled soda on our couch and we’re amazed at how quickly the stain was pulled off. Used for huge spots on pictured bed a few times.cng128
This was an ok cleaner for pet related messes. I bought the one that has enzymes that is suppose to help neutralize the smell. I have a small chihuahua and even though she’s trained to go to the bathroom outside or on a pee pad, she still sometimes loves to go on any carpets/mats we have lying around our house. This spray helped with cleaning that up but I honestly didn’t really notice it helping to eliminate or neutralize the urine smell. It got most of the stain out but to get rid of the smell or to prevent her from going back to that same spot, I still have to take the carpet and wash it in my washing machine. It’s handy to have if she eats something bad and throws up on the tile or hardwood floor but in terms of neutralizing smell, not so much. Would I buy it again? Maybe. Unless I find something better out there.liisa.m
This product is amazing!!! When my family and I moved into a new house the previous owners' dogs had peed all over the family room carpet. Our dogs even started peeing in there and we couldnt get them to stop. We hired 5 different cleaning companies/carpet companies that all promised to get rid of it all and none worked. Then we were told about natures miracle and it worked! Dont trust anything else!gina.p
