I initially tried the disposable nappies (see review on those) which were unsuccessful, as too small. So, reluctantly due to cost, ended up buying these (also disposables not stocked in shop where I purchased this). I decided to go for a XL & L. They were for doubly incontinent male 14 1/2yr greyhound with 17" waist. I found the XL fitted very well because they do actually go as small as 15 1/2" waist (39.2cm) because of the velcro adjustment on the waist -even though packaging says suits waist 22-35". So, as long as the nappy itself is long enough end to end it can actually work for male dogs also. Also used ladies tena pads inside for extra absorbency, as they don't hold as much as you would hope! Below are my measurements of both nappy sizes I tried XL overall length 20 1/2 " (52cm) un-stretched, min waist 15 1/2" (39.2cm) -done up & measured internally L overall length 17 "(43cm) un-stretched, min waist 14 1/2"(36.8cm) – done up & measured internally. I have also washed them by hand and in machine, dried on radiator and even in tumble dryer. They have washed and dried well. They do dry fairly quickly on rads, even if been hand-washed. My BT recently passed away and my Chihuahua has been grieving as she is lonely. Got her a snuggle buddy and these warming packs to go in it. She loves it and snuggles up to it when she is in her crate, which is usually for about 3-4 hours max. I reuse the packs several times. Will be returning. Our Yorkie mix weighs 10 lbs and measured 14 inches around her chest. Based on the size chart, we ordered her a size Small. We paid extra for shipping. When it got here, it looked tiny. I adjusted the straps and tried putting it on our pup but it’s too small! It barely went over her head and wouldn’t close even at the largest adjusted strap point. Either your size chart is wrong or your product is mislabeled. I will be returning this harness. I like this harness! I have a mini aussie and he is a chewer. Sometimes with these he will somehow find his way to nibble around the edges of the harness and tear through it. I love these harnesses so much. Not only is the quality great, but I love that the clips are not metal. My dog is very sensitive to this sound and would tense up in fear when I’d put his old harness on from the sound of the metal clips clinking together. He had no reaction except excitement when I put this one on him. I do love the color, but I just wish there was a true red to match the maple collar (which is the one he wears). I have two of these harnesses because I bought the smallest one for my miniature dachshund when these originally launched. Unfortunately, it’s a little big on her, so I hope in the future they’ll release an even smaller one to accommodate dogs with even smaller chests because she absolutely loves going on adventures too!Brette B.
My wife and I both love the harness. Our dog is a rescue and we got him at 2YO, and VERY afraid so it has always been a challenge to touch him from day one. We've always had issues with bulky harnesses or, as we realized later, uncompfortable ones for him. We were kind of afraid using this one because it seemed a little bit bulky but after only 2 walks, we can see that it very light and he's feeling comfortable with it as he played and ran a lot. Also, I know for some it's not good to hear that there was an issue with the order, but realistically it can happen in any company and the main point here is that they SOLVED IT FAST AND WITH GREAT ATTENTION to what we, as customers, needed. We received a different color than ordered and within 24hs we already had a second one shipped. Moreover, I had bought it 2 days before the new colors came out and thought "well, that's just tough luck", but they made the change and the new shipment was sent in Seafoam =) A big shout-out to Alanna from Customer Support as she was fast and very friendly resolving my issue. Wife found young cat in drain at work. She took it home. A few weeks ago she got underneath vehicle and jumped down while we were driving down the street. She had her tail and rear end run over. We took her to the vet, she was bleeding heavy. They patched her up and gave her meds, sent her home and said see if she makes it. Thankfully she is making a recovery, but she is not able to lift her tail or control her bladder or ****. Wife searched online, found mostly dog diapers, but came across this site. We ordered 2ea. 3 packs after measuring cat. Package arrived quickly, and diapers looked high quality. Unfortunately we tried multiple times and ways to get diaper on. We did not have any problem getting over tail its when we tried around legs, either picking her up or trying upright. Wife and son tried to hold while I attempted to put on multiple times. All I can say is the diaper does a good job of holding my blood. We finally gave up after about the 10th time. Maybe our cat is a wild one, but she was having no part of this. I thought that since she was injured we would have no problems. Also tried when she was sleepy. I think I need to search for a cat diaper holding pen! Anyway I've got an unopened 3 pack and an opened unused 3 pack that is sitting on my table. I'm glad cat is alive, but these diapers are not for her.George P.
I bought small for my mini dachshund and medium for my beagle. Both were perfect fit. I found they are great for occasional incontinence but they wet through quickly and sag, making them very easy to slip out of. Daisy, our 16 year old beagle, wrestled her way out of them repeatedly. After some trial and error, we found the perfect solution. We use Poise pads inside the diaper (disposable pads used for human incontinency issues) and mitten clips to attach them to her harness! I'm about to order another set in the pretty fall Lodge colors. Very happy to have saved my floors and my sanity. Great product. If they sold disposable pads and mitten clips, I'd give them 5 stars!Tina
We absolutely LOVE the Belly Bands! My 12.5 yo boy was peeing on the floor in the kitchen during the night and it made me crazy! I was about ready to start crating him at night, like I did when he was a puppy and house training. As a last ditch effort to having crates in the house again, I got the Belly Bands and Diapers, and the bands fit and work GREAT!! But the diapers in the same size, are too big and come off! (He does have a stub of a tail, idk I’d that may be part of it.) That was disappointing. We only tried one of the three because of this. Hoping to get a credit/different size.Laura R.

This is better than pricey vet shampoo! I say this because our 3 year old lab mix is sensitive to the season changes and with that being said he has quite a few hotspots throughout the year. We went to the vet the very first time it happened and received some allergy meds. Now they did work in the long run (we had to give them to him for about two weeks) but it didn’t necessarily help his skin—the itching, scratching, and biting. We have had Vetoquinol medicated shampoo in the past but it’s so expensive, anywhere from $25-$35 a bottle. So I did some research on medicated shampoos and came across this one. I was skeptic because it is on the cheaper end and you know how that sometimes goes haha. Needless to say I’ve never actually had a product cost less than half the price and do what a name brand does. It cleared up his skin in a few days (using it twice a week) until the spots were gone although he did get relief the very first time we bathed him in it; which is such a wonderful thing to witness when your dog is visibly struggling. Just please don’t stop making this product and carrying it Walmart!!! We depend on it!!! So sorry I don’t have before and after photos for you to see for yourself but just buy it, you will not be disappointed plus it will save you SO much money.
My dog has been having such problems with his skin, super itchy and has always been very sensitive. He licks a lot and creates hot spots etc… After he got an infection and we had to put a cone around his head this has helped sooooo much to clear up his skin condition! It makes his coat much whiter too and smells like grapefruit, not a nasty smell at all. Overall I am just happy his skin is healing and the redness is pretty much all gone. now it's just maintenance. I have a 5 year old pocket bully who has allergies and very sensitive skin. This shampoo gives her noticeable relief as soon as shes out of the bath. Our dog is 14 and began having accident issues in the house. Talked to our vet's office to see what to do. They suggested either having someone come in during the day to let him out or the dog "diapers". I didn't want to have to pay someone to come in 5 days a week so we tried the disposable dog wrap. We have rescued an elderly dog from a hoarding situation. He was neutered at 10 1/2 years old, blind, and we have been unsuccessful at completely potty training him. We use this product a lot when we need to take a break from cleaning up after him, using pads and bed liners. Needless to say, we do a lot of laundry and have to spend a lot of money to keep him and the house clean. It is a lot of work for us so the wraps keep us sane. They work well and absorb wonderfully. HOWEVER…I sent an email to the company asking for a sale price when ordering only because we have to order so often and are having a difficult time making ends meet. My Labrador had stitches in her front leg right on the ankle joint so it was at high risk of infection as very close to the bone. I was hoping this would negate the need for the huge buster collar however, she would still lick at it through the sleeve and make it wet therefore increasing the risk of infection to the wound. She therefore still had to wear the buster collar as well as the sleeve to stop her licking it. Within a couple of days, there was a hole in the material of the sleeve and since then, a further tear has developed, so the quality of the material is not that good. She has also worked out how to get her leg out of it so all in all, it hasn’t been that great! That said, I would still recommend using one as it was better than not having the wound covered at all but for me, it didn’t negate the need for a buster collar unfortunately.Julieann
1 Very happy owner and one calm snoring Dog. He`s been at the top of his leg the last few days and licked it raw . No socks long enough and a long sleeved T shirt was not a success . Ordered this sleeve out of desperation . Money well spent ….. came in a flash and as soon as I put it on he seemed really excited and happy, running round barking the way he does before we go a walk. Now he`s sleeping and not looked at his leg once. Its made of a sweatshirt type fabric , the leg size is more important than body girth as there is lots of Velcro and poppers so easy to adjust so it fits comfortably , I`m glad I did not go for the XL as his chest measurement was borderline the L fits perfectly. Tip to anyone whose dog is prone to chewing….. Deep Heat spray a little on the outside of the fabric& let it dry before you put it on them. Dogs don't like the smell and wont lick /Chew.Mary
This item was recommended by a vet as my dog wouldn’t stop licking an open sore. We tried the common collar but she’s just too old for that and it was distressing for us both. I have used this stuff when I was grooming, before I quite to help with my husband's business. This stuff is great, pleasant smell last longer than most. It cleans well; but is at the same time gentle enough to use on most skin types. Also helps to ease lots of minor skin irritations.
