Received the Heartbeat Lamb as part of a puppy bundle, and it sat atop all the other items in the box (great selection too, highly recommend the Puppy Bundle from PetCircle!). My 8 week old Pugapoo saw it, grabbed it and hasn't stopped playing with it since. It has become her best friend, snuggle mate and punching bag, all at once. Lolz. I bought this for my Whippet Puppy. She was a bit restless during crate training and needing to be left alone for short periods. She snuggles this toy and it really comforts her. She falls asleep on top of it regularly. I only wish the heart beat lasted more like an hour before shutting off but otherwise this is great. She also loves just to play with the toy as well so all in all I really think it's a great thing especially for puppies who don't have another dog to keep them company.Jasmine

There are a few things not good with this product – the one I got (a gift, not from Pet Circle) actually didn't even have a heated rock, but instead came with a mini wheat /heat pack, contrary to packaging. Also, the zip to the tummy pouch is very chewable so I cut it out with scissors to prevent it being a hazard (possible to do without ruining it, just the pouch now has no zip). Despite this, my puppy loves this toy and is thrilled when I get it out. It's a good size and kind of solid feeling – very good for cuddling or attacking depending on his mood. It is also the only stuffed toy he hasn't chewed a hole in, so and it's been through the wash multiple times and still looks good.Emma

My dog Loki is my baby, and means everything to me. He's always been very jumpy and hates to be left alone, and is always by my side. He carries his toys around the whole house, and snuggles with them when he sleeps. This is by far his new favorite, and he brings it everywhere with him. It is so soft, and even though it's a good size it's still lightweight for him to carry. It's very cool because it actually has a piece in it that replicates a heart beat, which soothes him when he's anxious. It's quick and easy to turn it on and off. He used to constantly lick his paws until they were raw, and when he has this with him he doesn't lick anymore. This is such a cute toy, and I love that it helps my dog relax.Jalise

The anxiety dog toy is a quality dog toy. We have two mature dogs golden retriever and yellow laborer. Both dogs are constantly playing with the toy / stuffed animal. They love to trot around the house and ultimately sleep on their dog beds with the stuff animal. The toy appears solid and the dogs like and find comfort. We found this on Amazon and were impressed with the value. It appears to be well made and good quality. If you haven’t used a halter before, be patient and watch a few YouTube videos. It will take some time for your dog to get used to it, but once they do you will be amazed. It adjusts easily, but the large was almost too big for our 55lb collie mix and he has a fairly long snout. Would definitely go with the medium next time.pamela.s

This halter is just excellent. My daughter has special needs and this halter is perfect even for her to use. Our big dog responds to it perfectly. He is actually happy to wear it compared to so many others that we have tried. He never tries to pull it off or rub his nose along the ground trying to get it off…… LOVE IT.Paula

My dogs are 30kgs and 35kgs so they're both very strong. They both have a problem with pulling when they have a body harness on. This stops them pulling almost entirely – they will still pull when they want to sniff another dog or something exciting happens but it isn't anywhere near as strong as before. One big issue this thing has is if the dog pulls backwards it can slip over their head. My doberman has a skinny neck and head so this is a real problem with her. We have taken to putting on her old harness and clipping the rear D rings to it so that if the head halter comes off we still have her clipped to the body harness. (It's happened twice now, once when I was trying to tie my shoe and a dog barked behind me, and once when she was tied up outside a coffee shop)sorryboss_23

I have been using these collars for several years now and going to buy second set since my dog family has grown. I also have the SPT 2422 system so 4 collars right now in all. Will be adding 2 more of the SPT 2432. Love the beeper locator so much better than a bell for keeping up with several dogs at once.Darden

This is a cool little device for your dog to see how active they are and if they are getting sufficient exercise and sleep etc. The app and team are very helpful and responsive if you have any questions about functions or set up. I have an 8 month old American Bulldog that needs a lot of exercise, and this tracker makes sure he gets it. I originally was just looking for a good GPS tracker but when I saw that this one tracked his health I was very excited. I use Fitbit so glad to see that I can link them. I like the safe zone feature that alerts me if he leaves the yard. We live in a rural area and have a fenced acre that Im sure if he wanted to chase a deer or something could get out of. i bought an xl for my oldest pit bull. it was too small but xl being the largest size i had no other option than to modify it. but the reason why i wouldn't recommend it is because there is little padding and i have to readjust every couple of steps or it winds up on his side hindering his movements.crystal

This really is a tremendously different product. 127 settings seemed overwhelming to me. As I use this more and more as I train my dog, I’m able to see what that really means. In the past, collars I’ve used only had a few settings, so moving up or down a notch so to say was a dramatic difference, while the dogtra allows me to fine tune the stim very minimally until I find my dogs “number” for the variety of situations. I feel this is really helping the bond with my dog and therefore training is improved.MountainGSD

I bought the Dogtra 280C to use with my very active and agile 1 year old Toy Austrailian Sheppard for stopping unwanted behaviors like digging up my lawn and attacking the cat. The transmitter and receiver both hold charges for days, and easily sync by just holding the two units next to one another at the red dots for a second. The 1/2 mile range is more than enough to reach out and touch her for a friendly reminder to come in for supper. The LCD screen is super nice to see stimulation level at night or when I don't have my glasses with me. My girlfriend owns my dogs twin brother, he also needed corrective training, therefor being as pleased as I am with the performance of my Dogtra 280C, I couldn't help but buy one for her to use with him as well.Red Dogg 47

I’ve never had issues with Garmin straps. I not only have had several models, including the pre-2020 version of this same strap (more on that in a bit), but countless straps from Kickr, Polar, CooSpo, etc. I wish they would last more than a year or two, but some combination of sweat and dust always kills them (or bad design… the Wahoo straps always break at the snaps). As a strap, it is fantastic. I came back to Garmin because it was the most comfortable. Never had an issue pairing them with different GPS watches and cycling computers. Very comfortable, etc. It is also the worst, most environmentally unfriendly design and Garmin should be ashamed. I am not talking about the waste of Lithium Ion batteries. No. Before 2020 (it’s on their site), the strap featured the tiniest Phillips screws. Very easy to lose. Instead of fixing this issue, after 2020 they went to the smallest Torx size. Torx is good for some things. However the tiny Torx (it is the smallest size you can find a wrench for) just wants to strip. The first time I went to replace the battery, half of the screws stripped immediately. The next time I had to replace the battery, I had to jam the wrench into the head and apply lots of force to grip what was left of the Torx splines. Then one of the screws fell onto the floor of the workshop, never to be found again. So now, I am using electrical tape to keep the cover on. I wish I had kept one of my older straps, with the Phillips screws. Sure they were small, but they didn’t strip immediately. Basically, the screw choice is so bad that it’s almost like the strap is designed to be tossed when the battery dies. Shame on Garmin. Shame on the engineers and product team that thought that decision made sense. I wish I kept my old Garmin straps so I could mail them all to them. Maybe toss in all my other broken straps. Congratulations, you have created more useless garbage that will clutter landfills. Mmattydubs

I hate this thing. I purchased it because my older Garmin HRM chest strap was producing erratic heart rates even with a fresh battery, so I figured it was dying. I was hopeful that its "dual" nature meant I could connect it to both my smartphone and my 910. That didn't work: connecting it to my phone broke the connection with the 910, and my 910 then couldn't "find" the HRM. I have to chose between one device or the other, and I almost never connect it to my phone because my phone's battery drains at least 50% faster when this HRM strap is connected. My primary reason for hating it is that it chafes in several spots. With two exceptions, I'm not prone to chafing. One of those exceptions has long been HRM chest straps where the transmitter is & where any metal fittings are. This chest strap has the metal slider, the transmitter, the attachment, and it also chafes me where the smaller connections bits are (the little squares at the end of the front part of the HRM). In the past, I would turn the strap upside down (with the transmitter still right-side up) so that I could move the parts that chafed to a different location. I tried that with this one, and the transmitter didn't work. Now I'm stuck with chafing unless I tuck my shirt up underneath the spots that chafe. I haven't had reliability issues or weird battery issues like others have. That's why it gets two stars instead of one. I'm switching to a wrist-based HRM, but I'll likely still use the 910 for hiking and my 510 for cycling. I have years of chafing in my future until Garmin comes out with their next HRM chest strap — assuming it changes this design. Or maybe I'll get lucky & my hide will toughen up.HillSlug98239

If you’ve ever tried to carry a German Shepherd for 800 yards, you’ll see why I really love the GingerLead! The padding makes it comfortable for her, the outside construction is durable, light nylon, the handles are adjustable and padded for my comfort, and the unit has an attached lead that hooks onto my dog’s harness. This has made life much easier for both me and my dog.JP

After trying another walking harness I bought from the US, I tried the ginger lead with great results. This product is really easy to use without any complicated straps etc. Loki was walking much better and its saved my back no end as I can walk him in an upright position.Nigel

I bought this HRM and Bluetooth Bridge to allow me to use the virtual riding platform Swift with my standard road bike fitted with a Garmin Vector S power meter. Worked perfectly first time and has worked brilliantly since set up. It was the most cost effective solution.Punkalederhosen

Purchased this as I have a Powertap power meter that kicks out data using ANT+ and Bluetooth. I use TrainerRoad and Zwift in parallel on two separate devices (neither has ANT+). This 4iiii device neatly allows me to convert the ANT+ to BT and thus allows my powermeter to connect to two separate devices through BT. Works great and has been super reliable so far (I note other reports of lack of reliability but my experience has been exemplar). Highly recommended. Oh and it measures heart rate fine too and is comfy to wear and the battery compartment looks easy to use (as opposed to some other units e.g. from Garmin). Strong recommend.flipflops

Like many people, I bought the 4iiii Viiiiva to work not just as a heart rate strap but primarily to function as an ANT+ to Bluetooth bridge between my existing ANT+ devices and Zwift (running on an AppleTV). The 4iiii setup app (which was required to pair the Viiiiva with my ANT+ devices) is somewhat 'hit and miss'. I would say it has worked properly for me maybe one in every three times I've had to use it; probably less. That's very frustrating. The good news however is that, once the devices have been paired, that's them done. The app no longer needs to be used unless you wish to pair the Viiiiva with different devices. The Viiiiva itself is a fairly standard modern heart rate strap, similar in feel to a Garmin Premium strap (if you're familiar with those). One slight eccentricity is that, rather than having a 'hook clasp' on the elastic it attaches via two 'poppers' – one at each side of the 'brain' of the unit (apologies for all the inverted commas) where the battery is. In practical terms that doesn't really make any difference; it's simply another way of doing things. Heart rate is transmitted in both ANT+ and BLE (or 'Bluetooth' if you prefer). That's useful if, like me, you use software such as Zwift (requiring a BLE connection with our AppleTV) at the same time as recording your data on the likes of a Garmin head unit (which needs ANT+). Both seem to work concurrently with no problems whatsoever. Issues rise with the Viiiiva's propensity to cut out. It hasn't been as reliable as heart straps I've paid less than half the price for. I'd say it has cut out, to date, for a couple of minutes pretty much every hour and half. While that doesn't sound like a huge amount, it can be very annoying. Busting myself to try to better one of my pathetic segment times on Zwift only to have my strap cease to function 95% of the way through is not a pleasant experience. Replacing the batteries helps but really one would expect a much longer battery life than one actually gets. Again estimating, I'd say I get roughly ten to fifteen hours out of an Ikea CR2032 before it requires replacing. Admittedly they're not the most expensive version of such batteries but that's disappointing and considerably less than most other sensors, heart straps etc. provide without cutting out. If the app was improved and the Viiiiva itself was more reliable I would give it a higher mark. The premise is excellent but it doesn't quite come off as well as one might hope.KitMit

Very well made interactive puppy that makes various noises & actions. My Mum loves Cheeky, as do the other residents in her care home. Cheeky creates interest wherever she goes, she is spoken to so much and she obliges by woofing back. My Mum kindly lends Cheeky to her friend Ethel when shes feeling very distressed & needs to leave to go home to look after her parents. My mother has dementia. She had a dog before needing full time care in a special home. She kept asking to have a dog but it wasn't practical or permitted in the facility. I got her the Joy For All puppy. It makes her smile. She talks to it and pets it. She named it "Noodles". My only complaint is that it is heavy for her weak arms and hands and the large, hard interior mechanism takes away from the realistic feel.lauriehay

Adopted a black mouth cur from the shelter. Escape artist, separation anxiety to the maximum. First time I put the shirt on her, I left her in the car while I ran into the store (no, it wasn't hot out! and I wasn't long. but I'd be wondering the same, reading the above!) When I got back to the car, though, she had the thundershirt Off! And she was trying to escape from the slightly open window, yelping! I honestly put the jacket back into the box because it has a money-back guarantee. I was going to send it back. However, "life" got in the way and I never mailed it. I purchased the ThunderShirt for my dog's anxiety over fireworks. I tried to get my dog accustomed to it before putting it on her as the instructions stated but she ran away every time even when it was paired with treats and I was just holding it up. Despite this, I put the ThunderShirt on her the night of the 4th of July fireworks. I also added the calming spray to the area on the shirt as indicated. She was very anxious the whole night. However, the next night I put the shirt on her again and she calmed down quickly despite neighbors setting off fireworks. This was repeated the next night as well. We have not needed to use it since then but will use it when thunderstorms are predicted and when she needs to go in the car to see if that will help with her car sickness. I was skeptical at first that this would work but I am so glad I purchased the ThunderShirt and gave it a try.Michelle S.

I recently adopted 2 retired greyhounds and noticed my female would hide and pant before and during rainstorms. I bought these just a few weeks before July 4th since the firecrackers were already starting to explode in our neighborhood and my male grey refused to walk after hearing pops and getting spooked. I got 2 in XL: one in Camo with orange stripes and the sport in platinum which has a quilted weave and feels thicker so I could see if they had any preference since they both fit on either dog (they like them both). Just followed the directions for wrapping the shirts and it seemed to instantly calm my girl down to the point where she doesn’t want to take it off though eventually she lets me. I’m not sure it helps my male so much since it’s gotten so hot out that I won’t add an extra layer on them in this heat and cause them to have heat stroke but I put it on them during stormy weather and they both really like wearing the shirts which surprised me so I think he likes it too. I purchased this monitor to use with my ELEMNT Bolt and my NordicTrackS22i. The TICKR FIT works perfect with the ELEMNT BOLT but can have connectivity issues with the Nordictrack S22i. Sometimes it shows that it is connected to the S22i but displays no data and needs to be disconnected and re-connected. There can be short lags in real time display of HR but seem to be minor. When worn with and compared to an Apple Watch, they stayed within 2 bpm’s and usually displayed identical bpm’s. No problems with battery or charging at this time. This works really well for keeping track of workout HR zones on Strava and IFIT.Johno

This arm band heart rate works great and is comfortable to use. I had a pacemaker implanted about seven weeks ago and now my chest strap heart rate gets a double signal sometimes so the data is not usable. The arm band monitor solves this problem. Also it is rechargeable so you never have to open it up to replace the battery. I’ve been using the armband on zwift for both running and riding and the data looks reliable. I would highly recommend the wahoo armband heart rate monitor even if you don’t have a pacemaker. Also it stays in place better than a chest strap when running.Matt

It is comfortable to wear and will give you some idea of what HR you have achieved during your work out. Fundamentally it is not anywhere near as accurate as wearing a chest strap. It *is* more accurate than a wearing just a wrist watch, especially in the first 5min of a work-out (or if there's no impact involved, at which point my watch tanks my HR immediately) It seems less likely to intermittently lose contact with you than a wrist watch is. It does far better at keeping a reasonably accurate HR before you've built up a sweat, than a wrist watch. Battery life seems good, although I have not had it for very long yet. Bottom line, I have not found it to be accurate enough to replace wearing a chest strap, sorry. It's much more comfortable than a chest strap, but I just can't accept the drop in accuracy regarding the heartrate so I'm back to wearing a chest strap again. For the record, the type of exercise I tried it out during: I bike outside for commuting (found a huge difference to my chest strap); do lots of spin (seems generally accurate, but sometimes not accurate) ; I also do lots of misc gym work/classes (cardio classes/hiit/combat/weight classes etc) and to be honest my chest strap does better at all those. Maybe the tickrfit is best at doing your heart rate during running activities, maybe that's why I haven't had great results with it, as that's not my preferred exercise. Other info: I have slim forearms with not much fat where it sits (similar sized forearms to the ladies in the photos on the wahoo website) . I wear it with the small armband. I don't know if that has an impact on its accuracy. Bottomline: -Clearly better than just having a wrist watch -If you truly care about knowing your heart rate, get a chest strap. It's just not the same. -I have no problem with the product otherwise, just it isn't accurate enough for meEmilia P.
