The crate had obviously been used and returned. The metal was rusted in places and the plastic bottom tray was dirty. When I decided to return it, It was a challenge to get it back in the box. When I took it back to the store, I asked about a discount and received 15% off (the tax). I had previously bought one that was marked down by 50% because the box was damaged. I was quite disappointed in the whole experience. Apparently the merchandise was supposed to be checked if the box was damaged and that wasn’t done in this case.Janice

I've owned dogs for the last 40 years. I've used MidWest wire crates for my last 4 dogs. This iCrate didn't disappoint. It's sturdy and and easy to put up and take down. I use them when I travel with my dogs too. My dogs only use their crates for sleeping in at night or napping in during the day. During the day, their crate doors are left open. I close the dogs in at night. I don't have an issue with my dogs trying to escape from their crates, so I can't speak to whether or not this would be sturdy enough for a dog that's determined to get out of their crate. These crates are more than sturdy enough for my miniature Schnauzer, Havanese, and Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. All three of my dogs love their MidWest iCrates, as did my previous dog! They go in them voluntarily and when told to "crate up". My only concern with the current crate I ordered is that that one of the latches isn't lined up quite right so it's a bit tight when closing the crate door. I bent it slightly and it works much better. I haven't had that issue with any of the previous MidWest crates I've used. I'm a MidWest crate fan.Eddie09

We bought this in April 2022 for our Rhodesian Ridgeback mix puppy. He was weeks old when we rescued him. He was a Parvo pup and barely survived, so rest and his own quiet space was highly recommended for recovery. We first used the divider which was great. However, as he grew, so did his strength. It definitely is not strong enough for large dogs. Even for short amounts of time. At the moment he is 6 months and 60 pounds. Thankfully he did not get out nor hurt himself! I like the price point of this camera, but it doesn’t work well even to be mid-grade price. It only detects motion about 25% of the time. I mainly got them for motion detection and recording so that was a huge disappointment. The video is semi consistent when it does decide to record, but it doesn’t record the entire motion encounter. In addition, the motion sensor hasn’t worked at all since I got a notification about my trial expiring soon (it hasn’t expired yet though.) The app is a little glitchy but is otherwise easy to navigate and the quality of the image and video is decent which is why they got 2 stars here. To be transparent, I didn’t do much research into these before I bought them, and to add to it, they were buy one get one free so I was pretty excited to buy them. Just know for this camera, you will need to sign up to a monthly Amazon subscription for cloud storage. Please consider before purchasingSimone

This security camera will show you live feed without a subscription! I got lucky enough to get 4 cameras for the price of 2 during Prime Day a few years ago, so I could install in the bedrooms and areas of my house where my little kids tend to play alone, so I don’t have to run from room to room to find out why they are being soooo quiet. If you’re a parent you know your concern starts when your kids are being way to quiet! It can sit anywhere, with without being plugged in and you can pair it to your phone via app and watch from anywhere in the world!!! As long as there's stable Wi-Fi inside the home. I watched my living room for 18 days while visiting my family in another country. This camera has the ability to record as well but you need a subscription to store the recordings on the cloud! Very clear picture with ability to zoom in (on your phone) and night vision is well lit black white. Best of all, this camera allows you to hear speak through it. It's also a fantastic way to monitor children and the elderly without having to run inside all the time to see if everything's alright! I believe the subscription gives you Alexa voice command when you register your blink on Amazon.com. Best camera, good picture, great features, very dependable and easy to install! The only issue (and this is the only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars) is because if the room is completely dark and you check the camera (especially if it is in your kids bedroom), a blue light turns on (it won’t make it bright, but if you’re facing the camera you will notice something is on even if your eyes are closed). It will also beeps while you’re checking the camera, so it can be distracting if your child is almost falling asleep… but other than that, absolutely nothing to complain about.jessica.p

First off the price is right. relatively easy to set up minus a few issues with it not recognizing my wifi. perfect size to hide in places you want monitored. Video quality is lacking a bit. one feature that would be a good add is not only being able to flip the video up side down but rotate it so you can mount it on a wall and have the video rotated to be level. the motion detection is bit useless. all night long it will record a pesky moth but during the day I can walk past it in front of it and it won't record. I have it set to the most sensitive setting (maybe that's why the moth is always showing up) but it misses other movement. if there is a way to fix these issues I would consider giving it a 4 star rating. this definitely isn't going to help you identify a burglar who broke in but will at least help see when someone is in your house when they are not supposed to (if the motion detection works)Stop making landfill

I did a lot of research before purchasing this, and this one was the best reviewed, for good reason. It works very well. Pre-treat, soak and then scrub the work area in different directions using a brush (or using the included brush head tool, but don't apply suction yet). Don't over-saturate the work area. Take it slow, keep the fit tight to maintain suction and make multiple passes in different directions for best results. It's easy to clean, and there is a special attachments (not included, but available for purchase separately) called the HydroRinse Self Cleaning Tool, that aids in cleaning the hose. ​ The only negative is that it is a little loud considering how short the hose is and how close your head is to the motor. Let me conclude by saying….Bissell sure does make things confusing. So, here is a summary of what I learned that might save you some time: This portable carpet cleaner is sold at a few different major retailers, and each retailer seems to sell a different version of it. The only differences are the name (some call it "little green", some don't), accent color (blue, purple, green, etc.), the number and type of attachments / cleaning tools and their color, and which starter cleaning solution it comes with. I like that it’s a portable handheld. I don’t like that it can really only be used in 2 positions. Flat, with bristles parallel to the ground, or upright where the bristles are positioned at the top. According the the manual, you must not turn the vacuum around on its head to vacuum upside down, and you can’t vacuum sideways. If you have back cushions that can’t be removed, then you can clean the top portion (wherever the vacuum head reaches). But the long body and handle will prevent you from getting to the bottom areas. And like I said, according to the manual you’re not supposed to turn the vacuum upside down or sideways because of the risk of leaking. If your seat is at a slight angle, so that the vacuum’s bottom is higher than the front bristle area, then performance suffers again. You can see water being sucked up, but then coming down again around the sides. I think if you’re only doing flat vacuuming, like for carpets or cushions that you can sit flat, then this handheld will perform better for you. Cleaning curtains upright might be alright too, provided you’re not trying to get to a spot near the bottom.Becs

This is a great little bundle for pet owners and anyone that wants a tool to help things clean. The attachments are easy to use and the machine is easy to figure out. The trial size will basically get you one full tanks worth of cleaning if you go for full strength, so it's good that the bundle also comes with a full size. Ignore the label on the full size bottle that says for upright machines only, apparently that doesn't apply to the little green pet pro, it's exactly the same formula as the trial bottle. Only thing to give a heads up about is that when you use the 2-in-1 pet tool, make sure you have the slider slid all the way down to the wet selection or you'll think that it doesn't work. It has some play in between the dry and wet selection, almost like a neutral area, so if it's not spraying just make sure you've slide the button as far as it can go towards "wet". It is very loud, so you may also want to grab a pair of earplugs to use while using the machine since there isn't much distance between you and the noise as you use it, they will definitely help. sSydney

We have a Yorkie that loves this stuff! We started with the rolls and he was really eating it up but after a while it took us having to coax him into eating. We came across these and from the first time we gave it to him, he licks the bowl clean each and every time. It is now the only food that I will feed him. I know that all the ingredients are fresh and good for him. He has more energy (if that's possible) and his coat is shinier than it has ever been. After my 7 month old puppy was healing from a spaying surgery (just got back from) her appetite was gone, but the only thing she would eat was Freshpet chicken treats. We tried giving her normal kibble and some beef wet food but she wouldn't touch it, she's never had beef before though so that might've played a part. My mom decided to try FreshPet and my dog went crazy for it, ate the whole thing in one sitting and even picked up the paper plate and flung it around. She's never ever done that in the 4+ months we've had her, we've tried multiple kibble/wet food brands as well. We've switched to the Vital line rolls and she still likes them, we mix with her normal kibble and she eats around the kibble (she usually comes back to finish it after). This food is definitely worth the price although the feeding guidelines seem a little too much. The kibble we fed promises shiny coats (which it did provide) but with freshpet her coat is even more shiny and she's so much more happier to eat. My little chihuahua, Judah, is six years old. Like a lot of older chihuahuas, she’s lost most of her teeth, so she can’t eat regular hard kibble. I initially had her try some Blue Buffalo individual wet food, but she always seemed tired and run down. Within three days of switching to this food, she was more energetic and played with her toys for the first time in over a year. I’ve tried a lot of other tracking devices, including those generic ones you can purchase anywhere. This device attests to the saying, you get what you pay for. The Cube tracker is the perfect mix of hardware and software. First the hardware, super well built, responsive button, compact and solid—I am not afraid to strap it onto anything. Then the software—the app is so easy to use. I cannot go wrong with anything I click. Setting up the device is easy. Pairing was a breeze and the app can recognize the device within a couple of minutes. One thing, the app requested for me to turn on my location all the time. I have some hesitation with allowing the my phone’s location all the time to perfectly use the app. I don’t know if I am just mistaking it—but I am thinking, it should be the location of the Cube all the time, not my phone. So I need to understand why I need to have my location accessed to read where the Cube is. Anyway, back to the app, I just click the Cube in the app and I see it’s location. It tracks where it is and it also tracks where it has been—the exact path. So that’s great. I can see where the tracker has been day-by-day. The map it provides is not too shabby either—there are notable POIs in the map, like restaurants, community centers, post offices, etc. There are pretty cool features on it too—like sharing the location with others, getting alerts in reference to my location, even fencing areas so it can save battery or it can let you know whether the cube has reached a certain location I set up. Speaking of saving battery, I have been using it for a week, attached to another car, without using the save battery feature of the Cube, and I still have 68%. I started on a full charge and after a week of use, I still have 68% battery—which is so cool. And another cool feature is, the Cube has a button that you can program—press it a certain number of times and it can notify someone of a custom message, like where I am or if I need help. It is a really useful device. There is a data subscription though, which is expected because it has to communicate with you wherever it is. But it is a perfect companion with the kids (especially with the dangers out there), or our other cars, etc. I super recommend!DarR

What I like the most about this GPS tracker is its convenience to be placed anywhere. Its small, solid, long lasting Battery (specs states from 10-60 days depending on the configuration), can be discretely placed in the car or any other place you want it. You can carry with you, in case you are in a country where you don’t feel safe, you can put in your bag while you are traveling in case you are not feeling confident with the airline baggage service, so the GPS coverage is worldwide, or you can attach it to your pet while you are walking and have peace of mind if he got lost. But basically if your car is stolen, this is the device you want to locate it. Then, you have to give it permission locations all the time, press and hold until it beeps the button to pair it via Bluetooth with the app, and finally add the serial number of the device and that is all. One cool thing I noticed is that the app comes with the option to make it ring, in case you are looking for it. The app offers some other options, like create a virtual fence, so if the vehicle left the boundaries you have set up, the app will alert you, SOS Button so you can send a prerecorded text message along with your location to your family and friends. I’ve been looking for a more versatile tracker and this one fits the bill. The fact that this uses a combination of GPS, cellular, wifi, AND bluetooth for tracking, makes this tracker extremely versatile with how you can use it as well as its accuracy. // Versatility I can use this for tracking my vehicle(s), pets, bikes, and even myself (more details on that in the Sharing section). It’s small enough where I can easily hide it in my vehicle and there are built in holes on each side of the Cube so I can attach it to a dog collar easily. Absolutely useless product. I am aware this is only useful for 24 hours. My dog enjoyed eating it as a treat but other than that it's useless! It did absolutely nothing in 24 hours if anything it seemed like it made it worse! All it seemed to do was irritate the fleas and make them bite more! Also another thing to note after taking this my dogs were extremely extremely thirsty like I've never seen before! Please beware and don't waste your money on this useless product like I did pay the extra 20 dollars and go buy a soresto collar.V

My poor boy. The fleas love him. I can give him a flea bath every day and he's still infested. After trying daily baths, over the counter remides treating my yard and topical treatments, nothing worked so I decided to try a oral treatment. I swear by this. After one treatment I would find fleas on my bed (he jumps up on my bed when I'm not looking because I didn't want to share his unwanted friends) my blanket was covered…. of dead or dying fleas. 1 TREATMENT people. I wanted this to work so bad because my dog is highly allergic to fleas and shreds himself up even when he has the topical flea prevention. Even if a dog around him has fleas he breaks out (our neighbor dog has fleas so my poor pup get around them). I saw this and wanted to try to give him some relief to my itchy pooch. The first day, I saw 3 fleas on my dog and purposefully left them on there to see if it worked. I came back in an hour and they were still there. I figured since it says up to 4 hrs I would wait. Later in the day I checked him, fleas still there. So I thought may it took some time for his body to get accustomed to it. The next day same story, he went outside in the morning I checked him saw he has some fleas, gave him a pill checked him about an hour and a half later, fleas are still having a party. Let it set for the rest of the afternoon and checked him before dinner, still the fleas are alive and kicking. 3rd day same story. At this point I can see it isn’t working and I wasted the $25 it costs for it. At least I didn’t spend the $50 for the month. Look at the reviews and notice several of us back to back have rated it the same so obviously something is wrong here. Avoid and save your money and spend it on the more expensive one!Kate

I have a pup that is a large breed, he looks like I been feeding him steak and potatoes cause he's so dang big. He is ALL puppy though. Chews on everything loves running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Been trying to train him to chill with me, yeah, right. He wants to play. And because he wants to play, he wants to run every stinkin where. Decided, for my sanity as well as his safety, I'd get this thing. Put the flags out, set it on a low static charge, and it didn't take long before he figured it out. You DO have to WORK a dog with this. It's not just a plug it up and watch their hair shoot up when they get popped. Walked him around the perimeter for 7 days, he sees and sniffs the flags. After that, I let him run around, and he got popped maybe 3 times, and figured it out. Now he's pretty dang happy, and I can let him rip around with zoomies while I work in the yard. I have a 2 yr old LARGE French Mastiff that weighs 180ish! I bought with the (red in color) “stubborn” collar. We previously installed a wired underground fence. (Which I have to mention took 2 FULL DAYS TO INSTALL AND READY TO USE!!) My Bo would realize he was close to the boundary, take a step or two back then take a run right through it, with no second thought!!! We watched him do this several times. I guess he was thinking, well this is going to hurt but only for a few short seconds. Idk?? But it did NOT phase him one bit! I had talked to 4 or 5 people that had this system, so reluctantly I decided to give it a try. I thought to myself well if it doesn’t work I will simply return it, no harm no foul. My boyfriend had it installed and collar on Bo in 30 mins flat. We walked ole hard-headed Bo around maybe 4 times to show him the boundaries. Once he heard the beeping, he kept walking then he felt the shock 1 time and that must have been enough because he never ventured close again! It has been about 2 months of use and I would give it 100 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION! We live in a subdivision where houses are fairly close. I was ultimately worried that the zone would lead into the neighboring yard. (which was the #1 thing we are trying to prevent) And although it may, Bo doesn’t even attempt to go that far. I believe he now understands to stay in his own yard! Living in a subdivision, many people take walks and Bo just sits and watches them now!! Matter of fact, just to see, we have sent him outside WITHOUT the collar and ironically enough HE STAYS IN OUR YARD!! The ONLY complaint I have is the small clear piece on the collar broke off the first time I went to adjust the strength of the shock. So far it hasn’t effected anything so fingers crossed on that! Just an FYI, we set ours on a level 3 to begin with and my boyfriend was ready to give up, so I told him to have some patience and we just kept adjusting the level on the collar and we ended up discovering for Bo he needed to be set on a #6. Again, I repeat he weighs 180 lbs, and the Mastiff bread is KNOWN for their stubbornness. I would suggest starting at the lowest level for a smaller dog PLEASE! My dogs love these. Not going to lie, when I first purchased these, I didn’t really understand how they worked. I would fill with treats then feel disappointed when it only entertained my dogs 10 minutes. I have since adopted a hyperactive Labrador; while researching ways to calm him down, kongs kept coming up in the blogs. I watched some videos on how to use them for training purposes and have learned how to stuff them in a way that keeps my dogs entertained for a long time. I use a combination of kibble, canned dog food, and other healthy food options, layer it all in the Kong, then freeze. My dogs are stupid excited to see me pull these out of the freezer. I always buy a size larger than I think I need to ensure my dogs don’t choke or get their tongues stuck and that’s worked out great. Very happy with these, we have about 12 of them. Amazing! Amazing at entertainment for my dog. Love how we can stick big treats in there and keep him busy whenever we have to leave the house. I think it's a must for training your dog. Be sure to replace it whenever there is damage. As I know a friend's dog had a piece of Kong stuck in his intestine and had to get surgery to remove it. So best to keep the toy until you notice any wear or tear. I like how it has multiple sizes and has really good durability.. this is a really good investment for your dog! We have found many creative ways to entertain our husky/German shep/malamute mutt who has high energy and high affinity to treats. 10/10 would recommend. There's also some Kong specific treats you can find meant to fit into the toy to make it very difficult for the dog to remove it. We like that there is a lot of creative ways to use it. We had two on rotation for when our puppy was teething and needed a lot of attention. Frozen treats allowed for the pup to work on the kong. We use it at home mainly but we do bring it over to our friends house when our dog is staying the night because we are out of town. It's just another tool they can use if they find he needs to calm down and focus instead of rambunctious and playing.terri.n

My dogs had this for about a year. He’s a 22 lb Italian Greyhound mix who isn’t destructive (the pic attached is him 🥰). I included this information because I can’t vouch for the durability if you have a chewer. The material seems durable though. It does have a rubber smell that is kind of annoying and it takes a long time to go away. If you’re sensitive to smell you might want to avoid this. It seems to smell the most like rubber when you wash it. It’s easy to wash. I use a little bit of dish soap and hot water to wash it after every use. You don’t have to use the Kong spray in this. You can fill it up with whatever treat/food you want.simply.b

My dog enjoys this food very much. I think Pedigree is one of the better grocery store choices out there. My dog is around 17lbs. Not tiny, but not medium to big by any means. While she will eat larger kibble, she really prefers the smaller bites. This is one she never turns her nose up at and a good value, too.jennifer.a

I Purchased 2 poodles two years apart. I started them on Puppy then small dog to adult dog, The final years of their lives I switched back to puppy. Each of my dogs were given the dry food. I bought Pedigree Small Breed a week ago and my Maltese / Shih Tzu mix loves it! It's very easy for her to chew, the size of the pieces are perfect for her. There are so many brands she hasnt exactly been a fan of at all. Nearly as if she would have to really starve herself to build the courage to eat but not Pedigree foods! With Pedigree, her poop is also showing healthy signs in color, size and texture. She's much more energetic after eating sleeps a lot better due to not having any upset stomach aches or still being hungry! For YEARS I recommended these to everyone and anyone within ear shot. We breed, raise, train poodles and Bernese mountain dogs. These dogs can be anywhere from 1000-5000 a piece however the pain my family is feeling from this completely avoidable losses no amount can fix. We have not lost just one family member but seven senselessly. It wasn’t till a vet tech advised me in line at our Petco not to buy this product that this was what was making dogs sick! Our puppies and adults all dogs all wore these and experienced vomiting, diarrhea, seizures, spontaneous abortions, chemical burns and the worst death. My family’s heart is broken, it was to the to the point that we were drowning our pets medical bills. Stopping our capture /neuter/release program of 35 years, didn't leave us free of cats. We three ranch wives found ourselves still with cats, after the "DUMPING" ceased. And, praying we outlive them ! We were fortunate in finding homes along the way, for kittens and adult cats that were eager to have forever homes. But, unfortunately, there are always the few that pass the "cute-adopt me" stage. Our ranch is currently "BLESSED" with 9, yes NINE varied aged, varied breed CATS – All of whom are loved dearly by all who share their lives. Along with 2 small dogs, expenses would be great if not for PET MEDS ! SERESTO cat & dog purchases are our most important ! With SORESTO, we have never had an infestation of fleas. Oversight Subcommittee Report Reveals EPA Failed to Protect Pets, Owners From Dangerous Flea and Tick Collar

Washington, D.C. (June 15, 2022)—Today, Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, released a staff report entitled “Seresto Flea and Tick Collars: Examining Why a Product Linked to More than 2,500 Pet Deaths Remains on the Market,” which details the findings of the Subcommittee’s 16-month investigation into the safety of the Seresto flea and tick collar. The report reveals that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under previous administrations was aware of the dangers of the Seresto collar as early as 2015 and failed to take action to protect pets and their owners. Scientific experts, a former EPA official, and pet owners will testify about the dangers of the Seresto collar and the findings of the Subcommittee’s report at a hearing this afternoon.

“It is unacceptable that the EPA has been aware of the Seresto collar’s safety concerns for years and has continued to allow Americans to unknowingly put their pets in danger by using a product they have been led to believe is safe,” said Chairman Krishnamoorthi. “While I am pleased by the EPA’s new commitment to revisit the incident data, I urge the agency to initiate formal Notice of Intent to Cancel proceedings to determine whether the Seresto collar should be removed from the market, including a comprehensive cost-benefit review of its serious risks. Following the Subcommittee’s disturbing findings, I believe the EPA must expand its data collection standards and more strictly follow its scientific review process to ensure that dangerous products are not permitted to stay on the market and threaten the welfare of pets that so many Americans view as family.”

The Seresto flea and tick collar received EPA approval in 2012 and was introduced to the market in 2013. Since then, Bayer—the original brand owner of the collar—and Elanco—which purchased the product in 2020, have sold more than 30 million collars. Pet owners embraced the convenience of the product, which provides 8 months of flea and tick protection for dogs and cats for under $70, and which is widely sold by pet specialty stores, online pet pharmacies, and large online retailers.

The Subcommittee launched its investigation into the collars in March 2021, following the publication of an investigative report which revealed that, as of June 2020, there had been more than 75,000 incidents and approximately 1,700 pet deaths linked to the Seresto collar. Since then, the reported numbers have increased to more than 98,000 incidents and 2,500 pet deaths.

The Subcommittee reviewed emails from the EPA, as well as documents from Bayer and Elanco, that showed the EPA was aware of these incident numbers and the dangers caused by the collar yet failed to act. Documents and communications obtained by the Subcommittee reveal:

EPA Rushed Seresto’s Approval Through a Flawed Scientific Review Process: An EPA Risk Manager wrote in 2016 that the agency “rushed” the Seresto collar’s registration so that the CDC could use the collars in a study. The California Department of Pesticide Regulation found that key studies that tested the Seresto collar on adult dogs and cats were not acceptable because the studies “greatly under-estimated the exposures” to one of the collar’s active ingredients. This dog food looks like and upgrade for my dogs before I even opened the bag. The packaging is so elegant and shows the fresh salmon. Once opening the bag, it does have an overwhelming salmon smell but I can get over that if my dogs love it. I filled up my 17 year old chihuahuas bowl and my two year old lab insisted she have some as well even though it says it’s for smaller breeds she can’t be left out. They both ate it all up and loved it. My older dog is very picky and it’s also hard for her to eat a lot of dog food anymore because of her old teeth but she didn’t seem to have any issues. I received this product complimentary but this is my honest opinion. My dog honestly loves this new food. He usually gets excited for new food but gets bored easily but this was not the case this time! He actually looks forward to his feeding times and devours the bowls each time. I like the high quality ingredients and the fact that beef, lamb and salmon are the first ingredients in the list followed by sweet potato. My two golden doodle/husky mix dogs are not on a grain free diet. One of them seems to have some kind of food sensitivity, as he is always scratching his face after he eats. I was excited to have him try the Merrick Grain Free Real + Chicken and Sweet Potato Recipe, to see if he still had the same issue. He seemed excited too smell the bag and to try a few pieces of kibble. He was not happy when I mixed it with his current food though. He refused to eat. I purchased this item in a pinch. I was visiting my mom and walked into a house of fleas! Pest control was unavailable for 4 days, and offered a flea bomb service. which meant all animals and people would need to gone for a day. This was a huge problem! My mom has 4 cats and a dog. 2 of the cats are saved strays, so she can not touch them yet. Anyway after googling our options we got some flea meds from the vet, and purchased this item, as my research said fleas drown easily, and any soap will also kill them. We choose this item because it was small and lightweight as neither of us are young anymore. We got it home and assembled it easily. Added water and soap and began flea control! We cleaned the wall to wall carpet in her 2 bedroom flat! It cleaned nicely, and looked good. Everything soft was put in the washer and dryer. It dried in a few hours with the ceiling fans on! We didn't know immediately if we removed any fleas. After pest control came out a week later, they didn't find any! She was given the all clear! Although my first night visiting was spent carpet cleaning the rest of my visit was very nice! This little machine was easy to use, and I ended up purchasing one for myself a couple months later. Neither of our homes are big, so since this is easy to use and lightweight, I can get it upstairs. You have to fill and empty nearly every room, sometimes more depending on size. The dirty water tank looks big but stops picking up water when the noise changes. Which is intensional, so you know when to empty. Looks like it would hold much more, but after a quick empty, it was cleaning again. The power button is in a really weird location, can't hit it with your foot, but is way low down. Again not a big deal, but I would prefer not to bend if I don't have too. This item was decently priced. I bought the K-Mini Plus and just used it today for first time. I replaced a K-Mini that worked for a little less than 3 years, but I loved it. I live alone and make 2-3 cups of coffee a day. So far, so good; but I don’t really think the “stronger” brew button does anything because the strength of the coffee brewed tastes exactly the same as what I brewed in the K-mini that didn’t have this feature. I’m using the same flavors and amount of filtered water that I’ve always used. Disappointing, because I was looking forward to a stronger brew, and the main reason I purchased the plus instead of just the mini. Also, this brewer doesn’t brew my coffee as hot as my previous K-mini. It’s okay but not as hot as I’d prefer; just barely passable, which is disappointing. I shouldn’t have to buy the “mac daddy” big brewer so that I can adjust the temperature; especially since my previous K-mini brewed a hotter cup of java. I took excellent care of my previous brewer, keeping it descaled and clean, used only filtered water, etc., but it started acting up about 2.5 years after purchasing it. I was able to fix the issues by watching videos, but then the heating mechanism died. I’m hoping this brewer lasts at least 5 years. My original big K-cup brewer lasted over 10 years! I moved to a small condo that has a small kitchen, so the mini size is crucial to me. If this K-Mini Plus brewer doesn’t last, I’ll be purchasing a knockoff brand because from what I’ve read, they last about 2-3 years and they are much cheaper. Bought it Oct-20, great design, fit, functionality. Just a bit pricy but worth it for a quality machine right? Within 6 months the lights stopped working, so there was no way to know if it's on, off, heating, brewing etc. Fine, I could understand it well enough from the sound and actions it's performing. Within 12 months it can't finish a cup in one go. Either it doesn't suck in the water, or it dies immediately after the water is in the heating body. Then I have to restart it through a combination of; Open/close handle Press on/off button for 3 seconds Unplug/plug powerchord BUT since there's no working lights I can't tell if it started heating or not, so now I'm pressing my ear against the side of the machine to listen for the heaters starting up. The reason I bought this machine was for quick and automated coffee, but now I'm spending half of my morning just to get it to work. Conveniently the damage starting getting critical only after the warranty was up so Keurig won't do much about it. It's a shame because I like the product otherwise, but next time I buy a coffemaker I'll expect it to work for more than a year..randerxos

I love, love, love the Keurig K-Mini Plus, and you won't find a better price anywhere. Yes, I've checked. This is my 4th Mini-plus, so I now have a machine in every room of my house with running water. The K-cups make a perfect cup of coffee. Water run through the unit is the perfect temperature to brew a cup of tea (or cocoa) as well. I have had zero malfunctions with my Keurigs; they are all in perfect working order. I don't need to brew a whole pot of coffee, I just want a well-made steaming mug every once in a while. The water goes into the reservoir fresh each time, which is ideal for the best flavor. If you live in a multi-person household filled with coffee drinkers, maybe the larger machine with a multi-cup reservoir makes sense, but you still are making your brew one cup at a time. So, for my money I prefer the Mini Plus. The little flip-top reservoir is handy for cleaning, but I usually just leave it in place and pour the water in. Follow the directions and you'll be fine. This is a simple machine that makes a fine cup of coffee. I love the extras that QVC throws in for nothing–takes the sting out of the shipping cost. There are some issues with tht vacumm that I am not satified with. First it only comes with onlt a Pivoting Dusting Tool (Brush) , and crevice tool. The dusting tool is useless unless your going to vacuum fan blades or anything up high, this comes in two pieces, the brush clips to the frame of the part that you insert into the vacuum hose, this brush will come apart at times while using it. The cord is 40 feet long which is a nice feature, but it does not automatically rewind. It is a real chore to rewind the cord by hand. I think it would have been better to have a shorter cord, than no auto rewind. This was billed as the best bagless upright, but when you read the fine print, this statement only refers to carpet floors. My entire house has tile floors, I also have no pets. I based my purchase on the statement best bagless upright, and that it apparently has the best suction. I have used it a few times, and I am just not satified with the parts or design. It does have good suction. I cannot turn of the rotary brush when using the hose and atachments. I cannot actually dust pictures, baseboard, door frames, etc because of the useless dusting tool. It also makes a lot of noise. I was offered some dusting tools because of a complant I made to the sellers, but I have not received them yet, in fact, I just received notice that have just been shipped. I don't have pets so can't say if it is good to clean up after pets, it pains me to say, but I would not recommed it based on the features and lack of tools.Richard

I don't know. Gonna try calling customer service tomorrow. Was given this as a gift three weeks ago and the first time I used it the suction was so strong it tore threads from a throw rug that I was able to vacuum regularly with my older Hoover commercial vac. While I was trying to save the throw rug I ran over the electric cord and had to use electrician tape to patch it up. That's on me I guess but it was not an auspicious start. I've owned less than a month and have never been satisfied. The suction comes & goes both on the main vacuum and the hose. I end up trying to empty and clean it every use to bring the suction back. It still spits out dust. The duster attachment cancels the suction in the hose so I don't bother with it. I just use the hose directly. Tonight when trying to do a quick vacuum there was no suction it literally coughed up a dustball and loose dust. There was a clog in the hose I detached the hose and spent 30 minutes digging the clog out with gravity and chopsticks. Somehow found I'd vacuumed up a ball point pen that punctured the hose. Despite the puncture the suction came back for the hose but not the main vacuum which is blowing air out. I just finished dusting off the vacuum and sweeping the mess up and I gotta say I hate this thing I've only owned it three weeks it was a well intentioned gift but it's just not working. I want my old worn out commercial vacuum back with the disposable bags but I need a version with attachments.Jen

We have purchased this particular style and brand vacuum cleaner before and have been happy with it. We buy this cleaner mostly because it is good picking up dog hair, but It picks up dirt, dust and other things very well too. Our dogs shed a lot and we need a cleaner that can pick up all the hair well. All the dog hair is tough on vacuum cleaners and some other brands have not held up long, but this one does a good job and last longer than others we've bought. We like being able to remove the canister, which is easy to remove and empty, and prefer this over vacuums with bags. It works well on different type of floors and carpets too. Adjusting the height level is easy but wish the dial wasn't located on the bottom part of the vacuum cleaner. It would be nice if it was somewhere towards the top making it more convenient and easy to change. We will buy again and keep buying this vacuum cleaner because it works so well for our purposes.JANET

We purchased an in-ground system from this company about 20 years ago. The reason for this purchase was the transmitter wore out. Needless to say we were so satisfied with the first one we bought another one to replace it with. I hoped this would be as easy to set up as the description made it out to be, but the truth is this will require a professional to set up. The very first thing in the directions lists like 10 additional items and tools needed to set this up. I didnt have any of this "extra" stuff. upon further inspection of the directions that came with it I realized you have to purchase pipe to put the wire into and then bury it with the pipe. I posted an ad looking for someone to pay to help me set this up and no one responded to my ad. I got one response from someone saying that they could not help me set this up, but recommended the wireless version of this. I am now returning this mess and shelling out the extra money for the wireless set. Honestly this set is so complicated I'm surprised it doesn't require construction credentials to set up. This was a great big waste of my time and now I have to go through the trouble of returning it to put the refund money towards the wireless one. Great idea – good execution (not perfect) – way too costly. Let's be honest – we know why this box costs as much as it does and its not because its one of the best speakers or tech purchases you will make, its because of the licensing. It works well and the idea is really good. The controls could be a bit better. It is confusing to figure out how to change tracks, fast forward, etc not to mention that you can easily do it accidently without trying, especially if you are a kiddo. That said, it does what I expected and its is really cool. The problem? The price! Is the speaker with the tech it has worth the price of entry? Yes, I can get behind that despite it's flaws, but the characters are where you start to break the bank. $15 per character! That is really expensive when your kid heads in to Best Buy and sees 4 characters they have to have! I think that $9.99 or even $7.99 would be more fitting. They can't do it though becuase of licensing, especially with Disney I get it, but it really does hurt the product. Can't get ahold of tech support, they won't answer the phone and they sent an email stating they would call the next business day and didn't. Between me and my other families we spent close to $400 on the toniebox, figures and accessories. It is for my 4 year old Autistic daughter who would have loved it. We spent close to 7 hours trying to get past the code hedgehog and NOTHING will work. Even my brother who built his own computer could not get it to work. A children's toy should NOT be this difficult to get it to work. If we do not get an answer from the company by Friday we have no choice but to return everything. We adopted a dog who is a nervous guy and not food motivated. He would bark at people walking by our house and wouldn’t come when he was called. I used this collar to train him and only had to use the static stimulation twice on the lowest setting and now just use the tone. Four months ago we picked up a 3 year old yellow lab at a shelter near Denver. The dog is lovable, has had some hunting experience, but was WILD when we got him. It was necessary to keep him tethered at all times, or he was GONE for 20 minutes pursuing some scent in the nearby forest (we back up to public land). I purchased this device in the hopes I could control him. To my surprise I discovered he must have had some time with a similar device. He instantly responded to the Tone/Vibration mode. When he would start to take off, one tap on that mode made him instantly come back. Only if he chased a deer on hikes did I have to "tingle" him a little. He would immediately drop the chase. I bought the sport dog 425x for my lab a few months ago & loved it but it recently fell off him while we were walking on a trail and I was never able to find it. Absolutely essential if you have pets (or kids) I have a good Bissell full-sized carpet extractor for a good “deep cleaning” for the carpets from time to time, but this “Pet Stain Eraser” is the perfect accessory to have to get a quick quick cleanup for those little accidents, and is very nice to use for upholstery and even for the car seats. This replaces an older spot cleaner and is a welcome upgrade with the rotating brush or cleaning bar (easy to swap out), better capacity for cleaning solution and recovery tank, better suction from the cleaning head, and much easier to empty, clean, and flush. It’s easy to fill and use: 1 – the tank can be filled without having to remove it from the machine. 2 – spray the area to be cleaned. 3 – use either the rotating brush or the “scrub bar” to work the carpet and loosen up any sticky material. 4 – vacuum up the cleaning solution. 5 – empty and rinse the recovery tank. The rotating brush is a nice idea, and it is not so aggressive that I am worried about it pulling the pile out of my carpet. The brush seems more suited to loosening the stain and working the cleaning solution further down into the carpet. It is very easy to swap the spinning brush for the scrub bar – so it is worth trying both of them to see what works best for your carpet and different “types” of pet accidents. Cleaning solution that comes with the Pet Stain Eraser is already diluted, so there isn’t any measuring or mixing. I was tempted to dilute it a little bit to keep from having too much cleaning residue left in the carpet, but found that using the solution out of the bottle and then coming back with a clean water “rinse” really worked better to get the stain removed. The only limitation I found on using the device was when trying to clean the vertical surfaces of sofa or chair (not a big problem as most accidents happen on the floor or the seat cushions) as you have to hold the machine pretty much at a horizontal position to get everything to work properly. Again, no big deal and you can spray the cushion and then come back and vacuum if you take your time. Keep an eye on your run-time, as there were several spots I wanted to get cleaned up when trying out the Bissel for the first time, and if you really do a thorough cleaning job on a spot, you might get 2 or 3 done before you need to stop and recharge. That’s not a big deal as for daily use it’s “hey there’s an accident on the carpet” one at a time and it’s very nice to be able to grab the Pet Stain Eraser and get a good spot clean-up done without having to get the sponges and towels and deal with all that. The suction is not as powerful as the full-sized machine, but that is no surprise and really to be expected. I found that how dry the carpet gets depends a lot on the angle that you hold the suction head, how slowly you move the head (you can see the solution being sucked up into the machine, so it’s easy to keep an eye on that). I was used to an older model that needed replacement, and each type of machine takes a little experimentation to get the best results. I must say that the carpet is always going to be damp after cleaning, so putting a towel over the area if it is in a “high traffic” spot to keep shoes from leaving footprints is recommended – and then uncover the area when the traffic dies down or for good drying time overnight. After a full charge, the battery still seems to keep the full charge so it’s ready and charged up when you need it. Overall – the “Pet Stain Eraser” is very handy so you have something immediately available to “catch those accidents” before they have too long to set-in on the carpet. Stay Safe!banjo

This carpet cleaner is a lifesaver! It has powerful suction and a fast deep cleaning brush roll. It's small, lightweight and versatile size make it the perfect little machine for small messes like accidentally spilling grape juice on your home's carpets, or a chocolate milk mishap all over your car's back seat. It also looks super cool and high tech with its angular black on grey on blue design. It is also very ergonomic with its easy to hold and comfortable handle. The handle is also made out of grippy rubber so you wont accidentally drop it. The brush roll housing is also tilted a bit so instead of squatting down or sitting to clean up a mess you can just bend your knees down just a little bit to use this machine. Although that may vary depending on your height. It does an exceptional job cutting through some tough messes and the included formula smells great and makes sure that Mr. Grape Juice Stain is gone for good! My model also came with a stationary pet mess brush head which is great for more stubborn messes like stuck in mud or yesterday's strawberry ice cream spill that you may or may have not forgotten to clean up. I just so happened to use this handy dandy machine and the included pet mess brush head for both of these situations and both stains came out in a jiffy! I got this machine to replace my tried-and-true SpotBot portable carpet cleaner. I loved how there was no hose on this model vs. the SpotBot. I learned after my very first use that it was a mistake to get this machine. It leaks cleaning fluid all over everything and has incredibly poor suction. Very little dirty fluid is sucked up into the dirty fluid reservoir and instead continues to saturate my carpet. I have to haul my full sized carpet cleaner to clean up what this machine doesn't. Initially I thought maybe it was user error that was causing the machine not to do as advertised but after re-reading the manual and following the directions exactly I realized that this is just a faulty and terribly designed piece of equipment. Do yourself a favor and NOT buy this machine. It only causes more mess and frustration. I will say that the formula seems to work well, especially in my full sized carpet cleaner.Bri

I bought this as a last resort and man how i wish id bought it first. We have 3 dogs. 1 a very pigheaded pitbull ( 18 mo) that likes to test us at every turn. 1 German Shepard (4 mo) who is way to smart for anyone's good as she can open all our doors and gates. And 1 Cane Corso Doberman mix pup so far he's a good pup but he's only 7 weeks old. We have tried everything to keep the other two in ( 8 ft chain link. Hot wire. Adding an inward incline at the top. Burying the fence.) but they always found a way out. We installed this fence 3 days ago in about 2 hours and have already introduced the dogs to it. Our gsd is already steering well clear of it. Our pit on the other hand is being more stubborn about it his color is is set at max and he is still trying to run through tho he bring himself back inside the barrier very fast once he crosses it. So if you have smart stubborn hard to contain dogs. Just get it. You wont regret it.Womack02

I installed this system about 2 weeks ago and, have done some light training. I first tried the wireless system but, it had issues with coverage and dead spots in my yard. I have a miniature Daschund and I have found that she quickly learned the boundaries almost to the point of being gunshy of going out into the yard. Probably my fault. The other system zapped her a few times and, now I'm going to have to back off and work into it more slowly. We had a problem of her running off and paying absolutely no attention what so ever to our calls, scolding or going after her. Very frustrating, and dangerous to her going across the street not to mention also my wife and I get very tired having to go after her!!!!! At this point with only the audio she will NOT cross the boundary wire! Good for us and safer for her! Right now she has a problem with going out in the yard but, in time and as we work with her I'm sure she will regain her confidence. The system was fairly easy to install, took me about a day to do it right. Toughest part I had was going across the 24ft driveway, several years ago I put caulking in the expansion joints and it was pretty tough to clean it out. Had to go about 6" at a time. I did mine above ground and, I did opt for 14ga wire, the 20ga that came with the system was way to flimsy. My choice because I like to do things thoroughly with no problems when I'm done. Used almost 500ft of wire and about 160 yard Staples. Barely visible and I can mow over it with no problem. I think this system will do the job for what it is intended to do and way less expensive than having a fence put up. I didn't want to fence in my whole property at all. Just going to have to work more with the dog and, after awhile I'm sure she will feel at ease with going out in the yard. My wife and I will not have to worry about her running off and being injured when we are outside working or relaxing in our patio or deck. Pet Safe is what it means and what it will provide. My review is on the Basic In-Ground Fence System by Pet Safe. This in ground fence system worked great for our little dog. The directions are well written and easy to follow. They offer several options for installation, in ground, above ground, with a fence, and around your garden and the trees. They are thorough and easy to follow. After installing the unit, I tested it following the instructions, and everything was working. There are 5 levels of electric stimulus. The collars are fully adjustable for the shock level, and the controller adjusts the distance the collar starts to activate. The collar has a separate adjustment for the level of shock; 1-5. The wall controller adjusts the width of the zone, 2' wide to 10' wide. If your collar is one level 1 (low) and the width is at 10 (maximum), your dog will not get a shock, only a low level beep. You have to adjust the collar to 5 (high) to train the dog the first time. One or two zaps and the dog will learn to associate the warning beep with the zap. Then you adjust the shock level down to 2 or 3 for most dogs. I have read that dogs need a visual barrier, they won't remember the wire is buried, once they associate the visual barrier with the electric fence, they know it is there. I would recommend this in ground fence for your dogs to be able to run around the yard.Rose28
