My lab/beagle mix suffers from skin allergies, and the poor thing will scratch and chew herself until she bleeds, so I was very eager to try this product. My poor pupper got irritated paws from horrible ginko berries smashed all over the fall ground and then made them worse by licking. They were so red and I felt so bad. One of our rescue cats needed an enema under anaesthetic to relieve an impacted bowel. The operation changed her. She hardly went out, was nervous and not herself. It took 3 months for her to recover. I have an elderly (14-16) foster cat with kidney failure who's had terrible diarrhea for nearly two years. I rescued kittens, about 3 months apart last year. The first one was found in a parking garage and clearly had been mistreated and malnourished in his short life. The second was found left in the parking garage at about 2 weeks old. My toy poodle has been having some digestive issues. Sometimes he has no appetite in the morning and wants to eat grass and throw up. I now give him one of these chews as a treat in the morning before serving his meal and it seems to help. I like the lineup of bacteria in the chews as well as the pumpkin and carrot.
