These just didn’t fit my bully mix feet at all, he’s 50 pounds. I tried two sizes and the width of the booth even at 5xl was not suitable. The 5xl I was able to get his paw in but then length of the boot was too big which caused him to trip up. If your dog has a wide, short paw avoid these boots. I ordered these orginally for my 82lbs bernedoodle 11 month old pup. Living in upstate NY, both him and my 45ish lbs medium sized Labradoodle wear boots regularly. I typically buy from my local pet store… although, I find they are thin and cheaply made. The velcro almost always breaks off and they are thin material. So I decided to try the Canada Pooch unlined wellies. I measured my Bernedoodles paws exactly as recommended as he typically wears size XL in pet store brand. (And based off size chart for Canada pooch I knew it would be far too small) Based off Canada Pooch size rec and measurements that i did do, he should be 4xl. Decided to order 5Xl just to be safe and that I'd rather have them too big than too small. Immediately upon opening I triple checked the size on the box. Just because they looked soooo small. 5XL. Just to find, they wouldn't even go over his paws. I am sooooo sad. They are AMAZING quality. The velcro is thick and sturdy, the material itself is so nice just for some unlined wellies! I decided to write a review bc just the other day I gave both my dogs a milk bone dog biscuit like I do every day, a couple of times a day lol. And was watching both my dogs go crazy over these dog treats and they tore them up. Mind you my oldest dog is picky when it comes to treats and food, and usually always rejects anything I try to give her; but not these! I've been giving these milk bone dog treats to my dogs for years (everyday 3 times a day) and they absolutely love them. My pit bull really loves these things. She gets so excited when we say “treat” and runs right towards the cupboard we keep them in. She doesn’t usually even like biscuit type treats but she goes crazy for these things. They’ve helped us in treat training her. She seems pretty happy with the taste and her poops have been healthy after eating them. They’re supposed to help with cleaning her teeth, and her teeth are still in good shape, but her breath still smells like meat all the time. The only concern I have is that I read these have carcinogen chemicals and preservatives in the ingredients which are bad for your dog and can cause cancer. So now I try to give these to her in moderation just in case. I like how accessible these treats are since they’re sold in almost every major store. And I like that the company donates money to canine assistant programs that supply trained dogs to people with handicaps. I would never buy these dog treats again. About a year ago I would give my new puppy these treats and she randomly began having bathroom issues. I then assumed it was her dog food and completely changed her entire diet and threw away everything I was feeding her. Recently, we started giving her the milk bones again and the other day she started the bathroom issues again. The past couple of nights she’s been so sick she can’t even hold it in all night like she used to, she wakes us up at 3am crying to go outside and do number 2. This morning she woke us up wanting to go outside and not only go number 2 but also when she went blood came out of her bottom, which is what was happening a year ago. I know this is from the milk bone because we don’t feed her anything other then her normal dog food now ( which works perfectly with her stomach) and these bones. About 2-3 years ago, I bought a pair of these booties for my golden retriever-mix service dog, Maggie. We live in northern Minnesota & have snow from November thru, um, April so Maggie needs paw protection often & in significant snow/sale. Previously I purchased cheaper boots for her but they always fell off or their material was too flimsy. I have learned that you get what you pay for with these quality paw protectors with the non-skid yet bendable "soles". Most importantly, tho, is that Ultra Paws have TWO (2) Velcro bands securing the boots to the dog paw. The booties do NOT fall off when you slide them on & tighten the Velcro correctly. I have a Large 90 lbs Weimaraner, and the Size Large and they fit perfectly. The black part is nice and thick BUT NOT Hard like some other boots, so they are comfortable on his paws. It only took him like maybe 10 minutes to get used to them. After being unable to go out due to dragging, bleeding back paws bought some boots then the swaying about crossed leg and bouncing like a kangaroo was so bad we decided to go for it! She is a very awkward German Shepherd who’s never liked being brushed at the back end let alone having boots fitted so didn’t expect her to take to this ‘machine’ easily! How wrong we were!! My dog decided to backup several times on her walk today. The walker wheels forced her backwards until she had almost fallen over and the rear frame hit the ground. Her back leg was cut in a couple of places because the rear frame pressed against her legs when she fell backwards and put all her weight on the frame. When I tried to remove the brackets on the back of the walker, the screws were so tight and the Phillips head screws were partly stripped from whoever installed them. Had to use an impact driver which was barely able to remove the screws so the brackets wouldn't cut her legs if she falls backwards again. Either that or one of the side frames would have had to be replaced. There is no reason such small screws should ever be so over tightened. Fortunately, I was able to remove the dangerous brackets. We need a foam rubber tube over the back of the frame to reduce leg injuries on the sharp frame edges or else a brace added to prevent the walker from tipping backwards. There is no way a dog can get up when the walker tips backwards. She might have broken a leg because of this design flaw. I ended up adjusting the wheels backwards more but who knows if that will prevent her from falling backwards. It might just make the situation worse if she tips over on the back frame again. This is a nice product with a few frustrating issues. The push pin they use is the first item. I love the fact they made parts adjustable. It is terrible though that the push pin design is so flimsy and it turns inside the tube 95% of the time you are trying to make an adjustment. Not easy on the dog you are trying to adjust to or your back. Having to pull the whole thing apart to adjust the pin back in place is irritating. Next, the straps in the back (to secure up the belly at the legs) didn't seem the same quality as the harness. The straps in the back are thinner and already have snags. This happened day 2. Overall I'm glad I bought it, but I struggle to believe it is worth the price.Georgia

These are bite sized little trainers for the dogs. Right now due to work hours, it would be unfair for me to have a dog. Even with dog sitters and the like, I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving a dog alone regularly. On a plus note, in a few years my schedule will change, and I’ll be adopting a dog. Also I’m lucky to live in a development with a lot of dogs. As for their humans owned by them, they are really nice, yet I remember dogs names easier than people! There are a whole bunch, different sizes and temperaments. Yet all like it when I give them Milk Bone Maro treats. They look like pigs in a blanket, but these are meat filled dog biscuits. DaVinci is a beyond huge Cane Corso. He gets several but is surprisingly gentle. Dakota the shepherd mix is feisty, so I don’t hand feed her. This is only with food thankfully, otherwise she’s a teddy bear. Rocco the poodle gets these often, as does Zippy the shaky and neurotic mini pincher. All of them are so much fun, also I so miss my buddy Zelda the Doberman. I aunt worked in pet stores in the past and found that it was common for AmStaff breeds to have allergies to certain ingredients, usually the fillers in cheaper foods. This is not to say that every one of them has these allergies, it was just a common theme I came across. Diamond Naturals doesn'thave those fillers. Your dog can eat the correct amount of food and be satisfied without constantly begging for more. My boy have healthy coat, teeth and no allergies to this food. Also, if you have a dog that weighs over 50lbs, I would always suggest to get the Large Breed food. These have more Glucosamine and Chondroitin and will help those large breed dogs have a longer happier life. Personally, I like the price point on Diamond Naturals compared to similar foods. Preface- I have a 6-month-old large breed puppy. (we're waiting for the Embark DNA results, but he is believed to be a mastiff shepherd mix). I had him on Purina One large breed puppy kibble, and I mixed it with Purina One healthy puppy lamb and long grain rice canned. He had the absolute worst smelling #2 in the history of ever in the world from a living creature. If a window was open and he went to see a man about a dog… it would waft into the house…then suddenly, I’m frantically running from room to room trying to find the results of an obvious code brown (there must be one because it is SO STRONG) … nope. It’s OUTSIDE! I’m being totally honest when I tell you that I have almost tossed my cookies several times when having to clean it up while we were still having accidents. I also think Karl was offended by it as well. He would complete #2, and then RUN to the deck, then sit and patiently wait to be let in lol true story. I decided it was the food. Did some research and discovered Diamond Naturals Large Breed Puppy. I decided on it for several reasons. I still mix with the Purina One Pup lamb. 3 weeks later, he is full-on it alone (kibble wise) and there is hardly any smell at all from current #2's! It also seems he has less waste to #2 with. Another bonus, because the food bricks this 6-month-old, 60lb, sweet handsome fur fur leaves…well, let’s just say “WHAT THE? I watched your video and when someone came up with this concept for the no pull harness I do not think their mind was thinking of a high prey drive dog… Oh look a bird,squirrel, blowing leaves, cat, raccoon etc. When my dog goes into prey drive this harness is useless even with my command telling him to stop. I had a terrifying experience with the thunder leash. My dog pulled so hard she actually pulled me down. After my 2 year old cocker spaniel (Hunter) jumped 4 years ago out the window of my Tahoe SUV while spotting chickens, rolled and landed on the ground and survived, I knew it was time for a car seat. This is the best deal I have found on Yak Sticks! Our 13 mo. old bully mix chewer will carry one around and bury it all over throughout the day, then eat it later in the eve. She is a STRONG chewer and loves that these are tough. (She can eat them quickly – within 30 minutes – but i bet most dogs could take hours.) Originally brought product because breeder had my German shorthaired puppy on it. She loved it for about 2 weeks and then refused to eat it. (Would literally starve herself instead of eating it.) originally thought something was wrong, put dog gravy over it and she devoured it. Looked into the ingredients and realized the amount of preservatives, dyes, and meal and was absolutely disgusted. Personally i don’t feel like dog food needs to be colored. After trying many different "Premium" foods my boy Tucker was loosing weight. Ribs where showing past the last two (rule of thumb) and his points (hip joints) where beginning to show. Tucker is a 5.5 month old Black and Tan Coonhound . I scheduled a vet appointment for a week away. During that time I was listening to the Hunting Dog Podcast, Feeding Your Dogs/with Purina's Dr. Brian Zanghi. A light bulb went on and POOF, I thought "I'm taking it old school". I ordered this Ideal Pet Door from Walmart.com to replace the same model Ideal Pet Door originally installed over 10 years ago. Walmart.com had the best price and ordering from their website is convenient with fast shipping. This Ideal Pet Door is the same model with slightly different modifications which makes it a better door than my first one. Removing the old door was very easy to do. Replacing the new door was just as easy. All I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver and my fur~kid supervising me. BTW, The original installation took an hour and was placed into a glass storm door with a solid lower panel. The Pet Door is sturdy and comes with a panel that slides into slots on the inside to block the pet door opening. It can be used when travelling or when you want to keep your pet in or out. It has a magnetic strip on the bottom part of the frame and one on the bottom of the flap which keeps the flap closed. I have never had an unwelcome guest come through the door. The Ideal Pet Door is a great value, construction is flawless and replacement parts are available. It has lasted through years of two rambunctious very bad black labs and I am replacing it by choice. It can be installed in doors, storm doors, sliding patio door inserts and in brick walls. Ideal is well know for their quality pet products and has been in business for decades. Extremely easy to install.* Looks and functions better than expected in an interior door. The screws were a bit long considering the width of the door. I would suggest using shorter screws because they were hard to screw in completely, and I was using a drill to drive the screws! Overall, the door is an excellent value and I would buy another one if needed. I went with a slightly larger door than typically recommended for cats. One reason is that we are expected one cat to grow large. (We think he's a Norwegian forest cat. Before that we guessed Maine Coon.) Also, there are steps immediately on one side of the door, so I figured extra clearance would help. The smaller door would probably work OK for normal sized, fit cats. (*I traced the part that slides through the door, drilled holes where the screw posts fit through, and just cut along those lines with a jig saw. It fit right through perfectly the first time! I had a moment of minor shock when I wasn't sure if I oriented the door properly since the middle screw posts are not centered. I did, but it would have been a correctable mistake.)shuumai

To say my dog is an "extreme chewer" is a understatement. Fortunately for us he has been focused on his toys/chew toys. He has SUPER STRONG jaws for a lab. I can literally spin him in circles in the air with his jaws locked on a toy. I havent been able to find a toy he doesnt destroy in 5min-1day. He goes through a 8 point buck antler in a month. My pit-boxer mix LOVES her Petstages antler – she actually gnawed the first one down to only two or three inches in about six months. She's on her second one now. I was a little skeptical at first on whether or not she would like it, but it is probably her favorite toy. We love that it cleans her teeth and that it takes her so long to destroy – most toys take her a few hours before they are destroyed (she's a focused chewer). We also love that the antler won't splinter, which makes it safer for her to chew on. When her daddy comes come from being gone all day she can take her excitement out on her antler instead of going bonkers, which is win-win. We have bought two of these since we got out German Shepherd as a puppy. We still have the first and nothing is wrong with it it was just too small now. Our dog can literally destroy a toy in less than 5 min. Even toys that claim they are indestructible or their squeakers will keep squeaking even if punctured.
