My dog is a senior dog experiencing joint issues. She was in past bit by a tick that was infected so, vet did say she can expirence pain and issues in joints. Before taking the senior hemp she was mainly laying down sleeping, would only get up to eat or walk out back door for bathroom time. I see her moving bit around more since I started giving her the senior hemp,and it's been just week 3 I believe since I started them. She's even starting to wag tail more and follow me around house more. Still waiting to see how well she progresses within time. Praying, She regains more strength to run and jump because that's also been one of her issues. My 11 year old lab has been suffering from joint pain. I found Pet Honesty and liked the ingredients. I wanted to give hemp a try although I was nervous to give hemp to my dog. I did lots of research and decided it was time to take the plunge. I first bought Hemp Mobilty. My dog seemed happier and pain free immediately! I started off giving her way less than the bottle recommended because I wanted to start small. She got half a chew and I could see a noticable difference immediately. I didn't have to argue with her about going up the stairs to bed at the end of the night. She would jump on the couch without complaint. I do have to say that after about a month of use, I did need to slowly up the dosage to the recommended amount and as my dog got used to the hemp and I noticed less of an effect. When her bottle was almost empty, I ordered Senior Hemp Mobility. This version has a higher dose of all the good stuff! Again, I noticed a big difference in my dogs ability to move about pain free and have a happier disposition right away. At this time, she is still only given 1 hemp a day unless we go on a hike or swim and she needs more. I love this product and I highly recommend it for your aging pups. I went with the senior strength HempMobility simply because it had a higher concentration of active ingredients and I went with this company after trying a few other glucosamine/chondroitin supplements that my dog wouldn't eat and having a Registered Vet Tech recommend it. My little man has luxating patella and often limps, but refuses to stop. He's only 3, but I'm hoping to preserve as much joint mobility as we can for as long as we can. First, he loves these treats and would gladly eat more than his 1 daily if I let him. Second, and more important, he is in less pain, is happier and more active. I bought this for my German Shepherd who was having some skin irritation issues. Combined with a switch up of his food, this supplement seems to have helped / make his skin and coat better. I was very curious when I got this for my pup because this is a unique type of dog treat that is great for dental health as well as allergies and the best part, all natural. I have never tried this brand before with Rosie but after reading more about the brand I love that all of Zesty Paws products contain only natural ingredients, and nothing artificial about it. My dog is a small beagle mixed breed but the bag says these are safe for small, medium and large breeds. This is a 25oz bag but it can be purchased in different sizes. These dental sticks will support the immune system, while relieving any seasonal allergies and also improving dental health. I was curious also about the special formula which contains EpiCor. This is antioxidants, fiber, protein, and vitamins. There is a hemp protein which provides omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids also supporting the immune system and helping to relieve any itchy or hot spot which I found fascinating because this is a supplement and medicine-free. With every treat, it helps to clear plaque and tartar from teeth as she chews, and has peppermint oil to eliminate bad breath. The only thing I was worried about was the peppermint oil because I don't care for peppermint taste so I had no clue how my dog would react to it but she seemed to not have a problem at all with it because she took it out my hand. These are also very helpful with my dogs skin because I have noticed that sometimes she starts scratching and puts her tongue in and out of her mouth repeatedly almost like she's licking the air. My dogs love them! I have 2 large dogs (155 lbs & 130 lbs) so I wish the sticks were bigger, but they just love them as a tasty, little snack. If I give them more than one treat, they always choose the calming dog chews first. I think it's even helped with their doggie breath too. I'm sure it helps with calming, but since I just give them one and because of their size, I'm sure they would need more for it to be really effective. So it's hard to say definitely if it's helped my pups with that, but I feel based on the ingredients that it should/does.Kristine P

My first impression was that it was great it came in a resealable bag to prevent leakage and spillage. I liked that it had two different ways to dispense, a pump and a flip cap. I chose the pump since on the bottle it says 3 pumps for a dog my dog's size. However, trying to get the pump open was quite a chore, but once I did have it open, it worked fine. However, it leaks badly. I have to put it back in the zip lock bag it came in and wrap a paper towel around the neck of the pump. It is now soaked with the product. The first pump doesn't dispense a full amount of product so I'm having to actually use 4 pumps for my dog instead of 3. I don't feel I'm giving her too much, but it won't last as long as it's supposed to for me. Which is why I gave it 4 stars. As far as whether it is benefitting my dog, I can't really say yet because it's only been a couple of weeks since and I have previously been giving her salmon oil. However, I don't see any decline in the softness of her coat and she doesn't scratch more than before. I do like the extra ingredients it has to further benefit my dog. It was easy to give to my dogs and they loved it. I use this along with their joint supplements to support their joint health (lots of other benefits, too). They love it, I love it. I gave this product 4 stars rather than 5 only because the pump for the bottle I received does not work. I tried, and I asked a friend to try it without success in both cases, so I believe it is a defective pump. I have used a product similar to this in the past and have also researched the best supplements for my greyhounds over the past 22 years. The last salmon oil supplement I purchased (one of the best on the market and recommended to me) contained 29% Omega-3 fatty acid compared to this brand’s 42.9%, 11% DHA compared to this product’s 13.7%, and 11% EPA compared to this product’s 20.2%: huge differences! The price difference between the 2 products is about a dollar. Naturally, I will switch brands. The “fishy” smell is not too strong; however, it is enough to get my girls’ attention. My standard poodle suffers from outdoor allergies. After battling them all summer the vet just said to double up on benadryl. I felt like I was drugging my dog. I saw an ad for these chews and thought it would be a better option to at least give it a try. My boy wasn't sure about the taste the first day and I had to wrap it in cheese. The second day, and every day since, he's gobbled it right down just like a treat! To test the results I totally stopped the benadryl and only gave him these chews. He only showed minor symptoms a couple of different occassions in which I went ahead and gave him a single dose of bendryl as needed. But the majority of days were symptom free (his biggest symptom is chewing his paws) and no benadryl needed. What's even better? Wow is right, because I am floored at how well this works! I have 2 pups with horrible allergies – one that nothing else works for. I've tried all different meds, including shots, and she still suffered horribly during allergy season. I reluctantly decided to try this, but we were in the middle of allergy season, and watching her suffer is just too much. Fast forward to July 2019, and my order came in the mail. I gave two of the chewables to my pup the next morning, not expecting much, but just hoping that there would at least be a little relief. Much to my surprise, she didn't scratch AT ALL that day!! Pet Parents Allergy Supplement is wonderful! My dogs have less skin and eye irritation and can enjoy outdoor excursions during summer (allergy) season. It's great that it comes in Salmon flavor since one of my Shih Tzus has a chicken allergy. This really makes a difference for their ears, eyes, and skin. Unfortunately this gave my dog really bad diarrhea and discomfort. I wasn't sure if this was what caused the diarrhea initially so I took her off this for a couple days and added it back into her water after she recovered, she proceeded to have diarrhea again the next day. Possibly different effects for different breeds. Coco is a Toy Poodle of 4kg for reference but i would not recommend this product either way.Ariel

I read before I bought this product, that some dogs don\'t like the water after you add this. So at first, my dog drank the water but then she stopped. She would come up, smell it and walk away. After a while, I switched to fresh water, without this product, and she drank so much so she was definitely thirsty but unwilling to drink. I can say that after using this for 2 days, her breath did smell good! So the product works! But she\'s not drinking it so I have a full bottle sitting in my pantry – maybe we\'ll try again when she\'s older.Gogo the Beagle

Can't say this will eliminate all bad breath, but will help between brushes and use of dental treats! This is my second bottle, and has helped reduce bad breath in our pitty. Works to improve my dog's poop to be firm and solid when it gets slightly soft. However it doesn't make a difference when he's having the runs though. My family and I live in a small Northern California town, and we were just hit with a devastating fire that's decimated over 100,000 acres, and is still burning. We we're lucky and still have our home. But the night the fire started I noticed a sudden change in our beloved cat. She became extremely lethargic. She stopped eating, but was vomiting up white foam. I knew we were in real trouble when the next day while monitoring her behavior I noticed she was not drinking water! I called our vet, but there was no answer. The emergency vet in our area had more animal patient's than they could even handle due to the fire. We we're becoming extremely desperate with no where to turn to. I started administering water and Pedialyte to our cat with a feeding syringe, and I turned to the internet for help. There was an overwhelming amount of positive reviews, and I decided to give it a try, but with very little hope. At this point I was terrified for our baby cat! But if you ever find yourself in a position where you can't get to vet like us, and your cat is clearly having stomach issues, than I cannot recommend this product enough! What was probably a minor stomach issue that a vet could easily address, was turning into a serious problem of dehydration, and possible kidney disease that results after a cat goes to long without eating. My baby Jingle is 16 and was starting to throw up nearly every day. I def know what ingredients she cannot handle in her moist food so I knew something was wrong. After reading the reviews here, I gave her these drops either directly in mouth or on her moist food for two weeks as well as the probiotic chews. She can go weeks now without throwing up! When she does, it IS a mass hairball. I think what was happening was her stomach was so inflamed any hair would make her sick. I bought this product today out of desperation. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. My cat has been having issues going to the bathroom having really small rock hard stool, to not having a bowl movement in days. I was going to call the vet tomorrow, but wanted to try anything to help in the meantime. About 6 months ago, my cat, who has feline leukemia, stopped eating, was constantly vomiting, sleeping, and cringed whenever I touched her. She would still come in and sleep on me, but had no energy and whimpered a lot. When I found out that she had leukemia, the vet led me to believe I could make her as comfortable as best I could, or look into euthanizing her. I first wrote a review on this product after only about three weeks, and although his scratching and skin irratation still continued at that point, I stated his coat appeared better. Now after several months have gone by, I need to set the record straight. After about 6 weeks of using Aller G3, my Scottie was noticeably doing less scratching and pulling his hair out, and his coat was really looking better. Now it has been about 5 months, and this is the first summer in years that I have not had to take him to the vet for a cortizone shot. I have two rescue dogs found 2 months apart. One, no matter what I tried, just kept scratching and chewing at their skin. Vet sold me Vetoquinol and said to try this. My 7 year old Scottie has been to the vet for Cortizone shots every year for several years, plus I have used vet reccomended supplements, vet reccomended shampoos, plus every different type of flea and tick prventors, in trying to control his skin itching and hot spots. We changed his dog food to all natural (expensive) dog food, finally started making his food ourselves, trying beef, turkey, chicken, all with no change or relief. He has scratched and pulled his hair out every summer, with nothing helping except for the cortizone shot, and I am reluctant to give that to him, except almost as an emergency. My brother also has a Scottie 150 miles away from me, had the same issues with skin problems, and his vet recommended Aller g3, and he told me it has stopped his dog from itching and scratching. I was skeptical, but willing to try anything, and I could not believe it. After a few weeks into the spring this year, his scratching stopped, his coat got black again instead of the reddish look, and he has had the best summer of his life. Please keep in mind that this is a holistic product. Much like humans, every dog is different and some are completely unaffected by natural medication. On the other hand, for some dogs it's a miracle worker. I have a 5 year old pug who spent the first 2 years of her life in a puppy mill. Then, the mill discarded her along with a few others at their nearest shelter. The shelter was full, so she was placed on "the list" .. Meanwhile, they contacted a rescue an hour or two away who took her in. Then I got her. She has the typical behavior of a puppy mill dog – even three years after getting out. She's a happy, sweet girl but is overly anxious, hyperactive and still not use to physical touch. She doesn't kiss, she isn't affectionate (at least not in the ways dogs normally are) and she is easily triggered and overly stimulated. She has a hard time relaxing, paces frequently and will run back and forth through my main hallway chasing imaginary cars. She honestly COULD probably be medicated by a vet, but I'm not a big fan of modern medicine for the most part unless it's absolutely, 100% needed. I always try holistics first. This product DOES actually work pretty well for my dog. It doesn't calm her completely but it does calm her some. I feel she is able to actually fully relax on this product, which is nice. However, the packaging isn't wonderful. No matter how you manipulate the bottle and dropper, you can only get about .8mL out, despite them recommending a full 1mL dropped (unless your pup is under 10lbs). Also, considering that my dog has some "autistic" characteristics, having to hold her down to give her this multiple times a day forces her to become even more stressed. So, I consider that another flaw. I am going to try to put it on her twice daily meals from now on and see what happens. Overall, I WOULD recommend this to people because the actual product does improve my dogs overall behavior. It's definitely worth a shot.THSx2009

I bought this product to use on both my puppy and my cat who I will be taking on an upcoming road trip. As many of the other reviews mention, the dosage is 1 dropper full for every ten pounds. For my 30 pound pup, this means three full droppers. She's a pretty patient girl, but this is a pretty annoying process to have to repeat three times and she was definitely getting antsy. Getting my 15 pound cat to open her mouth is difficult enough, and once she smelled the product, she started shaking her head and trying to get away, so we ended up with some of one dropper in her mouth and some on her coat and there was no way she was letting me give her another half of a dropper. On top of that, she almost immediately threw up, so it's pretty impossible to know if any actually went down. However, at just over an hour after, when I was ready to say this had been a complete failure, both girls calmed down and settled in for naps. Cats and puppies are both notorious nappers, so its hard to know for sure that this was the reason, but I think it's very possible that this product does work if you can actually get your pet to take it.Jen La

I used it on my German Shepard who is itchy from allergies. It soothed her and cut out the scratching. I would definitely recommend. I did a little research on the product before I used it to see if anyone had any major issues when they tried it. I use it a couple times a week or more depending on how flaired up she gets. I do like that it's an all natural product. I also use the Burts Bees shampoo and conditioner as well. Remember if the dog has opened sores do not use the product you would need to see a vet or get the sores to clear up first before applying.michelle.j

My Black lab has allergies, and when she starts to itch, Burts Bee itch soothing spray gets used. It stops her from scratching her self raw. It starts to work immediately. For the past three years, I have added Wysong Dentatreat to the evening feeding for my own and my foster dogs. Their teeth have stayed very clean and their breath has smelled sooooo much better. Plus, the dogs love the taste and lick their bowls tonguewasher clean. Our dog has tons of allergy issues. Her skin had turned black from allergies. Also, her fur was really thin and patchy – mangy looking. The vet said these things were normal but seemed weird to us. Within 3 days of starting her on these vitamins we noticed her coat getting fuller and thicker again. We thought we were imagining it, but after taking these vitamins for a couple months her skin is now pink again, her fur is at least 50% thicker and her fur is much softer – in places it feels like puppy fur (she's 11). It is very expensive to get your pets' teeth cleaned, especially when there are extractions. I started using this stuff a little over a year ago right after we got a dog from the shelter and had her teeth cleaned. Little dogs are notorious for tooth decay and require constant attention. The Vet recommended this stuff to us, and we started putting it in their food daily. Well, it has been a year, and that rescue dog just went to the vet to get her teeth cleaned. There were no extractions required, and the cleaning cost half of what it normally cost me for my other dogs. The other two dogs will not go for their next dental cleaning visit until February, so then I will have a better understanding of the product's benefit. I am hoping it is the product that is keeping the teeth and gums healthy. An additional piece of information…This stuff does not work by itself. The dogs must chew something to help remove the plaque build up. I put the recommended amount of Perio Support in their wet food. We leave a couple of bowls of hard food on the floor for them to munch on during the day. I was hesitant to buy this. I have an 8 year old golden retriever who insists on having to sleep at our bed side and guard the door. I can honestly say that dogs like this product. When I first opened the bottle all of my dogs started sniffing the air and made a beeline for me. Do out of curiosity I put some drops on a paper plate and every one of them willingly licked them up, including the dog I got the drops for. I’ve done a bunch of research on Cushings because I want to help my fur baby any way I can. The ingredients in Adrenal Balance seem to be a helpful supplement. I have both dogs and cats and they all seem to like the flavor. I give them the dthen the dose that is recommended on the bottle. I haven't really noticed any difference with with how their adrenal glands are they in are they didn't really have a problem before I'm just doing it to prevent them from having problems.
