The company acknowledges that it can not withstand even a quick nip from your dog. Ridiculously poor quality. Their answer is for you to spend another 12.99 for a warranty to get another harnass which will do the same thing. Awful product that is expensive. Dismissive and unethical customer service. I really like the product. The two connection points give me more control over my reactive dog. A few months after purchase I noticed some of the nylon was unraveling near one of the box stitches. I contacted the company and provided pictures and they replaced it right away. Great product and great service.

When these first came out on QVC my husband and I got it for our puggle dog Butchy. Half pug the daddy Sir Manny and beagle mama Dam: Misty. We got Butch from a reputable breeder in Southeastern Indiana, a lovely farm and happiest place on earth for puppies to run and play. 🙂 Butch got a lot of his Amish mama's traits laid back most of the time but at times ornery full of energy and running after critters mostly squirls that he pulled his ACL jumping off the deck and running after one and had to have his leg in a special cast and had to wear the cone of shame for a few weeks lol. Did he learn his lesson nope lol! Over the years we tried many harnesses, but none would work only but this one. I can't thank you enough for your product how it helped train Butch when old enough to walk with a harness lead to be more calm and more in control and a happy walker instead of tugging and pulling or he would have a tantrum sit and not budge lol. Years pass quickly to be suddanly mid 60s and senior and the harness was used often and is still in good shape after 10+ years and tucked away. My husband and Butch recently passed on 2 years ago a few days from each other of cancer and are together in heaven. Thank you again for putting love and care into your harness. As I previously stated I bought two of these harnesses in two different sizes. A small and a medium as I was not sure which would work. The small is a great fit for my 13 lb Shih Tzu. But this is summer and she is shaved down. I am going to use the medium size for winter to go over her sweaters and coats. I bought this as a lighter weight / easier fit harness than my Ruffwear as I wanted something easier to put on. This harness is very well made and comes in a great range of colours. It has a chest attachment as well as one on the back. The harness secures over the head with a clip either side of the backpiece. No need to lift a leg to fit. The fittings seem very good quality. The adjustment buckles for size are very stiff and it can take a while to get the fit just right. The upside of this is that the harness is secure and I can be confident that the adjusters will not slip. The reflective stitching is also very effective. Size M fits my 23" whippet very well. Delivered on time, the harness looks good quality material. I did have to sew some material around the straps as it was rubbing underneath. Edited.! Unfortunately my dog can no longer wear this harness. Due to causing red inflamed sores under his armpits. I have gotten the correct fitting and adjusted the straps. It is very difficult to purchase a properly fitting harness for my dog. He is not broad shouldered and has a long, somewhat narrow torso relative to his overall size. I decided to follow the sizing chart and it fits him very well. The harness is a bit lower profile than others he has had previously, but it's easily the best fitting one he's had to this point.

Just wow! Purchased this in the L/XL for my Bully/Boxer baby boy Bruno (he's 2 1/2 and about 60lbs) and pulls me everywhere even with his Springer choker on. I hated using a buzzer, hated using a choker, hated using the prong choker and he still pulled me everywhere. We are taking our first Road Trip at 3am with our other furbaby Rosie (Chihuahua 6lbs and 6 years old). I really wanted a way for him to enjoy it and not pull me around, make me fall hiking, jump on others (he's a happy boy) and the Sporn is made so well, the padding that goes under his front paws is padded with ultra soft lambs wool it feels like, just wow! This product does not stop pulling instantly or at all. My dog is always pulling on her lead so I tried this to see if it would help. I tried it for the first time and my dog dragged me down the street and there was no way of stopping her or getting her to slow down. I had to switch to a different product in the middle of our walk to control her. I think this product only stops dogs that weigh enough for you to control their pulling. If your dog is heavy like mine (30kg) and you have 30kg pulling then unless you're strong enough to control the weight this product doesn't work.Ren

I wanted a front clip harness for my adolescent SDIT who needs a bit of extra "steering" right now. I thought this harness would be perfect, but after using it once, I realize that the description didn't give neck measurements. Buying based on girth size alone, I ended up with a harness that hangs on my adolescent German Shepherd (whose girths usually fill out long before their necks). With such a loose neck on front clip harness, the whole thing spins. There's no way to size it down. So for anyone with a young deep-chested breed, watch out for that. Otherwise, my dog clearly liked it. The Y (between the front legs) strap design is ergonomically superior to traditional harnesses, especially with growing dogs. It's lightweight and comfortable. Like all my other Active Dog harnesses, the quality is second to none. It should be a great harness for my dog during the heat of summer after he's filled out. I love how reflective it is. (In the photo, the restaurant patio was quite dark. The harness was impressive the way it lit up when the flash hit it.). It's a nice enough harness that I'll just put this away until late summer. If the neck were more adjustable (or neck size listed in the description), I'd give this a 5 paw rating.Lori
We received the no pull service dog harness, padded cordrua clip on bridge handle and ID that we just ordered. Much sooner than we expected. We new we wanted a no pull harness for our (working) service dog because they have work so well our other (pet) dogs. The minute we took this harness out of the box it exceeding our expectations just in quality construction. We ordered a M/L using the "how to fit your dog" chart. The sizing chart was an excellent resource. We adjusted the straps to fit. And are very pleased with a fit that will support the growth our dog will experience.
