Last summer my senior dog was diagnosed with CHF and some lung issues. Initially she was on the typical medication from the vet. Almost immediately she was both lethargic and anxious at different times. She was not the same dog I had always known. While researching the medication I came across a review written about Pet Wellbeing. I looked into it more and made a decision to stop the medication and start her on Lung Gold. Within about 48 hours of stopping the medication she was back to normal. About 2 weeks into using Lung Gold I noticed a difference. Her usual coughing/gagging stopped considerably. I had 2 maltese shitzu dogs both aged 9 and a half years old (brother and sister) from the same litter. 3 years ago our little girl was diagnosed with cushings and enlarged heart. Within 2 weeks our little boy was diagnosed with exactly the same issues and the cushings. Moving into 2018, we had both dogs on vetmedin and another tablet for fluid removal fron the lungs thag would build up. Our little girl became really sick and lethargic, wouldnt eat, wouldnt move to go to the toilet. I ordered these drops along with "Young at heart" drops for both dogs. Unfortunatley the drops were from overseas and didnt arrive before i had a chance to try them on my the little girl before she passed away after compounding problems. Move forward 2 weeks, and my boy is at the vet for the same issues with same compunding issues my girl had. We were told we were lucky if we had 3-4 days with him left due to the fluid on his lungs drowning him and his belly being that bloated you could see the veins sticking out of his belly like they were drawn on with black marker. Drops arrived in the mail the day after diagnosis and started him on them straight away. Needless to say, it has now been 3 weeks and my boy is like a puppy again. His bloat has completely gone, hos lungs have no fluid left on them and his heartrate has returned to a normal level. He has also started to play with us again like he did when he was a puppy. My cats were already having huge health improvements from the 'kidney support' drops so I looked into the 'lung support' for my 13 year old Cavalier with acute bronchitis. The medication he is on made him very thirsty and he would drink excessively. He also still found breathing difficult at night. He has been using the drops for about three weeks. Because she had pneumonia before she came to us, it wasn't unforeseen that she was diagnosed with asthma. She coughed almost every day at some point. My dog ate this willingly only twice. I've even dipped it meat juice & he will not eat it. If I crush it in his food he rejects the whole bowl. He is not picky at all. so these must taste pretty bad. They are very dry. no idea if they work or not, can't see results if he won't eat them. I can assume the ingredients are medicinal. About 6 months ago, my cat, who has feline leukemia, stopped eating, was constantly vomiting, sleeping, and cringed whenever I touched her. I really wanted some homeopathic remedies for our dogs, because we tend to stick to simple things. Samwise had kennel cough and we have 3 other dogs! So we had to find relief quickly, after going to vet and getting needed antibiotics and lots of toys and cuddles we also purchased homeopet cough. My 7 month old yellow lab was excessively itchy and dropping fur like crazy. All dogs scratch and shred…this is my second Labrador so I know what "normal" shedding and scratching look like…this puppy was miserable. Then she broke out into hives. A treatment plan of Benadryl combined with a skin supplement was recommended by someone I trust. While waiting for the skin supplement to arrive, I began adding ground flaxseed to her food. The results were immediate. The shedding nearly stopped altogether. When these supplements arrived, I stopped adding the ground flaxseed to her food and fed these instead. The shedding and itching continued to improve. I stopped the Benadryl completely and her skin and coat looked amazing and she was obviously more comfortable. When I ran out of the soft chews, the shedding and scratching started all over again within 2-3 days. Proof for me that the soft chews were doing the job. When reordering, I decided to shop for a supplement that also had flaxseed but was cheaper per dose. I ended up ordering "The Missing Link" powder. The powder requires refrigeration and a measuring spoon and it leaves a fishy odor behind. In addition she sheds a little more on the powder than when on the soft chews. Regarding the breath aid…my lab never has bad breath anyway, so I cannot comment on that. And for those interested…in the meantime I have switched her food from Science Diet Large Breed Puppy which was full of corn to Blue Buffalo Large Breed Puppy. This is the first year I've used Seasonal Support from the start of the pollen season and I have to say it's had an excellent effect so far. We got through the tree pollens with no itching or nibbling and so no raw patches. Since the grass pollens kicked in there has been a little bit of scratching and nibbling but so far we have still avoided the raw patches so I'm very hopeful. Lady is a rescue dog and she becomes very anxious when she hears fireworks, gunshots, thunder, etc. We used to give her Benadryl when thunderstorms were passing through our area and it worked OK but tended to make her very drowsy. This is a great natural product to have on hand for anxiety and stressful times. I use it for anxiety reactions in our hyper, yet very intellilgent, border collie mix, on those occasions when she will not settle, or prior to trips to the vet. I have four large dogs. One is a Great Pyronese and the other three are 1/2 GP and 1/2 yellow lab. One of the 1/2-n-1/2's is high strung, anxious and somewhat aggressive. The first week I gave her 2 2x's a day and it seems to work and then she adjusted to it. So I started giving her 3 2x's a day and she is much calmer and less needy. But she still goes crazy when someone comes over. But since peeps rarely come that wasn't our biggest issue as we could always put her in her kennel when someone came over; it's the times when we're at home and she was driving us crazy with all her anxiety issues. I agree that my dog, a lab hates the flavor and was seeking out the pill and spitting it out until I tried baby food turkey and chicken in the little jars. I use a baby spoon and bury the pill in the meat. She gobbles it up and does even notice even the pill. We do it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. My 12 year old Shiba Inu had 850 liver enzymes. That's so bad and I was so stressed. She has been on this stuff for over 1 year and now her enzymes are about 420. Cocker has “dry eyes and prescribed steroids and cyclosporine twice daily each eye. Suspect his extremely elevated liver enzymes may be due to long term steroid use or could just be his age. Haven’t tested for Cushing’s but sonograms reveal no tumors on liver or pituitary glands. He was lethargic and never feeling well until his doctor advised trying the Denamarin. His Opthalmologist concurred it was a great idea. Haven’t yet tested his liver enzymes again to see if the numbers have improved (hasn’t been on them quite a full month) but I’ve reordered and will receive the pills monthly. Bottom line: he’s a lot more energetic, playing with his toys again, not sleeping all the time, just overall feeling so much better. He’s acting normal again—normal for an 11-plus year-old Cocker. Did a lot of research before giving him the Denamarin and felt they were safe, and most people had positive results using it. Only drawback would be that the pills for large dogs are really big. You’re supposed to administer 1 hr before or 2 hrs after a meal, which I do with a little piece of boiled chicken breast to hide it and help it go down, and it goes down without a problem. Can’t imagine any dog of any size being able to swallow a pill that size without an owner hiding it in a little chunk of something, cheese, pill pocket, treat. Anything to help it go down easier. And helps if they drink a little water. Can’t wait to have his liver enzymes tested again. I’m confident they will have improved. Side note: when one’s liver is not working properly, urine can have an odd and strong odor, which his did. Standing several feet away, I knew something wasn’t right. That too has resolved which makes me believe his liver is on the mend.Yvonne

My dog's vet recommended this product to me and we have been using this ever since. The benefit is that it keeps her happy and healthy and its good for her bones/ligaments etc. I also noticed that when I'm not using it my dog's skin gets flaky easy so I am not going without it anymore. This product has sufficient EPA and DHA for large dogs — many other pet supplements do not. Even some "human grade" supplements are woefully deficient. I did my research before choosing this product–Nordic Naturals checks all the boxes (no mercury or PCB contamination, high levels of both EPA and DHA, good quality control). A vet reviewed it for me and was pleasantly surprised, as she usually finds the EFA pet supplements clients bring to her to be inadequate. My dogs love the taste of it too. We had one of our dogs on a Big Box store capsule of generic fish oil (for humans) twice a day, and she still suffered from dry skin. Once we switched her over to this brand, her skin improved noticeably in just a few weeks. Important Tip: Store the bottle in the fridge once it's opened! I have 6 small breed rescued dogs that are all seniors. I've been using this for all, except one dog for many years. One of my dogs has a very sensitive stomach and can't use this supplement (I believe it's a beef and/or liver sensitivity), but the other dogs have no problem at all. They like the taste and most importantly it really helps! All of my dogs being seniors, 9yrs up to 18yrs (yep, 18 yrs old) have joint issues from age and this really seems to help with joint pain and even joint popping/cracking. They seem to be able to play more on this supplement too! If I ever run out, I noticed their joints popping more often and after only a couple days of using this product I notice a big difference. I haven't used this for larger breeds or younger adult dogs, but I imagine it would be great for them too, especially with all the joint issues that come with larger breeds. FYI, ALL the supplement sizes are the same product but with different sized scoops and dosage instructions based on the scoop size. I believe all the jars except the smallest size come with a larger scoop (supposedly 1oz, but seems to be more IMO) and the dosage instructions are based on the included scoop. So, if you're like me and buy a large sized jar for multiple smaller dogs, make sure to check the dosage instructions on the small size jar accurate instructions. Or maybe just contact the company for more accurate dosage instructions. Also, I've had success starting with less than instructed and slowly adding as needed to prevent upset tummies from the diet change.Joy

I have rotated MANY joint supplements over the years, but Nupro Silver is by far my favorite. The value for the money is incomparable for a supplement with such fantastic ingredients. Great solution for anxious dogs. Our Sheltie/German Shepard Dog Mix tends to lick a specific spot on her foreleg to the point of licking away skin and generating abrasions on exposed skin. I'm completely blown away by this product. I stopped giving apoquel to my dog, not only because of the expense (costing more than $200 a month), but also because of all the reviews I have read about the danger to a dog's immune system with prolonged use. But my large German shepherd continued to scratch and scratch and scratch. After the first application of Skin Tonic Spray for Pets & People, his itching subsided greatly. We took our Newfie/Lab to the vet to get vaccinated for a training class. Shortly after his shots, he developed a skin allergy with two hot spots on each hip. My standard poodle suffers from outdoor allergies. After battling them all summer the vet just said to double up on benadryl. I felt like I was drugging my dog. I saw an ad for these chews and thought it would be a better option to at least give it a try. My boy wasn't sure about the taste the first day and I had to wrap it in cheese. The second day, and every day since, he's gobbled it right down just like a treat! To test the results I totally stopped the benadryl and only gave him these chews. Wow is right, because I am floored at how well this works! I have 2 pups with horrible allergies – one that nothing else works for. I've tried all different meds, including shots, and she still suffered horribly during allergy season. I reluctantly decided to try this, but we were in the middle of allergy season, and watching her suffer is just too much. Fast forward to July 2019, and my order came in the mail. I gave two of the chewables to my pup the next morning, not expecting much, but just hoping that there would at least be a little relief. Much to my surprise, she didn't scratch AT ALL that day!! My dog had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics he was on after having a few teeth pulled. The itch was driving him crazy. These drops have stopped my 4 year old cat from vomiting after eating (the vet says she is in great health). My cat is 7 years old and has almost always had sensitive stomach issues and it was not uncommon for him to throw up shortly after eating (And yes I had him on the most expensive "sensitive stomach" wet food I could find) – As soon as I started adding several droplets of this product with each meal, the issues have stopped completely.
