My 7 week old tri color bully has vomited in his third day at our house, I googled and saw it said it’s normal for pups to do this sometimes, no worries. Two days later early morning(6:50am EST) he vomited then about 10 minutes later he pooped out about 8 long worms, found they were Roundworms. I immediately went to Meijer and grabbed two boxes of this 7 Way De-Wormer for Small Dogs and gave him a tablet which he happily chomped down. He passed loads of dead worms in each stool that day(like twice). The next morning his belly wasn’t bloated anymore but he wouldn’t eat much but drank water. By the evening he was felling great and back running through the house, he passed about 3-4 live worms in 2 of his 3 stools that day, the third stool had no worms! On the third day there were no more worms in his stool but I gave him the other tablet because I saw a very good vet recommend one deworming tablet day one, a second on day three then again in two weeks. It’s day 6 and he’s been worm free for going on 3 days! It says not to use til 12 weeks on the box, however if your pup is over 6 lbs then I think its okay to use. My little girl is a pit and catahoula mix and shes only about 7-8 weeks old and she handled the dewormer very well. She passed a HUGE tapeworm 🤢 we decided to deworm her due to tape worm segments being passed every so often which is absolutely gross. It took a little over 24 hours for her to pass everything. This is the single most effective and affordable dewormer for dogs. I will recommend this dewormer to everyone and use it for any puppies that I have in the future. Liquid dewormer from the feed store has NOTHING on this stuff and my puppy wanted to eat more of the tablet so I guess it was good. Seriously, get this for your pet you will not regret it.Sara
These worked right away for my 12 pound 1 year old dog. It took overnight to see the results. I snuck it into a chewy treat before bedtime and he didn’t notice it at all since they are super small. After receiving only 1 of the 2 pills (give second pill 2-3 months later for lasting results), he didn’t have anymore worms coming out of his poop and randomly out of his butt. He was constipated for about two weeks to a month and I don’t know if it had anything to do with the worms or the pill but he’s never had that issue before. It was a pretty quick fix by switching out his food temporarily for soft/watery food. Do not think twice about getting it for them as it is life threatening to wait too long for a vet visit. I bought this food 2 weeks ago because my dog has been picky about her food for months now. I have tried Hills Science, Purina Pro, Blue Buffalo – all puppy dry food. I think she really doesn’t like the chicken taste so I thought I’d try something different. From the start when I was phasing out the old food with the new she was way more interested in eating. We’ve been feeding Taste of the Wild Appalachian for small dogs for about a year now after switching to about 10 different brands. He loves it. The kibble is small, and the food is palatable and healthy. I wish the small kibble was available in fish and sweet potato too, but this has some fish in it. We have a Yorkie that loves this stuff! We started with the rolls and he was really eating it up but after a while it took us having to coax him into eating. We came across these and from the first time we gave it to him, he licks the bowl clean each and every time. It is now the only food that I will feed him. I know that all the ingredients are fresh and good for him. He has more energy (if that's possible) and his coat is shinier than it has ever been. After my 7 month old puppy was healing from a spaying surgery (just got back from) her appetite was gone, but the only thing she would eat was Freshpet chicken treats. We tried giving her normal kibble and some beef wet food but she wouldn't touch it, she's never had beef before though so that might've played a part. My mom decided to try FreshPet and my dog went crazy for it, ate the whole thing in one sitting and even picked up the paper plate and flung it around. She's never ever done that in the 4+ months we've had her, we've tried multiple kibble/wet food brands as well. I use the Great Value Onion Powder in the RUB I make for Chicken and Pork. I put the rub on my chicken and my pork, whether I'm cooking inside or outside on the grill. RUB 1 cup chili powder 1 cup golden brown sugar packed 3/4 cup salt 3/4 cup ground black pepper 1/3 cup ground mustard – 3.378 oz – 6 tbsp 1/3 cup ground cumin – 3.378 oz – 6 tbsp 3 tbsp garlic powder 3 tbsp onion powder 3 tbsp paprika 3 tsp ground cayenne pepper I blend it all together and store it in quart jars and I also reuse empty parmesan cheese containers with the holes, so I can sprinkle out what I need from time to time. I bought this in a large in the blue color for my 65 pound Pit and it fit him perfectly! It was really easy to put on him and he seems very comfortable in it, I also love the zipper on the bottom because it makes it so much easier for him when he goes to the bathroom. I typically use when we go for hikes to prevent ticks since he has dark gray fur and they are difficult to see. I would highly recommend this if your dog likes to go on hikes or roam outside in wooded areas! The material is also really nice and lightweight so it doesn’t make my pup too hot.
I ordered the correct size and it fit snugly enough in width, but the length was too long for my dog (from neck to tail). With the extra room in length she was able to get her back legs tangled in the fabric each time she would bend her knees/go from sitting to standing. It made it so she couldn’t use her back legs properly and she took a tumble down a few steps. Maybe including a body length measurement would help? I think the fit is probably ideal for certain types of dogs but not others. The zipper made me nervous that it would be easy to accidentally pinch her skin and I’m not sure she could go to the bathroom wearing it, even unzipped. These onsies are so cool! We have 2 long hair dogs that shed and my grandma HATES dog hair. We ordered these so that we can take the dogs to my grandmas house without her worrying. I think if your dog is in between sizes, you need to order the bigger size. Looser is better than tighter. The onsie was pretty tight on our bigger dog but she didn’t seem to mind! They are light weight and super comfy. The sport mode is nice because it’s a little less fabric than the original! I feel like the dogs breathe a little better in sport mode.Kaylin

The flakes had much better flavor and reconstituted to a better replica of a fresh onion. Not sure why you stopped carrying dried onion flakes.GinnyM

My dog has been a take it or leave it type when it comes to dry food. I feed her wet food morning and night and leave dry food available through out the day if she fancies it. Usually there is some left in the dish come time to feed in the evening. Initially she cleared the bowl of dry food along with her wet pouches, almost as if it would be taken away. As the trial went on she resorted back to eating her wet food, snacking on some dry food and then leaving some in the bowl. As the trial has continued she has become ambivalent to the food again with the same attitude , sorry!! I had some of her old dry food left so I did an experiment, I put both dry foods down for her to see which one she ate. She ate the Bakers so result in the end!! The other dry food remained ignored so I fed it to my collies who had no such reservations. In summary my dog isn't that enamored with dry food and never has been BUT when given the chance to eat her old dry food and Bakers she chose Bakers every time!! We've always been dry food users for the dogs and they've always seemed happy. But after having the trial for Bakers complete, we have seen that the dogs were literally just happy to go with the flow with the food they had before. They were both so much happier and excitable when the bag came out to fill bowls. And we used to have selective eating with one of the dogs, where all the meatier flavoured bits would go first n the rest just picked at as he was hungry. Now, it's a completely different story. My dogs were both obviously bored of their usual kibble. Rather than finishing their breakfast in one go they had taken to picking at it throughout the day, only finishing quickly when wet foods or titbits were added. Not that I mind giving them meat, but I want them to enjoy dry kibble too as it is more beneficial to their teeth. I was looking for a new alternative when I was sent some Bakers Adult by Purina for free! Bakers is packed full of crunchy kibble and meaty chunks.
