I can only use Walden’s dressing due to being on strict diet, and the Sweet Onion flavor is a favorite! It’s so good I haven’t gotten tired of eating it daily even after a few years now. I feel that the flavor and quality varies greatly with the flavors, as I’ve not been such a fan of a few of the other varieties. However, I like this dressing so much I’d purchase it even if dietary concerns weren’t a factor. The onion flavor is bold without being overpowering or leaving an oniony aftertaste. The dressing is also very creamy, which is incredible considering it’s zero calories. The only issue I’ve had is I feel the dressing has been reformulated recently and while there’s been an improvement in the authenticity of its flavor and thickness, when it’s very cold (maybe straight out of the fridge) the dressing sometimes congeals into a giant glob that’s either impossible to get out of the bottle or avalanches out all at once. I personally don’t really mind, but just a heads up! That being said, I really appreciate the thought the company continues to take in making sure its products are the best they can be, especially for people who have very limited choices!Shana Y
While this is nothing like the Russian dressing I grew up with, which was more of a dark orangish-red with black specks in it (not sure what they were; maybe poppy seeds?), I still enjoy this. It's more like a thin 1,000 island dressing without the islands. (I have not yet tried Walden Farms' 1,000 island, so can't compare.) I could wish all the Walden Farms dressings had healthier ingredients–not crazy about the idea of artificial sweeteners and FD&C artificial colors, and the sodium could be lower–it's nonetheless a real godsend, calorie-wise. With a daily calorie budget of 1,500 calories, I can't afford to put over 100 calories on a low calorie salad, so I will continue to buy these dressings. This is a good one when you want slightly sweet and tangy. Yes, it's thinner than a creamy dressing, but that just means it distributes more easily over the greens so you can use less. Our puppy loves this! He usually looses interest pretty quickly but this thing hold his chewing attention for a looong time. My hubby and I were looking for a more flavorful brand of blue cheese, than the store brand we had tried. What a disappointment this brand was. This product had absolutely no taste…at all. It was dry and crumbly, the "blue cheese" veins were almost non existent, except for some dots on the top, that were so regularly spaced they screamed machine made product. The cows may be handmilked by hand twice a day, but that was the last "natural" event that occured. before the factory git the milk.Susan Gipson

Wishbone Creamy Caesar has always been my go to, grabbed myself a bottle even after seeing new recipe thinking no big deal! It can't be that different. Was I wrong. The new recipe tastes like a awful version of a creamy italian dressing but somebow worse? It's absolutely way too acidic also very greasy tasting. If it isn't broke don't fix it. I can only use Walden’s dressing due to being on strict diet, and the Sweet Onion flavor is a favorite! It’s so good I haven’t gotten tired of eating it daily even after a few years now. I feel that the flavor and quality varies greatly with the flavors, as I’ve not been such a fan of a few of the other varieties. However, I like this dressing so much I’d purchase it even if dietary concerns weren’t a factor. The onion flavor is bold without being overpowering or leaving an oniony aftertaste. The dressing is also very creamy, which is incredible considering it’s zero calories. The only issue I’ve had is I feel the dressing has been reformulated recently and while there’s been an improvement in the authenticity of its flavor and thickness, when it’s very cold (maybe straight out of the fridge) the dressing sometimes congeals into a giant glob that’s either impossible to get out of the bottle or avalanches out all at once. I personally don’t really mind, but just a heads up! That being said, I really appreciate the thought the company continues to take in making sure its products are the best they can be, especially for people who have very limited choices!Shana Y
While this is nothing like the Russian dressing I grew up with, which was more of a dark orangish-red with black specks in it (not sure what they were; maybe poppy seeds?), I still enjoy this. It's more like a thin 1,000 island dressing without the islands. (I have not yet tried Walden Farms' 1,000 island, so can't compare.) I could wish all the Walden Farms dressings had healthier ingredients–not crazy about the idea of artificial sweeteners and FD&C artificial colors, and the sodium could be lower–it's nonetheless a real godsend, calorie-wise. With a daily calorie budget of 1,500 calories, I can't afford to put over 100 calories on a low calorie salad, so I will continue to buy these dressings. This is a good one when you want slightly sweet and tangy. Yes, it's thinner than a creamy dressing, but that just means it distributes more easily over the greens so you can use less. I just made my deer sausage using Hi Mountain Summer Sausage Kit and added this high temp Cheddar cheese. It was the best I have ever made! This cheese is amazing! I used 12 pounds of venison/3 pounds of pork butt and half of the 2 1/2 pound package of high temp cheese. It was perfect! I will be using this product every year. I ordered the 2.5 pound package because it is a better deal. I divided it up into 2 bags then vacuum packed them and put in freezer. My pup is now about 5 months old. She loves these, and they last forever! I bought them on a whim, because they're made in the USA…Trust me when I say BUY THEM! you won't regret it! My strong chewer who can get through a rawhide in a day loved this! I wanted something I could give her when we were away from the house that would keep her busy, but that I wouldn't worry about her choking on. This is definitely it. It is hard enough that it will keep her busy for a couple hours, but she loves the taste enough to keep working at it. However it does leave behind little tiny bits on the carpet, which I'm not thrilled about. Though it's not smelly, nor does it stain the carpet like a pigs ear would, so there's another plus. She will eventually go back and eat up the little bits, but it's definitely messier than a regular rawhide. I think it's a good alternative for those times where you can't monitor their chewing and are concerned about choking hazards, and I will continue to give this during the times we're away. For reference, I have a 45 lb pit mix and it takes her about 6 hours (broken up over a few days) to finish one of these.luckypenny540
I bought this chew from a pet store once and my pup loved it, so I ordered more from Pet Circle. I've ordered twice thinking maybe I'd just gotten one bad product. However, every yak chew (there were three) that was delivered came mouldy due to perforations in the vacuum seal around the chew. They also smelt strongly of mould upon arrival so I'm unsure as to how these made it to the packing stage before delivery. I wouldn't recommend ordering these chews as you can't guarantee they won't arrive mouldy when delivered.M

My pup is now about 5 months old. She loves these, and they last forever! I bought them on a whim, because they're made in the USA…Trust me when I say BUY THEM! you won't regret it! These are my 5 month old lab mix puppy’s favorite chew! This is our second bag of these and they last a long time. He chews on one a few times throughout the day and it lasts a couple of weeks. Wow, my Great Dane LOVED this! I was trying to get her to sit still and be distracted so I could clip her toe nails, so I gave her this treat. BIG MISTAKE! She went crazy over it. When I reached for her front paw to clip her nail she pulled away because she thought I was taking the treat. She is not food aggressive, but this was definitely a high value treat. Needless to say, I didn't get much clipping done… I had to bribe her with another bone to get it from her (so she wouldn't eat it all in one sitting), and she was definitely looking for it once I put it away.My Honest Review

I'd like to start off by mentioning, I bought this product but SMALL. It was for my 11 week old puppy. She loved it, I was surprised because of the flavoring. Coconut Botanical. . . interesting treat for a dog. She spent a good 10 – 15 minutes devouring this treat. Her kisses now smell sweet (until her next meal) XD My dog is teething a lot, she even enjoys chewing on ice cubes, so this must be a soothing gum massaging product if it kept her occupied for that many minutes straight. Try it out! I prefer these dental treats over other popular treats. I have dachshunds that are aggressive chewers but also will eat big pieces off of treats that can lead to them throwing it up later on. These treats are a good level of toughness and are easily digested with them. Plus the scent isn't strong and it improves their breath after each use.sienna.a
Danger- choking hazard! I have 2 large dogs who spilt a “Dentastix” every morning. We ran out dentastix so I thought I would try something new. I split one of these fresh kisses double brushes and gave to dogs. After feeding these treats, I immediately regretted it. They both struggled to chew. One dog managed to “eat” it and the other one had it lodged in her throat. 45 minutes and $228 later, the treat eventually passed through her throat and in to her stomach. We are monitoring her for bloat- this situation caused an unsafe amount of gas in her abdomen.Heather Ross

My big dogs are big chewers, and they chew everything. These yak chews give them something to chew on that's better for them than sticks and furniture. The yak chews are really tough and last a long time. I make sure to monitor them while they're chewing and then take them away when I can no longer watch them. My year old male Shih Tzu absolutely goes crazy over cheese; so I found this product and thought I had hit a gold mine! It was freeze dried cheese and had very little fat in it. But my little dog took a few bites of it and that was the end of it. I haven't gotten him to eat them again. I am disappointed as these are cheaper than the cheddar cheese slices my husband buys for our dog and healthier. He does love the PureBites Freeze dried chicken pieces we give him as treats. Our cats love them as well. These pieces are more for medium dogs, but some are too hard for me to break in pieces for him since he is a small dog.J.C.
I really like these. They have only one ingredient ….. Cheddar cheese. The pieces are nicely sized to be cut into 4-6 smaller training size bits. And they cut easily. Generally speaking, my dog likes them. For awhile. And then he turns his head away with an unmistakable "No thanks. Got anything better?" He's a bit fickle in general, but his waxing and waning on these freeze dried cheese bits exceeds his wavering on other treats. I just have to wait it out. Sometimes that's a matter of days, sometimes weeks. But I'll keep getting them because I think they are a high quality, fairly priced product. Just wish the pup wasn't so picky.anna.s
