This is a great concept and bought it to try and help my dog cope with her separation issues so I would put PB in it and freeze it. She wouldn't even try to get the PB out until I came home and by that time the PB wasn't frozen anymore so she could easily lick it out. I cannot rave about this brush ENOUGH! I have a Pug, so as any pug owner can tell you, THEY SHED, and they shed like a big dog would. This brush is incredible for any short haired doggy. When you use it, brush in a circular motion and you can just watch all the loose hairs come up. I was shocked the first time I used this because the amount of hair that it picks up and takes off is nuts. I had been using a regular brush at first for short haired dogs, now I combine the two. I start off with this to loosen the hair, and follow with the regular brush to pick up anything that comes off. This is a miracle brush. OK, I have been humbled. I see you did post my review I wrote last week, where I gave this item only two stars. Well, my dog kept bringing it to me, so I did put in some snacks. They did have to be bigger, so they wouldn't fall out of the big hole all at once. My dog had so much fun with the holder and we use this every morning at 10:30, which is her "treat" time. If you have a small breed, this is the Kong to get. It is a little softer than the regular Kong, so it makes it easier for a small breed to get to the yummies. We have a 12 lb. chihuahua mix and she would give up with the red Kong but this one keeps her occupied – frozen apple with some peanut butter or frozen green beans with a little peanut butter – a "pupsicle" that keeps her occupied doing a natural dog behavior.Walktadawg

The chemical smell is awful. I soaked it in water, it made the pot of water smell. I washed it in the dishwasher, twice, it made the dishwasher smell. An the chew toy, after soaking and 2 washes, it still smells as bad as the day I got it. I'd be afraid to give this to my dog. Something isn't right with this.ROBIN

So my French Bulldog really loves his large Kong pacifier treat dispenser. And you don't even have to put treats in it for him to carry it around. It's very durable considering that usually he is able to tear up any kind of toys with in about a minute or less. Got got it from PetSmart for about seven or eight $10 somewhere in between that. Usually he'll carry all his toys outside or try to but this one he purposefully leaves in side so that way he doesn't lose it. And he looks so adorable whenever he actually has it in the correct way. Great buy for my pit/labs she has chewed the top part off and turned it into a ball but it is her go to toy she loves when i throw it for her she will keep bringing it back for hours and eventually take it to chew and lay down. my very first opinion of this was how am i supposed to fill it with water if there's a hole in the bottom? upon further investigation, i learned that the product is not supposed to produce ice with food frozen inside, but rather make the wet food or treat just freeze to itself. my rottie eats his food in 60 sec, so this definitely slowed him down a bit. plus it's a nice cool treat in the summer for him (even though the bloated dry dog food looks gross to us, he still loves it).Jessica

This dog loves chicken, normally it's gone in less than a minute even when frozen. This product is amazing!! Using the same amount of chicken it keeps him interested for 10-15 minutes.Teddy

I ordered these for my rescue pup for when we leave the house. They're great! She is very attached to me so giving her one of these kongs with peanut butter in her kennel right before we leave works perfectly! They material is very durable! Kong dog toys make great dog chews with added fun! Some dogs love to chew and will chew things just for something to do and having a kong toy on hand to occupy them is a good idea. You can add peanut butter inside the Kong and it will keep them busy trying to get the treat out of it. It provides hours of fun and the dogs don't ever get sick of playing with it and chewing on it. They are made of super durable rubber. They are pretty close to indestructible. They withstand hours and hours of rough play without falling apart and puppies sharp teeth are no match for Kong. I used to buy nylabones but my dogs seem to use the Kong a lot more. I know with my dogs they love anything new they get for a little while and then they kind of get sick of it and stop playing with it. The Kong has really kept My dogs intrest and I think it's because of the added treat inside. My border collie thinks that she was put on this earth to destroy any and everything in get path. She has destroyed many a door and window from her incessant chewing and most toys hold no interest with her but even she loves Kong toys. I don't know about the breath freshening but I can say that the kongs must clean there teeth because of the rubber dragging across the teeth so much as they chew and lick. Its a long lasting toy that will definitely provide lots of fun. They are available at most pet care supply stores. They are a bit expensive, but it's worth it for how long lasting they are. They are a much safer alternative to rawhides or bones. No worry about them choking or swallowing none splinters. Check the Kong for damages before use and it's pretty safe. I think most dogs will love it and it should clean the teeth if they chew on it. I would recommend it to dogs who are energetic or dogs who love to chew. It works great for my dog who looses interest very quickly in toys so if and when she wears hers out I will definitely go out and purchase another for her.lindsey4488

My boyfriend and I were a little hesitant to get this as we have an American Pitbull Terrier who is a VERY strong chewer. I knew she would like it but the real question was how long would it last? Well it has been over 6 months and the ball is still in one piece. Not because of it's strength or durability but because she simply likes it so much she wont destroy it. Which is a FIRST for a toy with us. I honestly think she knows if she wrecks it she'll never get treats from it again. And I can tell how much she enjoys using it because we can use dog food instead of treats and she is just as content. I can fill her food dish and fill the ball and put them next to each other, she'll always go for the ball because it's so much more entertaining for her to get a meal that way.LOVE the product and would definitely recommend it, will definitely keep your pouch busy when they are bored. So far so good. The size large or medium works for large breeds, since there are only those two sizes. For medium to smaller dogs the size medium would work. We got the large. My dog is 58 lbs and he can still fit it in his mouth. The rubber is good quality and doesn’t have toxic materials. You’re advised to cut the tabs in the openings to customize it for your needs, if necessary. I did that so my dog could get his kibble out more easily.Maya B

I purchased this ball for my senior dog in order to keep her occupied and reduce boredom. I put some kibble into the toy and despite her best efforts she couldn't get any out of the ball. I ended up modifying one of the openings to make it bigger but then when I did that all of the kibble spilled out. Disappointing!Dsibi

Got this toy on a whim from the store and my guy (40lb all-around-mutt) loves it! I filled it with dry treats that are a good size that wouldn't fall right out and he had the BEST time trying to work it out. He shook, tossed, chewed, and flung this toy all around the living room and it kept him busy for at least 20 minutes. Not the longest compared to others I'm sure, but a world record in this house! My dog loves puzzle toys and loves to work for it, so your dog will have to be like that as well. I can see my parent's dog not enjoying this since there would be no immediate rewards and I think my sister's dog (a BIG chewer) might not get as much fun out of it since she might rip it to bits. It is durable, but not THAT durable for the determined pup. I did notice him get his lower jaw stuck in the top for a split second, but the toy is easy to bend so he was able to pop it right out on his own (it's always good to supervise your dog's playtime!) Let me start off by saying my partner and I LOVE West Paw! Great company with a great mission and amazing sustainability practices. We love the Toppl and wanted to love the Rumbl, but unfortunately on the very first use(we purchased size small), it got stuck on the bottom jaw of our 16 pound King Charles Cavalier. If you have a small to medium size dog with a small, narrow jaw, then I would not recommend this toy. The tabs in the top of the mouth got stuck to his little teeth and hurt him a bit to get off. We will unfortunately be returning this one and opting for another puzzle toy for feeding. Luckily, West Paw has a great guarantee policy so we will continue to be customers for life! We would love to see a smaller version of the Rumbl for toy sized dogs!Kayla

It’s great material and fun for my dog when I put nut butter in it, but I was hoping the holes would be much smaller than they are. My dog is very smart and has food allergies so finding treat dispensing toys that make it tough to get to snacks is ideal. This one the hole is too big to have it be a challenge. We bought the small. Great dog toy. Easily visible as it's bright orange, floats in water which is a godsend as my dog loves water and taking his toy in there also the rope means I don't need to carry a ball flinger. My dog loves this toy at the beach as we can throw it so far into the ocean using the rope. He also has the best time playing tug with it although the rope has started to fray after one use (assuming it's not designed for tug so still a five star product in my opinion) He actually played with it when one of his friends at the beach brought it and he's been obsessed ever since so we had to get him his own! We love this. I only use it as a slow feeder, and my dog loves knocking this thing around. I like that it doesn't get him overly excited like some other big slow feeders do. It releases kibble at a good rate and gets him moving about. Plus, it's quiet. My only complaint is it can be hard to load (I spoon kibble into the slot), but I could probably find a funnel and use the holes instead. I always take it away as soon as he's done, so he's had very minimal play with it. It's a good thick rubber, but I don't think it would withstand an actual chew session. Size is larger than I expected but my dog can still grab it and carry it if she squishes it on the area where the slit is for putting in treats. The larger hole is a bit large – most the treats we have come out pretty quickly (or she's just very smart). That said, this is better than all the other treat kongs or toys I've bought! She's engaged with it, likes to chew on it (seems durable enough to let her do so) and likes us to throw it even without treats (I think she likes the wild bouncing). I bought this as a gift for my daughter's VERY high energy full size boxer cross who gets the "zoomies" every night sometime between 6:00 and 7:30. I bought this for my dog for Christmas and it's the best toy he's ever had. He goes through toys like crazy, they always break and rip and are a danger to him because of small pieces. To say my dog is an "extreme chewer" is a understatement. Fortunately for us he has been focused on his toys/chew toys. He has SUPER STRONG jaws for a lab. I sent this to my doggie niece Molly. Molly is a mini Dachshund that loves to chew. She has destroyed almost ever toy she's ever been given…. she's two years old. The bottom ring is just kind of glued in and it will probably fall out. It happened on both of these. You may want to just try to remove it right away. This is great for aggressive chewers like my American Bully. It also bounces which makes him love it twice as much because he enjoys catching it when we take it outside. I thought this would work for my Newfies, but it's a bit small for them. Instead, I gave it to my dachshunds to play with. My dachshunds are actually the worst chewers you could possibly imagine. They destroy all their toys. Somehow this one is still intact. It doesn't even have bite marks or missing pieces. I have been filling it with peanut butter and then pieces of their dog food. It fills easier and holds better than other fillable toys. They will spend hours working on getting the peanut butter and food out of it. I bought several more of these toys because my dogs love it! I bought the XL & small sizes for my two dogs. The small size worked well for my somewhat picky 10 lb. American Hunt Terrier because she actually chews on it. It has held up well. On the other hand, it didn't take my 80 lb. Doberman much time to chew ragged edges. The plus side is she likes to chew on it. She's incredibly strong so you may have a better result with your dog. While this bone is great with its nodules and twist texture I found my 12 week doxie puppy couldn't manage it. It's just too bulbous. He has tried very hard on the nodules so I believe this will be a great toy for him once he grows. It's quite solid and heavy and I think could be a great toy for the future.Lynette
