Bought this for our 7 month old Pyrador puppy, who has already outgrown one house. It was easy to put together, and the sturdist dog house we've ever seen. Plus being insulated is perfect for a cold Indiana winter. She's huge and still growing and loves it. The first night she slept in front of it despite dog treats inside. Second night was cooler, she decided to check it out so the head and front paws went thru the swinging door first, and after she had stood that way for about 5 minutes, walked all the way in, and has loved it ever since. From the size if it unless she grows as much as Clifford the big red dog, she'll get to enjoy for a lifetime.PJ

We got this house for a new Boxador puppy so that it can spend most of its time outside. We found it to be a good product. It was easy to put together and does stay much warmer than the outside air. In rainy weather, it stays dry. It is a very large house which would work for a lab or other large dog. No problems with the dog using the door. Only suggestion: add nuts and bolts for the 6 screws. Screwing metal into plastic is not a real good plan. I'm assuming the company will have replacement parts (door, window, etc…) available for my investment!Y Robinson

My dog is crazy for this bed. I have now purchased 3. One for my bedroom, living room and downstairs office. During the winter I put a quilt in them and the summer when it is warm I take them out. I have 3 regular beds for her that she will not use. She is just 1 year old and a 70 pound English cream retriever who loves to spend a great deal of back time and this cot is perfect. I purchased the first one and was moving it each night because she is crazy for this. We have had no problem with her chewing these or ripping them at all. They all look new yet. She also no longer wants her kennel because she wants her cot. After 6 months she no longer used her kennel, but we do leave her in my office and living room when we go and have had no problems. She is a huge chewer, but actually sleeps in her cot when we are gone. She is crazy when we get home, but I am so happy she is a good girl when we are gone. I believe this bed is perfect for my girl. We do ha e the large size not the extra large. Just a great bed so far for our happy active puppy now adult girl.Ella

As with several reviewers, the plastic corner piece broke. Trying to epoxy together but don't think it's going to work. Great bed for about 2 months. 100lb dog loved it. I didn't think he'd use it. Taking it back to the retailer where we purchased it. Really need to redesign corners. Recommend for small dogs. Big dogs, I'd try to find something beefier than plastic.D35TROY

We got a puppy. We wanted a place for her to lay down or rest out when we are outside. I read in another review this would probably be the size needed when their puppy is grown. It’s too big for our puppy now but she will grow into it. I am happy with my purchase. It’s was easy to setup. It seems durable. I like that it is breathable and seems very sturdy. To begin with; our pooch is a tall & lean 92lb Catahoula mix with a deep chest. He's a big boy, but I'd not say especially long. I mention the legnth because the XL Carhartt jacket isn't long enough… stopping 3" short of our Catahoula's tail. Despite his deep chest, the lower straps are at least 4" too long & must be overlapped with more than 2" protruding on both sides. The front strap is also a bit too long but less than 2". The Velcro holds well but we've only used the jacket a few times so far – I've read less than positive reviews about the Velcro not holding up past a year – a buckle would be nice (& we may add this). The jacket is rather stiff & when our dog turns or manuvers, the rear portion swings out a little left/right (like a hoop skirt) away from the ribcage, leaving the rump exposed, but this isn't a big deal & the stiffness will probably relax somewhat after repeated use &/or a wash. There's no opening for a harness, but an opening could be cut & nicely stitched pretty easily – we're going to do this. Having said all that we do like the jacket – it's made of tough Carhartt fabric (VERY important for adventurous doggies!), it stays in place even during vigorous rabbit chases through deep brush & offers very good protection… keeping in mind there's NO coverage underneath. We plan to get an additional "sweater" type garment to be worn as a base layer on colder days.Catahoulas are awesome

We have 2 dobermans and live in a very rural, snowy area. They play/wrestle constantly and they shredded through 4-5 coats due to their playing. We finally found the Carhartt Dog Chore coat and they've lasted 2 years now. I would've given this product 5 Stars, but there are 2 issues I can't ignore: 1) One dog is 65lbs and the Large size is a little small on her (because, as a Doberman, she has a huge ribcage). Our other dog is 85lbs and the XL is huge on him. So the fit range seems to be inconsistent. 2) The velcro lost most of its grip after the first year. Also, the stitching holding the velcro on is coming out. We need to use rubber bands to keep the coat strapped on. All that said, this is still the most functional and durable dog coat we've found.DougP

I have two dogs, a sm/md hound and a thin, barrel chested md sheppard. Sadly, I haven't actually found anything that fits my sheppard properly and thats the case here, medium is too small and large she swims in. So this review is for the hound. He is a perfect fit in a medium and I believe he weighs around 33-36lbs. The girls at the coffee stands absolutely think he is adorable, which is true. I love the jacket and so does he. but what is frustrating is the velcro straps have worn out in about 4 months of heavy use. I do believe thats partly on my end because they really are hard on jackets and harnesses. That said, I wish the jackets included two brass buttons or snaps in additon to the velcro to help prevent snags ripping the straps apart when they play and run in the forest. If you are not going to use this every day, or the dogs are not 2 and 3 years old at the dog park multiple times a week, like mine, I fully recommend this jacket. It is great, it just isn't up to real heavy, rough use for more than a few months. The teeth of the velco just start to pull out over time and then there are not enough left to hold it seccure. I will buy again, but im a little bummed about it. the jacket has a nice patina to it… there should also be an access hole for a harness loop to pass through, but there isn't. I really look forward to the next generation of dog jackets.JacobS

Adopted a black mouth cur from the shelter. Escape artist, separation anxiety to the maximum. First time I put the shirt on her, I left her in the car while I ran into the store (no, it wasn't hot out! and I wasn't long. but I'd be wondering the same, reading the above!) When I got back to the car, though, she had the thundershirt Off! And she was trying to escape from the slightly open window, yelping! I honestly put the jacket back into the box because it has a money-back guarantee. I was going to send it back. However, "life" got in the way and I never mailed it. Lo and behold, came upon it a month later, right before a move of residence to another state. I put it on her and she immediately calmed, laid down and fell asleep for the 4 hour drive. I recently adopted 2 retired greyhounds and noticed my female would hide and pant before and during rainstorms. I bought these just a few weeks before July 4th since the firecrackers were already starting to explode in our neighborhood and my male grey refused to walk after hearing pops and getting spooked. I got 2 in XL: one in Camo with orange stripes and the sport in platinum which has a quilted weave and feels thicker so I could see if they had any preference since they both fit on either dog (they like them both). Just followed the directions for wrapping the shirts and it seemed to instantly calm my girl down to the point where she doesn’t want to take it off though eventually she lets me. I’m not sure it helps my male so much since it’s gotten so hot out that I won’t add an extra layer on them in this heat and cause them to have heat stroke but I put it on them during stormy weather and they both really like wearing the shirts which surprised me so I think he likes it too. My "little" guy has a life long issue with loud noises that began about eight years ago when he was eleven weeks old and we ventured out in between thunder showers with his mom and dad. Suddenly a stray lightning bolt hit missed us by only a few yards and the accompanying explosive noise terrified my three dogs and myself. The dogs went howling into the house and you can imagine the impact that experience had on a very young pup. I did everything I could think of to acclimate Yulee to sudden loud noises but nothing seemed to work as well as the ThunderShirt we purchased on the Amazon site. He's not as frightened of approaching thunder boomers as he is by gun fire or fireworks probably because he can gradually get into a more relaxed state with advancing storms. Now we also have time to prepare him for the thunder claps and we're relieved that he apparently finds the ThunderShirt comforting. He also likes to have time to curl up in secluded spot where he probably doesn't feel as exposed to any inherent danger – (see the third image). You can tell he's starting to feel threatened in the middle shot where his tail is tucked under his rear and the noise from today's thunderstorms is getting increasingly louder. The only reason the ThunderShirt didn't earn 5 stars from me is that at a svelte145 pounds Yulee was squeezed too much for our liking by the largest size (XXL) offered. We wrapped him in it without over tightening the material to make it uncomfortable while still affording him the gentle pressure and protective aspect of security. The fabric of the ThunderShirt Sport is a lightweight polyester which I felt might be lighter and more breathable than the other models with a poly, spandex and rayon blend. With all the fur this guy has he doesn't need any additional warmth. The shirt is extremely well constructed with ample velcro closure tabs which do a great job for getting the ultimate fit required…if only he was a bit smaller…Vic

Great heavy duty Gate!! Seamless , just pull out of box and set up to the shape you need. Definitely not for any dog bigger than a yorkie or chihuahua , but could be used for puppies. I am using it for my yorkie which had 5 puppies.Jules

I was excited to receive this product for my new puppy , its pretty tall and a good diameter. I moved to an apartment recently and I walk with my dog every day. They have a 'nature walk' area where she can investigate to her heart's content, and this leash keeps her safe yet allows her to go look at the irresistible twigs and bugs that dogs seem to always want to check out. I absolutely LOVE the Light Hound dog harness! I live in a very hot climate, and sometimes the only time I can safely walk my dogs, temperature-wise, is at night. I bought harnesses for two of my dogs on a whim and wasn't sure what to expect. Yes, the website has a bunch of positive reviews, but we all know how accurate those can be. Well, I'm happy to say that this harness has FAR exceeded my expectations. It really is an awesome product, and I recommend it without hesitation. The harness works exactly as advertised: the dogs (and I, by extension) can be seen from a good distance by drivers and other walkers and it's much safer for us to walk at night. The different patterns and colors are an especially neat feature, and I also appreciate that the light is rechargeable and thus doesn't require batteries. On a fun note, my dogs get a lot of compliments! Other walkers stop us on a regular basis to ask about their harnesses because they look so neat. Five stars all the way!Courtney S

We bought 2 of these for our dogs, and they are WORTH EVERY PENNY. The day I ordered them (before they arrived) one of our dogs got away from my husband on a walk and was hit by a car. Fortunately his injuries were minor and he is doing fine now. I fully believe if he had been wearing this harness the car would have seen him earlier and been able to stop in time. When it is dark out, the lights are bright enough I can stand at my front door and see my husband and dogs coming home from about 2 blocks away, but the lights are soft enough that they won't blind oncoming drivers too. When I ordered them I wished they had different colors, but after receiving them I am SO glad they are the high vis yellow/green. It makes my dogs more noticeable even in the daylight when we don't turn the light pack on. And for those almost-dark times when the lights and high vis are neither quite enough? THEY ARE REFLECTIVE. They battery lasts several days without charging, and when the red light starts flashing to alert you of low battery there is still plenty of time to safely get home before it runs out. I cannot say enough about how much we love these harnesses. If you are still reading at this point, just buy it. You won't regret it, and your pup will be safer every time they leave the house with it on, regardless of time of day.Jessica R

Like a lot about the product. Our mostly black dog is now very visible during our night walks, yay! Love all the light settings and that it is rechargeable. My feedback for improvement would be I wish the harness portion of the item was more sturdy. I currently have to put his usual harness on and then piggy back the LightHound on top of that. I also have to do that because the LightHound tends to slide from side to side or move forward on his neck if he is sniffing around. We have tightened the LightHound before it just never is quite at the snugness level we would like. I also think if the battery pack of the item sat low (like around where the dog's chest is) versus on top of their back it may not slip and slide so much. I realize that would also make it tough to change the settings once on the dog in the current configuration. Overall, we enjoy this product for our dog and it does what it is meant to do. I switched from Whistle to Tractive for my cat, Knuckles. BEST CHOICE EVER. I find it much, much more accurate than Whistle and the features are awesome! I live on the Columbia River in St. Helens, Oregon. We are remote and surrounded by forest and water. Knuckles (aka “The OG”) likes to walk the “hood” like a mafia Don. We’ve had a couple visits to the emergency vet lately 😒. The Whistle was just too limited in what it can do, so I bought Tractive (much cheaper and I liked the features advertised). WOW!!!! So earlier tonight I was notified he’d left his virtual fence, so I used live tracking. Holy smokes! It’s outstanding! I watched him dart all over the damn place and I’m like “COME on ya idiot cat”. I started activating the sound feature and watched him react…..😂😂🤣, then the light feature. He got annoyed and started for home, so I used the AR feature and met him about 500 yards up my road. I’m so impressed I can’t even find words. The only thing I’m having trouble with is showing time and speed in the map settings. I use this on my iPad but will try again using the website. I have a dog who loves to escape from the garden. Having spent much of lockdown fencing the garden she still manages to find ways out. If she can't burrow under she goes over. No sooner have I blocked one escape route she has found another. Now with the tracker I receive alerts as soon as she leaves the safety of the garden and I can retrieve her quickly. The peace of mind is well worth the cost. There are other features which are interesting but we don't really use such as how much time she spends asleep per day or how much exercise she takes. The rubber clips which attach the tracker to her collar are rather fragile, but customer support have sent me 3 replacements free of charge. We do get some false alerts that the dog has escaped, but having set the virtual boundary close to the house this is probably bound to happen and I'd rather have this than to miss an escape. Battery life is about 3 days which is more than adequate. The tracker is a little bulky for a small dog (miniature Dachshund) but she's used to it. Overall I am very satisfied with the device and would recommend it for anyone with a Houdini pet.Andrew G.

I hesitated to buy this for a while, since it was a lot of money for me with the subscription cost too. I did a lot of research and finally took the plunge. I had some concerns about my dog running away, getting out or being swiped, but buying this product instantly stopped those concerns. This is so much more than just a tracker. It blew me away. It’s like a FitBit for dogs as well. It keeps track of how active my dog is, tracks her energy output, sets goals for her and even tracks her sleep/rest times. It inspired me to get her out for longer, so she’s healthier for it. I love the live tracking feature. I find it works really well and it’s so easy to locate her, so the peace of mind it gives is next level. I know some have complained about the service in remote areas, but any GPS requires high signal areas. You need to consider how any GPS products would work if you’re in a remote location, although I’ve done a lot of research on this product and heard quite a few people in remote areas had no issue. I love the battery saving feature where you can mark a “safe zone” for the product to go into power saving mode in. You can click a button to check that the product is still working and online while in the “safe zone”, which is helpful. It charges ridiculously quickly and a single charge can last days if your dog spends time in the “safe zone”. The corresponding app works incredibly well too. It’s not glitched once in months of use and works quickly and smoothly. This product was worth every cent. It’s so well designed and thought out, it’s such a smart little product. It’s slimline, succinct and stylish. I feel so much better when she has it on. I’ve gotten so many friends onto this product and everyone loves it. It’s absolutely worth it.bellsssss

Fit is perfect using measurements provided in size chart. Lining is not as thick as I would have hoped for but I think it will work just fine since we don't have extreme winters. I got the blaze orange and it is exactly what I expected. The duck outside layer is the quality you would expect from Carhartt.Beas Mom

I work in construction and basically live in Carhartt pants and overalls, when I saw this item I saw an opportunity to make my dog my mini me. To my surprise the boy loves his over coat, he goes bananas when I take it out. We’re in northern Ontario so the weather can be cold at times, this coat keeps him warm and protects his back and body from branches and sticks. NNorthern Dude

My dog pretty much listens on our walks . But I had to get this and give it a try cause my dog bruised his throat from pulling when he is in prey drive. I have 90 lb Performance American bulldog. I watched your video and when someone came up with this concept for the no pull harness I do not think their mind was thinking of a high prey drive dog… Oh look a bird,squirrel, blowing leaves, cat, raccoon etc. When my dog goes into prey drive this harness is useless even with my command telling him to stop. He feels nothing or here's nothing when it's prey drive kicks in. This product might work for smaller dogs and pet dogs but not for working breed dogs.Jose

I had a terrifying experience with the thunder leash. My dog pulled so hard she actually pulled me down. I wanted to try this method because all of the no-pull harnesses I tried actually rubbed he skin raw. The only product that helps with her at all is the k-9 bridle, but it was leaving a bald spot on her nose, so I wanted to try something new. I'm going back to the k-9 bridle!Debby G.

The first thing that went missing from my leash was the cap. Of course, when it's a small dark object, it's very easy to lose. I went looking for spares because I didn't want my $60 purchase to become useless because of a missing $9 piece. Thankfully I was able to find the cap on this website, and after $50 including shipping, I had my $9 piece of plastic. If it was listed on Amazon the shipping would be free, but thanks to the marvelous customer service, I was able to contribute $50 to an amazing company. This kennel is strong. The tie-down holes, one per corner, go through both the top half and the bottom half of the kennel, which is an excellent improvement over no tie down holes. Another improvement over the old version is that water cannot collect on top since there are no bowl-like indentations on the top. The door is heavy construction, and can be mounted as Left or Right swing. I put the kennel on the passenger's side of the vehicle so that I can use the empty space behind the driver for carrying a jug of water, leashes, and other stuff. The advertised length is 40", but be aware that the usable length or "inside" length is 33". This is adequate if your dog is 33" or less from the top of the tail to the end of his front nails, while lying in the "sphinx" position. ONE CON: There are no drainage holes in the bottom half. I plan to drill my own (well, get the hubby to do it). A suggestion for the manufacturer: Make a Truck Version of the kennel. It would be the same as this except for two changes: (1) Add drain holes, and (2) Make the top rear panel (opposite the door) from transparent acrylic, so the driver can see through it. This would be a safety feature, as the blind spot would be reduced.Karen

The Wubba is my husky/German shepherd’s favorite toy but he destroys them in about 2 days. We only get them as a special treat for him and have to throw it away after all of the stitching is ripped out and squeaker is punctured! Not very durable, but he loves it.Lydia Joy

I have a very powerful chewer who loves stuffed animals. I feel bad not giving them to her, because its her favorite thing, but I also know it is harmful to her physically if she swallows fluff, etc. I found this kong toy, with low expectations. Thinking it would only last a day or maybe two if we were lucky. I got this toy for her when she was only 9 weeks old….. She's 8 months old now and this bubba toy has minimal fraying!!! I literally can't even believe the durability!! It has lasting through puppy teeth and everyday play. Its a "stuffed" animal I feel safe allowing her to have all the time. She allows loves the squeaker that comes in the top part of the toy. All around, I love this toy, my puppy Nilah loves this toy. Its a winner for us!emily.h

This is the second of these that I've purchased because my pup loves them. She goes nuts for the squeaker and tends to really like soft toys. The first one (the bunny) didn't last long (as in, holes in the first 10 minutes), but she had all sharp little puppy teeth then. Now that she's got mostly adult teeth, it seems to withstand longer; it's been a week since purchase #2 (the bear) and no holes at all. At least when the first one went, we were able to pull out the squeaky ball in the middle, and that's become her favorite ball to play with too, so it felt like a 2 for 1 purchase.Shleepy

My rescue hates having things pulled over his head, which can make finding him warm gear he will wear without a traumatic struggle challenging. The generous zipper at the collar on this piece, which I haven't seen in many other fleeces, makes getting it on him substantially easier–sometimes it's on before he even realizes it. For the price, it could be a little longer, and I wouldn't use it on its own for a smaller, chillier dog in genuinely cold or wet weather, but it's okay for above zero on its own and works as a layer under a heavier blanket coat in really cold weather or a raincoat if it's raining/snowing.stst

I have a 1 year old Golden Retriever who has a thick long coat, but this added layer of protection against the harsh Boston winter is just what we needed! The sweater is very light weight but the fleece lining is warm and it proves to be good against wind! She is not very fond of clothing but she hasn't tried pulling this off! If you are looking for a light weight sweater or a layer under a heavier jacket, this product is for you! For reference, we bought a Large and our dog weights around 60 pounds. This fits very well around the neck, the length is great, and the piece that goes under her belly allows for growth (if she gets too many cookies!) This is a great, warm, high-quality, nice-looking sweater. We live is Southern California, so our short-haired meximut mix wears it on its own (i.e., it doesn’t get cold enough here for multiple layers to be necessary) on colder mornings and evenings. It looks great on and doesn’t slide off his shoulders like so many sweaters tend to do. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that, while the Velcro wrap situation under the belly/chest allows for a very customizable fit, our guy is just to squirmy for me to get it right and get it on him straight. He’s also between sizes. I originally ordered a medium, but found that it was too big, regardless of how I configured the chest portion, so I ordered a small hoping for a better fit. The small is WAY too small, like comically small on him, so I had to return it. I should have read the fine print, because I had to pay for the return shipping. Excellent total package. Put a 70 lb strong active pit bull on this cable run and he's doing great. I considered going to the hardware store and purchasing all the items needed to build my own heavy duty dog run system but you can't do it for this package price. The leash is attached to an all steel well made unit that has a swivel so that the cable can't get twisted which is super important. The cable that runs between 2 big trees is 60 feet long which is a great length. The leash cable however is only 10 feet long. I'd like to see the leash maybe 12 to 15 feet long but 10 feet isn't bad. It all beats the heck out of a chain around a tree for sure. He's thrilled that he can now actually run back and fourth and seems so much happier.todd6939

This works perfectly. It was very sturdy and heavy duty. The runner still rolling like they should. Our GSD needs to run! It gave him all the space he needed to just run laps in the backyard. We’ve had it for about a year. No issue yet!Wade
