Too small, didn’t even try it because it is not a functional size. I bought because it looked like it would be sturdy and liked the idea of using grocery bags to look onto side. This would work for tiny or small dogs only. Not practical for medium to extra large. Even if you think you will use more then one bag. It is like 1-2 piles per use.nicole

Works well for poop scooping without bending. I use plastic grocery bags to line. The materials are plastic but if you keep them clean and take care they should last a while. I like the way you snap the rake to the handle of the bin. I would recommend it. BTW, I have two smaller-sized Shih-Tzus and it combs through grass fine. Obviously, it is best to let it dry out a bit before scooping if you can.Shell

This would be great for a normal sized dog but not for a Mastiff. The rake is made of flimsy plastic and don't see it lasting long. The "large size" bin doesn't hold up to a giant breed either. I filled it full twice after not cleaning the yard in just a week. If you have a giant breed try something else.kelly

I have used this scoop for at least 7 years and the only thing that has happened is rusting when left outside works great! (at least for me==and I used it for 3 dogs at the same time)CYNTHIA

I love how big the scoop is because I can clear the whole backyard in one sweep. The welding seems sturdy enough, but inevitably I know it will probably need to be reinforced. That would be reasonable wear and tear, though. You really can't complain because the price is extremely reasonable.Love My Lab

This is the greatest scooper. The size under this one is great as well. The claw really scoops and closes well and the bucket can hold a decent amount when cleaning up the yard. Easy to use, doesn’t get gunked up too quickly and comes pretty clean in a good rain.B954

with 4 dogs, this scoop is such a time saver. Been using this scoop for years. I have never broken one and we leave it outside year round for daily clean up use. Usually lasts about 4 years before husband catches tines in grass and breaks them.vhollister2012

These bags are great. The tabs so you can tie the bags to keep the poo contained is a wonderful feature. Also, thin enough to make sure the poo you’re picking up is the warm, fresh one your doggo just dropped and not a stale, cold one that’s been sitting there for hours by some other lazy owner, yet thick enough to not be worried about the poo molecules coming in contact with your hand!Bryan K

I gave it 3 stars because the handle isnt sturdy, the metal scoop is…so if the metal connecting the handle and the scoop but if you hold the handle too far back it flexes and makes me nervous because I dont want it to break and fling kitty dung all over. either then the handle it's an awesome kitty scoop. it's really big which means I can get more done per scoop. my kitty is almost a year old and hes produces pretty heavy tootsie rolls which is why I got a metal scoop, my plastic scoop wasnt enough. it broke the 5th time of using it. so far I like this product, i just wish the handle was more securely attached.devon

I bought this scoop online. The slots are a little wide for me but over all I like the scoop. The only problem I have is after one days use the handle became loose. There are no obvious screws to tighten.bpaf

The best scoop for the $$. I have been a cat owner for about 25yrs(18yrs currently with 2 brothers; and 7yrs with 1 female and 2 boys). I have always use the plastic one's, but was afraid one day it was going to break(never did)…but didnt want it coming in my face one day. I bought this product four months ago. I think it is a great product for cleaning up after your dog. No more bending down to poop up poop. The scooper picks up after your dog. I I highly recommend this product especially if you have back problems, or hate bending down. I find it easier to use on grass and dirt, but it works well picking up dog waste on sidewalks. I bought another one for my Parent who is 75 years old and walks two dogs. She does not leave out to walk dogs without it. The best thing is I was able to use it with the bags with handles. which help removing the dog waste from the Product The most important thing about this product is that it folds down until your ready to use it , which makes it easy to carry. Once your ready to use it just slide the yellow bar down and it locks in place, when you are finish just slide the bar back up and it folds back in place. You can even use the claws to hold the dog waste and release bag into garbage, instead of holding poop bag in your hands. This is an excellent product. I highly recommend this product. I which it had knobs to hold the bags,, but i managed to just wrap the handles around the sides and that pretty much works.teetee7

My house can be pretty hectic- we have 4 (soon to be 5) young kiddos, 3 puppies, and 4 cats. Cleaning is something that happens all day long, pretty much constantly. One of the biggest pain points is keeping the floors clean because try as we might, if our youngest isn't trying to eat something off the floor, the puppies will. Enter the Bissell Surface Sense Upright Vacuum. This thing has legitimately been life changing. If you have pets, I'm sure you have fought with vacuuming, or sweeping, up their hair. As soon as you get close to it, the hair blows away. Not with this vacuum. I don't know what kind of magical technology they put in this thing but it actually attracts and vacuums up the hair, it doesn't blow it away. Additionally, something both amazing and quite terrifying, the light on the front of the vacuum makes hair and any sort of floor debris stand out like it's a beacon. It makes it super easy to ensure that all the hair and debris is cleaned up because you can't help but notice it with the light. It's terrifying because it shows just how much hair is truly shed, which is way more than you initially imagine. I should note that my floor is probably 75% hardwood, 15% vinyl planks, and 10% carpet. The way this thing changes the height of the brush automatically is phenomenal. I can move from room to room with such ease. I have another pretty high end vacuum ($500) and this one beats it every single time. I can vacuum an area with my other vacuum and then go through with this one and the amount of stuff it picks up is phenomenal. The one and only downside to this vacuum is that it does not flatten/recline back very far so cleaning under tables and chairs can be a challenge. You can use the extension and the attachments to reach these areas, but it would be way more convenient if you could just do it with the vacuum. Bissell has done it again. I have been thoroughly impressed with Bissel products, I have their Spinwave 2-1 robotic vac and wet mop unit, I purchased their portable, handheld pet eraser with the original intent of using it for cleaning my dirty car seats, then I became a dog-dad, and it has helped me so much more. When the SurfaceSense Pet Multi-Surface vac became available, I jumped on it. I’ve had two cordless (battery powered) stick vacs, and the batteries just don’t last as time goes. This unit is corded, and that doesn’t bother me, I prefer having a line of constant power, especially when sucking up pet hair from a fifty-pound German Shepherd puppy. The neat thing is, I have vinyl flooring throughout my apartment, except my bedroom which is carpeted, and it adjusts the roller speed accordingly and on the handle is a slider that adjusts the level of suction provided. The best thing I love about this unit is the LED “headlight” that shows you where dirt and hair is hiding, in plain sight on your floor! The unit itself is somewhat heavy, but I have one floor so I am not carrying this thing up and down stairs, in the handle is the hose attachment that slides out and you have three tools: a lighted crevice tool which is very useful in small, dark spaces for deep cleaning, and then the “pet eraser” (my favorite tool) helps with my couch, and uses the negative pressure generated by the vac to power the tool and it does work very well. Cleaning and emptying the canister is easy, two buttons: one to detach the canister and one to open the bottom of the canister to empty it out. Some of the filters are washable, others are not meant to be washed but that’s okay. If you have a pet, and they SHED, consider adding this life saver from Bissell to your cleaning arsenal!RAK9008

I refuse to pick up after my dog using only a plastic bag so I bought this scoop once I knew I was adopting a dog. I have had this scoop since day one and have not had any issues with it so far. The scoop is a little small so I can never get it all in one grab but that is not a big deal. The bags I use are small anyway so the scoop size is not a concern. I have had the scoop for 2 months and have used it 1-2 times a day. Nothing is broken on the scoop and works just as well as the day I bought it.RescuedStaffy

I didnt know what to expect when I ordered it. The video certainly made me curious. I was surprised to discover how well this small rubber-edged worked! I recently used it to remove several years of embedded dog hair in my moms vehicle. High power vacuum cleaners were useless, but this tiny little tool removed clumps of hair!! I had heard about this product from other vehicle detailers. Until I had actually seen one in use, I was skeptical about it. Now that I have one, it cuts my vacuuming time by 2/3rds. Was happy to receive the Shark WV410 Wandvac Power Pet Cordless Hand vacuum as I had areas that I knew it would come in real handy for. It weighs just about 1.5 pounds so was easy on my arm and hand. Upon opening the box it was very simple to put together – basically all in just a couple of minutes. Included is a charging dock, handheld vacuum wand, onboard accessory storage attachment (which you need to slip on the back of wand for stability), a duster crevice tool and a pet tool. The 2 attachments simply sit in their proper places on the storage attachment and it's set up, ready to go. I ran the power cord through the bottom as there is a groove that keeps it in place. I then plugged it in and charged about 4 hours. You can leave this vacuum plugged in continuously so its always charged and ready to use without harming the battery life. There is a round white power button on the wand in front that slowly blinks until its fully charged then turns solid. The on and off switch button is on the handle and a Boost button below that for the Deep Clean mode. When using the Deep Clean mode I found the battery remained charged about 14 minutes, so for longer usage I found the normal Eco mode works perfectly with plenty of adequate suction and has about 1/2 hour run time. I used this to actually dust my house – on tables and other pieces of furniture, picture frames, etc. Especially worked wonders on my carpeted basement steps! No more dragging my heavy corded vacuum around to accomplish that task! It picked up crumbs and other little items of dry cat food without a hitch. You can see when the dust cup is full and ready to be emptied. So after use you will need to empty the dust cup by depressing a yellow switch and holding it over a trash can. I suggest wiping out the cup with a dry cloth to help keep it cleaner inside. When the included filter needs cleaning you have to remove the dust cup and pinching both sides of filter you pivot upward to access it. Place over a trash can and there is a metal ring on top of the filter to help remove from the housing. Just tap it lightly to remove dirt and rinse with water only. Be sure to let the filter air-dry for at least 24 hours or completely dry before reinstalling. I have had no blockage issues whatsoever with mine but if you do notice a noise change while vacuuming check for blockages or objects that might be caught in the vacuum. There are instructions in the owner's manual for this. The manual also has an excellent Troubleshooting section which is most helpful if you need it. Shark made this vacuum so easy to use and future fix so keep that manual just in case! There are other available accessories you can purchase. However for this particular model it seems to be just the wide upholstery tool and a replacement battery. The tools that came with mine are sufficient and overall I am very pleased with its performance. It's not the quietest hand vacuum around but it sure does a great job of picking up things I need it to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this very useful small household vacuum and love the fact its cordless. The Sharp Wandvac WV410 is the 2nd iteration of the portable handheld vacuum that has been quite popular. This new version has a lot of improvements over the older one and makes it a more versatile compact unit. The first thing I noticed when I got this vacuum is how light, small, and consequently ergonomic the design is. Like all shark vacuums, the build quality is superb even though the whole unit is made with plastic. The material is sturdy and seemed to withstand the regular rough handling when trying to vacuum some weird crevice. I never felt it’ll get damaged, which is not the case with a lot of these handheld vacuums. The unit comes with 2 attachments, however there’s no powered attachment. A charging base, which also acts like an attachment holder, is included and importantly has a small footprint. This helped me to set it up in a convenient location, and made sure the unit is getting charged after stow. Another good feature which I found quite significant is the use of detachable battery. Thus if the battery fails after it’s charge cycle has been used up, I don’t need to throw away the vacuum. Also if I need to use it more frequently, I can get a second battery (and charger) to swap on the job. I really love this feature. In terms of performance, I never thought this will replace my larger, corded units – you can only do so much with a small cordless unit – but I’m definitely impressed. Being a pet owner, I am constantly cleaning up dog hair and scattered food stuff all over the house, and for that purpose this has been working perfectly. The unit storage for dust and debri is small due to the form factor, but the hinge design for dumping these made it a breeze, and moreover it’s almost a no-touch solution. Thus, it’s quite easy to clean which again is something I miss in some of my other handheld vacuums. The vacuum is not the noisient out there, and the suction power is not extraordinary, but for the size and useability they are more than adequate. Overall I’m quite impressed what Shark is delivering with the WV401 and I’m using it practically everyday. Without going overboard with features and design, the Wandvac provides provides the one thing I look for in a handheld vacuum – ease of use. There is a simplicity to this little vacuum that I really appreciate. It has two buttons, one for power, and the other a toggle for boost mode. Last it has a latch for unlocking the dust trap on the underside to dump out the contents it picked up. There are two included attachments, one for a wider area with a brush at the end, and the other is an extension of the end of the vacuum with a flip up brush at its tip. The two extra parts have little mounting points on the charging station that the handheld drops into for storage and charging, and once you find a suitable place for it all it is very compact and unassuming. The vacuum itself is shockingly lightweight yet very powerful for its size. It is well balanced making it easy to hold and maneuver into tight spaces. That is the strong point for it is tight spaces like in your car or corners of stairs or furniture. Being so small it does not have much room to store the debris so you either must plan on emptying it often or using it sparingly for the small areas a larger vacuum could not easily get to. I have been able to get it around and under the seats of my vehicles and use it regularly for cleaning up the nooks of my stairs where my dogs leave hair all the time. It is so easy to grab off the dock and get to work that it makes me feel more inclined to do so for even the smallest and quickest messes. I store it right next to my larger stick vacuum so it’s easy for me to get to and keeps everything of similar jobs in the same place. Battery life is great I typically have to empty the reservoir many times long before being at risk of running out of battery life. And when I am done just drop it back onto the dock so it's always ready to go. With the wide head attachment, it works great for clearing couches and other furniture of dog hair, and the smaller attachment gets into the small spaces like my stairs. It is also very quiet especially considering its suction power. I am very impressed with how well it works and how easy it is to use. For pet owners who need to get hair and dust out of all their corners or anyone who wants to be able to clean small spaces quickly and easily this is a must have and I highly recommend it.Josh

They would not stay locked. i had to buy Gorrilla Tape to hold them in an unfolded position. You know the position that makes them usable. I had bought a 2nd and they broke. The screw came out of the rubber grabbing thing. I didn't use them much either. I needed one to pick the laundry out of the bottom of the washer I could not reach and one to reach my spice cabinet. It's just your basic grabber – nothing fancy except you can turn the arm on this one (just pull away from the handle sectiin and twist). I couldnt do that on my last one, which was otherwise identical and lasted over 15 years. It wont pickup heavy or very large items, but for stuff beind the couch, under the dresser, on top of the fridge, it's great. As for opening/unfolding it the 1st time… To unfold: slide butter knife between sections and gently twist. It's just a little plastic button in a slot. It pops out very easily and unfolds for use. The company ought to include unfolding instructions, but it's hard to believe grown adults couldn't figure it out for themselves, or actually broke it trying.KWebb

As several people have commented the button to unfold the reacher grabber is very hard to push. I never never could push it in to unlock. I finally pried off the buttons so it would unfold. I have tried it out to pick up papers off b the floor, it worked great for that. Probably will duct tape it open. Pass up on this reacher grabber tool.Patricia

This is a great size for scooping chicken feed and the shape makes it easy to pour the chicken feed into the tops of chicken feeders without spilling over the sides. I gave it four stars because while the scoop itself is made from a sturdy plastic, the handle is hollow on the underside instead of solid all the way around which can be uncomfortable to use depending on where your fingers land on the handle. This makes it feel a bit cheap, but perhaps they were trying to be environmentally friendly by using less plastic?Carie C

The cost of not having a tool like this around when you need it, is wanting to kill yourself when you do need it. What these tools make better are the nightmare scenarios which often arise when doing DIY repairs: mistakes. Lost a rubber gasket in the intake manifold? Good luck without this. Need to replace an injector o-ring in a tight spot your fingers can't get close to? Either get these, or push your car into the ocean. Your screwdriver will not do the same job. Keep this cheap little set of picks on hand, and eventually, you'll feel like a genius. These picks are awesome, pick them up.M.S.
