I got this little dog for my Mother In Law who lives in an Assisted Living Facility for her Birthday, She used to have a Golden Retriever and she just loved this little stuffed toy. She was so excited that it looked like it was breathing, she said it seemed so real and she loved it. She even ate her lunch with this cute little dog on her table as she ate. I just wish there was an On/Off switch for the breathing.JoJo44

I bought the golden retriever puppy for my granddaughter’s 8th Birthday. She absolutely adores it. It is well made and looks exactly the same as the picture I was so impressed I have ordered one for my mother who is 86 years for her Christmas. Our 8 week old puppy took to this immediately. We live in a condo so we needed a solution to let our puppy ***** safely before she's fully vaccinated. There's no "Safe space" outside where we can take her that other dogs wouldn't have gone already. I had no idea if it would be hard initially to get her used to it, but we plopped her down on it as soon as we brought her home and she went *** right away. We had to re-direct her a couple of times during the **** sniff, but after a few times she knew this was her ***** spot. Doesn't mean she was ***** trained that quickly 🙂 but she knew when we put her there that it was her spot to go. 3 weeks later, this is the best thing we could have done. Having to take a puppy out every 15-20 minutes living in a condo would have been a nightmare. We keep it on our patio which is fairly large, and I never smell anything. I've ordered a 2nd one to keep in my car so when I take her places (carrying her only ), I can stick her down on the "safe grass" so she doesn't have to hold it the entire time. I will probably keep one on our patio well beyond when I can take her outside also, for early morning and late night *****'s, until she's old enough not to go so frequently. We had some issues with delivery – FedEx's fault not fresh patch, but their customer service is excellent and helping me resolve it every time (fedex is awful!).Zoey t.

My 6 year old long-haired chihuahua Choco is pad trained, but we've been having this issue where he steps on his fresh *** and tracks it all over the apartment floor, making me mop the floor multiple times a day. *** pads also don't do a great job with odor control, so it was time to look for an alternative. And fresh patch solved my problem! Choco's always been good with peeing on grass when we're on walks, so he picked it up in no time. We received the patch on Jan 8 so it's been 4 days (and Choco pees about 3-4 times a day) and I haven't noticed any odor. Although Mango does not seem to adjust to the grass after over a week of attempts, I believe it to be an excellent quality product. It is still very much alive and thriving nearly two weeks later. I love the way it feels and looks and since Mango isn't using it, I have been enjoying its use as a bed mat. Nothing more satisfying than getting out onto green grass every morning! Some dogs just don't quite fit into the size charts in the way other dogs do. Our dog Angel, a mountain cur, is one of those dogs. Weight wise, Angel is comfortably in the medium category but she's tall and lanky so she always had to hunch over in her medium crate. This larger crate is a perfect height for the needed room. While the width and depth is nearly enough to also add our smaller dog as well, it works great for Angel.Terri M.

We bought this product mostly because of the vertical lift feature of the door hinge and the two-door access options which is great for all sorts of configurations (against different walls, corners etc). We like the size and customizable interior of the XL crate for our growing puppy (husky/shepard mix). This is definitely an at home crate vs. care crate. The only issue we have is that compared to our first crate (same company, large single door, 2 locks) is that this crate is very rattly. We crate our dog during sleeping hours and every time he kicks in his sleep or adjusts, it makes a clangy metallic sound that wasn't expected. I bought it for my old dog's house, I put a sheepskin in there but it still needed more heat, This worked perfectly in our outdoor dog house. At -15°C the inside of the house was 0°C. We mounted it on the ceiling which was at a 75° angle and it worked perfectly. This heater on Low gets very hot to the touch. I would not mount it on the side of a dog house where a dog could fall asleep on it. I bought a remote digital thermometer so I could monitor the temperature in there. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my old girl was warm and safe. PS, use sheepskins in the dog's house, the skin part prevents moisture from passing through into their bodies!LHunt

I bought this product at the start of winter last year. I have a dog house for my 18yo feral cat outside. She has a heating pad she sleeps on but I added this to the back of the house. We bought the medium size for our 20 lb poodle. I was concerned it would be too big, it was definitely the right size – any smaller and she wouldn't have been able to circle. It's stable and she feels comfortable getting on it. The design allows the urine to drain away so no more wet feet. We followed another person's suggestion of lining the urine collection bin with saran wrap and then filling that with a couple scoops of kitty litter. We have it on our patio and after a week of use, there zero odor and changing the used kitty litter is easy. Highly recommended.travis dog

Best purchase ever. To train my puppy to use this I collected some of his urine and placed it on the mat for him to smell. Immediately he used the pet loo. I don't bother with the Pee sponge. I have this in the spare second shower where I can empty container straight into the toilet and hose down the mat for cleaning. Best to buy a second mat to swap over when thorough clean neededTracy

The pet wand was purchased after I had seen dog accounts use the product and rave about it. The wand has attachments for both indoor and outdoor use, making it the perfect tool no matter the season. I love that it has a softer pressure setting for more sensitive areas such as the head and that the contour allows for the water to get deep into the fur. I have a lab mix and cleanup of hair has never been easier! Not only did I save time washing, but saved tons of water! My dog also seemed more comfortable not having to be splashed with a cup of water each time – so maybe going forward, bath time will be a little less traumatizing. My dog has high anxiety and truly hates bath time. I got this hoping the experience would be both easier for me and less traumatic for him. This product is a win on both accounts. It allowed me to thoroughly soak and rinse him with a precision I have not been able to achieve previously. And while he still wasn't a fan of the experience, he was significantly less bothered, to point where I was able to be more thorough in the bath while managing to complete the process in less time than would normally be required. That said, I have to agree with several other reviews. Just go ahead and plan on getting a metal diverter. The one that is included is plastic and in my case, broke during initial installation. This rendered the shower head inoperable and unable to be reattached but allowed the pet wand to still be functional. Took a star off because unlike others with the same problem, I didn't get a chance to use it before it broke. This is a quite nice and sturdy seat protector! The only negative is it's a bit slick compared to the quilted one we had before that wasn't so sturdy, but our lab was used to getting in and out on. We remedied that by putting 2 carpet samples across the seat on top of it. They have a rubber bottoms and soft carpet tops so our big lab loves it and no sliding! The security straps that fasten to the headrests are strong and adjustable so the height is easy to lower or raise according to how nosy your dog is…ours is very nosy and wants to know what is going on in the front seat all the time, so we have the front seat attachments extended so he can easily see up front. What a great seat cover. It's so thick & sturdy. I love that it has the rubbery underside, so it won't slide off the seat. I have a split back seat, to which I always leave 1 seat down (for equipment). This cover allows me to hook it onto the upright seat & lay it over the folded seat, yet be able to secure it to the upright headrests. I also like that it has the velcro close for the seatbelt hole. When I don't want to use it, my dogs paws won't get caught in the hole. In fact, the only thing I didn't like was that it didn't come with instructions, so I had to go online to look at pictures to figure out how to install it. Once done, it's really very easy. It also has loops to place on the front seat backrests to make it sort of a confined space/hammock. I did a lot of research before purchasing this, and this one was the best reviewed, for good reason. It works very well. Pre-treat, soak and then scrub the work area in different directions using a brush (or using the included brush head tool, but don't apply suction yet). Don't over-saturate the work area. Take it slow, keep the fit tight to maintain suction and make multiple passes in different directions for best results. It's easy to clean, and there is a special attachments (not included, but available for purchase separately) called the HydroRinse Self Cleaning Tool, that aids in cleaning the hose. ​ The only negative is that it is a little loud considering how short the hose is and how close your head is to the motor. Let me conclude by saying….Bissell sure does make things confusing. So, here is a summary of what I learned that might save you some time: This portable carpet cleaner is sold at a few different major retailers, and each retailer seems to sell a different version of it. The only differences are the name (some call it "little green", some don't), accent color (blue, purple, green, etc.), the number and type of attachments / cleaning tools and their color, and which starter cleaning solution it comes with. The machine itself is the same. The attachments / cleaning tools and cleaning solutions will work interchangeably and can be purchased separately if you want to expand your cleaning capabilities, but some attachments can be surprisingly costly, so it's generally best to buy the version that comes with the attachments you prefer. One of the reasons I chose this model is because it comes with three cleaning tools (whereas most versions sold elsewhere only come with only two), and the extra tool is a crevice tool, which none of the other retail versions came with. To find this information, I found the best approach was to get the exact model number (number, not name) and then look up the product info / support page on the Bissell website.XprofQ

I like that it’s a portable handheld. I don’t like that it can really only be used in 2 positions. Flat, with bristles parallel to the ground, or upright where the bristles are positioned at the top. According the the manual, you must not turn the vacuum around on its head to vacuum upside down, and you can’t vacuum sideways. If you have back cushions that can’t be removed, then you can clean the top portion (wherever the vacuum head reaches). But the long body and handle will prevent you from getting to the bottom areas. And like I said, according to the manual you’re not supposed to turn the vacuum upside down or sideways because of the risk of leaking. If your seat is at a slight angle, so that the vacuum’s bottom is higher than the front bristle area, then performance suffers again. You can see water being sucked up, but then coming down again around the sides. I think if you’re only doing flat vacuuming, like for carpets or cushions that you can sit flat, then this handheld will perform better for you. Cleaning curtains upright might be alright too, provided you’re not trying to get to a spot near the bottom.Becs

This is a great little bundle for pet owners and anyone that wants a tool to help things clean. The attachments are easy to use and the machine is easy to figure out. The trial size will basically get you one full tanks worth of cleaning if you go for full strength, so it's good that the bundle also comes with a full size. Ignore the label on the full size bottle that says for upright machines only, apparently that doesn't apply to the little green pet pro, it's exactly the same formula as the trial bottle. Only thing to give a heads up about is that when you use the 2-in-1 pet tool, make sure you have the slider slid all the way down to the wet selection or you'll think that it doesn't work. It has some play in between the dry and wet selection, almost like a neutral area, so if it's not spraying just make sure you've slide the button as far as it can go towards "wet". It is very loud, so you may also want to grab a pair of earplugs to use while using the machine since there isn't much distance between you and the noise as you use it, they will definitely help. sSydney

Out of the box, the vacuum was great. Sucked up everything. Within a month, it was basically a glorified hand vacuum. The only way I can get it to do anything is to use remove the hose and the attachments. The actual suction when using it upright is terrible. It vibrates like a dolphining F1 race car, makes a hideous popping and hissing sound from the side, and worst of all, leaves fuzz, dirt , and giant hard balls of lint all over my floors rather than actually cleaning them. Using this vacuum is more work than simply using a broom and a hand held dirt Devil. Customer service was helpful in trying to fix the issues but the suggested solve didn't work. It does quality performing for pet hair to include the turbo extension tool for upholstery. DO READ ALL the instructions so you know how to properly use it. Don't assume! The tools are ill placed with the placement and storage of the electrical cord (always falling off). The telescope for the hose to attachments doesn't lock properly and always ALWAYS pushing back in. I don't have an issue with pet hair on the roller getting stuck, but I do with human hair and any amount of length to trash. The spot where the hose connects to the canister is constantly getting clogged because it is small and narrow, needs to be wider. Pay CLOSE attention when taking the filter out of the canister and putting it back; there is a reason it is meticulously marked. The alignment must be perfect or it won't go back together properly; this is the same for everything on the vacuum. Hard to push when vacuuming (hence one of the reasons I said to read instructions carefully)? You have to provide some air to release the amount of suction, so it moves easier with the little knob on the left; by the way, it moves also on its own.feltermail

Within 1 minute of its' first use this model #2475 Pet Hair Eraser Turbo had its' brush roll stop spinning before a small 10×10 foot area was complete. The belt assembly is centre mounted so debris from both sides of the brush roll collects towards its' centralized belt motor which sits open with nothing to protect it from debris. This results in it being the furthest thing from the "tangle free" unit it is advertised as. Removal of the head screws holding the bottom cover in place is quite easy so I was able to see what was causing the jam (see picture attached). The manufacturer claims the unit can accept hair length of 4-8 inches. The longest of the hairs in this pictures is 3 inches, so the job in question should have been well within the manufacturer's guidelines. Upon reassembling the base the unit promptly got jammed a second time. After once again removing the clog I decided to give it a different task, cleaning hardwood. This unit has a key feature for those with hardwood floors, its' brush can turn on/off, saving your hardwood from being scratched by the roller. Sadly there is very little suction (see video attached). I found without the brush roll spinning the machine picks up essentially nothing. The last major feature this unit is its' heavily marked "pet hair eraser" attachments. The Pet Turbo Eraser" is nothing more than the same "turbo brush" or "handi-mate" that has been commonplace on vacuum's since the 1950's. The "two in one" pet brush is a traditional fabric brush as is the crevice tool. There is nothing fundamentally different with these attachments than what is industry standard from most vacuum suppliers. I've had Bissell units before, the last being the significantly cheaper "Clearview Alergen Lift-Off Pet Upright Vaccuum." It lasted 2 years before dying a few weeks after its warranty expired precipitating the purchase of this Turbo model. All in all a poor vacuum. Don't buy this.Jimmy

Also, you should make it so we can administer it easier. I had to use a syringe to be able to manage giving it to her. I turned to this product for my cat after everything else failed. She has a chronic sinus infection that did not respond to multiple rounds of two different antibiotics. She stopped eating and was losing weight. I put drops of this on her food twice a day and she seems to tolerate it. I cannot dose her directly into her mouth, being a cat once was enough and she wriggles free when I try to dose her. She is not cured but is much better and her quality of life is much improved. I bought this for my Great Pyrenees, I have had sooo many issues with the collars. Either not holding the charge, turning off randomly or the shocking feature just not working. My dog will never learn to stay around and the boundary without the collar because it’s in their nature as a breed, so without it he would be running all around. I still check on him often because I do not totally trust the system to not fail. I try to have it on the largest setting for him to have ample space- but the hills of my yard, and the metal roof mess with it constantly. Some days he has a nice size area, other days he walks right past the house and gets beeped. It’s okay- I am hoping for our next house it won’t need to be used. With all the issues I’ve had with the collars- thankfully I was under my warranty so I got replacements, it’s not worth the price, and even though it’s working fine right now- it’s still not worth the price since it doesn’t give him the freedom I hoped for since the land and the roof seem to get in its way, per customer service.Martin16

This product works! It does shock my dog when he gets too far out of range, which is great. My only qualm so far is that the range on my system seems to fluctuate. I walked the perimeter a few times for the initial setup and placed flags down based on when I heard the beeping from the collar, but when my dog wears it, he can go another 10-20 yards before finally getting shocked, while I was getting shocked just outside where I placed the flags. Also, the beeping sound on my collar is probably loud enough for my dog to hear while he’s wearing it, but it is too quiet for me to hear while we are walking in the dried leaves with the wind blowing through the trees, and this has made training very difficult. It would be really helpful if the system came with a remote option so that I could have the collar beep or shock exactly when/where I want it to (e.g., when he’s getting very close to the flags and if he continues to walk beyond them) I know this would seem to defeat the purpose of training to the system, but I do think that training would go a lot faster bc I’d have more control in getting him to understand that when the collar beeps, he just needs to pull in a little closer to home. The system just doesn’t cause the collar to start beeping at a consistent radius, and since I can’t hear the beeping, I’m not giving him the immediate feedback he needs in order to understand how to react to that beep. I know this review definitely reads like it is a negative experience, but I will say that when my dog does get shocked, he doesn’t run away, so it works in that regard.Call

My back yard is partially fenced in. We got a new puppy auggie back in February, we named him Tatoe cuz he just looked like a little potato and I like potatoes haha. He has high energy and hates being on a leash of any sort. We tried one of those 30' lines so he could stay outside while we're at work but he hated it, yelped all day, and would get tangled up, poor little guy. My neighbor had complained about his yelping. We've had such a problem with him staying in the yard. He'd dart out the back door and wonder the neighborhood. It was so exhausting chasing him down every time. We contemplated for months to put up a fence. That was going to cost us around $1500 and that was just for the one side of the yard with the treeline "fence." I noticed one day when I was chasing him down that a neighbor's dog was sitting in the front yard watching and not attacking him (that was a big dog). I thought it was odd the dog wasn't running off the property after Tatoe. I saw the collar and it clicked… "I bet that is one of those invisible fences or something." I saw this one and was so excited! We were going to order it online but then I saw it at our local pet store. I love buying local and having it in hand right then. It was so easy to figure out and set up. The instructions said it'd take about a week or so to train the average dog. I set the boundary to 50', set the collar on 3, and put it on Tatoe that night. He takes off outside and hits the boundary. It starts beeping and then I hear him yelping. I see him running to me from the neighbor's back yard. That's seriously all it took. When I went out with him the next day he was very cautious when walking around the yard. At the very first beep he immediately flipped around and came back. I am amazed at how great this is! I'm sure all my neighbors are so much happier now that he's not pooping in their yards or yapping all day. This is the best! I am thankful for it every day. I don't worry about Tatoe outside anymore. I decided to try Quiet Moments because I was having difficulty finding the brand recommended by my veterinarian. My elderly Dachshund was having anxiety issues, so had looked for something "non-chemical" to treat her with if at all possible. I'm cautiously pleased after using it for three weeks now. It appears to be working almost as well as the supplement I had previously been using–and it's available here in town at our (new!) Tractor Supply. The only reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected for these to kick in. My dog has terrible anxiety and when it storms, she shakes and pants heavily and just paces everywhere. I had to look for something because her behavior was becoming so bad, I couldn't control her and she's normally well behaved. I saw the reviews and ordered these. I gave her two due to her size and after about half an hour, the shaking and heavy breathing stopped. She became so calm. I should have gotten these a long time ago! I got this because I was in a pinch. My Springerdoodle couldn’t get into the groomers rescheduled a number of times from both ends and she smelled BAD. Her thick kinky hair holds in dirt and the smell. Bathing her ourselves she doesn’t dry fast enough and ends up getting the wet dog smell. So I tired this and it’s AMAZING! I will be using this in between groomer sessions forever on now and maybe try it with our German Shepherd. It’s be a little over 24hrs and she still smells great. Also, i feel like this isn’t just for smell. This also cleans the hair and got dirt out of her hair. I had to use probably more than recommended but it got her clean. We love this waterless shampoo for a refresher in between baths or after a dusty day of daycare playing. We previously used the Chi refresher spray, but it seemed more like a perfume than a “soap”. I turned to this product for my cat after everything else failed. She has a chronic sinus infection that did not respond to multiple rounds of two different antibiotics. She stopped eating and was losing weight. I put drops of this on her food twice a day and she seems to tolerate it. I cannot dose her directly into her mouth, being a cat once was enough and she wriggles free when I try to dose her. She is not cured but is much better and her quality of life is much improved. Purchased this vacuum as I appreciate the convenience of a cordless vac and only have my upper level and stairs that are carpeted. I am extremely happy with the performance. Both my Daughter and I have long hair and the self cleaning roller brush is amazing. Picks up everything from my hardwood floors in the first pass. Battery run time is optimal for what I need and hands down it outperforms my cordless Euphy stick vac. I also have a large dog with short hair and it did a fantastic job picking up hair that I couldn’t even see on the floor. Price point was great (bought on sale and Best Buy had the lowest price). Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great cordless stick vacuum. Would be nice if this had a stand or bracket that I could pop it Into in my pantry, but not a huge deal.Jaemi

Purchased this earlier this year when we got our puppy, and what a life saver! Beat hauling a bigger vacuum out and being limited by electrical outlets, especially with a busy puppy around the house. I saw the reviews about losing suction, but you should be keeping the canister cleaned after each use anyway which is as simple as releasing the bottom into the trash. Any other suction loss is usually due to hair or lint building up in the vacuum head which takes 2 minutes to clear. Works great on floors and carpet, super light to do the stairs and bring up and down the stairs. Charge lasts me about 2-3 days use. No complaints other than it could be “prettier”? Lol. I live in an 800 square foot apartment with hardwood floors and one longhair cat, and I found this vacuum unable to cut it. It comes with a rolling cleaner, a brush attachment and a corner attachment. When packed up to charge, there’s no place to put the brush or corner attachment. The rolling cleaner has two small felt wheels that allow it to roll. On first use, both of the wheels became full of cat hair and locked up. I tried to clean them, but it wasn’t immediately apparent how to do it. Eventually I was able to pry them out, with some slight cosmetic damage to the wheels. I’m used to using a roomba, and don’t mind some light maintenance work to keep a vacuum running well. What’s not acceptable is the difficulty of removing and cleaning those wheels, and that they fully locked up so quickly.Dan

Dog house was very easy to put together. My daughter I had had it up in 30 minutes. Very sturdy It rained the next day and is very dry.Barbara

This is not as pictured! Poor quality!!! Didn't fit to get properly and my 80 pound Dog would tear this up in less than a week 🙁Dale
