It’s a good diaper with plenty of absorption. Tends to slide off my dog but I do not consider that a flaw in the product. Well maybe the tail hole could have been set back an inch or so, so the the diaper rode higher up on her back. What I did was just made the opening a bit larger. Wife found young cat in drain at work. She took it home. A few weeks ago she got underneath vehicle and jumped down while we were driving down the street. She had her tail and rear end run over. We took her to the vet, she was bleeding heavy. They patched her up and gave her meds, sent her home and said see if she makes it. We did not have any problem getting over tail its when we tried around legs, either picking her up or trying upright. Wife and son tried to hold while I attempted to put on multiple times. All I can say is the diaper does a good job of holding my blood. We finally gave up after about the 10th time. Maybe our cat is a wild one, but she was having no part of this. I thought that since she was injured we would have no problems. Also tried when she was sleepy. I think I need to search for a cat diaper holding pen! Anyway I've got an unopened 3 pack and an opened unused 3 pack that is sitting on my table. I'm glad cat is alive, but these diapers are not for her.George P.
I bought small for my mini dachshund and medium for my beagle. Both were perfect fit. I found they are great for occasional incontinence but they wet through quickly and sag, making them very easy to slip out of. Daisy, our 16 year old beagle, wrestled her way out of them repeatedly. After some trial and error, we found the perfect solution. We use Poise pads inside the diaper (disposable pads used for human incontinency issues) and mitten clips to attach them to her harness! I bought this before heading home for Christmas (my dog was traveling with me and my dad is NOT an animal person so accidents were not an option). My dog has a tendency to mark when he first comes to a new place and then he is pretty much potty trained once he settles in. We did need the band once, so it was useful. I ordered this for my 11-year old chihuahua/pomeranian mix who occasionally pees in the house overnight. The wrap is made of a black stretchable fabric, with a loop/velcro closure for a snug fit. We had previously purchased the ValueWrap Disposable 2-Tab Male Wraps for Dogs, Large 288ct (24 x 12ct). They worked very well. These Single Adhesive Strip Disposable Male Wraps for Dogs were presented to us as a new product, with the convenience of a single strip instead of having to deal with two separate pieces of tape in securing the wraps as with the 2-tab. We went through about half dozen of these Single Adhesive Strip ones before realizing it wasn't a matter of one or two defective items – rather the single strip wraps are an inferior product that not only didn't work well- they didn't work at all! On some of the wraps, the "tape" actually came off completely leaving no way to adhere one end of the wrap to the other and on others it just didn't remain closed – kept popping open. We had to secure them with separate tape just to keep them on. We've returned the unused wraps for refund and ordered the 2-tab wraps that have worked well for us.Mike

I just got a rescue chihuahua 7.5lbs. She has accidents in the house so I bought the xs diapers with the picture of a chihuahua on the front. I got a large for my 60+ pound English Labrador Retriever. I also ordered the So Phresh liners. The diaper was too big due to all the elastic waist bands. The absorbant padded area in the diaper is too small and positioned too low to catch the blood (maybe that wouldn't be the case if it fit her better). I used liners so I wouldn't have to wash it constantly. However, the liners made by So Phresh are far too small. Not to mention expensive. I went to the store and bought soft liners for women at a fraction of the cost of So Phresh. I got the night time liners because they are wider. I did wash the diaper once, with the velco straps attached, and it washed just fine. No problem in the dryer either. My pup found the diaper to be comfortable because after I assured her that she should "leave it," she never messed with it. She could run, play, seat, and sleep with it on. These diapers are a lifesaver. The diapers I used for my senior girl before I found these were night and day. They wouldn't stay on and did not hold accidents without leaking. But the Simple Solutions fit her well, hold a lot when she has an accident and have never leaked. And she has not gotten them off. A big plus is they can be re-used over and over, and the tabs work as well as they did the first time, I put them on. One more plus is the price, compared to other disposables. Very good price for excellent quality. I will add that all dogs are built differently, but these fit my lab/hound mix very well. She's about 40# and the medium was perfect.Celticreds
Since I can\'t revise my previous review, here\'s an update. The diapers are still incredibly absorbent, however the last 2 days we\'ve been finding her in a full diaper but we\'ll also find pee somewhere on the floor. And she\'s somehow still dry? It\'s very confusing. It must be caused by the diaper shifting when she sleeps in it, or something. I really wish there was and XXS option for this product or that it fit a little more tightly to the body. The tapes should also have more grip than just the ends. I believe this has a huge part in the diaper shifting.Kary
