I'm quite surprised with the reviews that say this product doesn't work. For my dog, it truly was a LIFE SAVER! I've been battling with my dogs hotspots (and dry, flaky skin) off and on ever since we moved back to the Midwest, at least a year of her issues. I've tried shampoos, conditioners, a handful of trips to the vet to trial different foods, and hundereds of dollars later I honestly just gave up. I started putting alternative topical agents on her that simply gave a temporary resolution. While traveling out of town, she (Mini Schnauzer) had a really bad case, to the point where she was starting to bleed. Tea oil, hot spot spray and the above HomeoPet drops were what I returned with, after another visit to the pet store. After the first day her redness had diminshed greatly and she wasn't itching nearly as much. By two, she wasn't itching AT ALL. I decided to remove the Tea oil and spray since I'd used them in the past without long-term results. It's been a week and my schnauzer has had 3-5 drops a day, oral dose of this product and she is doing exceptional! Seriously! No redness, no scratching. Today I hadn't given her any since yesterday afternoon and she started scratching again. I gave her 3 drops and about a couple hours later, again, her scratching is gone. This product worked exceptionally on my dog. On the other hand, I don't think her issues were due to food allergies, vs environmental surroundings, my guess. Bought as collecting puppy from England that was a 5/6 hr drive for us. Had purchased the snuggle puppy and this multi pack of heat pads after hearing about ppl going on about them on social media. My BT recently passed away and my Chihuahua has been grieving as she is lonely. Got her a snuggle buddy and these warming packs to go in it. She loves it and snuggles up to it when she is in her crate, which is usually for about 3-4 hours max. I reuse the packs several times. If you put the one you are using in a baggie and push all the air out, you can use it several times if not for extended times.

Our dog developed an inflamed bladder due to chemotherapy he was taking for cancer. He went from never having an accident to completely losing bladder control. These have been a life saver! My only complaint is that they do shrink a bit after washing, so I had to order the extenders in order to be able to use them after they’ve been washed a few times. Your product has changed the life of both my husband and I, and our intact, show dog, Bentley! Ben is a Champion Keeshond that unfortunately has a habit of marking. Our Hava-Tzu started marking about three years after having him. He was fixed but out of the blue he started. Had him to the vet and he was physically great! But we endured him marking on the stainless steel frig, the bottom drawer of our stainless steel stove and the front of the dishwasher not to mention to many baseboards to name!! We caught the appliances quickly so we didn’t have any damage but the baseboards all had to cut, painted and replaced where he’s done the most marking. We finally found these belly bands and I have to tell you they are amazing. Such a fantastic product and well made and fits good. My dog had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics he was on after having a few teeth pulled. The itch was driving him crazy. Sorry not a review but a question. Sounds like this works well but I have a horrible time keeping my Shepard from licking his wounds. Even when I cover them he trys to get the bandage off to get at them. It says this provides some pain relief, so I'm hoping that will discourage the licking. Does anyone know if this product is safe if the dog licks it? Has anyone's pet gotten sick?

This new pack design is spectacular. I had high hopes based on the quality of our Front Range Harness, and boy oh boy did this Daypack deliver. Maci is a 60lb Belgian Mal, and wears a size medium (she's got a 31" girth and 22" neck base), and this pack fits just as wonderfully as her harness. So far it's shown superb stability while on the trail, pulling through weird maneuvers and balance shifts without moving about on her back, and she seems unhindered by it's fit. I personally held off on the Approach or Palisade pack due to the lack of padding on the front of the shoulders, and this pack answered all of my hesitations. I got this in Aroura Teal, and let me tell you this shade is unbelievable. It almost glows it's so vibrant! And the huckleberry blue accents are gorgeous contrast. Our usual wardrobe is purple, and I think the teal is a huge boost to our happy colors! The fabric itself is the typical quality you can expect from Ruffwear, and I don't see this fabric wearing out, ripping or staining any time soon. This pack is going to be in our closet forever, and I can't wait until we can put more miles in it! I was really excited about this product but it was a huge disappointment. My dog was dreadfully uncomfortable in it, probably because it was one giant stiff unyielding thing all of a sudden attached to her body. There was no space for it to breathe and she didn't feel like she could even jump up on the bed in it. She just moved around uncomfortably. The color is also awful, I thought it would look cool and stylish but the orange trim clashes with the rust color. I liked the pockets inside the pockets, but that was the ONLY thing I liked. I'm going to return it. I bought her a backpack from Mountainsmith instead (I wish they sold those at REI, that was the only reason I didn't buy that first). She seems much more comfortable in the Mountainsmith one. It's not one solid piece so I think it doesn't feel as constricting on her. It also looks good. She seems able to move in it better and was able to jump onto the bed. I'll update once we take it hiking. The Mountainsmith is also grey with neon orange, so she'll be safer in hunting season.aec7139
We just went on a 5-days backcountry trip with this pack on our dog Timber and it did a great job! Very good stability of the pack, especially that Timber often rolls on his back and is a very active dog so I was worried that the pack would rub and create friction spots but it stayed well in place! No friction spots at all! He carried all his food for the whole trip (about 18 cups of food) and there was still a bit of space in the medium size pack. We had ordered the small size at first because Timber’s chest is 25 inches, but it ended up being slightly too tight with no room to lengthen the back strap. So we ordered the medium and kept the small for our other dog, and the medium is a better fit. It can tighten more if your dog’s chest is smaller than the chest size range indicated on the website. 25 inches was kind of in between sizes so we weren’t sure what to order, but now I would definitely say go with the bigger size if that’s your case too. Anyway we are very satisfied with the packs! I’ve seen other dogs with packs on the trail we hiked, and they didn’t seem as stable as this one. And I love the padding it really offers better protection for the skin.Sophie

The orange rubber is very sturdy, to this day my dog has not broke it; however, the the rope didn't last 10 mins after the dog opened his present. The rope is a very good idea because it would've given me a chance to pull the toy, but unfortunately its construction didn't stand a chance with my 7old months large puppy. I like the Ruffwear toys. They hold up well. Bought this toy and played with it once with my dogs. Took it to the lake and my son threw it in the water before I could test whether it would float or not. Needless to say it sunk. Not a water toy, but good quality. Picked up randomly in Minnesota, then 1 1/2 yr old Akita LOVED IT. She goes through soft toys in under an hour and therefore does not get them very often. We still have the Kong Snugga, the big ball came out in a few days, as expected, but shes left the top, for tug and throw, only two legs left now. Best soft toy for her hands down, I am purchasing another one because none of the stores in Texas that I have called have the fleece one. Very happy that she finally has a semi-soft toy I can justify to my other half to get for her.

Our dog is 14 and began having accident issues in the house. Talked to our vet's office to see what to do. They suggested either having someone come in during the day to let him out or the dog "diapers". I didn't want to have to pay someone to come in 5 days a week so we tried the disposable dog wrap. We have rescued an elderly dog from a hoarding situation. He was neutered at 10 1/2 years old, blind, and we have been unsuccessful at completely potty training him. We use this product a lot when we need to take a break from cleaning up after him, using pads and bed liners. Needless to say, we do a lot of laundry and have to spend a lot of money to keep him and the house clean. It is a lot of work for us so the wraps keep us sane. They work well and absorb wonderfully. The use intructions are vague, just a couple of sentences, no pictorial diagrams, no photos. Even the two steps (vaguely) described on the Out! website are unhelpful. So, some pointers for prospectve purchasers: 1) Measure your dogs belly, and if the measurement is within two inches of the max fit listed on the package, go to the next larger size as the pads do not stretch length-wise; 2) Unroll the pad, free-up the sticky tab at one end, flatten the other end, because these are not already unstuck nor flat right out of the package; 3) Unfold the edges away from the pad, otherwise the absorbent edges will not be sealed against the dog belly; 4) With the abdorbent pad down, press the entire length and the edges onto a CLEAN flat surface (tabletop, counter top, etc.), keep applying pressure until the pad and edges no longer roll up. Sounds complicated but it really is not, it is just tedious. After two or three times you will get the hang of it.Sonny
