I received this Disney and Pixar Toy Story Slinky Dog pull toy as a review promotion. The box says 18 months and older but my one year old grandson plays with it and there's been no problems. He comes with a not so long cord to pull him along and has little wheels on the bottom of his feet so he will roll, and he also has an actual slinky as his belly. His tail reminds me of the door stopper at my great grandparents house when I was a little kid, the little spring on the wall. I would sit forever flicking that spring back and forth, listening to the stupid sound it made lol. U fortunately his tail does not make that noise lol. It has not been a big hit with the one year old, but the two three year old grandbabies love playing with it too, heck the 10 year old even joined it for some of the fun pulling slinky dog around. I purchased this for my granddaughter to add to her Toy Story collection. She was very excited but once opened we realised this was not the exciting toy that we thought it would be, it wobbles and falls over and the lead is too short, this as you can appreciate caused my granddaughter a lot of frustration, therefore, Slinky Dog has been put away in the toy box and not played with. I should have returned the item for a refund.
Looks just like Toy Story character, so cute! I nnooticed right away that the dogs head is too heavy for its body and that makes it hard to pull across the floor . The pull string that is centered in the middle of its forehead is only a few inches long so that doesn’t work to pull the dog around. I managed to attach a longer pull string and now my granddaughter can play with it.MJB

Bought this for my son to play with the other toy story characters. I havent given it to him yet. I know there was a $12 one that was larger and had an actual slinky in it but we opted for this thinking partially out of concerned of the slinky one possible knotting up. It's similar size to the other action figures but as the previous reviewer stated I wonder if the accordin tubing will hold up to toddler play.momof313
