I ordered 2 of this item. Only 1 is being shipped. I was NOT notified that only one was available. One item won’t be enough to go for 2 kiddos. This is upsetting to me. I should have been notified !!!Brenda

Looked so cute in the pictures but does not hold together at all! Either the icing isn’t sticky enough or the pieces are too heavy. I bought for a class project and we ended up having to decorate the pieces as “cookies” because the houses all collapsed. DisappointingRFU

I receive the item and the box was in good condition. Upon opening the item there were 8 pieces. 4 walls, the top and 3 pieces that make up the floor. 3 of the 4 walls were split by screws that were inserted on the pre-fabricated panels. I took pieces and sent them to customer service. I believe this was done before being boxed up to ship. Although I was offered a discount for the damaged item I don't believe it would last as the floor did not attach but rested on the ledge of the sides. When my dog stepped into the dog house the first time 1 of the 3 pieces that make up the floor flipped up. It is nice looking but the wood is very cheap. I would not recommend buying.Unhappy Customer

I expected better of this outdoor doghouse, especially for the price. It is made of "fir wood" which isn't a hardwood at all. Pine would have been sturdier. Assembly was easy but the house itself flimsy, with several of the pre-fab section not even nailed or glued together, and some pieces with parts of the wood broken off. Even in the "giant" size it was barely large enough for a 90lb GSD. The feet were plastic and the floor slated wood were the elements can creep through. This house is advertised as ideal for outdoor use – but I wouldn't trust it during a New England winter. It was sent back immediately. I would NOT recommend this manufacturer for outdoor dog houses. For less money you could build a better one out of more durable wood.Razor

I just opened my Small size Precision Pet Extreme Log Cabin doghouse today to assemble. It looks like it will assemble pretty well, although one of the sides is 3/16" out of square. Because the panels are firmly glued and screwed together it will require some adjustment/trimming to assemble correctly instead of attempting to break the glue joints and true it up. Obviously a rush job by the factory in Wuhan. The roof shingles do appear to be very well sealed and bonded together, however there are a few spots on the edges of the composition shingles on the roof where bare wood can be seen at the edges, which would allow water to get into the roof frame, so those spots will have to be sealed. The three piece floor has 1/8" gaps between the slats, so if you want the animal occupying the box to be comfortable when it is cold and windy, you will have to do some modification to the floor, which I plan on doing. The statement that the box is waterproof and weather resistant is a stretch. The stain/preservative used on all of the wood surface is so thin that pouring any water at all on the wood surface disappears as the wood instantly absorbs it. I will not put the box in service until at least 2 coats of a high quality exterior grade paint/stain is applied. If you try and use this box without putting a proper preservative coat on it, you might get one year of use out of it before it rots or suffers UV damage and cracks and splits. This doghouse is being re-purposed by me to be a Barn Owl nest box; the dimensions are almost perfect and as soon as I saw it I realized that it could be used for quick installation during the brief annual window between December to January during which Barn Owls are NOT in their box. All I really have to do is put an insert into the door to reduce the opening size, add a perch/balcony outside the opening, fix the floor, and of course, properly seal the wood so that it will last more than one season. My primary reason for paying the extra money for the "EXTREME" model was the feature description that said: Its stainless steel hardware also adds to its sturdiness. THIS IS A LIE! THE HARDWARE SUPPLIED IS NOT STAINLESS STEEL, so this is my major gripe. My guess is that China figures that most Americans can't tell the difference between stainless and non-stainless steel. I'm a retired engineer, and you can almost always identify stainless/non-stainless steel by its color and appearance, although the surefire test is with a magnet. Regular steel will be strongly attracted by a magnet, if it is stainless steel, you might get a very slight attraction. This stuff is definitely normal steel with maybe a thin coat of zinc – not stainless steel. Very solid and sturdy doghouse for a large German Shepherd. She loves it! I did need someone else to help hold the pieces while I slid things into the proper channels, but it was very easy to put together. Just pay attention to where the floor screws onto the house. The directions did not seem as clear about where the tiny drilled holes actually were, and I tried to attach it through what turned out to be drain holes on the sides! Had to call the toll free number for assistance, and buy four new screws for the correct holes.Brenda

Thin soft plastic plastic, dogs can chew it easily. NO instructions included. Really hard to assemble , keeps falling apart. Nothing to hold it together, if the dog bumps the roof the whole thing falls apart unless you glue it together. If the insulation plug is pulled out by the dog the insulation spills out… it's that HORRIBLE tiny beads of styrofoam. Makes an incredible mess. I have built and bought and owned probably about 40 dog houses, I'm in the dog business. These are horrible. The flap door will just blow open in the wind and is a target for chewing by the dog.Smitty

I was really surprised with the Happy Birthday Pup-PIE! The pie looked and smelled good. My boy started getting very excited when he smelled it. When I gave him his first piece, he took off running with it. He ate it so fast and didn’t want to share! The pieces are a great size for him. He enjoyed all the pie throughout the week. I wanted to make sure he didn’t have any tummy problems with it. He really liked it!Sheryl

I received my Pup Pie yesterday and couldn't wait to get home to give it to my doggos. The packaging is super cute so it would be a nice little gift to give to give to another dog lover, birthday or not. The cake is already divided into "slices" and smelled so good, like spice cake or gingerbread, and it was moist and held its shape when I broke it into smaller pieces. The drool, tippy taps and wiggle butts began as soon as their little noses picked up the scent and they knew they were in for a fantastic treat! I was really impressed with this product and liked the simplicity of the ingredients. It's a fun way to celebrate your pups special day, or really, any day for that matter! It was so funny when my wife and I saw the name for this product! We have a lot of funny ways of talking about Samwise — “the boy”, “the gentle boy”, etc., so seeing a product made for “A Charming Boy” was PERFECT haha! As pictured, this pie comes with a side which one can cut out and place in the middle as a quick “Happy Birthday” sign! I had to force it in and bend it to-and-fro, but I did manage to get it to stick for a pic! As for Samwise’s taste-test, as with any food (or medicine, or supplement) he can get his teeth on, he takes no time to savor! After he finished the bulk of his first slice, he manically searched the rug for crumbs. Then, I handed my phone off to my wife to record while I gave him his second slice, and it was the same story — he grabbed his treat, ran to the living room rug, and scarfed it down in seconds. Again he searched for crumbs, occasionally taking a break from the hunting of his quarry to give us an excited look and a wag of the tail! Definitely Samwise approved!A, T, & Samwise

We have used greenies in the past for treats for our two mulitpoo’s. They loved them. I seen this flavor and thought I would give them a new taste. I believe they liked them as much as the regular flavor we have given them. They chew them right up. I believe in the product to help with their teeth cleaning to the point we have not had to have those Teeth cleaned yet and they are 7 years oldRickster1221

My fur baby Lexi is usually very picky with her treats! I gave her one of the gingerbread flavored greenies. I swear she got a huge smile when she took her treat. She went to her little bed with her treat and woofed it down. It was the perfect size for my small 10lb baby. She came over to give me some kisses and I noticed her breath had a pleasant scent from the gingerbread. This dental treat has quickly become my Lexi’s favorite part of the day.Mellyjoy

I love the shape of these tiny festive flavored treats. They really do keep my little dachshund occupied for a good while. She loves the flavor and just goes to town gnawing on 'em. They contain natural ingredients and some vitamins and minerals and are supposed to help maintain healthy gums.
