I had 2 maltese shitzu dogs both aged 9 and a half years old (brother and sister) from the same litter. 3 years ago our little girl was diagnosed with cushings and enlarged heart. I have intentionally waited to write a review because I wanted to give enough time to see if the Fidoplex was going to make a difference. I bought this supplement a year ago because my cavalier king charles spaniel had recently experienced two bad episodes with ivdd and she’s only 4 years old. We took our Newfie/Lab to the vet to get vaccinated for a training class. Shortly after his shots, he developed a skin allergy with two hot spots on each hip. The vets thought it was a staph infection and put him on antibiotics & steroids. The issue reappeared after he finished the meds. My big guy isn't exactly what you might call graceful. He's a dork. A giant clumsy dork. So little aches and pains are just a part of our life together. I'm taking ibuprofen because he's nearly pulled my shoulder out of socket after trying to run and hide from the wind and he's taking his doggy aspirin because he tripped over his own feet while running and now yelps every step he takes. These really do help. They're easy to give wrapped in a little bread or dipped in peanut butter. My only complaint is they're chewable but at least for my dog, he will absolutely not chew it on his own. Definitely recommend though especially at this price!jennifer.f
I combined this with Charlotte’s Web Hip and Joint hemp for my dog with osteoarthritis. She could barely walk for three days. After two hours of taking this she is running and playing around even in the cold weather. My 12 year old Yorkie suddenly starting losing the contents of her bladder during the night. The vet suggested checking for a UTI. I did some research and found that not only would that be expensive and require a course of antibiotics, many people found that the dog's UTI would come right back after they were done. Since she wasn't in pain when urinating and there was no sign of blood, I thought I would try apple cider vinegar first which evidently works very well. It didn't help so next I tried Tinkle Tonic which did help, but not completely. I called the company which makes it and they suggested using the Tinkle Tonic concurrently with the Leaks No More. The rubber end which cleans the teeth is small and quite neat but the rest of it is too unwieldy to comfortably slide in a mouth which is a bit reluctant to open. The toothbrush seems OK, but haven't really given it a good test yet. The instructions on the pack are not very informative about how much toothpaste you actually need to use per session and also if I am doing it correctly. Currently am just using the toothpaste on my finger, but I think will try another flavour and probably an easier finger brush if such a thing exists.Claire P

For the past three years, I have added Wysong Dentatreat to the evening feeding for my own and my foster dogs. Their teeth have stayed very clean and their breath has smelled sooooo much better.
