Our dogs absolute favorite toy. Whats not to love with a good game of tug-o-war with a toy that slaps his face when he shakes it? Have had the last one for 2 years and though slobber faded, its still in good shape.G.

My Australian Cattle Dog has carried one of these toys around for her entire 14 years. She's never gotten a tooth hole in one and I only replace them when the previous one is fadded out from being thrown in the wash so many times. There's always a spare in the closet, like having an extra binkie for the baby, she's picky.j.S.

Was excited to buy this Flip Flop Yanker toy for my 6 month Gold Retriever. However this This toy lasted only about 5 minutes, I have other dog toys that don't fall apart, but our puppy was able to pull this apart and managed to swallow some of it even in "Supervised time". This toy may be more suited for small dog breed.Porter

These are the best dog toy ever invented, in my opinion. Can use to tug, and still flies straight. My dog goes through tons (usually loses them,) so we like to buy in bulk. Sportsman's Warehouse had the best price!Deborah

Our German shepherd, Gatsby, LOVES frisbees. We tried several brands but the Hyper Pet is the best. It lasts much longer that any of the others with aggressive catching in his teeth. Hello- Saw a neighbor one day throwing this Flopper for his Lab. Found out the name and decided to try them with my Golden Retriever. These are his favorite by far. Very durable and easy to throw. Another point to make is that they are easy on his mouth. I would suggest them to anyone who has a frisbee "crazy" dog.Jane

Our dog loves this frisbee! This is her 3rd frisbee (other 2 were different) this one has lasted the longest. So far so good. She destroyed her previous 2 to the point where they were too sharp from her chewing on them. This one is durable enough for her to chew on in between catches.Angel

I have a blue/red heeler. She can devour a plastic frisbee in 1 day . She has not been able to chew this one up yet.I make sure to put it up when she is done playing. It is a little heavy so you really have to throw it but it's worth not having to buy another frisbee every couple days.cheiresse580

I bought this a while ago. It arrived slightly misshapen and after complaining I was advised it would find its shape over time. It never did. It doesn't fly well and I can't get much distance on it. Otherwise it's big and tough enough that it can survive being pulled between two German shepherds, so it's good for that. I mostly walk border collies and smaller dogs now, and for those I'd recommend the Dog-O-Soar, which is a great flyer.jrd656-5

I wanted to really love this toy. It's actually the second time I bought it…but only out of desperation because it lasted longer than all the other toys my dog has destroyed. I don't have a big dog but he's a determined chewer and can destroy ANYTHING but a Kong. He's a 1 yr old lab/maybe husky/maybe retriever/viszla mix (we think). He LOVED LOVED LOVED this toy but chewed the rope off straight out of the gate. He used that weakness to find a spot to tear in the fabric and reveal the rubber and it was over from there. To be fair if you're using this the right way (for fetch instead of it ending up as a chew toy) it will likely last much, much longer. It's nice and light and throws well and was well-liked by my pup.G.i.t.P.

A friend of ours got out dog just the bumper part of this combo and it has been huge it. It received serious work every day at the beach, and as you can see from my photos even had some group play with several other big dogs. Seemed reasonably durable. I have a German shepherd who loves the pool. We live in a desert, so it's a great way to keep him active in the summer. Previously, I would use the orange Chuckit! balls for pool play because they are very durable and they're his absolute favorite, but he would have to bob a lot to grasp them which left him snorting up a lot of chlorine water. I found this product and felt it would be much easier for him to snag from the water. After two hours of play it held up pretty well. But I am worried it won't last long. He loved it, and had a blast fetching it over and over but he clamps down pretty hard when grabbing it. With his large teeth and strong bite, it made a lot of popping sounds as he would swim it back to the steps and readjust his hold on it. He punctured it quite a bit, but it hasn't fallen apart yet. Some of the stitching is coming undone on the blue ends and they are very weak. It may last longer if you can sew. When he gets it out of the water he does squeeze it as if trying to squeak it, but he's good at stopping when I tell him to. It probably wouldn't last an hour if I let him chew it and he's not even one to destroy toys. There's only been a few toys that have broken from him playing and it's almost always because his teeth puncture it and the stuffing starts falling out. Once this happens our golden retriever will take it and rip it to pieces. This one he is not allowed to have without supervision and only in the pool because it definitely won't last. Our golden actually hates the water, so we don't have to worry about her tearing it up. If you have a dog with a strong bite, or one that loves to chew, I'm not confident this will hold up very well. But I still really like it and it makes a great water toy. It's bright, and floats well. It was easy for my shepherd to grab onto without losing it. He loved it and wasn't very happy I took it from him when we headed back inside. If this one falls apart too soon, I may have to find a more durable pool toy. My camera was dead, but I managed to get some pictures from my phone. I included some photos after coming back inside showing the punctures and the broken stitching on one end after 2 hours of play and limited chewing. The damage was mostly from him just grabbing it from the water as I did not let him chew it outside the water for very long. Update 5/22 – added some photos after about 6 more hours of use. It fell apart around the tag and the inside ended up slipping right out. My shepherd ended up still fetching just the inside. I'm sad that it fell apart so quickly and will have to find something that won't unravel with such a short time of play.F.N.

The Petco frisbees are the only frisbees my dog will play with now. I usually buy 10-15 at a time. He goes through them quickly because he enjoys folding them to carry around after he catches them. I don't mind because the frisbee is sturdy enough to fly even though it is a little lopsided. It's soft enough to not hurt his mouth if he manages to put a jagged hole in it, and if he does, it still fly's and keeps my boy happy! .Dorothy L

My dog can’t get enough of frisbees, but they’re often either too rough on her gums (made of very hard plastic) or too expensive for fancier ones. These are a great price point and don’t leave her gums irritated or bleeding after a few catches like other cheap discs. Only downside is, being softer plastic, they don’t stand up too well to strong jaws or very rough play. But they’re a good deal otherwise, so stock up!Bjacs11

Incredibly tough – and a real favourite. Most toys last a day if we are lucky, but our terrier fell in love with "Wonky Donkey" at first sight. Knows it's name off by heart and is ALWAYS aware where he left it. Wouldn't have believed it. Bailey loves this new interactive toy! She sees it and gets very excited. She has figured out how to open all the door, but it's not so easy that it doesn't make her work a little for them. This is even better than her bong ball. This really stimulates her senses. Thanks for a great toy. BTW, Bailey will be 12 in November and we just got this for her. Exercising a dog's brain is as important as physical exercise for a happy, healthy pet. The 'Trixie Dog Puppy Training Reward Interactive Game Toy' is a really good product to stimulate brain activity as it has three different methods of concealing treats and so requires the dog to tryout different approaches to opening the the chambers. It is well made and the rubber base prevents the unit from sliding around on the floor. I bought it to use with our adult Toy Poodle cross Dachshunds. They love it. Hello, my dog does like this; loves it in fact and gets all excited when I get it ready for her before going to work. It is sturdy, well made. The rubber underneath means it grips on a lino floor which is a really good design feature. I do think it's a little pricey – 10 would be reasonable in my view. However for me the problem is it's too easy for my dog. When I first got it, I filled it with treats and gave it to my dog before sitting down to read the instructions. I hadn't even reached the bit that said to' start off with only one hidden treat, and let your dog see it before covering it up' , before my dog had already uncovered and worked out every single hiding place. Took about a minute. Not really what I was intending when I bought it as a way for her to stay entertained when I go out to work. So if your dog is a bit slow on the uptake, then I'd say this is the perfect gift for them. Otherwise, search for something more challenging.tizoc37

Our pup had lost his favorite stuffed frog and this was the closest we could find to the original. He loves it and even though a year had passed he plays with this the way he did his first one. Its so funny as he doesnt take to any other stuffed animals at all lolwithwingsyoucanfly

Our dog absolutely loves this toy. She's a little labradoodle, but probably not the best for those who like to rough house because she's kind of ripped his head apart. Our Lab loves this toy and we've had it for a few months and she won't put it down. Loves to fetch it and play tug of war with it. The best part is how long it's lasted, cause when she finally pulled the crinkley water bottle out of it she still loved it! And we just put another empty water bottle in it and it's just like new again. You have to leave the water bottle cap on the water bottle and squish it just enough to put it back in. My dog has always been obsessed with chewing on water bottles but it didn't take him long to tear them apart. Plus, I would always have to watch him to make sure he doesn't swallow any of it. He is a vulture when it comes to toys, but this "Crinkit" does the job and stands up through the test of times! He absolutely loves THIS toy! Still have the crinkle of the water bottle that he loves, but don't have to worry about plastic pieces everywhere. The great thing about it is, you can replace the water bottle inside whenever it starts to lose it's "crinkling sound". This toy is a must for any pup that loves crinkling plastic like mine does. I have a gigantic chocolate lab who absolutely loves this toy. I did have to replace the bottle; but frankly she loves it empty nearly as much. Our nearly 13 yr old lab mix loves stuffed toys with squeakers. I use to able to order a fairly large monkey (from another company) which seemed to last; however, I can no longer purchase those. Dog toys from Fabdog are not badly priced but our lab destroys them rather quickly. I gave him the frog and within 5 minutes had already made a hole in it with his fun of taking the stuffing and squeakers out. I always have one or two extras on hand.Dk H.

Our Jack Russell loves this toy…we have to be so careful with what we get him because he usually chews off parts of his toys within days, but this one lasted months before we finally retired her and replaced with a new one! Bought the Arm Hammer Super Treadz Gorilla for our dogs. One of them is an aggressive chewer. This toy has lots of holes for tooth brushing and is made of durable rubber. Plus it smells fresh and promises to deodorize. Unfortunately, it's just a little too big for our small dogs, with not a lot of nooks for small mouths to grab on to.
