We just received the stroller yesterday and have used it two days in a row! This is what we've noticed so far, good and bad. Pros: Seems sturdy and well built (it is only two days old as of April 7, 2021, I will update if needed) It is much wider than I thought it would be, but I'm not complaining! I like all the features. Cons: It was a little hard to assemble, especially for just popping the wheels on. You have to attach the rear wheel axle first, and mine would not go into the right side. My husband had to fix it for me. The water bottle holder is very small. I would be willing to buy a new, bigger water bottle holder if they came out with one. I could get a can of soda to tightly fit in there, but none of my reusable water bottles would fit. I stuck mine in the under basket, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it would have been nice to have it in arms reach (we didn't expand the stroller today so I could not use the side pockets) The wheels are nice, but they don't turn very easily. It pushes just fine if you're going straight ahead, but curving isn't as smooth as I wish it was. Maybe it will get easier as the stroller breaks in, or as I get use to pushing a four wheeled one compared to our 3 wheel jogging stroller? Time will tell. I would still choose them over air filled tires, my old stroller wheels went flat all the time so I picked this one partially because there was no tires to fill. The zipper on the leather stroller strap on the XL stroller isn't very comfortable. I'm not sure why there is even a zipper since you should just be able to wipe it clean, no need to take it off. This is minor though. I know it sounds like there are more cons than pros, but I still feel like this is a 4.5 star stroller. I like all the features it describes in the description. I like the reversible handlebar. Most importantly though, my nervous dog feels safe in here and he likes it so much I caught him sleeping in it the first day. I camp every summer at remote National Seashores with little or no amenities. That being said, there is nothing to do but hang out on the beach but some days this isn't so great for our four legged buddies. I have owned this stroller now for three summers and wouldn't go without it despite it being a bit bulky. It holds my two small dogs 11lbs each very comfortably keeping them up off the hot sand and keeping the biting beach flies and mosquitos off of them. Love that it has two hooks I can have it open on pleasant days for more ventilation so they can't jump out and it works like crate so I can leave them secured under the umbrella when I wish to take a swim. It's also awesome for days when the wind is so strong it's blowing the sand like a Sahara wind storm. With out this protection and elevation they would have it right in their eyes and throats. It is very strong, I have room to put my small lunch cooler inside with the back laid down and rigged up a way to hitch my umbrella to the side and carry my chair on my back. I turn it and pull it backwards on the two rear wheels to get over the soft sand (no going to sugar coat it, still very hard to do…but then so was my beach wagon and my beach cart I use to use) . Despite the sand and salt and wind abuse it still working great. Well worth the extra money.L H.
It's well made and sturdy but a little challenging to fold up. Also the clips are REALLY hard to unclip unless you have strong fingers. We feel our pets are safe in it and it maneuvers terrain easily. Lastly, the other thing it should have is a cup "tray" of sorts which our previous 2 smaller and less expensive strollers had. They were very good and handy. I know there are extras to get but a simple tray would have sufficed.

Other than my two Pekingese dogs fitting comfortablyâŚI am exceptionally disappointed in the HPZ Pet Rover Premium Stroller! This is my second stroller because the first one developed a terrible, constant squeak from the frame shortly after receiving it. Provided audio recording to Customer Service and they agreed to send a replacement. The second was quiet for longer than the first, but is now squeaking just as badly. For an expensive, nearly $300 stroller, this is really unacceptable. Iâm not able to return or exchange. Itâs been too long so this was a huge waste of my money. I will look elsewhere for a large dog stroller.
My dog is disabled and this allows us more freedom to explore and have adventures together. It is large enough for her wheel chair to fit in with her, though, I had anticipated being able to place it below in the basket. This has been a great product and is quite durable. A few minor things: 1) I wish the cup holder was larger to accommodate a bottle of water 2) The bottom basket is not easy to get things in and out of, plus it get caught up when folding 3) being able to extend the handle for greater comfort would be great 4) it does not lock when folded, there is a latch but it pops open. I bought a strap to hold it shut, especially when traveling. Also, for smaller dogs, you may wish to add a pillow or two. In the case of my dog who is disabled, this allows her to see things better and sit higher. All in all, though, a great product.Nick
I bought this stroller for my two small dogs, a Teacup Pomeranian & Papillion. My Papillion was diagnosed with a cancer and on her lower energy days, I would use the stroller to be able to push her around while we were outside. Although, she wasn't fond of not being able to walk herself at times she was content in knowing we were still staying on our walk. I love the option being able to expand the back of the stroller. So the times where my Papillion didn't need the stroller my Tea Cup Pom would ALWAYS prefer the stroller and was always in it. So when it was only my Pomeranian I can just shorten the space since she didn't all that space. When my Papillion had her low energy moments I could expand the back to make enough space for the both of them comfortably to lay down. This stroller did very good for me when we had snow, I live in Colorado. My boyfriend also took the stroller on a path that had very rough terrain and it surprisingly did very well! It's not my intent to use this stroller on rougher terrain than it's intended to but did like knowing it did handle it.

The stroller required some very minor assembly. The wheels had to be attached to the stroller, but quickly and easily snapped into place. Once the wheels were attached, all that was left to do was to unfold the stroller and to secure the part where the pet(s) would be riding. That was done by pulling the flap that runs along the front and sides of the stroller over the bar and snapping it into place. The drink holder, which attaches to the handle, also just snaps into place. The small "basket" on the bottom also has a flap that has to be pulled over a bar and snapped into place. That's all the assembly the stroller required. There was no need for any kind of tool. Two of my cats tooks turns in the stroller and were both able to sit and lay down in it without being cramped and both looked really comfortable in it. Sitting up, they could probably both sit side by side comfortably in the stroller. One cat is approx. 11 lbs and the other is approx. 16 lbs. The stroller handles easily on hardwood, but is slightly more challenging on carpet. Going around corners and turning around was fairly easy. Lastly, the color is a slightly darker purple / lavendar than it appears in the picture. I don't know how well it works outside or when it's been exposed to the elements, since it only just arrived a little while ago, but it seems sturdy enough at the time of this review. We need to take our dog back and forth from Waikiki HI. The pavement can be very hot there.This stroller was great to pop my dog in when I did not want him to walkand burn his feet.There is lots of space under and in the bed. My dog is an 18lb Multipoo and he has lots of room. I am sure it will carry much more than the weight limit.
