Shipped to family member where we have Xmas and “Pup Pup”, the resident parcel inspector and delivery announcer went bonkers when the ball was removed from the shipping box. I would recommend this toy for a smaller dog or one who is not a powerful chewer. I know this is not intended to be a chew toy, but realistically, if you have a medium or large dog, they usually have a tendency to chew any toy you put in front of them. I have an English Pointer mix who normally destroys any toy I give him unless I get it from BullyMake or BarkBox. Unfortunately, neither offer a toy that compares to this one in terms of entertainment for your dog. He absolutely loved this toy so it is a shame that he was able to bite chucks out of it within 20 minutes. I can't find the pieces that he took out of it so I'm waiting to see if he passes them. If not, it will be a visit to the vet. He was so sad when I took it away from him and looked at me with those sad brown eyes. I would love to have one of stronger material that he could play with and not have to worry. With new balls, and a new machine, the product is exactly as advertised. After 10 minutes of fetch, the ball is too wet to throw as expected. The ball gets dirty, and the machine does too, creating a muddy internal process. The balls sent with the machine were subpar quality, and lasted about 25 throws a piece before they were starting to come apart. The machine doesn't adjust for ball sizes, so as a tennis ball wears down, the machine can't grab it, and forget about a tennis ball without it's hairy skin, they are too small by far. It's charging good, and working well if I keep putting new tennis balls in it, and run a towel through it, (although that's hard to do.) I suggest a manual adjustment be added to future products, to change the distance between the wheels that grab the ball. I think a tiny tweak on my machine would allow it to through hard rubber balls that wouldn't get nearly as dirty or wet, and keep the machine cleaner. Overall, I think the product is good, but is flawed in design. If there were just a few more capacities to make it work in the field and with different ball sizes, I think it's be a very strong product.Adam T.

I bought this toy for my little french bull dogs first birthday. I bought this toy for my little french bull dogs first birthday. Seeing it capabilities online I was immediately impressed and intrigued with self play and the balls ability to get out from under areas the dog might have trouble with since my girlfriend is in her studies from home and her work is constantly interrupted from our dog whining about a ball trapped under somewhere. This product seemed to be perfect. I ordered it. Within a week I see cheerble is now advertising a new version of the ball, felt like I missed out on a new improved design but was eager to see what the wicked ball W1 still had to offer. The ball showed up two weeks after and both my pet and I were excited. I got it out of the packaging read the manual and gave it to my French bull dog eager to play. She immediately took to it and could tell she was obsessed. This seemed all too good to be true. And it was…. In less than ten minutes our Frenchie had managed to get the clear plastic ring from the centre apart from the shell and dismantle the shell….maybe I should have got a replacement one but don't believe I should have to pay $10 to give my dog 10minutes of play… That is not sustainable living… Not for us anyways… Perhaps the new design is more durable but after spending $60+ for a ball after tax and shipping that couldn't withstand a 25lb pup I'm not to eager to dish it out again…. Afterall $120 would get me alot of balls that would last longerSean H.
This ball was amazing at first. First day I used it my frenchie was obsessed however 10 mins in, I notice a piece was already broken off. Customer support was super nice and sent me a new shell with no problem, however when it arrived and I went to use it again, the shell wouldn’t close fully so it wouldn’t work. Like it was always lose fitting and after 10 seconds of playing, the shell was fully open. I got the shell to my apartment at school so by the time I was able to give it to my dog was about a month after I had received it so I never put in another request for a new one as I had no way to prove that it didn’t work since day 1. I’m hoping I was just unlucky as this was an amazing idea for a product that I loved when it did work, I’m just sad I spent so so much money for it to not work on me twice. Bought Two of these – One for each grand dog home. Shipped to family member where we have Xmas and “Pup Pup”, the resident parcel inspector and delivery announcer went bonkers when the ball was removed from the shipping box. The ball is very rigid plastic which prevents total instant destruction by the doxie tag team that makes short work of any toy in reach. I would recommend this toy for a smaller dog or one who is not a powerful chewer. I know this is not intended to be a chew toy, but realistically, if you have a medium or large dog, they usually have a tendency to chew any toy you put in front of them. I have an English Pointer mix who normally destroys any toy I give him unless I get it from BullyMake or BarkBox. Unfortunately, neither offer a toy that compares to this one in terms of entertainment for your dog. He absolutely loved this toy so it is a shame that he was able to bite chucks out of it within 20 minutes. I can't find the pieces that he took out of it so I'm waiting to see if he passes them. If not, it will be a visit to the vet. He was so sad when I took it away from him and looked at me with those sad brown eyes. I would love to have one of stronger material that he could play with and not have to worry. The concept for this toy is spot on and I would give it a positive review for a smaller dog or a breed that is not a strong chewer.pompano01-us
My dog absolutely LOVES this ball. We got her one when she was just a puppy and it’s been her favorite toy since. She’s had it about 6 months and has destroyed it. I don’t mind buying one every six months because I get my money’s worth. Last night I went to buy her a new one, thinking she will have it another 6 months. WRONG. The product's design and styling are quite good. Our puppy enjoyed using it and was genuinely engaged. Having four settings of complexity meant it would hopefully be able to "grow" with her. The problem came in with the materials chosen. The entire outside is rubberized which is great in theory as it means less noise and less wear and tear on floors/furniture. However our puppy quickly started working at the rubberized ring around the food opening which is understandable. "Food is in there. I can either shake it out or just root for it."–a very natural dog response. It felt like too much thought was put into how the product would look in photos and not enough practical testing was performed. Especially for a pet item.Eric E.
Got this to replace my dogs Kong Wobbler. My dog had his wobbler for years and it held up great, I just didn’t like the color (it’s bright red; there’s no color options). I was excited when I saw this toy, it fits the aesthetic of my home. I also liked that there were difficulty settings on this toy (something the kong doesn’t have) but for almost $60 I expected it to hold up for more than 10 minutes… my dog isn’t even destructive, but he somehow chipped off the rubber around the treat dispenser. The rubber makes it much quieter than the plastic Kong wobbler but I can’t trust my dog to play with it without me supervising which defeats the purpose.. I fill it with treats when I have to leave him to help with his separation anxiety. Can’t imagine how this would hold up with a destructive dog. Needs to be made out of tougher material if my sweet guy managed to damage it. Looking for The Game 2.0 made from better material.
This product was great. It's the first puzzle toy that our puppy has interacted with and it took him a little while to figure it out at first (5-10 minutes). He was initially unsure about the product, thinking it was more of a chew toy. The following few days, he's gotten better at figuring out how to dispense food from The Game. I've moved it from Level 1 to Level 2 and he seems to be pretty proficient at it now. I'm thinking of moving to Level 3 and am curious about how it will change the interaction. Overall our puppy is SO HAPPY when he sees me take this product out. He can't wait to play with it! I only wonder how long it will last – the outer silicone shell has some pretty deep bite marks and gashes so far. My only wish is that the company sell a replacement top so that it's easy to purchase new parts if the original one gets destroyed (and to mix and match colors).Raymond S.

Putting the batteries in was not very difficult but the on/off switch did not work very well. No matter what I did, when I was trying to put the ball back in the cover, it would keep going off. I would turn it off just as illustrated but I guess my hand would hit the button and turn it back on and it would turn on and start barking and vibrating again. I thought I would never get it back together. Then the real fun started. Three dogs – three fails. I really thought that the Shepherd-mix we were babysitting would get a kick out of this toy. She was terrified as was my dog and my sister's dogs. If it went off downstairs they all charged upstairs or outside. So sad. The only one who enjoyed is was the 11-month old who was visiting at Christmas. She loved the vibration and she loves dogs so it was made for her.YAHSATX
It's not expensive and appears to be made well, but 1. was nearly impossible to open the pocket that houses the ball to insert the 3 x AAA batteries. Actually had to cut the stitching to remove it. 2. My 2 dogs were scared of it and wouldn't even engage with it, possibly because, in addition to jumping around, it has barking and whimpering sound effects (what were they thinking?!?!). 3. If they had played with it as intended, most dogs would grab the tail and shake it side to side. This would result in them getting smacked on either side of the head with the ball, which is hard plastic and has a good bit of mass, due to the electronics and batteries.barbmartbiz
My dog who loves strange noises toys absolutely loved this. He doesn't really care about squeakers but anything that makes different noises he just loves. It also wiggles and rolls around randomly and he LOVED that. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there is an on off switch which can be easily pushed down by playing with it. I ended up taking it out of the squirrel tail it came in and just putting a regular squeaky ball in that which my female loved. I use the burlap zip up bulk rice bags from warehouse stores for all the torn toys, squeakers that are removed, noise makers. Penny, our teacup poodle, absolutely loves Zeus. She is so tiny that when she grabs onto Zeus her whole little head and body vibrates. I recommend the large one regardless of dogs size. I have a 12 lbs shorkie and I still bought the large you just have to make sure to still feed for the appropriate size of the dog. At first she was very scared to play with it and did not understand that she needed to spin the green portion not just the blue. When I increased the value of the treats (replaces some kibble with Cheerios and small piece of dog treats) and put little drops of Kong PB at the opening to guide her nose it started clicking for her. She now loves to play with it and it takes her some time to get all the food out so she’s entertained for a good while 🙂 I gave it 4 stars because the pieces around the opening are intended to help slow down the treats and kibble but when they’re down to the last bit those piece make it almost impossible for her to get the food out.Sandra SE
If you don't fill it with treats, it's harder for the treats to fall out. Which is the point but my dog got discouraged cause nothing would come out. Either had to roll is hard or shake it around. The middle green part rolls by itself, so if your dogs pushes it around with the holl up nothing will come out. Had the toy for a week and she decided it was to hard and popped the hole part out. Now big square to dispense treats. Still works. Still takes her a few minutes to get the treat out. The rolling function of the toy was the weird part.Shelby the Rotti
I am using this as part of a daily enrichment but like some other products if it doesn’t come out easily my dog gets lazy and gives up. Machine is constantly noisy which my dog does not like. It does not launch the balls very far at all (not even half the length of my yard). The sound it makes before launching a ball which is supposed to be the warning is lower than the sound the machine constantly makes. No timer which would help (just a slow to fast turn dial that doesn't make a huge difference).
My dogs favorite game is fetch and with this he refuses to even get close to the machine and play.Cyber Privacy
