We purchased this superyard to use in the house, outback and on the go. We bought it because the description makes it sound like it’s simple to fold / unfold to take with you or store. I wish this one had a door, but once you get the hang of opening it, you can do it easily. Honestly, you usually don't use the door and simply lean over to pick up your dog. I ordered this product for my baby boxer puppy to use during play time, potty training, play outside, etc. When i received the product, the box was smashed and ripped in all corners and it had been opened at one point and then taped back up with moving tape. The box is not the issue, as long as the product is in good/functioning condition. My wife bought one for our puppy. The mechanism they use to allow the panels to rotate does not work properly. They are to tight and require too much force to open/close the panels. We were as careful as possible and held the panels as close to the ‘hinge joints as possible. All to no avail…one of the panels broke before we could even get it set up completely. I've been trying to find something for my indoor rabbits instead of several cages so they have more room to run and play when there not out of there cage for free time and I've absolutely found the perfect cage! My rabbits are so much happier since I received this o had to do a little bit of adjusting due to the play pen being a little flimsy meaning easy to tip over but all I did was insert a few screws into the bottom screwing it to my floor and BOOM perfect! It's completely stable now and it gives my indoor rabbits so much room to run when there caged now I only use my cages when one has a litter or needs sperated from the others I recently had to add an old crib bumper pad to the bottom because I added the new litters of baby bunnies inside the play pen and found out they fit through the little squares lol once there a little bigger I can remove that even! I've seen alot of people are using these for large dogs and getting upset because they can climb out well of course they can I definitely don't recommend this for large dogs or small dogs because of the design they can crawl right up the lines in the play pen and escape but for me this is perfect for all of my rabbits and plenty room for how quickly they multiply which I wasn't aware of lol but surely am now!Dmosser172

I received the box and after putting the playpen together, I noticed it had a chunk missing out of one of the sections on the top. It didn't really matter in the grand scheme of how it operated, but it was a tad unsightly…and of course it was brand new. I sent an email to the company and suggested that a new panel would be a good option instead of sending the whole thing back if it was something they could do. I was crossing my fingers because I wasn't looking forward to taking it apart. It wasn't a big deal to put together at all, I just hate to take things apart that I'm proud of completing (small wins are still wins). IRIS took care of things and shipped out a whole new box! Talk about customer service! No fuss, no questions, no pictures, nothing! Now I have extra panels and you can bet your paws that my next purchases will start in the IRIS product section. Oh, yeah…I forgot to mention that puppy loves her little area like a den or her "room". She likes to take her toys in there and just kinda hang out. It's not really big enough for her to play in anymore because she is insane. She does what we call "zoomies" and uses the house as her personal racetrack. The extra panels (which can be bought seperately) will come in handy when we move her "room" to a less supervised area. We bought two of these to connect together into a large square, added chicken wire with a PVC support across the top and tied it all down, and made it into a chicken tractor. It is light and easy to move around the yard with 2 people. Our hens get to run around and dig a big more than in their coop and run, and its mobility keeps them from wearing out a patch of lawn. We got this because we had a fox take out two of our hens in 10 days. The interesting thing is that the fox has still come around. My husband had caught him several times sitting within a few feet of the pen and just watching the hens. He made no attempt to get inside to them. We think this is because he's smart and knows it's a container that HE could also get trapped inside of. He stopped coming around after about 2 weeks, but we've seen him on other people's property. We'd never go off and leave the hens in it– it would easy to dig into if the fox really wanted to do so– but it's been a great way to allow the hens some space and scratch time since we don't feel it's safe to free-range them any more. I can NOT see this being feasible for dogs unless they are very small breeds. They'd jump right over or knock it down. We have a 3 y.o. lab mix who jumped in and out of it continually while we were putting it together, and a beagle-boxer mix (who is beagle-sized) who did the same– and she is 13 years old and not young and springy like the other! But for our hens, it's perfect. We're considering buying 2 more to make another tractor for them for when we sit up by our pond on summer evenings so they can dig around up there, too.wkuviolet

Love that’s it’s washable. I got the medium and it’s a great size. Good for in and out doors. I know some said for indoors the dogs would flip it. Which I have a 4lb puppy that does just that. But I zip the top and she uses it like a hamster ball to get around. It’s actually quite entertaining for us lol. Also with saying she’s a puppy she tends to chew.. there are a few snags in the mesh but she hasn’t managed to put any holes in it. Finger crossed. All in all it’s perfect for what I needed to to do. I received my first order and decided to return it becoz it’s so tall,our space is not that big so I ordered a smaller one which i love more but the problem is the 1st order that I received does not have the stopper and the locks, i just knew/learned about it when I already have the 2nd one, that’s when i’ve learned the difference. Easy to fold and move around. It is very flimsy. If my puppy jumped on it while it was set up in the house, she would be able to push it around the living room. She might even hurt herself by jumping on something that would not support her weight. The door is not sturdy and would not even open all the way. I do like that there is not a bar across the top of the door frame that I would have to go under each time I went in there to clean up. I returned this product and kept the sturdier one.Ashley

After using for a month, Today my (about 15 weeks old) golden retrievers PAW got wedged and stuck between the bars and I literally felt like superwoman and had to pry it open. do NOT use for kittens. i brought one for my kitten and he's now known as the escaping. he climbed and jumped over the gate. when i fixed that, he twisted his head and got through one of the holes. i fixed that as well and he's still somehow getting out. if you are wondering how i "fixed" that, i used mesh wiring. this product probably works great with dogs, but cats are a different story.uzziah

This has to be the best exercise equipment for puppies and dogs. The tunnel was extremely easy to assemble and the bags, which reminded me of saddle bags, were easily filled with play sand and the velcro kept the sand in place without any spills during play time. Delilah, as shown in the pictures, is a rescue dog with a high energy level. To coerce her to learn a new skill we threw a ball into the tunnel and it only took her two times to go in one end and come out the other side. She absolutely loves this and although I could not get a picture of her going in and out of the tunnel she played with this tirelessly and also learned to give us the ball to keep throwing it into the tunnel. This tunnel was easily folded and placed in the carrying case. The tunnel will travel with us and will be used over and over.idab

We had been thinking about doing an agility course with our dog for some time now, as Huskies are super-intelligent and easily bored and we thought it would be good for him mentally & physically. We really like this set! We had no prior experience with agility training, and the first time we tried it outside, the dog would just go around the tunnel or hoop or whatever to get to the treats (again, because he may be smarter than us, LOL 😉 ) So we decided to start him out in an inside hallway instead—worked like a charm! The narrowness of the hallway does not allow for him to go around things, so he had to go through them. Now that he has the idea of what he’s supposed to do, he really seems to enjoy it. I really like the portability of the set so we can take it with us to different parks. It’s quick & easy to assemble. I was worried it might be hard to take apart when it came time to go home, but it comes apart just fine! The set is light enough so it’s not too heavy to carry, and sturdy enough so that it doesn’t tip over easily. Handled bags/cases make it easy to carry and easy to store (we slide ours under the bed.) ok so i got this for my 5 year old dog, i know he is not a pup but he is at the stage where he is very active and has tons of energy. everything comes in nice easy to carry and store bags. the tubes seem to be his favorite, i put his toy at the other end and took him to front and told him to go get his toy. it took a few tries, but he finally went thru the tube. now he loves it 🙂 i can get him to sit in the command box for threats. he doesnt seem to want to do the jump hoop and keeps knocking over the other course parts but i guess in time we will see. i am very pleased with this course and both my dog and i am having fun using it. it all came well packaged in shipping too.maggie
This is perhaps one of the top 3 best things my dog & I have ever done together. Truthfully, I was more than a little intimidated when I saw how big the box was when it was delivered & almost sent it back! I'm so glad I didn't!! Opening it I was encouraged by the neat packaging, each section has it's own zippered carrying case, which is so convenient! I could only imagine how confusing it would be if everything was all 7 sections of this set were mixed together! I was surprised and relieved at how easy AND interesting it is to construct. My dog & I ended up spending the better part of 3 hrs. having a great time! I couldn't believe the time when I glanced at my watch!
