With new balls, and a new machine, the product is exactly as advertised. After 10 minutes of fetch, the ball is too wet to throw as expected. The ball gets dirty, and the machine does too, creating a muddy internal process. The balls sent with the machine were subpar quality, and lasted about 25 throws a piece before they were starting to come apart. The machine doesn't adjust for ball sizes, so as a tennis ball wears down, the machine can't grab it, and forget about a tennis ball without it's hairy skin, they are too small by far. It's charging good, and working well if I keep putting new tennis balls in it, and run a towel through it, (although that's hard to do.) I suggest a manual adjustment be added to future products, to change the distance between the wheels that grab the ball. I think a tiny tweak on my machine would allow it to through hard rubber balls that wouldn't get nearly as dirty or wet, and keep the machine cleaner. Overall, I think the product is good, but is flawed in design. If there were just a few more capacities to make it work in the field and with different ball sizes, I think it's be a very strong product.Adam T.

I bought this toy for my little french bull dogs first birthday. Seeing it capabilities online I was immediately impressed and intrigued with self play and the balls ability to get out from under areas the dog might have trouble with since my girlfriend is in her studies from home and her work is constantly interrupted from our dog whining about a ball trapped under somewhere. This product seemed to be perfect. I ordered it. Within a week I see cheerble is now advertising a new version of the ball, felt like I missed out on a new improved design but was eager to see what the wicked ball W1 still had to offer. The ball showed up two weeks after and both my pet and I were excited. I got it out of the packaging read the manual and gave it to my French bull dog eager to play. She immediately took to it and could tell she was obsessed. This seemed all too good to be true. And it was…. In less than ten minutes our Frenchie had managed to get the clear plastic ring from the centre apart from the shell and dismantle the shell….maybe I should have got a replacement one but don't believe I should have to pay $10 to give my dog 10minutes of play… That is not sustainable living… Not for us anyways… Perhaps the new design is more durable but after spending $60+ for a ball after tax and shipping that couldn't withstand a 25lb pup I'm not to eager to dish it out again…. This ball was amazing at first. First day I used it my frenchie was obsessed however 10 mins in, I notice a piece was already broken off. Customer support was super nice and sent me a new shell with no problem, however when it arrived and I went to use it again, the shell wouldnât close fully so it wouldnât work. Like it was always lose fitting and after 10 seconds of playing, the shell was fully open. I got the shell to my apartment at school so by the time I was able to give it to my dog was about a month after I had received it so I never put in another request for a new one as I had no way to prove that it didnât work since day 1. have a young Golden Retriever who would retrieve balls and frisbees all day long if my arm could take it. Bought the 26M Chuck-It and love it! I can throw the ball a lot farther and for more throws, so he gets more exercise. Love that I no longer need to bend over to pick up the ball or have to touch a slimy, sandy, filthy ball! Donât waste your money on cheaper knockoffs especially if you value your arm muscles! The real thing costs much more but there is no comparison. This one really works well. Very happy with it. Highly recommended. The ball that comes with it is hopeless if you have a Staffy or dog with powerful jaws. Lasted about 3 retrieves before my girl popped it. My Chihuahua really put this to the test! He is very destructive and has torn up many of his toys. After many hours of intense chewing this toy is still intact. It has a very loud squeak and the he loves the sound now. At first it startled him a little bit but now it thrills him. He loves to play fetch with it and it isn't hard enough to hurt him if it accidentally bounces on him. It is an all around great toy. The small size is just right for my small Chihuahua. The Hartz Bug Eyes toy is really cute. I received a yellow duck. My dog isn't used to toys that aren't stuffed animals, but she played with this duck okay. She is only 6 pounds, so she didn't have the bite necessary to make his eyes bug out, but she most certainly had the bite necessary to make it scream. đ It has a very loud squeal that she loved to hear over and over. đ The only issue I had with the Hartz Bug Eyes was the fact that I pulled the plastic tags out instead of cutting them, and they pulled the stuffing out through the holes. It is totally my fault, but just so everyone else knows, *cut* the plastic tags. I will attach a photo of the mess I made due to pulling the tags. My 7 month old Great Dane puppy loves these. He is obsessed with the squeaky noise they make. I ordered some years ago and none of my dogs cared to play with them. Our pup found all of the old ones, they were in rough shape from being outside and in the sun for years. I finally had to throw out the old ones. He is very happy to have new ones. I just received this in the mail today and I'm in LOVE! It's so cute and I love that my boy, Jack, can get multiple little toys out of it as he inevitably tears through the layers. The one thing I will say is that the little black spikes are foam and easily are ripped off, which Jack immediately did of course. I caught him quickly but he definitely ate a couple, whoops. Machine is constantly noisy which my dog does not like. It does not launch the balls very far at all (not even half the length of my yard). The sound it makes before launching a ball which is supposed to be the warning is lower than the sound the machine constantly makes. No timer which would help (just a slow to fast turn dial that doesn't make a huge difference).
My dogs favorite game is fetch and with this he refuses to even get close to the machine and play.Cyber Privacy
