I have been using Resources Incontinence for my 18 month old Pointer/German Shorthaired Pointer female dog, Strider, for ~3 months now. Strider was spayed early in life and I believe this is why she has an incontinence problem. Since Strider has been on this treatment, she has only had an accident once when she first started treatment, and I think, in part, it was because she was under a lot of stress. (I notice when under stress, she does not have as much control over her bladder). The directions state to give her 2 tablets twice daily for her weight, but I have been giving Strider 1 tablet in the evening and she has been doing very well (no leaks/voiding of bladder). However, she has not been under a lot of stress lately. We'll see at Christmas time when I expect the stress will pick up for her. Before her treatment with Resources, she had been dribbling or voiding her bladder about once per day and many times a lot more than this. I have not seen any side effects so far and it is a good value since I am only giving her 1/4 the recommended dose with good results. If it still works this well after the Christmas stress, I would rate this product with 5 paw prints! ( I actually rate it now with 4.5 paw prints!) Also, Strider did not like the taste of the tablets, but if I lick the tablets (put my saliva/scent on the tablet), she will eat them without problems. She thinks anything that I eat must be good and it entices her to eat it if she thinks I have been eating it. Or, I can place a little grease on her tablet and she will eat it easily.Strider's mom

My 12 year old Yorkie suddenly starting losing the contents of her bladder during the night. The vet suggested checking for a UTI. I did some research and found that not only would that be expensive and require a course of antibiotics, many people found that the dog's UTI would come right back after they were done. Since she wasn't in pain when urinating and there was no sign of blood, I thought I would try apple cider vinegar first which evidently works very well. It didn't help so next I tried Tinkle Tonic which did help, but not completely. I called the company which makes it and they suggested using the Tinkle Tonic concurrently with the Leaks No More. Voila, no more leaking! When the TT was finished, I just kept using the Leaks No More and it worked fine by itself. Two caveats, you have to keep giving it every day and by itself. I took my aging terrier off prescription bladder control and switched to this product a little over a week ago. I did not do this gradually. So far, so good. My dog has not had any accidents in the house and seems to have as strong a bladder as with the prescription med. Label said good quality and taste they might be but to tell the truth, I will probably never know cause my dogs spit them out. I've tried to sneak pills in hot dogs, works sometimes most times if they find them dogs turn their noses up and walk away. No its like everything else I have tried does not work I can't even get my cats to get it down. My 20 y.o. senior cat has had upper respiratory issues since he was 1 year old, but had gotten so chronic and so bad that he has literally had a stuffy nose and sneezing for an entire year straight. I've learned, if you have a dog that takes meds during the day, give this product at night. If you dog takes meds at night, give this in the morning. I adopted an older girl from our local shelter. From what we could tell, she had been on the streets for a long time, but seemed healthy. My 15 year old female pitbull started leaking a few year back. She would soil her bed on a daily. I did sooooo much laundry. My dog has been having accidents at home for too long. We chalked it up to separation anxiety. I know they say dogs don't have the mental capacity to be spiteful. But my dog made me question that REPEATEDLY. We still cage her whe we leave the house especially for extended periods of time (4+ hours). But for short trips out if we forget we come home to dry carpets. The only thing is the 1st day I gave them to her she drank a ton of water and asked to go out 5 times in 2 hours. So after seeing that I only have them to her when I was gonna be home and attentive the next few hours (not too busy to notice). It only last a few days. My dog is a senior pit lab mix. 11 yrs old, she has developed allergies poor girl. The vet okayed allergy pills. Now me and my dog take the same pills, weird as it sounds. She is not a fan of her allergy pills so I pop one in her mouth as far back as I can get it and give her 2 of the pet parents cranberry chews. We have a poodle who started having incontinence issues at age 2, mostly while resting. We decided to try cranberry supplements rather than a prescription. The first ones we used worked great and solved the issue. Our girl weighs about 35 pounds and takes two every day. We decided to try this brand, as it was significantly less expensive, and it has been completely satisfactory, works as well as original brand we tried. I will say after about first jar of cranberry treats (prior brand), my dog seemed to get the idea that these "treats" actually served a purpose and so of course declined to eat them any more– this is not related to the brand, she's the same with many things. I just put them in her food and she eats them fine with her meal. I don't think it has anything to do with taste or brand– she'd do the same with anything I actually wanted her to eat. It's very easy to drop them in her meal, cover up with some food, and she eats them without even noticing. I have been using Resources Incontinence for my 18 month old Pointer/German Shorthaired Pointer female dog, Strider, for ~3 months now. Strider was spayed early in life and I believe this is why she has an incontinence problem. Since Strider has been on this treatment, she has only had an accident once when she first started treatment, and I think, in part, it was because she was under a lot of stress. (I notice when under stress, she does not have as much control over her bladder). The directions state to give her 2 tablets twice daily for her weight, but I have been giving Strider 1 tablet in the evening and she has been doing very well (no leaks/voiding of bladder). However, she has not been under a lot of stress lately. We'll see at Christmas time when I expect the stress will pick up for her. Before her treatment with Resources, she had been dribbling or voiding her bladder about once per day and many times a lot more than this. I have not seen any side effects so far and it is a good value since I am only giving her 1/4 the recommended dose with good results. If it still works this well after the Christmas stress, I would rate this product with 5 paw prints! ( I actually rate it now with 4.5 paw prints!) Also, Strider did not like the taste of the tablets, but if I lick the tablets (put my saliva/scent on the tablet), she will eat them without problems. She thinks anything that I eat must be good and it entices her to eat it if she thinks I have been eating it. Or, I can place a little grease on her tablet and she will eat it easily.Strider's mom
First, my dog does not take meds well – she finds a way to spit them out and it's always a process to disguise it. She GOBBLES these up…she even chews them! Second, she has been on Proin for over a year for spay incontinence but it has come at a cost…lethargy, weight gain… I can't speak to the weight as it's too soon in her taking this, but in just a few days of switching to this supplement she has not had any accidents and her energy is back! My 14.5 year old female Yorkie has had some problems with excessive thirst, frequent urination and incontinence. This formula absolutely cleared up her incontinence within 2 weeks. Our Terrier/Poodle/Chihuahua Mix is 16 years old. She was having bladder control problems when she slept too long in one place. I found NaturVet Bladder Support at Wal-Mart and tried it. I have a three year old Labradoodle that leaks when she lays down to rest. It's called urinary sphincter hypotonus in dogs. Vet put her on a medication. It works great it's stopped completely however it's a diet pill and my dog stopped eating. After speaking with a friend of mine she suggested female incontinence and Abby has been on it for a month. My 14-1/2 year old, 62 lb, Border Collie mix has had incontinence issues for the past 4 weeks. After taking her to the vet, they found a UTI. We got her on antibiotics right away, and she felt better after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the accidents continued. We started her on Proin, and she not longer piddles in her sleep at night, but will sometimes drip throughout the house as she walks … Still, I see 90% improvement! Sadie is getting older and started having bladder problems while she was sleeping. Our veterinarian prescribed Proin to help with the problem. We started with one 50mg pill twice a day at meal time and while it fixed the bladder problem it changed her attitude making her anxious. So the veterinarian said go to half a pill, twice a day. We did but continued to have the same side effects. So we went to 1/4 of a pill twice a day at meal time and are having good success. Her good attitude is back and her bladder problems seem fixed. No more wet spots on the floor and no more wet tail. The veterinarian says we may need to increase the dosage later as she gets older but the problem is fixed for now. Our Great Dane has had incontinence for a few years, and from the experience we had with Proin previously for our past dogs, we knew it would work for her as well. However, setting the proper amount for her size and finding a maintainable dosage took a little time and experimentation. She always seemed timid and skittish when she would leak, and she definitely did not want to lie back down in a wet bed. Since we found the proper maintenance dosage, she has been very happy ever since, and we no longer have to see the sad puppy eyes from a big old Great Dane! For starters: I purchased the LifeGold, Old Friend, DetoxGold, and Spark. My little girl is 13 years young. About a month ago my baby girl Littles was told she had to be taken home and put on “Hospice”. My cat is only 2 and a half and he has been suffering from urinary tract infections/crystals for the past year, which is not as common for male cats. My little Gigi, a Maltese/Silky Terrier mix, turned 13 a couple of months ago. Two weeks ago she suddenly stopped eating and was losing weight rapidly. She was also having trouble swallowing. We went to the vet – bloodwork showed normal except for very elevated white blood cells indicating an infection. The vet also found what felt like a tumor on her thyroid. She was given a shot of antibiotics and sub q fluids, but I was told it was the beginning of the end. I chose not to have the tumor aspirated to find cancer cells as I didn't want to increase her stress. I made the decision that I would not put her through surgeries or heavy treatments at her age; my intention was to try to give her the best quality of life possible and let her go when she was ready. I took Gigi home and started researching. I found Life Gold and read all the reviews, then ordered it with my fingers crossed that what I was reading was authentic. I also got Turkey Tail and Agaricus Blazie mushrooms, both known for their cancer-fighting properties. I purchased them separately, as the "kit" that includes a mushroom mix was too expensive for me at the time, but I will likely purchase it later. I started her on everything within two days of her diagnosis. The first few days I was able to get more food into her – she gained a little weight, but was pretty zonked from the powerful antibiotics. Gigi seems to feel better every day and is returning to her old self, but I know that each day is a gift and that things could change quickly at her age.
