Sending this back. Was excited to see my dog play with this. I knew by reading some reviews that I would need to teach her how to drop the balls in the machine. It work great for the first few minutes , then it stopped working. I unplugged it and waited thinking maybe it needed to reset but no. So I waited the next morning, tried it again and it worked but after a few minutes stopped again. So I’m returning it. But hope to find another type maybe just a gravity flow one.edty

I think the our little dog is training my partner. They are both having lots of fun. She is no longer bored and is so much fitter and happier. The deal at the moment is she will drop the ball for him to put in the machine, she wants him involved. The noise build up before firing is so exciting for her and she has it down to the millisecond. Bought this for my too poodle and he absolutely loves it. Hours of fun and exercise, just drop the ball in the top and it launches it and off he goes. Trying to train him to drop the ball in himself. I have a six-year-old golden retriever who has shown signs of anxiety and even depression throughout her lifetime. I assumed these things might get better as she got older. We have been giving this to our rescued 9 year-old, 13 lb. cat since March of this year. He has a condition called Hyperesthesia, which causes terrible rippling of his back and according to the vet, feels like needles sticking into the skin. He was getting a monthly shots of Naloxone to keep it under control. Those visits were quite expensive and caused more stress to the cat. Due to an emergency that arose, we went to another wonderful vet. She noticed the rippling and suggested we might try Soloquin. We gave him 1 each day for 2 days and the rippling ceased completely. It has been amazing! They are soft and we break them up and mix them into his canned food. We were told to keep giving him 1/2 daily and he has been nearly symptom-free. We only notice slight rippling when he feels extremely stressed (fireworks on July 4th or small children visitors). I have used Solliquin ever since it first came out for my cat who is absolutely buckwild. He just takes it as needed, particularly when the landscapers come by because that is a high stress event for him. Now that we have a dog, I give it to her to help with anxiety at day care, the vet’s office, during thunderstorms, or any other time she may get a little stressed out. If your pet is just anxious all the time, it will probably work best if you give it daily as directed to keep it at a consistent level in their system and it can take a few weeks to build up to a therapeutic level in their system.Nancy

I was even able to relocate the door panel to another point in the fence to work better for my needs. Love these kits. I have the small kit that I keep in my truck at all times and then a larger kit that I always have with me when on big hikes as well as in my off-grid camping trailer. With 3 dogs, all of which have health issues (and are magnets for trouble) this is a must. The only thing I wish was different was I wish these bags were insulated and a little bigger to leave space for meds that you may need/want to add for your specific pup. I have to carry some meds for all three of my monsters and in the summer it gets crazy hot. Having insulation to keep them more temperature-controlled would be a nice addition.FifinellaCA

Nice kit to have when I take my dog on hikes with me. But…. discovered that the hydrogen peroxide packet leaked and ruined everything else in the kit. The leak proof bag kept everything inside safe from the elements but not from itself! Will replace some of the contents but not the peroxide. Very disappointing.Paul

I received this product a couple of weeks ago and it has came in handy for our camping gear. I have three adventurous dogs who love the outdoors. I have had to rig up bandages and gear for them but this is so much better. Each product in this kit is well thought out for what you may need for a camping or hiking trip with your dogs. I may not need all of it at once but it gives me peace of mind knowing that it is right there at the ready if I do need it. Each product seems durable which is necessary with these type of items. The bag also comes in handy to store everything and keep it in a safe place that is also easily accessible. It is pretty light and has handles which makes it nice for clipping on to my dogs hiking vest. I am also pleased with the first aid handbook because sometimes I am not sure what to do in certain instances. I feed my dog with natural food like rice, meat and vegetables. Of course it’s hard to keep the balanced diet that way and count the nutrients. That’s why I add these vitamins to my dogs food. My dog ate this willingly only twice. I've even dipped it meat juice & he will not eat it. If I crush it in his food he rejects the whole bowl. He is not picky at all. so these must taste pretty bad. They are very dry. no idea if they work or not, can't see results if he won't eat them. I can assume the ingredients are medicinal. I can't speak to quality, put if your pet won't eat it- there's the answer the quality doesn't matter. They would be easy to use if your pet likes them.iHerb Customer

My Queensland Heeler, Xena, wore her first Zisc out! I bought a glow in the dark one, but never played at night. When she wore the other one out, I bought an orange one and a blue one, so they would show up. The glow in the dark one turned kind of brown in the dirt and got lost lots of times. We live on acreage. Anyway, thank you for a great product. It's durable enough for her and the size is perfect. If she picks it up from the ground, she paws at it and folds it in half like a taco and brings it to me! When she wears out these two, I will certainly buy another two!Darlene B.

I first saw this product at the dog park and was interested in finding a frisbee for my blue healer that would NOT cause friction like the "soft bite floppy disc" we have been using. This friction cause by the nylon weave files her cannine teeth and because she loves frisbee so much we play 5 to 7 days a week for excercise. I have taught over 300 plus dogs over the past few years frisbee with this "soft bite" mentioned above and figured when I saw this frisbee by called Zisc by West Paw Design…I thought it would do well since the guy who was tossing it to his dog let me try it….It does fly well…but, because of its heavy weight and square edge….the dogs have a very very low percentage of catches because this Zisc "bounces" right out of their mouth upon impact during the catch…unless the dog catches it with the perfect angle…speed…etc. My dog is an AMAZING athlete and can catch the "soft bite" nylon fabric frisbee no matter how it is throw…she even flips backwards if the wind catches it and take it back….but, with the Zisc if the wind catches it and takes it back then the Zisc drops like a heavy anvil and hits the dogs mouth with too much force. Also, due to its design it is difficult for the dog to pick up on firm surfaces. This frisbee lost its luster within 20 minutes my dog did not want to play with it. I tried again the next day and the same thing happened my dog made several attempts to catch it and due to the low percentage of successful catches…she would drop the Zisc and walk away from it….which is absolutely unheard of with my blue healer…this dog will play and retrieve until my arm wears out. My dog and I tried the KONG one finally after having problem with the Zisc….the Kong one is shaped better…fly's better….at she is able to catch it without it bouncing out of her mouth….KONG offers a smaller thinner version for puppies which is the one she seems to like the best…it is lighter and more supple and she is back to making dramatic aerial catches again. Maybe it is due to the fact that she has a smaller mouth then a lab or a golden and maybe this Zisc works better with a bigger dog with a larger more powerful mouth….my healer is only 45 lbs…so that is something to consider. I noticed personally throwing the Zisc that the outer edge bends too much during my throw and when the dogs siliva gets on it…it tends to slip out. I thing the material it is made out of is only "semi" durable because I bought one of the balls too and my other dog…Aussie Sheperd took little chunks out of it within 10 minutes of playing and chewing on it. I have NO AFFILIATION with KONG…but, I find their material to be way more durable, but only in that snowman shape original toys…..that's my opinion and my experience…good luck finding the right toy for your dog. My lab fell in love with this frisbee! It flies super well even in harsh winters. She goes crazy just at the sight of it and would fetch that thing as many times as I can throw it. She loves to fold it in half and run around with what I call "big lips" or shake it around and teach it who's boss. I believe the squeaky texture of the rubber is what does it, like a good french poutine, the secret is the squeaky cheese curds. After about 6 – 7 months of daily play (maybe half hour to an hour) she does manage to break through the centre and over the course of a week she will end up ripping the centre apart. This does affect the flight capabilities but she seems oblivious to its degraded state and runs around wearing it like a crown or a horse bit. I decided to try the Love it Guarantee but being in Canada this usually means some strings attached. Sent in my claim and within a couple weeks I got a new frisbee in the mail, no duty fees nothing. Great work West Paw! I had gone out and bought a new one in the mean time (the $25 – $30 is well worth the months of play my lab gets out of it) but then lost that in one of the massive snow falls we had (wish I had the glow in the dark ones but can't find them in stock anywhere!) so I went out and bought another! So now I have 2 and with any luck once the snow melts I'll find that third one if no one gets to it first! I also have the Hurly and a Tizzy which I love to fill with peanut butter and ground up kibble and stick it in the freezer and then let her lick and chew for an hour or so (especially with the closed/locked tentacles). And for Xmas we gave her bestie who is 50% her size the small frisbee so they can chase their own. Her bestie is a ball hound but balls are horrible in winter as they disappear easily in the snow, but she has been super attached the frisbee since she got it too. I received a variety pack of 3 different flavors for my chihuahua to try out and see how well she liked it! Thenpre packaged portions was perfect for her and was given one package a day along with her hard food and she was always asking for more! My little lady weighs 11lbs and she is will nibble on food all day along except when I would put a plate down with the PURINA BENEFUL INCREDIBITES 12-COUNT SMALL WET DOG food then she would finish the whole dish!!! I personally liked the differeflavor options for her because she was able to have a different flavor each day! There was no issues with any upset tummy or excessive gas like she has had with other soft food brands in the past. I bought the small toppls and my two cavaliers love them. I've used it at dinner time with soft foods and some chopped up pieces of prime100 and it kept them busy for a good 7-ish minutes (which is much longer than the few seconds it usually takes them to practically inhale their food). I love that it can be used with kibble as well as a treat dispenser (although you need to buy two different sized ones to do this). Overall very impressed, but I would recommend waiting until they're on sale to buy.smp

These are amazing. We're in the process of diagnosing some GI issues with our 8 month puppy, and she's on a very limited diet and can't have any treats, chews or bones. It's a terrible age to not be able to give anything but prescription food. She can't be trusted with soft toys or rope toys, and has no interest in kongs or other rubber things. These are perfect for keeping her busy. We pack her kibble and some wet food in them and freeze them. They take her a good 30 minutes or more to finish, and she has yet to damage one. My 7 week old tri color bully has vomited in his third day at our house, I googled and saw it said it’s normal for pups to do this sometimes, no worries. Two days later early morning(6:50am EST) he vomited then about 10 minutes later he pooped out about 8 long worms, found they were Roundworms. I immediately went to Meijer and grabbed two boxes of this 7 Way De-Wormer for Small Dogs and gave him a tablet which he happily chomped down. He passed loads of dead worms in each stool that day(like twice). The next morning his belly wasn’t bloated anymore but he wouldn’t eat much but drank water. By the evening he was felling great and back running through the house, he passed about 3-4 live worms in 2 of his 3 stools that day, the third stool had no worms! On the third day there were no more worms in his stool but I gave him the other tablet because I saw a very good vet recommend one deworming tablet day one, a second on day three then again in two weeks. It’s day 6 and he’s been worm free for going on 3 days! I went and stocked up on puppy and Dog dewormers today because all the stores are sold out and Meijer had just set out a bunch.BattleScars&BeautyMarks

It says not to use til 12 weeks on the box, however if your pup is over 6 lbs then I think its okay to use. My little girl is a pit and catahoula mix and shes only about 7-8 weeks old and she handled the dewormer very well. She passed a HUGE tapeworm 🤢 we decided to deworm her due to tape worm segments being passed every so often which is absolutely gross. It took a little over 24 hours for her to pass everything. This is the single most effective and affordable dewormer for dogs. I will recommend this dewormer to everyone and use it for any puppies that I have in the future. Liquid dewormer from the feed store has NOTHING on this stuff and my puppy wanted to eat more of the tablet so I guess it was good. Seriously, get this for your pet you will not regret it.Sara

These worked right away for my 12 pound 1 year old dog. It took overnight to see the results. I snuck it into a chewy treat before bedtime and he didn’t notice it at all since they are super small. After receiving only 1 of the 2 pills (give second pill 2-3 months later for lasting results), he didn’t have anymore worms coming out of his poop and randomly out of his butt. He was constipated for about two weeks to a month and I don’t know if it had anything to do with the worms or the pill but he’s never had that issue before. It was a pretty quick fix by switching out his food temporarily for soft/watery food. Do not think twice about getting it for them as it is life threatening to wait too long for a vet visit. Our boy cat Steven is mean to our other cats. He’ll stalk them and when they aren’t expecting it, he’ll attack them from behind, digging into their skin in their backsides with his claws and teeth. Occasionally Steven also walks around the house meowing incessantly. We really hoped this collar would help. Out of the package, it smells a little like lavender so I was pleased that the scent wasn’t obnoxious. I put it on Steven, who weighs around 14 pounds. The collar was too big but I was able to easily cut off about 3 inches so it would fit. I made the size so it was snug but so I could fit two fingers between his neck and the collar. After 5 days the collar disappeared. Steven is an indoor cat so it’s a mystery where it went. His regular collar stayed on though. During the five days he was able to wear it, I didn’t note any change in his annoying behaviors. Overall this collar was a bust.Kengreen51

So, I got this collar for my cat. I thought it would help calm. He gets excited when someone comes home after he has been home all day alone, which is understandable. I really wanted it to work. The description sounded very encouraging. Well, it didn’t work for my cat. To be fair, part of the reason it didn’t work was because my cat couldn’t stand the collar on him. It wouldn’t stop messing with it and trying to get it off of him. I left it on for about 5-7 minutes. If cats could talk, I think my cat would have said those were the longest 5-7 minutes ever. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I can’t really say one way or the other. Based on my experience, don’t get the collar of your cat isn’t used to collars. It did not calm my down at all. If a cat is used to collars, it might be just the thing. Any way, that’s why I gave it 3 stars.Julie99

I wasn't sure what to do about traveling with my 2 year old cat. I travel to my mom's to spend time with her and have always brought my cat with me. When she was young it wasn't a problem but lately she has gotten more and more terrified of the whole process. I decided to give the Sentry Calming Collar a try before I contacted a vet. It worked wonderfully! I was able to put it on her the morning we were leaving so she would get used to having it around her neck. Once she got used to it I was able to get her loaded up in her carrier and get her into the car without her usual screaming. These diffusers are effective but theyre not something you plug in and witness instant behavior improvement. Sometimes dogs will adjust after being exposed to the pheromones after a few days, in our case it was weeks, so patience is required. Even then, the change in our two anxious basset hounds was subtle but noticeable. I see the difference in their anxiety if I dont replace the diffuser immediately. It is definitely worth a try, just dont expect an overnight miracle.919malcolm919

We have a very anxious dog. The vet suggested we try this pheromone diffuser to help her feel better. It releases the pheromones of nursing mother dogs which is supposed to be very soothing. I think it does work! She seems calmer does not seem to startle as much. In fact, she slept through the fireworks on the 4th. It has no scent to humans, so you won’t even detect it’s plugged in. We started using this product as part of an anxiety reduction training for our dog as recommended by a behavior specialist veterinarian.
