I have a pretty big cat, she is about 12 pounds. She fits in the crate comfortably and could stand and turn around with ease. I don't think it is big enough to bring an animal on a plane, but I am not sure. This crate is better for short trips to the vet and such. You can easily unzip the side door and take the cat out, unlike a hard crate, which makes life a lot easier if your cat is skiddish when travelling. Took my 18lb dog on a flight in this carrier. First flight I removed the the entire bottom with the guide pole. Big mistake. The velcro on the bottom of the carrier stuck to the airplane carpet so hard to move carrier under the seat. My bad! Next flight I simply removed the wheels and left the solid bottom on the carrier and it went under the seat just fine. Very stable even when the dog moved around a bit, and easy to pull along. This is a reassuringly robust harness. Looking at the size guide, the guidance on harness size for weight of dog shows a large overlap between small and medium. We bought the medium harness. It fitted but the underneath pad came right up to our dogs chin when she was lying down in the car, making it uncomfortable. We decided to buy the small harness to use until the dog fits into the medium one. This is MUCH smaller than the medium harness. It barely fits our dog. The part with the wheels is attached to the carrier with velcro strips and two flaps that also velcro together so it can be removed easily. After being unable to go out due to dragging, bleeding back paws bought some boots then the swaying about crossed leg and bouncing like a kangaroo was so bad we decided to go for it! She is a very awkward German Shepherd who’s never liked being brushed at the back end let alone having boots fitted so didn’t expect her to take to this ‘machine’ easily! How wrong we were!! The worst part for her was setting the adjustment up as she can’t stand up for long but we got there, it was almost as though she knew we were trying to help, we took her out for very short walks to make sure it was well adjusted but from the very first walk she loved it and was off…no looking back. A great piece of kit that goes up and down kerbs with no problem and of course her favourite…THE BEACH!!Ken C.
My dog decided to backup several times on her walk today. The walker wheels forced her backwards until she had almost fallen over and the rear frame hit the ground. Her back leg was cut in a couple of places because the rear frame pressed against her legs when she fell backwards and put all her weight on the frame. When I tried to remove the brackets on the back of the walker, the screws were so tight and the Phillips head screws were partly stripped from whoever installed them. Had to use an impact driver which was barely able to remove the screws so the brackets wouldn't cut her legs if she falls backwards again. Either that or one of the side frames would have had to be replaced. There is no reason such small screws should ever be so over tightened. Fortunately, I was able to remove the dangerous brackets. We need a foam rubber tube over the back of the frame to reduce leg injuries on the sharp frame edges or else a brace added to prevent the walker from tipping backwards. There is no way a dog can get up when the walker tips backwards. She might have broken a leg because of this design flaw. I ended up adjusting the wheels backwards more but who knows if that will prevent her from falling backwards. It might just make the situation worse if she tips over on the back frame again. This is a nice product with a few frustrating issues. The push pin they use is the first item. I love the fact they made parts adjustable. It is terrible though that the push pin design is so flimsy and it turns inside the tube 95% of the time you are trying to make an adjustment. Not easy on the dog you are trying to adjust to or your back. Having to pull the whole thing apart to adjust the pin back in place is irritating. Next, the straps in the back (to secure up the belly at the legs) didn't seem the same quality as the harness. The straps in the back are thinner and already have snags. This happened day 2. This is the only company that makes these large, strong, well made, and easy to put on dog harnesses in large sizes. My dog wears an XXL. I only buy this kind, and brand. He is 5 years old now, and this is his fourth harness. The first two harnesses he out grew, and the last he just wore out. These last a good log time. This harness is soft and padded. My dog seems real comfortable in it. I used the measurement guide provided in the listing, ordered by his girth /chest measurement and it fits him well. He is a medium size dog, weighs about 35 lbs, and he needed an XL in this harness. Nothing but good things to say about this pet carrier. It's adorable. In fact, I'm tempted to use it myself as an overnight bag – HA! It is nice and roomy enough for two small cats, one adult cat or even a small dog. I just added a little blanket on the bottom to make it a little more comfy. The front zips so you can place your pet in. Then you can carry it by the handle, or if your furry friend is a little chonky, you can pull up the handle and use the wheels to pull. This is a GREAT feature for somebody older who might find carrying it a little difficult. There is a zippered compartment on the inside of it and two open pouches on the side that would fit a water bottle or something like that. I love the camo color. This gets an A+ in my book. My cat Monte might have a different opinion, but in the photo you can see him giving it the once over 🙂DB

I received this wheelchair for my dog, surprisingly only a couple of days after I ordered it and on a Sunday no less. I found all the pieces , none were missing and the product indeed looked new, not refurbished. It took me two hours to put this together, adjusting and readjusting and figuring out where to put the shafts of the cart into the harness. Very frustrating. I've put harness' thousands of times on harness racing horses and have never seen a harness like this. I finally figured it out with the help of a man who bought one and had had the same problem. By the.third walk she is thrilled with it, tail wagging and a happy look to her face. She actually wanted to go on a longer walk than the ten minutes, twice a day, indoctrination period, but I decided against it, not wanting to over due. My next step is getting her to put her legs in the hanging straps. She doesn't want to do that at all and stretches the slings down to the ground so she can try and walk with her hind legs. If any of you have any tips, I'd be happy to listen. Bottom line, good quality, lightweight and worth the money.mhami46
We have a 15-year-old husky, and having had a prolapsed disc in his neck 2-years ago, he was left with some hind leg weakness. As he's aged, he struggles to walk very far, so the time came when we thought a cart would help him go further, as mentally he is still really active and wants to do things. I checked reviews on a number of carts, and for the price, this looked and came up best. I saw a seller refurbished one (large), bought it, and it was delivered within 2-days. The cart is very well made – super-impressed for the price. Fairly easy to put together, and it has a comprehensive manual with it. I estimated most of the initial length/height for out lad, put him i it, made a couple of adjustments, and we took him for a trial run yesterday. Initially, we though the sports harness looked a bit evil, but it actually supports them very well and our lad showed no signs of discomfort. He can also be a bit panicky, but once he was in and attached, he just walked off! After the initial trial, I noted it needed to be slightly higher on his back end, so raised it an inch, which is also easy to do. The wheels/tyres are brill! Proper tyres, and not cheap plastic ones, which has to help in different terrain/uneven surface. A few people mentioned it tipping, but I cannot envisage thishappening with our boy, as he's not that fast, and it was bought more to allow him to walk further, as running/fast pace has sadly long gone for him. I could see it happening with a more active dog, however, so that's something to be aware of until they get used to it and how it works with their style of exercise. The first thing I had 2 do was fit and sew all adjustable straps on the front harness to prevent them from slipping. They just kept on coming undone. I also had 2 add additional clip, buckel on harness 4 easier application on the animal. Once I did this the one paw in and one paw out fight stopped. I found that all rubber caps come flying off of unit constantly and u r left with search and desire. With the Rubber caps missing on side arm bars and the front harness adjusted completely down onto the side bars u have trouble maintaining the side arm bars in the harness. Connectors attaching the rear straps to the rear harness bar pulls hair out of the animals tail. With rear leg straps on the animal defecates on themselves. Had 2 put socks on animal and let him drag feet. New problem rear harness has starting to rub animal. Use extream caution product is light weight and will turn over easily. My animal only needed some assistance but once he turned this unit over he lost all mobility in his back legs and I just turned my head 4 a sec. The product is highly priced being that its made of aluminum and all parts bend easily. Now that I have gotten some of the adjustments worked out on this product it is easier on me and my animal.
