I got this product before I brought my Yorkie pup home. I would recommend this toy for a smaller dog or one who is not a powerful chewer. I know this is not intended to be a chew toy, but realistically, if you have a medium or large dog, they usually have a tendency to chew any toy you put in front of them. I have an English Pointer mix who normally destroys any toy I give him unless I get it from BullyMake or BarkBox. Unfortunately, neither offer a toy that compares to this one in terms of entertainment for your dog. He absolutely loved this toy so it is a shame that he was able to bite chucks out of it within 20 minutes. I can't find the pieces that he took out of it so I'm waiting to see if he passes them. The rubber underneath means it grips on a lino floor which is a really good design feature. I do think it's a little pricey – 10 would be reasonable in my view. However for me the problem is it's too easy for my dog. When I first got it, I filled it with treats and gave it to my dog before sitting down to read the instructions. I hadn't even reached the bit that said to' start off with only one hidden treat, and let your dog see it before covering it up' , before my dog had already uncovered and worked out every single hiding place. With new balls, and a new machine, the product is exactly as advertised. After 10 minutes of fetch, the ball is too wet to throw as expected. The ball gets dirty, and the machine does too, creating a muddy internal process. The balls sent with the machine were subpar quality, and lasted about 25 throws a piece before they were starting to come apart. The machine doesn't adjust for ball sizes, so as a tennis ball wears down, the machine can't grab it, and forget about a tennis ball without it's hairy skin, they are too small by far. It's charging good, and working well if I keep putting new tennis balls in it, and run a towel through it, (although that's hard to do.) I suggest a manual adjustment be added to future products, to change the distance between the wheels that grab the ball. I think a tiny tweak on my machine would allow it to through hard rubber balls that wouldn't get nearly as dirty or wet, and keep the machine cleaner. Overall, I think the product is good, but is flawed in design. If there were just a few more capacities to make it work in the field and with different ball sizes, I think it's be a very strong product.Adam T.

This is a fantastic bowl, and I use it for everyday feeding to help my pup eat slower and use her brain. The food is harder to reach as the maze is quite tall, so probably best for non-brachy dogs. Easy clean and seems very resistant to post-dinner chewing. Excellent product!starletsqueakers

This is a great puzzle to start with to see if your pup is interested. It’s a simple one but is still engaging. This was a great introduction to the concept of puzzles for my dog. Both my dogs took to it quickly. I decided to try it out only for extra stimulation. One dog is an awfully fast eater so I eventually figured this would be a good “slow” feeder for her. She does not like working for her dinner haha. She’ll turn over a few bones and then walk away. I have to remind her to keep going but she does eventually finish. I thought it would shoot out the balls…all it does is when the ball is dropped at the top it rolls out of the bottom / one of the three places. Mostly rolls out just one. Thought it was pricey for what it is and does. I purchased it a couple of months ago, as the family was getting two SpringerDoodles. I just opened it yesterday / 11/01/2016. We had been thinking about doing an agility course with our dog for some time now, as Huskies are super-intelligent and easily bored and we thought it would be good for him mentally & physically. We really like this set! We had no prior experience with agility training, and the first time we tried it outside, the dog would just go around the tunnel or hoop or whatever to get to the treats (again, because he may be smarter than us, LOL 😉 ) So we decided to start him out in an inside hallway instead—worked like a charm! The narrowness of the hallway does not allow for him to go around things, so he had to go through them. Now that he has the idea of what he’s supposed to do, he really seems to enjoy it. I really like the portability of the set so we can take it with us to different parks. It’s quick & easy to assemble. I was worried it might be hard to take apart when it came time to go home, but it comes apart just fine! The set is light enough so it’s not too heavy to carry, and sturdy enough so that it doesn’t tip over easily. Handled bags/cases make it easy to carry and easy to store (we slide ours under the bed.) This is a lot of fun and something new for us to do during the confines of Covid. Yes I recommend this set! 🙂ANNIE
ok so i got this for my 5 year old dog, i know he is not a pup but he is at the stage where he is very active and has tons of energy. everything comes in nice easy to carry and store bags. the tubes seem to be his favorite, i put his toy at the other end and took him to front and told him to go get his toy. it took a few tries, but he finally went thru the tube. now he loves it 🙂 i can get him to sit in the command box for threats. he doesnt seem to want to do the jump hoop and keeps knocking over the other course parts but i guess in time we will see. i am very pleased with this course and both my dog and i am having fun using it. it all came well packaged in shipping too.maggie
This is perhaps one of the top 3 best things my dog & I have ever done together. Truthfully, I was more than a little intimidated when I saw how big the box was when it was delivered & almost sent it back! I'm so glad I didn't!! Opening it I was encouraged by the neat packaging, each section has it's own zippered carrying case, which is so convenient! I could only imagine how confusing it would be if everything was all 7 sections of this set were mixed together! I was surprised and relieved at how easy AND interesting it is to construct. My dog & I ended up spending the better part of 3 hrs. having a great time! I couldn't believe the time when I glanced at my watch! We'll have some great quality times together with this, and to think I almost sent it back sight unseen!
