Suction is amazing and easy to operate … no need for push down on device to activate the suction … battery life is amazing . The weight of the broom and thickness of the handle give assurance. I bought this vacuum in 2018 when my 1st little one arrived. It was great at picking up the crumbs. We used this daily for 2-5 minute intervals around the dinner table. After about 1.5 years the batter on it died. It's not replaceable either which means the unit is junk. I contacted B&D to do a warranty claim and they sent me a "new" replacement. Well guess what's happened again after about 1.5 years of the same use… Battery is dead AGAIN! I tried contacting B&D again and was asked multiple questions about the unit lastly being the inscribed manufactured date on the bottom of the unit. It was from 2018, meaning 1.5 years ago when the 1st vacuum died, they gave me an old, and probably refurbished unit. This date meant that I could no longer receive any type of warranty work, even though when I received the vacuum it sure wasn't in 2018… I will not be purchasing a replacement at this point and will go out of my way to no recommend this product to other.JoeBazooka
This is my second purchase of this vacuum. This one is for my daughter as we are living with her temporarily and mine is in storage. We have an English Cocker Spaniel and her long hair can be a nightmare for normal cleaners however this B&D cleaner has absolutely no hair wrap on the beaters. Battery life is good ( a lot shorter if used on full speed) adequate for a three bedroom house. It is compatible with my cordless drill and impact driver so if it runs out I can use the battery from one of those. Recharge time is quite long, up to 7 hours, with the provided charger which is also a wall hanger. For the price it is an excellent cleaner and I would recommend.arnie123
I give it 5 out of 5 over all for suction power and the ability to clean out the whole canister in the garbage with just the push of a button. You can actually clean the whole canister and filter with with soap and water let it air dry. The filter is reusable and cleans out very well. It’s unbelievable what things this vacuum actually picks up. I love LED head light lamps on the front of the vacuum you can really see the dirt and hair when the lights are on and off! The real bonus about this vacuum is the cordless feature no cords to worry about. Turn it on and go! The only negative thing that really disappoints me is the battery power only last 5 to 10 mins if your lucky this is super frustrating. I actually end up buying a new Black Decker battery for $77 off of Amazon.ca. This battery last anywhere from 20 to 30 mins longer the vacuum runs like a dream now. I got this model of Bed, Bath and Beyond website. I love my new Wyze cordless vacuum. I have two fluffy cats (one of whom is a master at shedding copious amounts of fluffy hair) and before I purchased the Wyze, I was using a vacuum purchased in the 1990s! As that machine aged, it got so I had to get on my hands and knees to brush the carpet before I vacuumed and still there was noticeable dirt or fluff on the carpet after using it. That has all changed. The Wyze vacuum is lightweight and so easy to use but at the same time it is very powerful with 3 different levels of suction. Being a stick vacuum allows it to access further under heavy furniture or beds so clean ups are easier and don't take as much time. It also comes apart and may be used as a hand vacuum. It came with a nozzle for getting into crevices and a second attachment that may be used with or without a small brush for small jobs. Emptying the receptacle where the dust, hair, etc. accumulates is easy and I like that it uses a hepa filter. This was money very well spent!
I really wanted to love this vac Pros: – Excellent for floors; gets most corner and crevice dirt with just the brush head; even gets up dust well (5 stars for floor cleaning) – Decent suction on carpet @ med speed; doesn’t always feel like it’s picking up, but it is (don’t expect vacuum lines though) – Brush head is small enough for steps – Extremely lightweight – Came with a wall mount kit, crevice tool and a combo brush tool – Can stand on its own when positioned correctly, so no need to lay the vac down first to pick up something off the floor (I wouldn’t store it that way around kids or pets as it doesn’t “lock” in an upright position) Cons: – Battery life: decent on floors, so so when vacuuming large area rugs, and terrible on carpet @ med speed (@ turbo, the timer goes so fast, you feel like you’re disarming bombs in the movie Die Hard) – You need backup batteries to vacuum a small fully carpeted apartment or detail a car – Combo brush wouldn’t stay fully extended in brush mode – Takes too long to charge (total “minute man”) – Need to maneuver the control unit to make sure the brush head stays flat when vacuuming under beds – Even if the brush head can fit under furniture, you may not be able to vacuum under the item as the brush head may be stopped by how it’s designed (to connect to the stick) – Owner’s manual would be better if it gave tips and trips for usage to save battery life while cleaning Overall: My whole downstairs is hardwood, so I got this vac for my floors, carpeted steps, and car. It’s vacuums floors very well and you can do most of the cleaning with just the regular brush head. I only used the combo brush and crevice tool for small or awkward spaces for floors. For carpet, you need the crevice tool for baseboards. Note: the slightest bump makes the combo brush tool disengage from brush position, which gets extremely annoying. It doesn’t get under the furniture that I hoped it would due to the design of the brush head; it would be stopped. When vacuuming under something, you will need to maneuver the top to make sure the brush head stays flat (I had to lay on the floor while vacuuming under my bed to keep it in the right position). I wouldn’t use this on carpet when I’m deep cleaning my home; just for quick cleaning. It picks up well enough on carpet @ med speed, however turbo gives a deeper clean but you couldn’t get more than a large area rug done at that speed before the battery died. (see pic – it took around 11 mins to vacuum my avg sized main bdrm – including under the king sized bed – @ med speed (actually dropped to 32 mins but I had to turn it on to take pic and it actually lost 4 mins, due to turning off and on, in the 30 secs I took to position correctly for a couple of pics bc I took the first one upside down). This unit is perfect for dorm rooms, or small apartments with more way more hardwood than carpet. Outside of that, if you stick to using it on floors, you won’t be disappointed. For now, I’ll keep using my plug in stick vac for carpet and area rugs. Note: I didn’t try it on curtains or upholstery bc I was too frustrated with the combo brush tool collapsing.vbcrawford
1. A 2nd Battery should be Included with the intial purchase. High power suction is rarely USEFUL as it drains the Battery run-time MUCH TOO FAST to clean more than A VERY SMALL surface area. 2. The floor tool LEDs, are very "bright" to our eyes but only "Dimly & barely" light up more than even a few inches of floor. Those tool lights are placed too low, their lighting is too unfocused, and that also leaves the other tools with no lighting. Solution: 2a. Leave the LEDs ON the floor tool but also ADD a circular ring of LEDs to the main body of the vacuum. 2b. Use a lens to spot-focus ALL of the lights. Space them so the edges of each of their lighting areas slightly overlap. 2c. That would create high & low, mini-LED spotlights, with focused, overlapping lighting coverage, that is usable with every attachment & also more effective w/the floor tool. 3. Include a lights On/Off option. LEDs ARE efficient but, battery-run-time WILL be longer if the lights aren't needed & can be turned off. 3. Can that white filter be water rinsed & air dried? If not, Then, 3a. Publicize the cleaning steps necessary to re-clean it. 3b. Engineer a future, purchasable filter replacement that IS eithet water rinse-able & air dry-able OR, easily re-cleanable. (The following is a product Feature Request, for a future version of this vacuum. It is NOT a Criticism.) 4.Can future iterations/versions of this vacuum include 4a. additional internal sensors that would trigger the Wyze app to issue the following notifications via our (the customers) choice of Phone/Alexa/Google: 4b. "Replace Vacuum Battery!" (Rechargeable Battery capacity has dropped below "XY" Percent of Original 100% recharge capacity!) 4c. "Clean or Replace the White/HEPA Vacuum Filter!" (HEPA Filtration efficiency has dropped below HEPA standards!" If cleaning the filter eliminates this warmini-spotlights reducing avoidable waste. 5. Wyze has the opportunity to not only do good but, to also do well by, 5a. reducing their replacement item cost & enhancing their top line profit, thru the savings realized from 5b. Recycling ♻️ & Recovering ♻️ the reusuable parts of the returned batteries' chemicals via 5c. The returned HEPA filters' frames & paper coming back in thru the Mailers. Je trouve cet aspirateur efficace. Il accomplit le travail que l'on attend de lui. Il est robuste, a un beau design. J'aime beaucoup sa couleur rouge. J'apprécie également beaucoup l'éclairage au bout de la brosse. Aucune poussière ne lui échappe grâce à cet éclairage. Autre avantage : il ne faut pas maintenir la gâchette enfoncée lors de l'utilisation de l'aspirateur. Il suffit d'appuyer une fois dessus et d'appuyer une nouvelle fois pour l'éteindre. Je le trouve un peu lourd et je trouve que la mini-brosse électrique n'aspire pas bien du tout les poils de chats sur le canapé en velours. Les autres accessoires sont bien utiles, en particulier le suceur flexible XXL. Je recommanderai volontiers cet aspirateur à mon entourage. Son seul défaut est son poids. J’apprécie particulièrement la bonne tenue en main de cet aspirateur. Il n’est pas trop lourd, et est facilement manœuvrable. Sa brosse pivote bien et permet d’aller aspirer les endroits étroits. Ce qui est très pratique, ce sont les lampes au niveau de la brosse. Elles permettent de bien voir la poussière et d’éclairer les endroits sombres comme le dessous de l’escalier ou en dessous des meubles. La batterie a une autonomie moyenne de 45 minutes, selon le mode utilisé. Les petites brosses additionnelles permettent un usage varié de l’aspirateur comme par exemple sur un fauteuil ou aspirer les poils de chat sur un manteau. Le tuyau peut être retiré pour faire de l’aspirateur un aspirateur à mains pour ramasser des miettes sur la table. Le bac à poussière est pratique à enlever et nettoyer. The amount of vacuums some may go through over the years might only be a handful, though a lot of that really depends on your house, if you have pets, and so forth. Having a dog that even though is small, but loves to shed her hair faster than it feels like it grows back puts forth a need to replace the vacuum every year or two. So far in the week that I've had the Tineco, it's been great. It's suction and cleaning capability rivals that of other much more expensive units that I've used over the years. One of those was a model that we ended up having replaced twice in warranty and it failed a third but the manufacturer felt they weren't obligated to replace it despite it being a known faulty part. I certainly hope that this unit lasts some time though. There's some nice integration with an app. I do wish that you didn't have to fumble with the app on your phone and the Vacuum at the same time to make adjustments to things like the suction. By default though, on Auto, we found it to be too much and had to adjust the suction down by a fair bit. We've got very old carpet that's seen a lot of pets and a lot of traffic over the years so the Pure One was in essence trying too hard to clean. This is of course a good thing as you know there's always more potency should you need it. The app is pretty streamlined and connecting the Vacuum was pretty easy. I appreciate that they include a hanger/cradle for the unit to sit in, though I wish that the charger was separate from it and you could just plug it in. I was a little reluctant to use as the unit doesn't sit very snug and is loose in the cradle. It shouldn't fall out, but it is a concern. There's plenty of attachments and there's even and extra filter and a cleaning tool to clean the filter. I don't recall how long the filter is supposed to last, but I imagine with having a pet, I would say the longevity will take a hit. If you're needing a lightweight Vacuum but don't want to pay a fortune for one, give Tineco a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.Saitzev
This must be my third or fourth cordless stick vacuum but the first from Tineco. My other ones were from other brands and haven’t lasted that long. I’m really hoping this one works for several years cause I really like it. First, it has plenty of power. I was surprised just how much it was picking up, yet it didn’t sound like it was that powerful. That’s because in Auto mode it uses the “iLoop” smart dust sensor which is something I haven’t seen before. There is a ring around the display that will display red when the unit is picking up dust. If there’s a lot of red you’ll actually hear the unit compensate for the extra dirt/dust by increasing the suction power. This is ingenious and helps to provide max runtime by keeping the suction power low if there’s little or nothing to pick up. Mine came with two large power attachments and both have LED lights to help you see what you are picking up. I love vacuum cleaners with their own lighting. There’s one multipurpose and one hard floor sweeper. The multipurpose works on either carpet or hard tile (all I have in my house). The hard floor sweeper though is quieter and would be great for those with more delicate floor surfaces. There’s one smaller power attachment (without lights) that I used on my upholstered couch. There are two non-powered attachments: crevice and dusting which performed as expected. The dock is wall-mounted, so avoid if you can’t or don’t have space to mount it to a wall The dock can store the unit plus just three attachments. It also comes with a pre-filter cleaner which is another attachment where you put the dirty filter inside, turn on the vacuum and let it suck all the fine dust off of the filter. It comes with two filters so you can use one while cleaning the other. I typically use stick vacuums because we rarely clean the entire house at once. Usually do a room at a time when it needs it and it’s so convenient to just grab the stick off the wall. If you try to clean an entire house or anything other than maybe a small apartment you will find the battery run-time to not be adequate as well as dumping the bin after nearly every room. I’d say the only downside is I’ve had other cordless stick vacuums that came with two batteries, one that could stay charged on the dock. I really got used to this because it allows you to easily just swap batteries and keep on going. On the flip side I’ve had stick vacuums with non-removable batteries (and don’t offer extra for sale). I have used this Tineco cordless stick vacuum for about a week and it is overall pretty good. It is ideal for small quick jobs. Unless you have a small place, I would not recommend this as your main vacuum. The main reason I gave it 4 stars, was because of the battery life. If you select the auto setting, you will get a solid 40 minutes of juice, but if you change it to max, the battery life goes down drastically to 10 minutes. I have a good amount of stairs that are carpeted, and when I used max power, it was barely enough juice to complete them all. Other than this hangup, this vacuum is great. Out of the box, you will see plenty of accessories that it comes with. I primarily got this Tineco because I have a good size area of hardwood floors, rugs and carpet on my stairs. If there is a small area to treat in my other rooms that have carpet, then this Tineco will get the job done. The two attachments that I have primarily used is the extension for the hardwood floors (soft roller) and the attachment with the brush for carpet. The wall mount was easy to install in my garage next to a plug so I can easily recharge the battery, which will take a solid 3 hours. The vacuum has an led display that shows signals if a brush roller is tangled, or if an air channel is blocked, dust sensor malfunction and wifi signal. Another neat feature of this Tineco is the blue ring around the display which indicates to you if the area needs more cleaning. If the ring is blue, then the vacuum senses no more dirt, but if it is red, then you might want to give the area some more passes. I also love the led light that the main attachments have. It is great to have when you are vacuuming in areas where the light from the room doesn't come through. I also really liked how well this vacuum maneuvers around round corners. The last feature that I liked was the attachment that is used to clean the filter, how ingenious is this? Mijn algehele indruk na een paar weken in gebruik is zeer positief. De stofzuiger oogt een robuuste huishoud machine die tegen een stootje kan en alle stof en vuil te lijf gaat. We hadden hiervoor een stofzuiger met zak en waren er tevreden over maar deze stofzuiger geeft ons een nieuwe standaard van een schoon en stofvrij huis. Een stille maar krachtige machine en een hele goede zuigkracht. Voldoende accessoires waarmee je overal bij kan en iedere oppervlakte aan kan. Het enige wat misschien minder aan deze machine is , is dat je de losse onderdelen niet in of aan de machine kwijt kan maar dat is opgelost en eigenlijk meteen vergeten met een plastic bakje in de gangkast waar deze stofzuiger nu staat. De kattenharen op onze bank hebben geen schijn van kans om langer op de bank te blijven zitten en de vloer pakt hij heel goed op. Heel handig is de steel die in hoogte verstelbaar is en met je duim kan je de zuigkracht makkelijk stellen. O en als je de vloer aan het doen bent en je moet een stukje vensterbank mee pakken klik je de steel van de slang en schuif je met gemak het " stoffertje" van de zuigmond en maak je ondertussen dat ook schoon. Mijn eerste indruk is dus erg lovend van deze stofzuiger. Mijn vrouw is er ook erg over te spreken en door beiden , mijn vrouw 158cm en ik zelf 184cm , erg handig om de stofzuiger in een goede rechtopstaande houding te gebruiken. De lengte van het snoer is ook ruim voldoende om er ook mee de trap op of af te stofzuigen en binnen een klik-uitschuif-legenindeprullenbak-inschuif-klik is de zakloze opvang bak geleegd. Kan eigenlijk niet wachten tot ik een vrije dag heb en mag ik hem weer gebruiken, tot die tijd gebruikt helaas mijn vrouw hem met veel plezier, stofzuigen is opeens leuk geworden en een makkie.Vincent
Hat 3 Leistungsstufen – 1 ist wirklich leise und saugt trotzdem noch gut, aber doch rel schwach. 2 reicht für mich meist. Der Accu hält erstaunlich lange, Aufladen dauert aber auch mehrere Stunden. Der Tragegurt ist praktisch – z.B. beim Saugen auf einer Treppe, das Gerät ist aber doch rel schwer. Das Zubehör ist reichhaltig, es fehlt mir aber doch ein Staupbinsel. Auch eine eigene Hardbodendüse wäre oft pratisch, könnte man aber nur mit Tragegurt und Schlauch verwenden, dann bräuchte man auch eine zusätzliche Stange (Zubehör kann man vermutlich an anderen Stellen finden). Wechseln von Handgriff und Düsen benötigt etwas Geschick hier fehlt ein Haltegriff am Gerät. Leeren des Behälters geht einfach man kommt aber mit Staub in Berührung (was mich nicht stört). Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist kurz und trotzdem ausführlich. Sie ist sehr klein mit geringem Kontrast gedruckt. Lesen geht gerade noch ohne Lupe. Die Verwendung des Staubsaugers ist einfacher als man aus den vielen Teilen und Begriffen der Beschreibung erwarten müsste. Man kommt inkl Leeren des Behälters gut zurecht.Wolfo
I bought this vacuum for 179 CHF here on Galaxus. The main negative point is it's weight and the terrible handling. Not only the vacuum itself, but also the handle and tube are very heavy and the hose is just a bit too short. Forget about quickly lifting it up to get to a hard to reach point. Also the handle is supposed to be ergonomic, but it's not and you really feel it in your hands about after 20 mins. Another problem is the hot exhaust, which is in the front of the unit. So it blows air to the part that you haven't cleaned yet, blowing up all the dust. It's not too bad, but still kind of mind boggling how a company building vacuum cleaners for 50 years could do this. Even for the price I paid, I can't give this a pass. I already kind of regret this purchase a little. Thankfully I didn't pay the full price, or I would be really angry

It is really hard to believe that such small & lightweight stick vacuum would have as much suction power as my old school upright vacuum, but it does. The Tineco PURE ONE X Dual Smart is an advance cordless device that makes vacuuming less of hassle. This is a pretty good vacuum, better than the old one I had sitting around. Not having to deal with a cord getting tangled up is fantastic, and it has some pretty good suction. I only had to make two passes with it on a section of carpet to pick up all the crumbs and hair, and it's really lightweight and easy to steer or maneuver into tight spaces. It comes with a wall dock that would be handy for keeping it charged if I didn't live in an apartment, and I like how small it can break down for storage. The entire vacuum, with all accessories, fits in a single drawer. I think my favorite things about the Pure One X, though, are the portability and the fact that it's quiet. I can vacuum without disturbing neighbors, and I even was able to take it out to my car and get it cleaned up without going to a car wash. It's a little easier on my ears than a normal vacuum as well, and the fact that there's a trigger to activate it rather than an on/off switch is pretty great for when I'm trying to get the vacuum into a tight space or avoid sucking up a fallen cable or piece of paper. Even the app is nice. The app has status indicators for things like how much battery there is, if the filter needs to be changed or if the bin is full, and the overall performance of the vacuum while cleaning. This is great for troubleshooting, because with solid numbers and indicators it's easier to tell if something's properly wrong or you're just imagining it having worse performance. Overall, I'd say this is a very handy addition to my household. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do, but it's super practical and the fancy features add actual value to it. I'd definitely recommend this to my friends for their households, and that recommendation would be stronger if you don't have a lot of storage space for things like vacuums or other appliances. The Tineco Pure One S15 Flex stick vacuum is a good, everyday, household vacuum. It is lightweight and the suction power is good. It is versatile and very quiet. It will lay flat to clean under beds, sofas, and other furniture. It can be converted into a handheld vacuum with the included attachment tools and brushes to clean above floor surfaces, furniture, and car interiors. It has a nice looking, weighted base that charges the vacuum and holds the attachments. I have used it on our hardwood floors, carpets, and the tiles floors in our kitchen. It does a good job in all areas. The vacuum holds a charge for about 30 minutes. It has a large, easy to read LED display that shows battery level, vacuum malfunctions, vacuum power level, and the amount of dirt that you are vacuuming up. There is a LED ring on the display that will change from red to blue as the floor is cleaned. It really helps to give you the confidence that the floor is clean. The vacuum can also be connected to your WiFi network through a downloadable phone app for additional diagnostic information about the operation of the vacuum. The vacuum can be put in AUTO mode that adjusts the suction power, based on the amount dirt, dust, and debris that it is vacuuming up. You can also manually set the suction power level, but I typically leave in the AUTO mode because it gives me longer runtimes with good results. It is very easy to clean. You empty the dust bin with the press of one button. There is a removeable washable HEPA filter and it comes with an extra filter that can be used while the other filter is drying after it is washed. It has a LED lighted, no tangle brush head that doesn’t get built up with long hair. Overall, it is a really nice vacuum with many modern features. From the actual charging while the battery had 51%, to fully charge took about 1hour and half approximately to reach 100%. Now while it is charging, the display shows the status, and once fully charged, the screen goes totally off. Vacuuming Hard floor: Using Direct-drive anti tangle LED power brush, vacuuming is not bad, it is light enough to maneuver with one hand without getting tire easy. It can clean corners and edges without issues, and dusts get cleaned easily. The LED light serve as guide and able to notice dust as clean. Now, during hard floor cleaning, it is bit noisy though that comes form the brush side. Vacuuming Capet: It is quite similar to using on Hard Floor from removing dust perspective. The only big difference observed is less noisy with the same brush used for Hard Floor, Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush. Note on Direct-drive anti-tangle LED power brush: Vacuumed a spot with lot of hairs, and at least from the usage the hair doesn’t appear tangled, hence avoid spending time removing hearts from the brush. What does well: 1. Remove dust as expected 2. To vacuum, I don’t have to maintain the Power On/Off while working. It is press once to vacuum, preset again to stop. This seems good feature compared to others that need to hold the button while vacuuming adding stress to the hand on top of holding weight of the vacuum while vacuuming. 3. The battery is removal allowing to exchange or have second one ready and exchange. 4. Hair anti-tangle brush; hairs are not tangled helping to save time to remove it. 5. Dust sensor seems quite accurate as it turn red in Loop and becoming blue as clean/ 6. Auto mode seems to work accurately as accelerate where more dust is, and less where doesn’t. What I don’t like: 1. The noise from the brush while vacuuming hard floor 2. The dust bin is very limited capacity. As per its manual, its size is of 0/47L. Hence it is for short vacuuming or high frequency of emptying the bin for large work. 3. Hard to clean the bin as the dustbin cannot be removed or separated from the main vacuum body. Although it has mechanism via Dust Empty Release Button and Dust Empty Tab, there is remaining dust and hair stuck between Mesh Filter and Dustbin which need to cleaned by hand and it is hard to reach. 4.Charging with the base only possible with the tube. The base needs to be used only at the floor and cannot be used on alike table and charge directly form main body of the vacuum. 5. Unable to control the power of suction manually. Its Mode are only Auto, or Manual that only allow minimum 6. As vacuum, the display face toward the downside such hardly readable. The display include indicators and icons but as vacuuming it sort of redundant as hardly be interpreted immediately on the go. 7. While charging, the display face down so the reading of numbers and everything on it is reverse. So need to either remove from charging for correct reading from the vacuum, or from the app but that takes second device to reach out. 8. Using App feels bit redundant as couldn’t find usefulness while not using the vacuum, nor cannot use while vacuuming. In short, it is a handy vacuum for quick work, and good lasting battery for the same purpose with nice to have functions. But its downside I am not sure if justify the price.MigDigital
The Pure One S15 Flex is very quiet and includes all the attachments most will ever need. You have several different configurations to use the vacuum up high, down low. Inside the house and outside in the car. Even a nice weighted base to hold most of the tools and charge the vacuum is included. After assembly and a charge. You will be treated to how extremely quite the S15 is. Even on MAX setting, the vacuum is quieter than any vac I have previously used. I think the Tineco "Auto" iLoop Smart sensor does a great job using the power it needs as it encounters floor debris. Although, Auto setting will yield the quietest and best battery life for all surfaces except carpet. I found the MAX setting was a better choice for thicker carpet. Just be ready as it says in the instructions, battery life on MAX will be about 10 minutes. On Auto I did get almost 24 minutes running around the house easily sucking up dust bunnies on hardwood and tile floors. The overall function of the S15 is very good. Suction is good on AUTO and better on MAX despite the hit to battery power. Its easy to empty and even has a slider to help scrape the interior to keep you from touching dirt. And maybe best of all. You pull the trigger to start the vac and it stays on till you pull the trigger again. Tineco even allows you to easily disassemble the filters and dust bin to rinse all the parts to maintain a near new suction after you start using the vac. Just don't forget to check the filter above the handle (magnetic cap) and not just the filter in the dust bin. While Tineco included every possible dusting brush, crevice tool and secondary brush head, and a weighted base to hold most of it. I hope they give consideration to adding a second battery to the kit. I know the S15 Flex is not meant to replace a full size vacuum. Yet, if you have lots of thicker carpet. When I saw this on sale in January, I thought "Wow! I'm game" After all, having a Roomba makes a teenager seem like a good option for vacuuming. It has to be better than that, right? I wish I could say it was so. I gave 'bob' every opportunity to prove itself. The first unsettling experience was the hookie "Hi, my name is Bob [lastname]" on the outside of the box. Why? Anyone who has owned a Roomba knows we all have our pet name for them. Don't tell my your name. I will decide your name. And Bob? The LAST name I would give my appliance is Bob. I was willing to let the sketchy marketing slide. Next, you open the box. and the bag surrounding the device is emblazoned with EULA notifications. By accepting opening the bag you agree. Immediately, I had to dig into why would they be so bold faced about this. I was pretty sure it was a non-WIFI device, so I double-checked I was not giving up permission to have them stalk me in my house. Rest assured, it is not. What it appears to be is protecting them from stealing their IP for the software running the vacuum. Believe me (as you will see later on), you do not want to steal it. I spent more time trying to babysit the thing than it actually takes me to vacuum by hand. There was not one time the vacuum actually completed a cleaning without some sort of error. The most common error occurred when not being able to navigate over the edge of my runner from hardwood floors. There is a setting to disable some functionality for dark rugs, so I did the same because my floors are dark. This didn't solve the issue of the edge of the runner, but did help it to navigate the floor better. The only problem is, if it runs out of charge, it loses the disabled setting. The runner passes my stairwell and regularly, it would get stuck in the corner spinning in circles trying to find its way down the runner and the giving up and going back into the corner. It wasn't just dark floors and runner edges that confounded 'Bob'. My living room rug (light colored picture) gave it no end to trouble. My shadow of the counter in the kitchen on a sunny day caused Bob to flee in fear. Then, Bob destroyed the threshold going back and forth into my bathroom one day. The screw that holds the cleaning brush sticks out and every time it tried to figure out the floor color change, it scratched the surface of the threshold. I decided I would switch floors with my Roomba. My upper floor in wall to wall neutral carpet. Perhaps this would be the perfect environment for Bob. No go. Bob ended up under my bed. Banging into the center post. It was unable to backup enough to turn and just kept reversing about 1" and banging back into the center post. I squirreled myself under the queen size bed and moved it to the side so it could escape. It turned, banged into the center post and then, again, was unable to escape. When I say I gave it the college try, I can tell you I had 2 days left on the return policy when I finally packed it up and brought it back to the store. How does it vacuum you ask? Well, that would be the one point where the Bob outperformed the Roomba and and my Bissell. During the period before it lost its mind under the bed, it collected a significant amount of dust from the same space the Roomba runs on a daily basis. I live in a high dust area with two cats and a dog. The volume of dirt that accumulates in my house on a daily basis is awesome, and the vacuuming is unending. A robot vacuum becomes the stuff of fantasy, unburying me from the endless dirt and vacuuming. After researching many different models and types, I thought that Bobsweep would be a good entry level robovac for my situation. To be honest, my hopes weren’t high. I had put off reaching for this dream for years due to the sure knowledge that electronics rarely hold up for long in the high dust and static electricity of my windy desert home. But the price was good, and the high capacity dustbin sounded like this one was right up my alley. It was utterly amazing. Bob filled up his dustbin to capacity with every usage, and I was able to transport massive amounts of dirt and hair out of my house every time I used him. It wasn’t all good. The door on the dustbin shattered within the first two months, but I soon found that he was able to run without it, just releasing a small amount of dust when I removed the dustbin. He did require a thorough cleaning with every usage. The sensors would coat up with dust, and hair would accumulate in the wheels. This took about 15 minutes, and then he would vacuum for an hour-and-a-half. And he got rid of all the dust bunnies under my beds! I loved Bob. When one drive wheel quit working after about six months, I was less surprised and disappointed than I was simply sad. As stated before, I did not have high expectations for his survival when I bought him. But it was well within the warranty period, so I contacted the company to see what options I had. To my surprise, customer support was amazing! They quickly sent out not only a replacement drive wheel, but also it’s mate so that we could switch them both out at the same time. There was a video on YouTube to guide us through the process, and, while we had a little trouble plugging the electronics back into their proper slots, Bob was soon back together and working again. I received this vacuum for Christmas, and have been using it daily for about three months now. I really wanted to love this vacuum, but I don't. The main issue I have is with the self-cleaning brushroll: Sure it doesn't tangle, but that would require it to actually pick up fur in the first place. This vacuum adamantly refuses to pick up any fur that isn't just sitting loose on the surface of the rug…which is deeply unhelpful. The roll just wipes fur along, without doing anything to agitate the carpet. I have used the entire battery life of this vacuum on my single living room area rug, just to still need to use my rubber broom. For a vacuum that costs >$300, this is extremely disappointing, and considering the vacuum is called the "pet pro," I truly don't understand why this vacuum simply cannot handle fur in any regard. My second problem with this vacuum is that it leaks dust from every single joint and seam the entire time I'm using it. Who wants to be covered in dust from vacuuming? Not I. Additionally, the wand itself clogs constantly in a way that's very difficult to clean out. In fact, most of this vacuum is difficult to clean, outside of changing the filters. I have two cats and a lab mix who sheds like it's his mission on earth, and frankly, this vacuum just does not cut it.LindseyJoy
I've never made a purchase that I've been more disappointed in. The vacuum worked fine the first couple of times now every time is vacuum my house I have to unclog the machine from the many many many potential clog spots. I never once had this problem with our previous dyson vacuum. I have a golden retriever, so yes, having to maybe unload the vacuum is to be expected however for a product that supposedly specializes in pets, it does a TERRIBLE job. I've had to take apart the base of the bottom when that gets clogged, the shaft of the vacuum comes apart and now hair seems to get clogged making the base of the vacuum essentially worthless. I absolutely love that it is cordless. I loved the black friday price… i think it was $159 or $179 something like that . WAY under the price for a dyson. I absolutely love it. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat all whom shed ALOT. I use this vacuum daily, several times a day and have not had any issue with the battery. Keep in mind i mentioned having a little zoo of animals, so the first month i had to take the machine apart to be able to remove clogged hair on the long stick. The instructions dont really tell you how to clean it. There is more than just emptying the basket. To avoid it getting clogged, i now try to blow out all the hair in the tubes Atleast once a week. Only negative i would mention is I wish it was a bit stronger and wish it gave an option on height. For example if there is a leaf on the floor it will not suck it in becase the vacuum in not high off the ground to pick it up. I believe the dyson is a tad stronger but its not worth paying $400, when i can just use this one for under $200. I do not regret purchasing this at all. After a short time of use, I was left slightly unimpressed by this vacuum. I own a similar vacuum by a different manufacturer and there are many features it has, that I wish this Samsung Jet vacuum had, such as a telescoping wand, a spare battery, a stand-alone charging stand, and a bottom emptying dust canister. What I loved the most about this vacuum was how extremely lightweight it is, the suction power, and the low profile vacuum head. I was very disappointed with the battery life of this vacuum, and I also found the pet hair tool (mini motorized tool) to be a mostly useless, battery draining tool. The low profile vacuum head and its powerful suction makes for an excellent vacuum on non-carpeted floors and it picks up pet hair really well. Unfortunately, the tiny wheels on the vacuum head made it difficult to vacuum carpet, which is disappointing for my household since it's a mixture of hardwood and carpet. (It just didn’t glide smoothly across carpet, especially at the higher suction settings.) Additionally, while the low profile vacuum head allows for vacuuming of tight spaces, it really limits the debris size that can be vacuumed up. There are three power levels to vacuum at, low, mid, and max. The mid level does ok but I definitely preferred running the vacuum on the max setting. Unfortunately running at the max significantly reduced the runtime of the vacuum to about 7 minutes, and with only one battery included, this means you're out of luck until it recharges. I did like using the vacuum to reach high spots around the house that tend to collect dust and cobwebs. The light weight of the vacuum and the extension crevice tool made it easy to get to those hard to reach areas without having to pull out a step stool. This is where the lightness of the vacuum really shined, as I was able to go around the entire house vacuuming corners and vents without my arm ever getting tired from holding the vacuum up in the air. Overall, after several days of use, I feel that the performance of this vacuum is just ok / average, especially compared to others on the market. There is definitely room for improvement. The Samsung Jet 60 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum is really lightweight and easy to use with only one hand. It comes with lots of accessories making it very versatile. All of the attachments have a button-click system making it very easy to attach or unattach the different accessories on the fly, so there’s no delay in your cleaning. The vacuum has adjustable suction power and decent suction even on lowest setting, but has even more power when you need it. This vacuum is absolutely great for cleaning those hard to reach places both high and low such as corners, under furniture, air vents, ceiling fans, and window blinds. The Jet 60 is convenient for vacuuming your car. For me, the greatest application for the Jet 60 is vacuuming the stairs. Not having to drag a full sized vacuum up and down the stairs is very nice. The product package states that the battery lasts up to 40 minutes. But when I use it on lowest power setting, I get about 24 minutes before the battery gives out. On full suction power, I only get around 6 minutes of charge. The battery charges quite slowly. After a small job of just a few minutes it takes around half an hour to recharge fully and after a job that depletes the battery completely it takes several hours to recharge fully. This means that it’s really not useful for a whole house cleaning, for that you probably need a corded vacuum. But if you had a small apartment or dorm room it might work fine. Otherwise, it’s mainly useful for spot cleaning and small cleanup jobs like vacuuming the stairs or your car. The dust collection bin is a reasonable size given the battery life, you are likely to run down the battery before the bin is full. The bin consists of 3 parts, one of which is a HEPA filter, and is easy to detach, empty, and clean by rinsing with water. There is a jet of air that comes out of both sides of the vacuum. I mention it because I have experienced these jets blowing dust up into the air while cleaning in especially dusty areas or when vacuuming near loose papers, like on a desk, the papers can get blown around. Overall, the Samsun Jet 60 works quite well, but my biggest complaint is the lack of battery life. Samsung really knocked it out of the park with this little guy. Between my wife and I, we actually enjoy vacuuming. We've even had competitions to see who can clean the most before the battery runs down! It's substantially more than I expected for the size of the battery, you can get a few rooms lightly soiled carpeted rooms in! Not just using it at the lowest speed either! (I'm not sure where Samsung gets the "up to 40mins" number, but I think you'd have to be not using any powered attachments, and at the lowest setting to get close to that, caveat aside, it lasts enough for a quick clean on an average house floor or more!) I also was not expecting it would actually pick up much more than an older hand vacuum that happens to have a long wand/sweeper attachment. It actually functions as a "main" vacuum if you're a frequent cleaner, as it handles deeper messes in a carpet that I was not expecting it to even come close to pulling up all the way. (dog and people hair plus some tracked in dirt/sand that was stepped in, took a few passes, but still managed) It's also not excessively loud, my infant daughter is most intrigued by it and watches us intently, whereas she was frightened/we had to put some hearing protecting on her if we wanted to use our "big" corded vacuum. The ONLY downside I have to this vacuum is the charging/mounting unit, which is why I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5. Some folks do not want to mount a vacuum and just want it hidden in a closet until use, with a battery charger in the corner maybe out of the way. The suction power is good and I like the accessories it comes with. I was really disappointed that this vacuum does not have an LED light! For over $200.00 you would assume it would. I like that it's very quiet and lightweight. The spinning bristles sweep dust away from corners and baseboards, but it does miss some larger pieces of debris, so I have to go over it a few times. It also gets caught on rug corners. It does hold a long charge and I also love that proceeds go towards pet adoption/supplies. I bought this to replace our old Dyson V6 Animal Cordless. I read many reviews videos for research. I had a Shark Navigator Pro before and I know Shark makes a good vacuum, so I was excited to try this. It seemed great. It went together easily and the crevice tool did well between the couch cushions and around the edges of the house. I liked the flexible arm that let the vacuum bend to get really far under furniture like my tables and sideboards. It was easy to empty the canister and easy to use. After using the vacuum about 30 minutes, a clog developed in the first joint where dirt from the head goes into the tube to take it up to the canister. This clog (half of which is pictured) was so big it extended from the opening of the vacuum suction hole on the bottom of the head, all the way up to where the head attached to the main long arm. After looking into the vacuum head's mechanics, I found that there are three "lock screws" on the underneath that allow you to take off the bottom guard piece to access the suction tube, which means Shark knew this was a problem and they "fixed" it by giving the consumer more work. I was able to use a cat wand toy to shove through the bottom to push the clog out the other side. This mess pictured on my couch was the result. As someone who has severe dust and environmental allergies, I don't exactly want to play with clogs of my allergens in order to get my vacuum running. I also have a large house, two long haired Siberian cats, four teenagers, and a job. The LAST THING I have time for is housework and messing around with crappy vacuums. For the price point, I'd expect this vacuum to actually work properly, and not take a ton of work to use it. The entire thing felt wobbly when fully connected and used to vacuum floors, so I didn't see the expected excellent quality of materials or workmanship for the price point either. Furthermore, as several reviewers stated the vacuum did shock me multiple times with static electricity buildup, which was annoying. Another con to this vacuum is that when I was vacuuming my couch where the cats lay, it wouldn't pick up all the cat fur regardless of how many passes I made. The suction just wasn't powerful enough, or maybe the static buildup offset the suction, gluing the cat hair to the couch in dreadlocked strands. Besides all this, the vacuum was very heavy and bulky. This thing will be going back tomorrow, and I'll be placing my order for the Dyson V11 Animal. I'd rather pay twice as much and know for a fact that my vacuum will work when I need it to, how I need it to. Save yourself the headache and don't get this Shark Vertex Cordless vacuum.MandieSue76
I purchased the Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum to use primarily to clean the floor near and around my bird cage. Every morning I let my parrot out of her cage, where she sits on the Playtop, and also on a perch mounted outside the cage. She creates quite a mess because seeds drop onto the floor, and some feathers. Getting my corded vacuum out just to cleanup around her cage was a bit of work, so I decided that a cordless vacuum would be the perfect solution. What I love about this vacuum is that it folds down for easy storage, and I can fit it in the room close by the cage. It's very easy to operate, and easy to empty the dust cup. The swivel powerhead with lights works great. It comes with several attachment tools, however, when you remove the power head to use the attachments, the suction power is not as strong. For my use, having this cordless vacuum is still the perfect solution, but I will still be using my corded vacuum for whole house cleaning.DianaNaples
I bought the Shark because I have a corded one downstairs. I needed a vacuum upstairs for my 2 floors, that was light weight and can maneuver pretty well. First off I want to say the "Shark" name is good. This cordless vacuum does not do well with pets. I have 8 cats and cat sand everywhere, the only thing it does is spit the sand out from the back, Has a very difficult time picking up fur as well. You know when you see a piece of fur and the vacuum front just has to go near it to suck it up. This vacuum does not, It just makes it tumble farther. Good for light clean ups but for every week vacuuming, I strongly recommended getting the corded one. It was more power for suction and spot clean ups if you spill rice or oats on floor. To bad because for the price you think it would be worth it. This vacuum is now on our 1st floor where there is very little traffic and pets. Perfect for a formal dinning room or front room that no ones goes in and you need a quick spruce up. Purchased this vacuum as I appreciate the convenience of a cordless vac and only have my upper level and stairs that are carpeted. I am extremely happy with the performance. Both my Daughter and I have long hair and the self cleaning roller brush is amazing. Picks up everything from my hardwood floors in the first pass. Battery run time is optimal for what I need and hands down it outperforms my cordless Euphy stick vac. I also have a large dog with short hair and it did a fantastic job picking up hair that I couldn’t even see on the floor. Price point was great (bought on sale and Best Buy had the lowest price). Purchased this earlier this year when we got our puppy, and what a life saver! Beat hauling a bigger vacuum out and being limited by electrical outlets, especially with a busy puppy around the house. I saw the reviews about losing suction, but you should be keeping the canister cleaned after each use anyway which is as simple as releasing the bottom into the trash. Any other suction loss is usually due to hair or lint building up in the vacuum head which takes 2 minutes to clear. Works great on floors and carpet, super light to do the stairs and bring up and down the stairs. Charge lasts me about 2-3 days use. No complaints other than it could be “prettier”? Lol. I live in an 800 square foot apartment with hardwood floors and one longhair cat, and I found this vacuum unable to cut it. It comes with a rolling cleaner, a brush attachment and a corner attachment. When packed up to charge, there’s no place to put the brush or corner attachment. The rolling cleaner has two small felt wheels that allow it to roll. On first use, both of the wheels became full of cat hair and locked up. I tried to clean them, but it wasn’t immediately apparent how to do it. Eventually I was able to pry them out, with some slight cosmetic damage to the wheels. I’m used to using a roomba, and don’t mind some light maintenance work to keep a vacuum running well. What’s not acceptable is the difficulty of removing and cleaning those wheels, and that they fully locked up so quickly.Dan

The wall mount was easy, and the attachments are easy on/easy off. This makes vacuuming the stairs SO MUCH EASIER. Highly recommend. Normally when I try out one of these light-weight battery-powered vacuums, the primary issue is power. I am happy to report that the HomeVac S11 Lite is perhaps the most powerful of these vacuums I've tried. It's even proved pretty effective at pulling stuff out of my carpet. There's a button on the top that lets you switch the suction to overdrive, and I didn't even realize it was there for days because the normal power was enough for everyday situations. The engineering of this thing is delightfully elegant. The handle is like a pistol grip, very easy to control, and by rotating the handle I can maneuver the vacuum head easily around chair and table legs. It comes with three nozzles that are simple to pop on and off, emptying the dust tray is a breeze, overall am I impressed by just how well the whole thing comes together. This vacuum is great! There are so many little things that they didn’t have to do but make it that much better. There is a small light on the vacuum which helps to see everything on the floor! There is a strip of rubber on the front that helps to not bang up your floor boards. The vacuum comes with a couple different pieces so you can use it for multiple things. It is very easy to mount on the wall and to clean something up very quick! I love how portable and adjustable it is with different pieces. We've got a couple large area rugs on otherwise all terrazzo floors. Recently adopted a short double coated Aussie Shepherd Beagle mix that has now begun shedding. This vacuum works great for our situation, the smaller head being easy to maneuver around and under tables and recliners. Intermittent use up to 30min for the rugs does cause the vacuum head to get pretty hot, not where you hold it, but to the exhaust side. Being corded delivers plenty of suction power without the added battery weight of a similarly capable cordless vac. I agree with others that upright storage could have been better executed. I'd suggest Shark include some kind of wall mount to hang it up when not in use. Overall happy with the product, although the price point around $200 on sale with coupon still seems a bit high in my opinion.Kent
1 person, 1 cat household. The vacuum has good suction BUT the cat hair gets stuck around a small metal peice and doesn't make it to the bin. If you have more than 1 pet – this is NOT the best unit. 1 room = empyting the bin and removing the hair from around the metal piece. It also cannot stand alone which is highly annoying. I don't want to take the motor off and attach it to the stick so that it will be self standing. DUMB design. It gets HOTTER than a Texas summer day very quickly. You cannot find the accessories listed in the maintaince booklet online. I guess they don't exist. You can find replacement filers. This is more of an electric broom than a vacuum cleaner. It does a great job getting under furniture and cleans well on both carpet and bare floor. I have 2 dogs so I was trying to get to hard to reach areas. It does that well with the attachments included but I wish it had a brush. However, it’s made for small areas because it needs to be emptied often (easily) because it’s quite small. It also overheated after about 30 minutes of what I guess was too much work for it. Waiting an hour to turn it back on is a bummer. It’s a bit awkward to use as the handheld part at the top is heavy. As a result it won’t stand up on it’s own. You have to lay it down. It has it’s uses but doesn’t replace my old Shark. It’s much smaller and not much lighter.Mary

I bought the Dirt Devil Express Lite because not only was it lightweight for me to handle, had a removable hands free dust buster, it also had a roller brush I can use for area rugs and gets in the edges of the carpet along the wall. The price was about the same as the one I had with less features, so it was a great value for the price. After putting it together I realized it also has another valuable feature. The filter is rubber and can be rinsed to get rid of dust. No nasty cioth filter that never gets clean and holds odors. I have respiratory condition and this will keep my house dust free!
