He hasn't had any issues for over a year now and although sometimes he scratches its more of a normal itch. This medication literally saved him and my sanity. I have 3 large dogs ranging in age from 1 to 10 years. The oldest one has some allery issues with itchy skin, and the youngest has digestive issues. Since gut health and immunity is important, and can decline with age, I think a prebiotic/probiotic supplement for dogs is a good idea. I like that it has a prebiotic and probiotic. This type of supplement is important for fighting inflammation and allergies, which is why I take one myself. I have been giving the Zesty Paws Aller-Immune Mini Bites to my 3-year old Boston Terrier. She historically has had some kind of skin allergies bothering her for her whole life. Why would you do a third-party independent lab on your products and then not allow the public to request a copy or post them. As with human supplements, animal supplements are not regulated like human products. These companies can get away with putting just about anything they want in a jar and slapping a label on it telling you whatever they want is in the product. I ordered 3 jars of the Allergy Immunity chews and 1 jar of the Allergy Skin Health. dog would not eat the chews. They smell awful and they must have tasted exactly like they smelled because he spit them out every time I gave him a chew. I even tried masking the taste with peanut butter, but he licked the peanut butter off and left the chew. The only way I could get him to eat the chew is if I wrapped it in chicken, and sometimes he would eat the chicken and still spit out the chew. It was so frustrating. I emailed the company and told them the situation. They told me to send back the 2 unopened jars and to donate the open jars or throw them away. After sending back the unopened jars they said that they are only replacing 2 jars even though I purchased 4.

We've been using this in our dogs water for about a month now. While I have seen some improvement in their skin health, I think it's really not what I was hoping for. The dog I bought this for, still has some irritation in his ears. I guess some improvement is better than none. The only problem I have, is that it's only a months supply and that means that it becomes another "monthly bill". Another $30 a month (for…forever?) is just too much to take on, considering we (like everyone else) have TONS of monthly bills. Not sure what my next step will be, but I'll try to find something either less expensive per month or go back to the Vet & hope they have a solution that will take care of the problem. I guess I would have to say that, if you can take on another $30 a month bill, I would recommend this product. Anything that's natural (that works) is better than prescription drugs.flandurka1
Our Beagle's allergies had been getting progressively worse to the point that our vet said not to let her outside and to wipe her down when she comes in from going potty. These suggestions were not working so he decided to put her on a steroid which was not working either. The side affects from the steroid was uncontrollable bowel movements, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Layla was so miserable that I really buckled down to try and figure out what was the best route to alleviate her pain. The scratching, whining, bleeding and paw biting were just too painful for her physically and for us emotionally. I am so glad I came across the reviews on this product as its affects were instant. She sleeps better, her coat is soft, sheds a lot less, hardly ever scratches and seems to have her personality back. It seemed to help…unfortunately, I think his allergy is much sorse than this can take care of, so I have to go with an vet RX. My standard poodle suffers from outdoor allergies. After battling them all summer the vet just said to double up on benadryl. I felt like I was drugging my dog. I saw an ad for these chews and thought it would be a better option to at least give it a try. My boy wasn't sure about the taste the first day and I had to wrap it in cheese. The second day, and every day since, he's gobbled it right down just like a treat! To test the results I totally stopped the benadryl and only gave him these chews. He only showed minor symptoms a couple of different occassions in which I went ahead and gave him a single dose of bendryl as needed. But the majority of days were symptom free (his biggest symptom is chewing his paws) and no benadryl needed. What's even better? Wow is right, because I am floored at how well this works! I have 2 pups with horrible allergies – one that nothing else works for. I've tried all different meds, including shots, and she still suffered horribly during allergy season. I reluctantly decided to try this, but we were in the middle of allergy season, and watching her suffer is just too much. Fast forward to July 2019, and my order came in the mail. I gave two of the chewables to my pup the next morning, not expecting much, but just hoping that there would at least be a little relief. Much to my surprise, she didn't scratch AT ALL that day!! I was still skeptical, but same results the next day, the day after that, etc. It has now been over a month, and she STILL doesn't even have any break through scratching, NO MORE scabs, NO MORE pulling out her hair in spots! Pet Parents Allergy Supplement is wonderful! My dogs have less skin and eye irritation and can enjoy outdoor excursions during summer (allergy) season. It's great that it comes in Salmon flavor since one of my Shih Tzus has a chicken allergy. This really makes a difference for their ears, eyes, and skin. I bought this oil for a new addition, a senior dog who is blind, deaf & itchy, with some loss of coat. It helps with her itching, BUT the product turned to a very thick, gloppy mess that resisted being pumped in very short order after opening. That the product has to be shaken well before every use needs to be more prominent, & shaking it causes the oil to escape the pump & fly everywhere. I have a 4-Years old purebred Keeshond (Precious Assal). Unfortunately Assal has seasonal allergy. I use to give him Cetirizine HCL 10 mg per his vet recommendation. Since it wouldn't work, the dosage was increased to 5-Tabs / day (50 mg). It still wasn't working, until I decided to change it to more healthy approach. My girl has had bad allergies since I moved to Texas. Mainly skin allergies. She’s about 80lbs and she’s 12. She was taking apaquil daily and it worked however it’s expensive but not only that taking long term allergy meds can actually put her at higher risk of yeast or other fungal skin infections. So that’s why I started this as an alternative. I wasn’t actually expecting to be able to not need the apaquil at all so hats a great surprise. My chihuahua Rebel is 13 years old and has been sneezing, scratching and had watery alot lately. I saw this product online when I was buying his water additive and figured I'd give it a try. The first time I gave it to him I broke the heart-shaped med in to three pieces. He of course snubbed his nose at it, but after several sniffs and quick licks he made all three pieces disappear pretty quickly. He's been taking it twice a day for about a week now and I can see a difference in him. Not only is he not scratching and sneezing as much, but his overall demeanor has also changed. My poor Dexter has had his share of skin issues. And there is very little to stop the itch, scratching, biting, and whining. That's why I am thrilled to have this spray. I normally feel powerless to ease his suffering, but now I am prepared with a topical, odor free, quick absorbing and moisturizing spray that contains things I know are good for irritated skin.
