Got this bed for an older 50 lb. dog needing a soft place to lay, also got another 4-5 inch thicker orthopedic bed for her.As soon as we opened and laid this bed out she got on it and didn't get off of it except to go out to the bathroom, then came right back to the bed. It gives a little from her lying on it but I just shake it out to fluff it up. Its not real thick about 2 inches but soft and she seems to like it better than the sheepskin rug she use to sleep on.She rotates from this to the thicker bed, but I think this one gets a little more use.All in all a good bed that is easy to throw in the washing machine, soft and good neutral color. I purchased two of these "KennelMaster 24" Folding Black Wire 2 Door Dog Crate" and have had them for several months. What a great buy! Super easy to set up: they come preassembled and all folded up. They unfold and set up in a minute. I have one for each of my dogs: a Maltese/Bichon mix and a Chihuahua mix (who looks just like a small German Shepherd). We use their crates for the night time and when we leave the house. These crates are made of very nice thick metal. Incredibly sturdy. The latches are well made and smart-doggy proof. I like that the bottom is solid and can be easily removed and sanitized. My dogs have scratched and nibbled on the bars daily and the crates have held up like new. There are two doors on each crate: one door on a long side and one door on a short side. There's also a handle on top which makes it really easy to move around when I am relocating it, transporting the dogs, or just moving the crates to vacuum and clean underneath. My crates also came with some additional wire dividers that I don't use. I believe they are for making the crate smaller when you have a puppy and removing it as your dog grows. Crates can be really expensive so I was glad to find these at such a bargain price, especially because they are so well made. I know these crates will last many, many years. I have no negative things to say about these dog crates. I would highly recommend them! Please note: I do not put both dogs in the same crate, though they do both fit. The cover was just as I expected. Light weight, durable and easy to care for. The oy recommendation I can .American is to add velcro/hook&loop fasteners to keep the top of the cover in place. I have found over the years that animals naturally respond favorably to a darkened environment. They are more relaxed and calm. Babies in a crate with natural, artificial, even greatly reduced lighting remain alert, peering into the darkness. My cocker uses this as a play mat in the living room. Since he is not allowed on the sofa or carpet, this pad is for him to sit/lay comfortably while he hangs out with the family. It's padded enough to keep him comfortable and happy on the hard ceramic floors of our house. I've noticed that it's not padded enough for him to sleep comfortably through the night. After 3 or 4 hours, he'll go to his plush bed to get real sleep. My dog loved the mat as soon at it arrive. He knew it was his right when I was taking it out of the box. The mat arrived quickly and packaged well. No damage and in perfect condition. Once I took it out of the plastic and set it on the floor, it was ready to go. As a play mat, it can't be better. it's stain and odor resistant. My dog has oily skin that tends to be on the smellier side and I don't really see it affecting the mat much. The mat is black so I can't see the oily shadow that would usually appear on other dog beds I buy for my dog. The bottom is slip resistant. My cocker sheds and I like that the hairs don't stick to it. I can easily vacuum the mat with the crevice tool on my vacuum. I've had it a month and other than the rawhide/saliva marks that are left on it after a couple long chewing sessions, the bed still looks new. I just take some water, a toothbruch, and baby wipes to the rawhide/saliva marks and after some light brushing and wiping, it's clean again. I want to get a smaller one for my car. Excellent product. I am giving this one star because the material seems durable and easy to clean. What I received is not comparable to the bed pictured. In the picture, the bed is at least 3-4 inches thick. The one we received had little to no fill, so it is about 1 inch thick, like fabric with no stuffing. To ad insult to injury, the CS for this company told me I would be paying for the return and restocking as they have never had complaints about this item. My dog is picky! After buying and returning several dog beds because they weren't large enough for my 80+ very long-legged dog, or they were too hard, this one got his full approval. I opened the package, put the cover on the mattress, and my dog immediately claimed it. It is cushy and snuggly. I bought the medium size crate for my husky/pit bull mix. It got here super fast and was undamaged. All the parts fit and instructions were easy to follow. I was glad it came partially assembled. I put it together by myself and that is saying alot, because as a 60 year old woman it was pretty heavy! I did zip tie the top shut and also use a plastic coated tie out cable to reinforce the door. I was unsure the locks would remain shut if he wanted to get out. My dog seems to appreciate the space inside the crate. I was worried about the floor wiring, so I put a thick, flat quilt in there to cover it. I have been using it for 5 days and so far, it has been good. I am happy he has more space and the strength of the crate seems to be good. I suppose we shall see over the long haul, but at this point, it's working well. I would recommend this product to anyone and I'm saving up to buy 2 more for my other big dogs. I wish this was the first crate I bought for my dog. She wrecked 2 of the wire metal crates and even escaped from one. I have no idea how she damaged the other crates without hurting herself in the process. NOW! I do not worry about that. She tries to chew on the bars but only manages to peel some of the dark coating off. She is 60 lbs and she shuffles her bedding around a bit but she can not bend the bars or move the placement of the crate in any way. Two of the bars were bent during shipping so one of the screw placements does not align. But that has not decreased the integrity of the crate at all. This crate has made me a lot more relaxed to know that when I leave the dog is safe. It's also really easy to collapse and fold up and to add or remove the wheels. I purchased this kennel five years ago. When I rescued our Border Collie they told me she would escape every kind of kennel. And I thought, “She won’t break out of a metal kennel.” Well, she tore through two metal kennels, bent them beyond use, and hopped or walked them across rooms!! So, I began the search. I bought this steel kennel, with two action locking, and “Bailey” could not get out of it! She had a horrible first year of life and now we have been loving on her for five years. She is still afraid of men. And now Bailey uses her steel kennel as her “Safety Place”. If we have company over or a repair man come in, she “tells” them what she thinks, Ha, and then retreats to her kennel. We just returned from a 42 day vacation where we slept at different KOAs and hotels and the kennel came with us!! We simply loaded it in the back of the truck and she knew she was safe everywhere we went. It’s on rollers so no problem getting it in and out. I have the 36” size. I’m a lady, 5’3”, in my 60’s and I can handle moving the kennel. It’s a bit heavy I admit, but once it’s on the ground it rolls like a charm. Definitely worth every penny!Debi C.M.

These beds are super soft, hold up well to washing so far, and nice and light weight without losing their cushion.My only disappointment was I had hopped the sides would be a little firmer when both bolsters are up to make the bed deeper, but unless they're supported by crate walls, they tend to sag out. I specifically purchased them on the hopes that I could use them for newborn chihuahua litters, but the edges are week enough the babies can wiggle out, but then can't get back in. They certainly didn't advertise that they were more rigid, I was just hoping lol! I don't know whether my dogs prefer these to other beds/crate liners, but I do. I bought two of the white fleece as crate liners. The first thing I like is that the side are higher so that my dogs are not leaning up against the sides of the crate – they are cushioned. I also like that they have straps on the bottom to help them stay stationary in the crate.One of my dogs often vomits or has diarrhea, and I am able to toss these in the washer with no problem. I bought these over one year ago, and have washed them many times. I run them through the white cycle with bleach, and they hold up well. My dog is picky! After buying and returning several dog beds because they weren't large enough for my 80+ very long-legged dog, or they were too hard, this one got his full approval. I opened the package, put the cover on the mattress, and my dog immediately claimed it. It is cushy and snuggly. It does not have memory or gel foam for stuffing so it may settle over time and may not work for very heavy dogs. My dog will not sit on memory foam- its too hard, but he loves this. I love that I can unzip and wash the cover – although I haven't had to do that yet. I have a similar bed that was a little less expensive, but the cover isn't removable.Pros: True to size. Good for large dogs that like to stretch out rather than curl up. Cover can be upzipped and laundered.Cons: White top.The "lamb's wool -like" material is nice, but definitely shows dirt. My 10.5 year-old golden retriever fits well (large size). Only time will tell how the fabric will hold up (I'm using an old blanket as a cover). Thankfully as a senior pup Daisy doesn't chew much and tends to be fairly gentle on stuff. I was pleased when the package was delivered faster than was indicated at the time of purchase-although I didn't understand why via FedEx it was predicted to take at least a week when I placed the order.
