We've had this bed for about 9 months now and our pup is obsessed! She has a bed (not Yeti) in each room of the house, but it never fails … she always chooses her Yeti dog bed. In the last couple months we've switched her from sleeping in a crate at night to her Yeti bed, and we've noticed that in the mornings, she never wants to get out of bed, whereas with the crate she'd be up and waiting for us in the mornings. Let’s get right to the big question: I was nervous about spending this much money for a dog bed and I am sure many others are as well. It’s totally worth it! The bed looks and performs like all of Yeti’s products. It has attractive, sleek lines and is 100% functional for your best friend. The material is durable and stands up to claws and teeth yet comfortable and padded for your puppy to enjoy rest time or a good nights sleep. The cover comes off easily with several sets of zippers and can be washed in the wash machine. I’ve already done this once and it is a quick disassemble and reassemble after washing. The mattress that sits inside the “home base” super structure can be removed and taken with you for camping or travel. Bottom line, super happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others as well as purchase one again.

We have purchased quite a few items from PetSafe over the years and have always been happy with the quality. The idea of it is cool. Our pup likes to go the park but I always take the older car. The gray color of this is nice and it doesn't look too bad with my new car interior. It secures to the headrest and seats. The bolster is quite firm and supportive but it isn't my favorite PetSafe item by far. While inserting the bolster, my fingers kept poking through the fabric. I've dealt with the same type of fabric before with other beds and never had an issue. Once I got it in there, the zipper was stretched to the max. I was sure it was going to be the first thing to go. It says this bed is machine washable but I wouldn't. The actual fuzzy part of the bed has a cushion you insert too but even with it, there's no "bed" at all really. Very thin materials. It's not holding up well so far. If you have a smaller dog that doesn't move around much in the backseat it may work better. I just don't think it holds up good for big dogs like mine. We use to use a sheet on the back seat when taking the dogs for car rides, it would move around and not really protect the back seat. This car dog bed was so easy to install and our dogs love it. I have 4 of these beds that see daily use. I use 2 of them as crate mats for 55# German Shepherd mixes. The other 2 are on a tile floor in my office. They are great for pets that don't chew and don't need an orthopedic bed. The beds are washed weekly (2 at a time) on medium washer setting and dried on medium dryer heat for 1 hour. All the beds are over 2 years old and only one has a small tear on the blue bottom layer. It would be easy to mend but since it hasn't gotten any larger (and I am lazy) I have not done it.hollekw
I bought this to use as an outside bed on our deck when we are all hanging out in the yard. My dog LOVES it, so I just purchased a second one for inside the house. It is durable and packs into a small duffel sack, which is great for travel. It is washable (I haven't washed it yet, though). I purchased this for traveling with my Boxer and Bouvier. It is nicely made, the dogs appear to like it and it's perfect for travel. Comes with a small bag and rolls up similar to a small sleeping bag. Easy to store or carry. My only complaint is this is sold as XXL. I don't think 30×39 can qualify as XXL. Love these, the dogs, love them!!!! They have there bed that came with it and it has the double cover so it stays dry if there are accidents, but I added there pet beds on top they push them on or off if they want them there they love these. Ordered online through tractor and supply. Delivered on time to the store. Picked it up on 10/1 a Friday. I was very excited to finally have a dog bed that based on reviews was spoken of as a pretty well lasting product. Introduced it to our dog Skip who is an 18 month jack russell wired hair terrier mix. Well over the weekend he did just fine with it. On and off of it and no biting or tearing at it. I mainly purchased it for comfort for him while being kenneled. Today (10/4) this didn't last but maybe 2 hours in his kennel. Until he did this….see pic. So disappointed. Ordered two Yeti 8-cup dog bowls with customization – one Nordic Blue and one Nordic Purple. These bowls are great! They are heavy which we like. That and the non skid bottom make them very stable on our tile floors. Also like that these are food grade bowls. The lettering (customization) shows up better on the purple than on the blue. Considering the customization the bowls arrived in a resonable amount of time. Yeti kept us informed of where we were in the process. We have 6 dogs, so I'm sure we will be ordering some more. I bought 2 bowls for my dogs for Christmas and one bowl is already rusting and pitting these bowls are used in my home not out doors and the bowls are always cleaned and the water is frequently change and my dogs only drink bottled water I have 2 coolers and 2 tumblers a coffee cup 2 slim can coolers I like buying yeti stuff but the dog bowl rusting will put an end to that.This is not a get what you pay for situation these bowls are exspensive and should not rust and I should not have to use steel wool to clean them thats not the answer. So going forward I do not recommend them and I will not be purchasing Yeti products anymore cause of it. If you want top dollar for your products which I don't mind paying then make sure you are selling top products I have not requested a refund or return cause its not worth jumping threw hoops to do it. With 4 Aussis girls we gave the Yeti Boomer 8 a try. Our girls are now enjoying a “Happy Hour” through out the day. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right? Seriously, they gather and line up for a cool drink. I find myself getting in more steps doing refills and refreshing their beverages. lol They don’t make a mess with lapping either, which is an additional bonus. She seems to really enjoy this bed as her daytime sleeping area. Lost one star because the toggle poses a challenge to us, and would for any dog who likes to unravel items like this. Other than trying to make sure she doesn’t destroy the toggle, this is a great bed. I like to have every detail just right in my house, which doesn't stop with my dog's accessories. I have been looking for a stylish, modern and neutral dog bed that meets both design and quality standards. Of course it is on the pricy side but since our dog is not a "destroyer" or excessive chewer I am confident that this bed will last us for a long time. I love that the cover is machine washable. I did debate about the sizing for a couple of weeks and ended up going with a medium for my 7 month/ 50lbs border collie mix. It's a good fit for his current size and the spot we have it in in our home, however if I had more space in my living room I would have probably gone with a size large. Purchased the medium bed in color clay to keep in our common area for our belgian malinois and I love how aesthetic and structured (yet comfy for him) it is compared to other dog beds. I've had it about a year now and it's kept the color and shape well. My only complaint is that you can't purchase the cushion separately. My dog ripped the cover for it apart (separation anxiety…iykyk) and I refuse to repurchase the full bed set when the base is still mint. My miniature dachshund would give this bed 5 stars. He seems to settle in immediately when I put him on it (it's a little high so for his 3 inch legs to climb on). I only wish they made these snuggle beds with less of a crease around the inner circle. He will occasionally get his legs stuck in the crease and is unable to pull himself out because his legs sink so far into it.. BUT, I have other Bessie and Barnie beds and appreciate the quality of them all. My dogs love these beds! I don't like the thick furry fabric covers because the furry stuff gets stuck in the zipper when taking it off or putting it back on after washing. The shorter fuzzy fabric works best. I would like to see a filler that could be washed as well but until that day – these are the best beds. I have a 45-pound Shepherd-hound mix with a relatively trim build and bought her a size large – it fits very well, especially with the bolster sides, which are large enough for my dog to rest her head on but compact enough that she can lay flat over them if she wants. I also love that the bed is made in the USA and does not include toxic chemicals like a lot of dog beds. Fabric is a beautiful color, smells very natural (anecdotally), and is soft to the touch. Let me start by saying that I am a HUGE fan of West Paw. I did extensive research to provide my puppy with the highest quality, safest toys and bedding possible, from materials sourcing to production, and West Paw is AMAZING and all while making a positive ecological difference in the world. Brava. I really actually like the bed–it's super soft, and the materials used are robust and again–trustworthy and ecologically responsible. Love it. Where did they miss the boat?? Well, they made a bed with exposed zippers. Tsk tsk. Much more than my high drive Maligator could resist. While hiding a zipper–especially from a puppy, may present a design challenge, zippers are irresistible chew toys and structural weak points. Where loads of the toys–even the plushies are holding up even against my Mal pupper, she made short work of this doggy bed in sub-five minutes. Of course, West Paw was awesomely helpful, but I was disappointed that _any_ West Paw product wasn't up to the task. Hopefully, next iteration…Thanks West Paw! 🙂Malinois M.
The overall quality of the bed itself is ok. The zipper, however, broke immediately when my puppy was nipping at it. She hasn't even slept in it yet because she's too young. We only let her on it in the evenings while we were in the living room together so we could monitor. For this price point, it should have had a covered zipper so pets don't see the zipper pull which tempts them to pull on it. Very disappointed for a West Paw product!Faith M.

This is smaller than I thought. I must have clicked on the wrong size because it doesn't fit my crate at all. It is very thin and wouldn't support my cats' or kittens' weight, so I'm not real happy with this mat. It could be used as a liner to keep litter off the plastic bottom of the crate, but that's about all.
The mats were the perfect size for the crates. I liked the backing as it helped keep the mats from sliding around in the crates. Unfortunately in less than 24 hours my dogs chewed these mats up. They were able to undo the stitching around the mat and then access the fiberfill interior. I was not thrilled about that. I may repurchase later after my pups outgrow their chewing phase.PyrOwner
When I received it in the mail I was surprised to see how thin it was. I was expecting something a little more plush. The fabric is very soft, however. I have noticed that the material frays a bit and I find brown fuzz on the carpet outside of the crate. My dog seems to like it but when it comes time to buy a new one I'll probably get something a little thicker. These are the only crate beds I could find that were the exact right size for my crates AND were very cushy looking. The dogs love them. They're a little thin – our crates are in the garage and I'm afraid maybe the cold from the cement floor is coming up through the bottom.
