The only reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected for these to kick in. My dog has terrible anxiety and when it storms, she shakes and pants heavily and just paces everywhere. I had to look for something because her behavior was becoming so bad, I couldn't control her and she's normally well behaved. I saw the reviews and ordered these. I bought this first time for Pnut (Peanut). It made him nutty and neurotic. It did something horrendous to him. He did great with "calming" chews that have suntheanine (an amino acid) I saved it away in a drawer… this stuff lasts for years because it is a tincture with glycerine. Pnut died. The razor just vibrates but it does effectively mimic shaving and work to pull the hair off. Towards the end she would pull the remaining pieces off by hand. We have been through the pink and purple version and am back to order the blue one for her birthday. She loves the transformation and three part steps. The second part, the bathing, I let her wash it in the sink, bathing toys in general speaks to some kids and she loved that. The drying part I just wrung the toy out to remove most of the water and let her towel dry. We threw it in the dryer for twenty minutes and let her blow dry on low setting for fun. The nails color change with cold water; included is a mini nail polish bottle you fill with cold water. Cute toy and fun to follow steps with my 6 year old. The fur is not attached but mixed into the scruff. The shaver just vibrates as you comb/pull it out in an upward motion. The effect is good though. I think the blue one is the cutest but I was surprised the fur around the muzzle was light beige and not white like the pic( or how I perceived it). I was worried about the step where you wash it after the shave but we didn't soak it and it dried nicely with a warm hairdryer. Use only a tiny bit of soap. Also, there is a step where you stuff a pillowcase with the fur so don't throw it away. I suppose it could be remixed into the scruff to start the process all over again. So my daughter was super happy to open the box and shave her new little pup right away. However, during unboxing I noticed that the fur was ready to fall off. I wanted no part of this so we waited until Mom came home and approved a location for the pup's cut. It really is not as messy as it seems. What a relief. The clippers sound real and fit in her hand nicely. A bag is included in the event you choose to keep the clippings. We opted out as this was a one and done grooming. Bought this yesterday for my 6 year old maltipoo because he has back pain from time to time due to ivdd. Vet wasn’t in and the hospital was booked. Emergency room costs a fortune. So with no prescription, I decided to give this a try. My lil fur baby was in so much pain, he was trembling and wouldn’t eat (understandably so). I gave him a 1/2 one in the car and about an hour later gave him another half cause he still seemed to be in pain…next thing i knew he was eating like crazy lol!!!! He stopped trembling, so I believe that this worked accordingly…so far so good. Only thing, I think it makes him kind of drowsy. That’s good though because he needs to rest that back for a few weeks. We LOVE this food. My vet specifically has always been a hater on "oral health" products. I ask him every time I go and he insists they are a gimmick. He always says, "Think about it. If someone said you could eat cookies instead of brushing your teeth, do you think it would work? It doesn't do anything". I have tried all the different water additives and teeth cleaning treats and this is the first time I have ever noticed a difference. My smaller dog has historically high plaque and stinky breath. We brush his teeth all the time and have had them done professionally under anesthesia twice and he just has always had a lot of plaque build up. After switching to this food, his breath doesn't smell like a dead fish anymore! It's been a notable improvement. I still can't believe it actually works. I will say that the individual pieces of kibble are rather large, which is what I think turns people off, but it's the chewing/breakdown part of it that actually cleans their teeth somehow. My dogs are huge and strong, and small and cute. They are rough on EVERY TOY. By comparison the only balls they have not destroyed are Chuck-its Everything else, ripped apart eventually (Kong bears are EXCELLENT, as are the Squirrel pup Tree house here on Walmart). Real bones have been issues, because they have gotten caught on teeth, sometimes splinter, are heavy (so when big dog drops them they can possibly harm small dog. Don't worry. We watch them carefully). So we started buying Bam-bones, and other fake bones instead. Note, we CANNOT use the Nylabone edibles. For some reason those get hurled back up for big dog and small dog doesn't do well with them (never had problems with other dogs and Nylabone.) My dog loves wood-tasting chew bones. These contain wood and are enticing and keeps the dog entertained. They don't wear down quickly. They're not as hard/tough on dog's teeth as antler bones. They don't splinter like some bones and don't come apart like rawhide. My dog chews only tiny pieces at a time; she basically gnaws on it rather than chews. She can take a rawhide apart in a few minutes, but these wood bones last a long time since she only gnaws on them. I like that they come in several sizes. The XS or S may be too small for small breeds, but my 9-lb. minpin chews the S or M size ones on her own. I love the product – your packaging – AGAIN – is HORRIBLE. I ordered two of these and one arrived opened and about ten left in the the bottom of the container. The other container was in tack! So one container completely distroyed. Other items in the box were broken open: The box of Cat Food – 30 box count. Totally broken apart and all the cans were all about the box. And many dented! The shipping box itself had obviously been broken and arrived in super bad condition and a lot extra tape. The box was a mess and was part of the delay in its delivery! I am so thrilled with the results of this product. I contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed that the formula is the same as their cat joint relief product; the dosage and texture is just different between the two. So I buy this for my 2 cats and 1 dog to avoid having to buy two different products that are essentially the same thing. I crumble 1 treat into my senior cats' wet food each day and give 2 daily to my young dog for preventative purposes. Before starting on these, both of my cats had showed some natural decline in mobility, and one of them had torn his ACL tear when attempting a high jump. After just a few days of these treats, both cats showed greater mobility, and the one with the ACL injury was jumping again after a little over a week. After several weeks, he's moving like the young, athletic cat he used to be. Most importantly, nobody seems to be in any discomfort anymore. … I will just say, though, that this new advanced formula with collagen is much stiffer/denser than the regular formula without collagen, so crumbling the treats can be a little bit of a pain. I have a brave little mini doxie that would take on the meanest badger, but hates storms or loud bangs of any kind. If you are reading this you know what I mean, pawing, panting, whining, she stands on top of me during the night and puts her face in mine like…make it stop! I watched your video and when someone came up with this concept for the no pull harness I do not think their mind was thinking of a high prey drive dog… Oh look a bird,squirrel, blowing leaves, cat, raccoon etc. When my dog goes into prey drive this harness is useless even with my command telling him to stop. I went looking for spares because I didn't want my $60 purchase to become useless because of a missing $9 piece. These have an extremely small amount of melatonin in them, which at first worked okay, but after a month it's not cutting it. A 10lb dog can have 1 MG of melatonin and be fine, which is almost 10x the amount found in one of these treats. Don't buy these if you're looking for nighttime calming for elderly dementia dogs who are restless at night, they won't work. My little senior dog has night time anxiety and no matter what we did were unable to get her to calm down let alone get her to sleep. It was effecting our lives greatly to the point where we were getting 1-2 hours of sleep a night. Me and my husband went out of town for the weekend and decided to bring out year and a half old corgi/aussie mix with us. She is FULL of energy and since the pandemic hasn't loved one of us leaving a space and if both of us leave has a full on fit once the door is closed. We bought these hoping they'd help keep her calm as we were staying in a hotel and didn't want any complaints. First time we gave them to her was after a beach day. She was playing in the water for about two hours, came back and I put the treats in her dinner, gave her a bath, and then put her in her cage with her Kong. No crying when we left, good first sign. Normally when we come back in from somewhere if she was asleep she'll wake up, not this time! We came in and she was as comfortable as could be on her back asleep! Second time was before the car ride home. My husband walked her for about thirty minutes prior, we gave her two treats, and in her crate she went. Compared to the car ride down she was MUCH calmer and slept much more. My little Pomeranian may be tiny but she acts like a large breed dog and subsequently wants big dog food- no teenie kibble suits her. This Acana Singles Duck and Pear satisfied her big girl crunch and was easy to chomp because it's disc shaped, flatter on the top and bottom of each piece, not the usual chunky kibble. The Singles are formulated with single source meat, meaning all of the meat parts are duck and not mixed with other poultry or fowl that may cause belly issues or allergies. Grain free is a huge plus, and it's also loaded with fiber from lentils pear and pumpkin. This combination has led to easy yard cleanup so YaY me!! I have a dog that suffers from food allergies. Even with no grain foods we occasionally still have problems. It was recommended that we try the Acana Duck and Pear. The first thing that impressed me was the list of ingredients. It doesn’t get much simpler than that. Not to mention the use of whole products and not byproducts or biit’s and pieces. The second thing I noticed was the overall improvement in my dogs behavior, and lack of itching. So yes I most definitely recommend the Acana Duck and Pear. There has obviously been a change in your supply chain or process and it needs to be addressed in a manner other than a form letter. Do you physically manufacture this product or is it being produced by another company? Do all of your ingredients from the United States or do you source outside of the U.S.? Do you have a list of authorized dealers / retail stores? Do you know if anyone has every produced counterfeit Natural Balance? When you get a bad review, why not ask where it was purchased, when it was purchased and what it the lot number? Form letters just say that you really don't care. I also tried to sign up for NB newsletter and when I entered my dog's age, it notes that he was not eligible at 10 years old. Does this mean that once my dog gets old that you don't really care? German Shepards have a tendency to be very sensitive to and have a lot of allergies to various things in their enviroment and Natural Balance was one of few brands rated on a leading German Shepard site as a good food for them. Our two (bother and sister from the same litter) have an allergy to the break sown of proteins, that causes itchy skin rashes on none fur areas like their groins and part of their bellies. So we switched to L.I.D. and along with Apequil have been able to control it and keep them healthy and comfortable. They seem to really like the taste as well. Extremely disappointed and this is why I don’t make constant purchases from petco. My dogs food arrived with a hole in it but I didn’t notice right away because I always buy my dogs food before he actually runs out so I didn’t have to actually open the bag until a week after I got it. Before anyone tries saying someone else could have torn it, that’s impossible because the bag was placed to the far right of the front door in a location where no one can even brush past it. My dog stays downstairs in a finished basement with me because I’m disabled so it also wasn’t that my dog got to it and sliced it. The slice was right underneath the flap of the address sticker so that’s why my daughter hadn’t noticed it when she first brought it in. The dry dog food trail out front, prior to finding this out, made lots of sense afterwards. Anyway due to finding out late, that behind the address sticker there was a slit, I couldn’t put in a complaint. I would be real careful at purchasing here. You’re better off going somewhere more reliable. Wasted money because I obviously had to toss that whole bag in the garbage and buy food elsewhere. The only reason I gave two stars is because the food was delivered so I am trying to be fair but that’s not even deserved. I don’t get what’s going on with online purchases anymore. Despite the natural cat-instinct to freeze up when put in a harness, my cat was able to adjust pretty quickly. The minimalistic design makes it much more flexible and comfortable for cats, yet impossible to wiggle out of. We love your products! However, we ordered the Roman Harness for our 75lb Golden Retriever- to my surprise the strap which goes around her chest is not ‘attached’ other than threaded through loops. A better design would have bar tacked the chest to the neck piece. As my pup likes to play before we go out many times we need to re-thread the chest band through the both loops on the neck strap.

Bought this harness when I (and family) adopted our new retriever mix and were required to get a martingale harness as part of the adoption agreement. We've had him for just over two weeks now and I’m disappointed to discover that the straps of the harness we bought then have frayed dramatically at several points in such a short time; including one point at which a key strap is holding on by just a few threads! It seemed to fit relatively well during the time we have been using it. I’ve seen discussion that this kind of thing starts with a nick in the side of the strap, that must somehow have been caused by the dog chewing and/or scratching. As part of our work to train our dog, we’ve been very aware of his overall behavior, especially when going for walks. He’s not a puppy and never actively scratched or bit at the harness to our knowledge but, of course, it’s not impossible that this might have happened once or twice. My Luna is a 2yr old black lab-pitbull mix. She's husky, friendly, and a puller when she's on a lead. Having a harness that helps with the pulling is a blessing. She loves going on walks but will drag you down the sidewalk. Since using the easy walk harness regularly, she has much better behaved. The easy walk harness goes around her chest and back and has a leash attachment on the front. This design takes the pressure off of her neck and shoulders, making it more comfortable for her to walk without pulling. This no pull harness is great for any dog that you have pulling problems with. It allows you to walk your dog without worrying about pulling on a collar or harness with a top buckle. The harness is very easy to adjust and put on your dog. It has two snap buckles for easy release. The leash attachment is on the chest area where you walk your dog from. My dog is 65 pounds and sometimes will pull when she sees other animals or people. This really does control the pulling and makes it easy for me to lead her.
