It's Ok, I was hoping for better quality filling for the price. Egg Crete foam is pretty typical. If you have a heavy dog it will squish pretty fast I think. I will probably replace it with a better quality memory foam. Does not appear as thick as it is in the photo. Packing process of the shrink wrap does a number on the filling of the bumper arm pads. Packs filling down firm and takes quite a bit of effort to make it fluffy again. I did like the zipper design. you can zip off the cover and bumpers to wash. Fabric on center seems thin. I worry about longevity because I have dogs that like to dig to fluff up the beds. It will be used while we have it but I probably would not order it again due to fabric thinness, Foam pad quality and low durability.Em

I ordered a Medium, and I'm pretty sure I got a Large. It's bigger than the Medium size bed, and since it's for my kitten, I'm really hoping he grows into it! I have this exact same bed in a medium size that I purchased years ago, and the foam in that one is a LOT thicker than the foam in the one I received from Groupon. I'm not sure if that's a change in production/quality by Furhaven products, but I do wish the foam was thicker, especially for such a large bed. My kitten seems to like it, so I'm keeping it, even though it's HUGE for him.
My two dogs, who are very particular about laying on blankets and pillows, both gravitated to this bed as soon as I put it out for them. I bought two of these for my Rough Collie. He was about 70-75 pounds and very old. I needed something to keep him off the hard floor. He road 1500 miles in the back of my car on his bed and was super comfy the whole way! We had them in the bedroom and in the living room for him. He loved them a lot. We had them for close to 2 years before another dog decided to keep urinating on them. I was able to wash the covers easily but the foam was getting really stained and gross smelling.Raquel C.

I have two dogs, a mini-Aussie in this size range and a border collie slightly larger than this range. Both use the bed happily (never together). The fabric isn’t showing any signs of wear. The egg crate is somewhat compressed, but still offers plenty of padding (I can’t touch the floor through it). We own two of these exact beds (one is 4 month of use and the other less than a month). My cocker uses this as a play mat in the living room. Since he is not allowed on the sofa or carpet, this pad is for him to sit/lay comfortably while he hangs out with the family. It's padded enough to keep him comfortable and happy on the hard ceramic floors of our house. I've noticed that it's not padded enough for him to sleep comfortably through the night. After 3 or 4 hours, he'll go to his plush bed to get real sleep. My dog loved the mat as soon at it arrive. He knew it was his right when I was taking it out of the box. The mat arrived quickly and packaged well. No damage and in perfect condition. Once I took it out of the plastic and set it on the floor, it was ready to go. As a play mat, it can't be better. it's stain and odor resistant. My dog has oily skin that tends to be on the smellier side and I don't really see it affecting the mat much. The mat is black so I can't see the oily shadow that would usually appear on other dog beds I buy for my dog. The bottom is slip resistant. My cocker sheds and I like that the hairs don't stick to it. I can easily vacuum the mat with the crevice tool on my vacuum. I've had it a month and other than the rawhide/saliva marks that are left on it after a couple long chewing sessions, the bed still looks new. I just take some water, a toothbruch, and baby wipes to the rawhide/saliva marks and after some light brushing and wiping, it's clean again. I want to get a smaller one for my car. Excellent product. Bought this to go with the crate. Winced at first when I saw the price but in the end well worth it. Comfortable and has a raised ridge to contain spills should you have one. Easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Have not put it In Washing machine. This large doggie orthopedic sofa bed is the best bed I've bought for my boxer. He loves this bed. The first night of sleeping on this bed was the best night for me…why…because He didn't wake me up until 9am instead of 7:30 am to go out to potty. The "cooling" side of the mattress is a lie. I know how cooling mattresses looks like and yours just have the color but not a cooling layer. My dog is very hot in his new bed during hot days and sleeps on the floor. Therefore, I feel cheated for having paid almost $50 for this bed. Also, the cover material is synthetic which naturally created heat and on top of a synthetic sponge creates a really too hot environment for my dog. The material is slippery so my elderly dog can hardly get up. The only reason I gave two stars is that the shape and height are good. Still, sizes you provide are inadequate and not a reflection of dog needs which is strange when Furheaven is in this business. My Yorki is a normal size. Yet, when I bought small which you recommend according to the size and weight chart as well as the sleeping area measurements you provided,he can fit well provided he is all the time in something like a fetus position and he doesn't move much. He cannot stretch or lie down in such a way so as to have at least an inch of space between himself and the sides of the bed. Dogs sometimes sleep in a stretched position and do need some extra space. Dogs also move during the sleep, swirl around, wiggle. So I had to get him a medium size which is really too big for him and the space where we keep it in our apartment but I am happy he has some extra space. Humans don't sleep in beds which are exactly their size. Standard beds even if a twin size have some extra space on all four sides because nobody stays in one position during the night. We absolutely LOVE this bed!!! It is extremely well made with separate zippered compartments for the bolster and bed padding. This makes it very easy to wash the cover and not the padding. I highly recommend the "Convoluted Orthopedic Foam" Mattress. As we live in California where the weather is warmer, the "Quilted" Cover material has been perfect all year round. This is actually our second bed that we bought. The first bed we bought for our an older dog who was starting to get arthritis and have back issues. I like the construction of the bed itself, but the fabric cover is not durable. It's a very thin material and what I thought was cross-stitching throughout the fabric is actually a pattern of holes. This is a well made dog bed. Easy to put together, very comfortable for my dog, stays cleaner than other dog beds, easy to remove and wash. I have a labrador retriever and initially got the large size, but exchanged it for the jumbo. The large size was a good size, but upon watching him sleep, i found out he likes to stretch out. Yes the jumbo size is very large and requires a lot of space in your room, but it is worth it to see him stretch out or curled up in his very comfy bed. A little pricey but he is worth it. I tried other beds and they are of inferior quality and won't last long. I highly recommend it. For your reference my dog is about 73 Lbs and measured 40 inches when laying down and lightly curled. Two dogs could fit in the jumbo bed if they decide to curl and lay next to each other. But not for stretching in a hot summer evening.Love Labradors 2
My 13 year old Lab was going for spirited 2 mile walks 4 months ago but alas, age it seems has finally caught up with my dearest and closest friend. Very disappointed in this product. My mini-Goldendoodle puppy was only crated and left alone 8 times but was able to tear the seam open and pull out the stuffing. Let's pray he doesn't get sick from this. He is not a wild dog and he doesn't mind his crate. He digs and puts everything in his mouth like any 8-10 week old puppy. We were looking for a slim, affordable bed to replace the oversized plush bed currently in the dogs crate. This fit the bill. Except, it has 4 elastics underneath that are a natural attractant for a puppy and the bed itself sheds constantly. Fluff all over the carpet, crate and dog. So pleased with this. I purchased a medium 30"x21" to fit in the medium crate (30.5×19.2×21.5) for our Golden Retriever pup. Very happy with this purchase. I have read reviews on the thinness of the bottom pad. I am assuming because this is more of crate bolster than a free-standing bolster "bed". My little gal doesn't spend much time in her crate….more for night and sleeping time at this training stage of her life. It is SO soft. Label cleaning directions say not to wash with an agitator machine, but I just did since that's the type of machine I have. It's fine. Yay!. I have ordered MANY dog beds in my lifetime but this one is the WORST one of all!! Why? The top "zip in" filler for the "armrest" is impossible to completely insert. I have YET to completely zip it in without nearly losing my breath because of the tugging, pulling, stretching, while TRYING to move the zipper! I thought I was in pretty good shape but putting in this armrest filler role is horrible. I would suggest the manufacturer use LESS filler or something but I would NEVER recommend this dog bed. Researched many dog beds before deciding on this one. We were using a round dog bed without bolsters and when at a friends she wouldn't get out of their bed with bolsters so knew we needed this style. The Memory foam is firm without being rock hard; soft fabric. I have a 65 lb golden retriever and the large (36×28) is perfect. Inside width about 28". We have owed this about a month .. she loved it immediately. Price has increased since we bought it but would still buy it again.murph

I'm ordering my second bed. This bed is exceptional! It's durable and indestructible! The first bed is over a year old and just worn out. My two Labradors sleep on this bed together every night. It has no zippers for them to pull, which is a huge bonus. There's not one tear, pull, hole, or loose thread anywhere on the bed. It's easy to vacuum, which we do every day, usually more than once a day. I throw it in the washing machine & dryer regularly and it holds up perfectly – no fabric twisting or pulling. We adopted a 14 year old Doberman last summer. He was in really rough shape, underweight and arthritic but we knew he was our pup when we saw him. I shopped around everywhere for a bed that would provide him comfort for both his joints and bony bits when he rested. After reading tons of reviews, my main concern was whether the bed would flatten with any amount of weight on it and therefore cease to provide support. Well I'm really happy I chose this bed. The support was exactly what I was looking for and our Old Man LOVED this bed. I bought this bed for my 2 pitbull mixes, male & female. They both love them!! I would swear they were lying on their beds before they even hit the floor. I put one in the kennel for my male and it fits perfectly. I have purchased many other beds of different styles, brands, etc. All of them have ended up in the trash. This one is 5" orthopedic foam which doesn't sink and seperate causing big gaps in the bedding. Those gaps/dips leave my dogs lying on the floor no matter how many times you try to fluff it back into shape. This bed is firm and they love it! It also has a removable cover that I can wash. My parents bought this bed for my husky a month ago and he loves it! It is very well cushioned and is a great size for him to fully lay out on. I left him inside when I went to take out the trash and I came back to him eating something and then jerking his head around. I reached in his mouth and pulled out the metal zipper pull that had been on the cover of the bed. I warn other pet parents to make sure they either remove this (as my dog did) or not leave your dog unsupervised with this bed if they are a chewer. Bed is made well. Wish we got the extra large bed as our boxer is 87 lbs and larger than normal. He does like it and instead of using it in the bedroom we have it in the computer room. The foam height is a bit lower than we thought but our pup does not seem to mind. We love the pattern and brown color. We would recomend this bed.
I got the medium size with orthopedic foam for both of my cats [10-12 lbs] and they both absolutely love it. Instead of sleeping on my bed all day, now they'll come out into the living room to sleep on this. It only took two days for them to start using it and they haven't stopped yet. I'm trying to get the dog to not sleep in the bed at night. Even with a king size mattress he likes to sleep in the middle of the bed and my back just can't do it anymore. I wanted to get something that was long enough for him to sprawl out AND was memory foam since that's what my mattress. He should get something equivalent lol. He really loves this bed so far and this is his second bed ever! The other was something from Rural King and nothing fancy. Once he laid on it he was in love. He really likes rolling around the soft topping of it. He is about 66 pounds and likes to lay stretched all the way out. This has been great for him. This is my 2nd Majestic Pet bagel bed. I have 3 toy breeds and a oversized recliner so the 40" bagel bed has room to sit next to me. There is plenty of room for all 3 the sleep in the 40". It is super soft, cuddly and they get all snuggled in and sleep for the night. My 1st bed was the velour all over, and the new one is canvas with the sherpa bottom. I knew it was time for a new bed because they were choosing different beds that were softer. The old bed is more than 3 years old and doesn't stay fluffed up very long any more. When put the new bed next to me they got excited and jumped in. I can't say enough good things about the Majestic bagel beds. Most beds I have bought usually go flat with in 6 months to a year. Magestic stays full and cuddly for a couple of years. I am very happy and so are my babies. They will have sweet dreams in their new soft bed for awhile. Looks as described and so far is working out. I appreciate the padding on the underside of this bed (and I’m sure my little guy does as well), although it is never on anything harder than a plush carpet. Fabric is softer than anticipated, which is a plus! I would say that the only gripe I have at the moment is a minimal one: until my little guy “breaks it in,” it is fairly lopsided. These beds are great quality. I have 2 springer spaniels that used to eat there beds. They also like to go out swimming in the ponds and come in soaking wet. Their current beds are 2 years old and when they get dirty I hose them off and they look great. No chew holes, but after 2 years i thought they needed some backups when they come in all sloppy. Great product at a great price

I am so glad that we got to try this cot out! I have two dogs, a Jack Russell and a chow chow. My dogs did not want anything to do with this dog bed the first day and a half. But then we got the idea to put a fuzzy blanket on it and now both my dogs love it! I can’t blame them for wanting a blanket though, because it is winter in Minnesota currently! My plan for the summer is to put this dog bed outside so I am very excited about that! I think this will be my dogs new favorite spot to lay and look outside. I feel like I needed to only give 4 stars because I needed to add a blanket before my dogs were interested in it, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dog bed/cot!
My dog loves this cot and I think it’s pretty great too, especially since she loves it. The only change I would recommend to the company though is for the stuffing in the bolster to be bagged so that the bolster cover could easily be washed.
