We purchased this item for our Christmas yard display–we had one just like it before and it lasted a very long time. We have a smaller like puppy to sit right beside it, so it looks like a mother dog and it's pup on the front lawn. It's really cute and highly visible. We also like the fact you can put the guide lines right under the paws.Carol

Best purchase ever. To train my puppy to use this I collected some of his urine and placed it on the mat for him to smell. Immediately he used the pet loo. I don't bother with the Pee sponge. I have this in the spare second shower where I can empty container straight into the toilet and hose down the mat for cleaning. Best to buy a second mat to swap over when thorough clean neededTracy

I wasn't looking for the petloo at all as I thought it would not serve my purpose which was to introduce 5 week old puppies to basic toilet training. Luckily the lady that served me was a breeder and told me she used the petloo from 3-4 weeks of age. Although very hesitant at first due to the cost, I decided to give it a go and it has been a lifesaver! The puppies took no time at all adjusting to the petloo and the whelping area that usually resembled a Jackson Pollock painting every morning is now literally a 3 minute cleanup! I highly recommend it for litter training. Weh the pups are young, use turf only with a peepad. When pups are able to climb, introduce the base. Took 1 star off due to flimsy clips that hold the turf in place. I can see this being a problem for larger rambunctious puppies who might chew them and dislodge the turf.ellyD

I bought this for my 8 week old French Bulldog and it has been a fantastic addition. We live in the city and were cautioned against taking him to public areas for potty breaks until he has completed his vaccinations. We keep the potty loo on our back deck and he goes right up to the slide door when he is ready to use it. He has used it consistently since the first night we brought it home for both #1 and #2, with very few indoor accidents since then. It may help that the breeder started setting the puppies on grass to potty around 7 weeks of age. We use the Wee powder and trays provided, and wash it with dish soap and water once a week. We also splurged for the K9 Grass as suggested by another customer and don't have any complaints related to smells.Philly Puppy

You have to put it together and it looked kinda flimsey. But it was easy to snap together and became very strong. I bought it for my Hen Turkey to nest in, and she loves it!amyj67074

Arrived quickly. Easy to set up. Very light. Some small pieces might blow away with heavy wind, like the screw covers on roof and the side panel that only holds shut with two flimsy removable tabs. He is very cute, but he can't be patted, as my granddaughter had hoped to do, because there are hard ridges/lumps all across his back – sewing irregularities as he was being assembled? – so he is fine for sitting on a shelf for viewing but not for cuddling. I normally buy her stuffed animals that I have inspected and selected in person for suitability, but with Covid-19, in-store shopping was not an option. Not a negative toward the Tack Room – they are just the marketers, not the producers of the possum. But I won't be buying any more stuffed toys on line from any source. Bought this for our 7 month old Pyrador puppy, who has already outgrown one house. It was easy to put together, and the sturdist dog house we've ever seen. Plus being insulated is perfect for a cold Indiana winter. She's huge and still growing and loves it. The first night she slept in front of it despite dog treats inside. Second night was cooler, she decided to check it out so the head and front paws went thru the swinging door first, and after she had stood that way for about 5 minutes, walked all the way in, and has loved it ever since. From the size if it unless she grows as much as Clifford the big red dog, she'll get to enjoy for a lifetime.PJ

We got this house for a new Boxador puppy so that it can spend most of its time outside. We found it to be a good product. It was easy to put together and does stay much warmer than the outside air. In rainy weather, it stays dry. It is a very large house which would work for a lab or other large dog. No problems with the dog using the door. Only suggestion: add nuts and bolts for the 6 screws. Screwing metal into plastic is not a real good plan. I'm assuming the company will have replacement parts (door, window, etc…) available for my investment!Y Robinson

We have two fairly small dogs and this gate is amazing for containing them. The opening between our family room and our living room is 70" and this gate spans the opening perfectly. I especially like that it is free-standing and not attached to a wall. Because it has substantial plastic tabs that "catch" between the two walls of the opening, the dogs aren't able to push it open or push it over. Since it moves easily, they are able to insert noses between the gate and the wall it is pressing against and squeeze through that way. We have solved that with a jug of kitty litter against the gate. Not really attractive, but effective. It is very easy to move out of the way and put back in place, so I can get in and out of different rooms. It is short enough for our cats to jump over (20") and my husband easily steps over it (he's pretty tall). Our dogs are a Shiatsu who is fairly small and a small standard poodle. Neither of them has attempted to jump over the gate (they aren't jumpers). Larger dogs or those who are jumpers might be able to jump over. Our son has a very large standard poodle and she is quite able to get over the gate when she visits, so this might not be perfect for a larger dog. It's great for our smaller dogs, though.Jazz Cat Lady

This gate works great. I needed something big enough for a 50-62 in opening, but also strong enough that my dogs cant push it aside so easily. After we put it together, this gate/fence is perfect for our needs. This in house fencing is very sturdy and worth buying. If needed I would by again!Christopher

Besides being extremely adaptable to a variety of situations, it’s also terrific looking! We have a wide archway that we wanted to block off after our floors were redone and this does the job beautifully. I love that you don’t have to drill holes in your walls like most “gates” this large. And I love that I can just pick it up and use it to wall off another area whenever I need to. We have not installed it in the door yet…but just looking at it, it looks sturdy and indestructible, which is good, because my dog literally eats and tears the doors with the flexible plastic. I have 7 dogs of varying sizes who use this door constantly. The only fault I find is that the rubber gaskets between the slats in the door wear out . Everything else lasts a very long time. I tweaked it by putting piano hinges between the slats and that has extended its use a lot. If I could buy just that part the door would last practically forever! Its very attractive and well made except for the bottom which is a flimsy piece- maybe coated cardboard or something. This is a big problem if you are planning on storing dog food. I returned itJamie

Good quality heavy duty cage for my Doberman puppy. The chewed the wires off the regular cage. Only concern is the tray goes under the metal grate at the bottom of the cage. Not good at all. He got his foot pad/toe caught in it. Also his collar caught in it. I forced the tray to go into the cage on top of the grate. Problem solved. Need to have an option of where to put it. Would recommend with supervision of your dog. No collars on when grate is not covered. Good tough cage. Neighbor bought same fir her bull dog puppy same age as my dobie. She likes it also. *The price was very reasonable and the size/construction was surprisingly sturdy. *As an added bonus, our cage has a side door that wasn't advertised. We almost didn't purchase this one since it appeared to only have the one door at the end. But our cage has a second door that swings out from the side panel. *We have always taken small (4" size) zip ties and secured the corners of our cages to provide added strength – in case dogs paw at the cage. I would still recommend zip ties although the cage seems to snap in place tightly. Of course, if you frequently fold down the cage, replacing zip ties can become cumbersome. *The plastic pan on the bottom is thinner than our last cage, but our dogs have not chewed or scratched at them previously, so this won't be a problem for us. *The carrying handle appears strong enough to lift the empty cage and will be useful. *Upper and lower slide latches are provided on each door. All latches have a rod bent at the end to help secure the latch. In the past, our dogs learned to shake the door until the latch slid over but this new design prevents the latch from sliding open.KYMom

I bought one of these and liked it so much that I just purchased another one. Both are the 42 inch size.I have 2 older 42 inch similar type kennels but they are a different brand and I paid a lot more for them. I think that the BestPet brand wire pet cage/crate/kennels are just as good as the more expensive ones that I have. In fact I was able to purchase two of the BestPet kennels for what I paid for one of the older kennels I have. I like the latches on the Best Pet kennels. They have a little "crook" on the end that prevents the latch from sliding open accidently. But it is easy for a human to open and close. I am an older woman and the kennels are easy for me to move around to the areas I desire to put them. They are sturdy, but easy to handle,and have the plastic slide out tray at the bottom for easy cleaning, I was unsure about this Brand at first because the price was so GOOD that I figured something had to be flawed with this kennel but I was very wrong. I do think it is a good idea to buy a couple of extra plastic trays or if you are crafty cut a piece of heavy duty plastic to have on hand when you change out a tray for cleaning. Plastic is just plastic so a heavy dog could cause damage to the tray .But the trays I got with my kennels are not flimsy at all. The kennel comes with a plastic handle that can be attached at the top. I live in a rural and at night the coyotes and other undesirable critters come out and I have had problems with Tom cats just mauling my young cats. So now I can put my kittens or young cats and puppies in kennels at night and I don't have to worry and fret about what is happening in the dark to them. Also, this will save me money in Vet bills. The cost of just one of the large kennels is about the cost of an office visit to the vet so I am very pleased to wake up each day and know that all of my "babies" are safe and happy. Included with the kennel is a wire divider that can be put in the kennel so you can keep pets separated from each other. I had one particular cat that had an injury that seemed to outsmart me and escape from any cage I tried to keep her in. She can't get out of this Best Pet kennel. I will buy a couple more of the 42 inch size kennels to have on hand because the price and quality is so great and I plan to buy a couple of the smaller wire ones to transport cats and pups to the vet in. I find the plastic cat carriers to be attractive but not so practical when you have a heavy cat or a "wild" cat or unhappy dog that needs an injection from the vet before it can be removed from the carrier to be tended to. These kennels come with a very fair 3 month Limited Warranty. (Send in the Warranty Card !!) This bed is okay. It is a little bit noisy and wobbly. I run dog boarding business and it hasn't held up that well with the number of dogs. I'd imagine it would be fine for someone with one dog. I like that its nice and light and I can put outside and back in easily as needed.Andrea

My dog loves his new platform bed. He uses a similar one at the dog hotel when we are out of town. He immediately laid on it, snd slept on it all night. He weighs 118 pounds, and he has no problems getting on it. It’s also easy to move it from one room to another. I highly recommend it.Bev55

It’s a nice, sturdy-looking piece. My 70 pound lab mix likes it okay, but the frame bowed about an inch down on one side. Husband bent it back a little and he’s going to make a brace, but we’re disappointed. This thing is supposed to hold up to 200 pounds.Cjokstate

After reading all of the reviews, the VERY common problem is the hinge. This is going to be my 3rd or 4th door and second to purchase (the sizable hole is hard to find a replacement for), most EVERYONE has had the exact same broken and weak point of the hinge. Some of these comments are from long enough ago, you would think that the company would look at the common problems and try and fix the issue. But they seemingly have yet to make an attempt to fix the common and perpetual problem of the hinge!!! GUYS COME ON!!!!!!!! Not adding a photo, there are plenty of them on here already.Isaac09

I've had this door for a year now, and after a year of modifying, and remodifying, I give. Simply not a great door for strong dogs. Our doberman broke the door out initially, it was put back in place. The 2nd time he broke it out some of the plastic fasteners broke off. My SO ended up modifying the door with an aluminum strip and all new hardware. It's been broken off several times even with the new modifications. The key backs fall off and we didn't end up using them anyways to begin with. The frame is solid, we got the wall kit which is flimsy and had to seal ourselves but nonetheless it's installed. I'd love to order another model that will fit the already permanent opening. As of current, our heat's turned off until we figure out what to do to fix the door. It's not strong enough for large dogs, they bust it right out!Bunnyfromdahood

Purchased the door about a month ago. We have 4 dogs ranging in size from 6.5 lb to 60 lb. All of them use the door even the little guy. The big dog did not need any training at all he instinctively new when it went click he could go! I was concerned about the reviews but it seemed to me that these were all very large dogs by height and the photos of the installs seemed low to me. I would recommend the product. No more getting up two or three times a night. YAAA I installed it myself, granted I am more of a handyman than most, but I am also over the 65 mark +. So I would expect the young bucks to do it even faster. But you do need to have a supply of the D cells. Batteries are not what they used to be and you only get about a month or a little less use. I am concerned about how long the tag battery will last, time will tell. Great Productricky5437

I am so very impressed with the quality of the sofa bed by Lazyboy! The fabric has a soft, pleasant feel to it. The shape of the bed is very nice and curves so that it can contour to your pets sleeping position and the padding is lightweight and comfy for my animals when they sleep.I have a mid size puppy and 2 adult cats. They can all fit on it all at once if they wanted to which is great because there will be no fighting over who gets to sleep in the bed. Before we actually let our dog test it out, I didn't really expect it to be this big nor that comfortable where my daughter and mom actually sat on it before the dog did ha ha. The material is super soft it feel like a regular cloudy couch. Kind of like a throw but as a doggy bed. When our dog finally came home she really enjoyed her new bed especially since it's been cold it kept her really warm. She didn't know how to act after she got very comfortable in it. She didn't want to get up from it so that made me very happy that she actually like this bed. Normally she will just smell it, toss it around for a little bit and maybe every now and then sit inside her bed She would just climb on to the couch with us. I really hope it last a long time for her. I love the color plus the texture isn't rough and also can be washed so that's a plus for me.Flaca13

Beautiful cozy dog bed that’s easy to care for and looks nice in your home. The cover unzips easily, washes quickly in the washing machine and tumble dries fast with no signs of wear. Loved this bed so much I got a second one. Only problem came when we got a new dog that likes to nest and has sharp claws. The cover couldn’t stand up to that and ripped after a while. Once the cover ripped it’s game over because dogs have quick access to the fun stuffing. The dogs loved this bed for over a year but I can’t get another one because of our Pointer’s nesting habit. I will miss it but had to get one with a thicker cover that will hopefully not rip.Teresa

I am THRILLED with my end table/ crate! First, it came within 3 or 4 days of ordering! We ordered it for our boy Rambo because he likes to be to himself once in awhile, especially if he doesn't feel well or is scared. (He's a 15 lb. Pomeranian mix.) Well, we were delighted to find that this was so big and that it was made VERY sturdy with quality wood. It took us about half hour to put together and our boy has taken a liking to it. We didn't put the door on-just left it open. Our boy is a rescue and panics if enclosed in a cage. So with the sides and the back having the spindles and the door not on it, he really enjoys going in it. (He now takes his bones in there to chew on.) So we are very pleased with it overall. Very grateful to Hayneedle for having such quality products with such great prices and deals. You are the Best!! I would recommend to anyone who wants a "little place" for their furry baby. These solid wood pet crates are gorgeous and well built! High quality! Deep espresso with a sheen! My 20 year old daughter assembled both in an hour! Great price! My one Yorkie won't come out of this crate -he loves it! Ordered the small and my medium sized Yorkies have plenty of room even with cushions and blankets! Just be ready to make tiny predrilled holes bigger with drill bit little bigger than size of screws or you'll need the Hulk to get screws in! Just be careful not to drill through to other side! I purchased this Newport Pet Crate End Table 2/19/2018. It arrived allot sooner than expected. Easy to put together and it looked just like the web pages pictures. However, the locking latch could've been more sturdy. The wooden bars across the windows were also not as solid as I would've preferred. The first time using it was the evening I received it. When I returned home after 4 hrs.he was at the door when I opened it. I bought this product as a means to contain my pet while I'm away. I use to let him run the house until I returned but in the last 4 weeks there have been too many events taken place while I'm gone. The Skylar pet sofa is nice looking and my dogs enjoy it. Although, it should be noted that the advertising photo for this doggy sofa makes the sofa appear larger than actual. Yes, the advertisement gave actual measurements, but the photo does not seem to represent those measurements. The sofa is much smaller than anticipated even though the measurements appear accurate.Paul
