This works great for our 16 year old tuxedo cat. She is still able to groom herself however she gets frequent hair balls and this helps her expel it. She also has scoliosis of the spine in which she is given meds to help alleviate her pain but causes constipation. Our previous vet started us on this and it works great especially if you use it either 2 hours after eating or 10 minutes before feeding. My Maltipoohas been on it for about two weeks. I think it is helping. Some days has 3 or 4 stools and other days 2.They do seem a little softer and I don't see him straining as much. I think if I could get him to drink more water they would work betteer.Patti pet lover

These soft chews worked for my little Yorkshire Terrier like nothing else we tried. I was very surprised with how well it worked. My cats nose cleared up quite nicely. I think the taste wasn't so good for her though. Maybe you can figure a way to give it a flavor cat's like. Also, you should make it so we can administer it easier. I had to use a syringe to be able to manage giving it to her. I turned to this product for my cat after everything else failed. She has a chronic sinus infection that did not respond to multiple rounds of two different antibiotics. She stopped eating and was losing weight. I put drops of this on her food twice a day and she seems to tolerate it. My big guy isn't exactly what you might call graceful. He's a dork. A giant clumsy dork. So little aches and pains are just a part of our life together. I'm taking ibuprofen because he's nearly pulled my shoulder out of socket after trying to run and hide from the wind and he's taking his doggy aspirin because he tripped over his own feet while running and now yelps every step he takes. These really do help. They're easy to give wrapped in a little bread or dipped in peanut butter. My only complaint is they're chewable but at least for my dog, he will absolutely not chew it on his own. Definitely recommend though especially at this price!jennifer.f

I combined this with Charlotte’s Web Hip and Joint hemp for my dog with osteoarthritis. She could barely walk for three days. After two hours of taking this she is running and playing around even in the cold weather. We also serve the OLEWO dehydrated beets to our dogs and their little guests (I am a petsitter). I've never had a dog here pass on a bowl that had healthy vegetables included with their kibble. Stool Fix is an excellent product! However, we recently welcomed our second Maine Coon into her new home and I was using Stool Fix ever so lightly mixing it into her dry food. Unfortunately, it constipated her to the point that I thought she might pass. I took her to her Veterinarian and nearly $300 later it was confirmed that was indeed constipated. The product is basically as it is described. My puppy is a little rambunctious, so she wouldn't stop pulling them around and trying to eat the grass off. She is 4 months old and very energetic. She was initially trained on potty pads, but we were looking for a segue into training her to go outside. It didn't really work for us. I ordered a LARGE for my PUGGLE and he barely can fit on it. Definitely not even close to true to size. And since i've started using this the scent of urine has been obnoxious and potent and i clean it daily with pet lysol spray and hot water. This is a purchase that I can conclude as a lesson learnt. I purchased this product because it was smaller than my other pet unit which allowed it for portability when traveling. The turf itself is okay quality, easy to clean and drains correctly. However, the middle draining tray is not designed at all to work at all. The urine just collects on top of the drain tray because the holes and bumps aren't in a functional area and it barely drains to the lower tray. It is made from a texture that soaks up the urine instead of allowing it to flow off and threw, therefore it collects oder, collects urine that won't wash/scrub off, it can't be cleaned properly and all that waste causes the material to break down. When I say break down, I mean in ever sense. It starts to break off in pieces. Every time I clean the product, more peices fall off and it gets smaller and smaller. Basically, this product does not work. I learned that I should stick with what works and not take chances of cheaper off brand products. Even though the size of my other potty unit is less portable, it actually works! (If it's okay to say, I only trust the AKC Official Potty Patch, which is superior in every way to this product.)HeathersLasVegas

I received this product complimentary from influenster in return for my honest review. The Tomlyn Hairball Remedy gel for cats is a life saver! My eldest cat has the tendency to throw up hairballs quite often. I followed the measuring ingredients on the package and mixed it into his wet food. I have definitely noticed a decrease in hairballs since! The gel consistency is a bit odd, so i can understand if your furry friend does not like it. I do recommend mixing it with wet food or a lickable treat.hennah.h

I have six cats, and, out of all of them, only one really took to this gel. However, she is the one I was hoping would like it as she is a long haired kitty. Purchased this product first from my vet; later tried a different product found on line – similar size tube but only 2.5 ounces compared to the Tomlyn product at 4.25 ounces. My most recent purchase from Wal-Mart is the best economically based on price and size. Both products list themselves as remedies; neither is a complete remedy but they are a definite improvement over hairballs and cleaning up those messes. My cat has extremely long hair, and she loves this product. The vet told me to put some on my finger and swipe it in her mouth – bad idea. Figured out that sitting on the floor, squirting out a tiny bit and letting her curiosity take over, she tried it. And now will eat as much as I squeeze out.Susan

Walmart…where are these treats? No longer on shelves of any store I’ve visited nor available online. As for the product, these treats are excellent for training-both healthy and just the right size. My dog loves them. At .99/box they are affordable, especially given the amount used in training. Because there are two flavors I can rotate to keep the pups interested and never worry about treat overload given the quality and size. Additionally, the container is more easily opened/closed than many other brands with the ziplock top. Walmart PLEASE get them back on the shelves ASAP!Lacey

We’ve used these for years for all of our dogs, and they LOVE them! It’s the perfect training treat! We also use them for those who aren’t on medication that way no one misses out.
