I got one of these beds (36” XL) for my pup who has separation anxiety. When she isn’t sleeping in bed with me, she is snuggled into her faux fur bed. I brought it to my parent’s place when I had a trip and, surprisingly to all of us, my dad’s 10 yr old Anatolian Shepard Mix (who was born in a cave in Afghanistan) fell in love with it. This dog does not like any type of comfort. Beds, toys, treats… she has never shown any interest in anything my dad has given her. When I returned from my trip the first thing I was asked is where I got it. Ever since Bella got her own fur donut bed, she seems to be actually sleeping better and less anxious… about everything. This has to be the best dog bed I have ever purchased. My dog plays toss with it. My baby also hides his toys and bones in it and He sleeps in it. It is super soft and furry. I do not recommend washing no matter ehat the instructions state but spot clean it as needed. I have never seen a pet bed washed that comes out like it went in. I cannot say anything negative about this pet bed except I need more for the cats. This particular size pet bed runs for around $35. The bottom is not very cushy but decent. We have a 55-60 lb dog and the 30×30 is way too big to be comfy but the next size smaller was cramped. I thought the fluffy fabric would be thicker but it is a bit thin for my taste. It does seem to be well constructed though. Do not stick this size in a large home dryer as it is too big and the heat will matte the fluffy strands (almost like melting) from the heat because it cannot move around enough. My dogs love the Bowsers Diamond Series Microvelvet Donut Dog Bed (Large). Our intent was to have one dog sleep in this bed, but often our two Boxers both use it at the same time! Our dogs used to sleep in our bed and now they prefer to sleep in their dog bed in our bedroom. Thanks to the Bowsers donut dog bed, we are all getting a better night's sleep! We have owned this bed for a few years and it has held up fantastically. The cover is easy to remove and wash. Previously, I've purchased pillow dog beds. My dogs now prefer the donut style since they can rest their backs against the bolster or place their heads on top of the bolster. We usually put a blanket in the bed as well so they have it to snuggle with. Bowsers offers so many patterns, which makes it easy to find one to coordinate with your home décor. I must admit that I was hesitant to make such an investment on a dog bed, but I have absolutely no regrets about my purchase. This quality dog bed is worth every penny. Bowser makes good quality pet products. We already had one of these and bought a second so both dogs could have their own in the bedroom. The one we've had for a couple of years has held up fairly well, but you can see that the bottom is less cushy than the new bed. The bed is relatively easy to wash. I remove the cushion from the bolster prior to throwing it in the washer. Getting the bolster back in was a little tricky the first couple of times, but you get the hang of it. Have to stuff it as far into the corners as you can, and then start zipping it up, pushing the cushion in as you go.skareht

My dog, little whippet Bertie, adores his cozy cave. It’s high quality, strong and durable feel. The ortho mattress give is a sense of stability/firmness (while also soft) which I think adds to both the comfort and the durability- it I can’t see how it would go lumpy like some dog beds . Above all else it is just unbelievably perfect to little shivery lurcher/ whippet types. My boy loves burrowing in to get cosy for a deep sleep. But also peeping out and keeping an eye on goings on. I received my cozy cave but I received package poorly. The foam was ripped and the cave itself where the plastic piece is was already falling apart. I sent pictures and emailed the company and they responded immediately! They shipped out a new one right away. I received the new one and it was in perfect condition but the foam was different than the original one I received. It is working quite well so far. But if you have a Vizsla you would understand that they get in and hide in things aggressively by digging and burrowing… I’m afraid the sides of the cozy cave are not going to stay sewn together long because the the thread on the edge is weak… otherwise I LOVE IT BUT I know it can’t withstand the pressure on the edges of the opening of the cozy cave. Somehow they need to try and reinforce this better. It is very supportive and my dog loves it however. But I’m not sure if it is worth the price. Maybe next time I will have to do without the cozy cave and pick a different version because the support and comfort is great!Anonymous

Our dog went through a phase of trying to come into our bed almost every hour during the night but since we got the snoozer, he has been staying there till morning again! It takes a little persuasion to get him in there but once he’s in and cosy, he settles in! He’s a small Jack Russell sized dog (8kg) so we went for the Large based on the reviews of the small being quite small – he likes to sprawl! It works but would have opted for a Medium size if there was the option as it does take up a lot of space… worth it for a good nights sleep though! I have the non orthopaedic bed which has a thicker mattress , I was disappointed with the mattress of the more expensive orthopaedic bed so emailed Snoozer to return the item with the intention of reordering . I have returned the bed which costs £14 as it is a stipulation of snoozer to send it via recorded mail, I’ve emailed them on two separate occasions to ask if they have received the bed and about my refund but no response. However I am getting emails frequently to leave a review!? I would like a refund in a much better customer centred way as these products are lovely but expensive and the customer care doesn’t seem to reflect the company imagesarah T
This is the second Cozy Cave I have purchased, the original is 4 years old now and still as good as new but I have 2 chihuahuas who both love it and, although they can both fit in it, my little girl isn’t fond of sharing! Now they have one each. I have purchased other brands of snuggle beds which get some use but the Cosy Cave is the favourite, used on a daily basis. I have washed the original cover several times over the last 4 years and it is still in excellent condition. Would happily recommend the Cosy Cave 100%Vikki T

Absolutely the most fantastic doggy bed for my little 6 pound Yorkie. Purchased the small which is actually larger than I thought, but is the perfect size allowing for him to lay stretched out if he likes vs. having to be curled up all the time like is the case with some other small bolster donut beds. The fur length & super soft, silky feel, the depth of the bed, the little “snuggle pockets” he can nuzzle under – all the way around, this bed checks all the boxes. Added bonus? The price point & excellent service with shipping & delivery. My first ever Wayfair purchase & I will definitely be shopping here again!
The Fur Haven pet bed is better than I imagined. The cover is not the natty fleece that traps pet hair most similar beds are constructed of. The Fur Haven bed has a soft silky feel covering, is stuffed just soft enough and surprisingly lightweight, but NOT flimsy. I’m confident this will wash up nicely when the time comes. The price point is reasonable. I have owned dogs for decades – tried every pet bed possible (except the $200 plus beds). I mistakenly purchased 2. But actually glad I did. The bed fits my 10 lb Papillon perfectly. I’ll watch for a sale and purchase a large and medium for the rest of the pack. Happy hound.Bonnie
The bed is super soft and comfortable. Sometimes I find myself laying in it. My dog loves to rest and sleep in it. I now have two… one for the bedroom and one for the living room. I love that you can remove the cover and wash it as well. The customer service by FurHaven is amazing as well! The filling in one of the beds became flat, and another that I'd ordered had a hole in it, that they ended up sending me an entire new bed for free!
