I have a bichon/poodle mix, and he barley fits on it, but he tries. Also, you have no say in what color you get. Pictured was black. I was sort of hoping for black or red, but got tan. We got this bed for our 13 year old pug, and it is perfect. He's bigger (not fat, just a bigger bodied pug), about 26 lbs, and likes to sleep a little stretched out sometimes and this gives him room to do that, or curl up. This is the only bed that my sassy dogchild has accepted! He apparently refuses to believe he is not human, so he has always slept in our bed. At 100 pounds, this is difficult for us. This dog bed is giant enough for him to spread out and provides the support he needs for his arthritic hips. I have yet to wash it, but I’m happy we have that option. Totally recommend!Riley

Ruby loved this bed right out of the package. As soon as it 'unfurled' she hopped on and owned it. However, it arrived with a hole in the seam as you can see from the photograph. Target cannot replace it but they can refund my money. It seems the seams are a week area of this otherwise very comfortable bed.BaDoo
It's Ok, I was hoping for better quality filling for the price. Egg Crete foam is pretty typical. If you have a heavy dog it will squish pretty fast I think. I will probably replace it with a better quality memory foam. Does not appear as thick as it is in the photo. Packing process of the shrink wrap does a number on the filling of the bumper arm pads. Packs filling down firm and takes quite a bit of effort to make it fluffy again. I did like the zipper design. you can zip off the cover and bumpers to wash. Fabric on center seems thin. I worry about longevity because I have dogs that like to dig to fluff up the beds. It will be used while we have it but I probably would not order it again due to fabric thinness, Foam pad quality and low durability.Em

I bought this a while back and absolutely fell in love with it! From the moment I placed in on the floor, my dog immediately jumped on and would not get off. I can't say this is a good value because spending over $100 for a place for the dog to lounge is a bit ridiculous! However, I'm a grown woman with a job and chose to do just that. My dog started getting up on my couch after not being allowed on the furniture his whole 8 years of life. I would catch him there several times a day. I decided to get him his own couch and it has worked! He loves it and snuggles on his own furniture now. (That I'm not allowed to sit on). It's lightweight, good quality, no assembly needed and looks good in my living room. The only drawback I have found is that the cushion tends to slide off the front. There is a tether that keeps it from falling off completely but I think I will add a couple Velcro strips to keep it in place better. For anyone with the extra funds for such dog indulgence, I do recommend this product. My dog is medium size, about 35 lbs, and it fits him perfectly.csseymour
It's a great piece of furniture and my Mini Aussie, Molly, LOVES it! She stays off my people furniture now that she has her own couch. molly is 30 lbs and fits nicely on it. The color was a bit more golden than I expected. Rather than caramel, I would call it butterscotch, but the fabric is really nice and the removable cushion cover launders well.Charmaine
This dog bed, looks great, is big enough for most of my dogs, but it stinks. Literally. It smells to high heaven and there is no way that this happened during shipping. It smells of long standing mildew. I opened it as soon as it got here. It was wrapped in plastic, so there is no way it got wet during shipment. It left the warehouse or wherever it was stored smelling and it got here and it was as smelly as a box of wet tennis shoes that had never dried out.Patricia

I have ordered MANY dog beds in my lifetime but this one is the WORST one of all!! Why? The top "zip in" filler for the "armrest" is impossible to completely insert. I have YET to completely zip it in without nearly losing my breath because of the tugging, pulling, stretching, while TRYING to move the zipper! I thought I was in pretty good shape but putting in this armrest filler role is horrible. I would suggest the manufacturer use LESS filler or something but I would NEVER recommend this dog bed. Researched many dog beds before deciding on this one. We were using a round dog bed without bolsters and when at a friends she wouldn't get out of their bed with bolsters so knew we needed this style. The Memory foam is firm without being rock hard; soft fabric. I have a 65 lb golden retriever and the large (36×28) is perfect. Inside width about 28". We have owed this about a month .. she loved it immediately. Price has increased since we bought it but would still buy it again.murph

Really nice pet bed, aaaaalmost perfect but not quite. The good: the side bolsters are nicely structured with a squared off shape (as opposed to a tube on some cheaper construction), and they're well stuffed. The bottom of the bed zips open nice and wide for the memory foam insert to go in, and the zipper operates smoothly as well so there's no fighting to get the foam stuffed in. The bottom of the whole bed is a non-slip material and it actually really does stop the bed from slipping around on my hardwood floor. What keeps it from being perfect: I wish the bolster stuffing was removable instead of permanently stitched in for easier washing and drying. But this is me being picky.Ald1234
Kirby is 13 and developing arthritis. He needed a sturdy, couch-like bed. I ordered a few on Amazon but returned them all because they were so cheap! I’m so glad I found this one; it’s 100% worth the cost. Of course, I had to lay on it to test it out and WOW! I think this is comfier than our couches. The removable foam pad is super thick. It’s like a TempurPedic material, though, so washing will deteriorate it quickly. I decided to leave the whole foam pad in the plastic bag it came rolled up in. I zippered it in the bed just like that, hoping I’ll keep drool, water, etc from soaking into the foam. Yeah, it sounds kinda like a diaper when Kirby moves around but I don’t mind. The bed itself is supposedly washable; however, the bolsters don’t come off so we’ll see how that goes when the time comes. I keep the whole bed wrapped in a sheet for extra protection. Pictures attached. As you can see, Kirby absolutely loves it and has plenty of room to sprawl out in any position. Thank you, BB&B for providing a QUALITY bed for my old man. If properly taken care of, I think this bed will last years!
This is an excellent bed for my dogs, its large enough for each of them with room to spare(golden retriever, german shepherd and black lab) and is soft and comfortable! Of course after opening I had to lay on it to try it out and man, I wish my bed was as nice as this! Quality seems exceptional so I expect it to last for years. Dont know how itll do with dirt and stains but the cover comes off easily to wash so I'm not too worried. Would recommend, your pets will love it! Just remember to air it out for a day to get rid of the smell and allow it to "fluff up"D Tilley
