I bought this shelter for outside cats. I love it! It is esthetic and it was very easy to put together. The size is nice enough for any type of cats. The steps were not very easy to install as the crews were not the right size, too small. I wish it had a protection on the roof in case of heavy rain and snow. The door is large enough for big cats. Interior need to be insolated from the cold (the walls are very thin) and it needs a blanket. I would recommend this shelter for a moderate weather area. It looks good in a yard and I can't wait to have the cats enjoy it!Rose Love
This looks nice, but it's VERY low quality! We've had it for 2 days and we've already had multiple screws fall out and it's falling apart. It's for sure not weather resistant at all and even one good rain on this and you'd have some soggy particle board on your hands. I recommend saving your money and finding something else that's better quality and will last more than a week.Adam
I purchased this product to use as shelter for an outside cat. The product is very well made, attractive and was very easy to assemble using standard tools. They even give you extra screws! It might not be warm enough for outdoor cats in the mid-West or on the East coast, but in a more temperate climate such as mine (western Washington) it will be ideal.Patricia

It took him a few weeks to realize the feral cat house is his best option until we find his/an owner. It's protecting him from the rain, cold…. and providing a comfortable place to sleep. I lined the inside floor which is 17" x 16 5/8" and outside roof top with outdoor carpet, where he likes to be. I caulked the seans on the outside roof top for extra waterproofing inside.
